②写真はグループで1枚撮ってもらえる
乗馬中に写真スポットに来たら、オーナーがグループごとに1枚写真を撮ってくれます。自分のカメラで撮ることになるので、カメラは必須です。
③日本語ガイドは必須
現地でオーナーが馬の乗り方を教えてくれますが、英語と簡単な日本語でされるので、雰囲気で理解できますが、こちらが日本語で質問をしても英語での回答になるかと思いますのでガイドはいると思います。詳しい注意点等は内田さんが日本語でしてくれました。現地に日本語で馬の乗り方の説明書きが掲示されています。実際に馬に乗るときにオーナーが英語で指示してくれたが理解できなかった時に内田さんの通訳が頼りになりました。乗り手の知識不足による操作ミスでケガをするのはよくないので、安全に乗馬をするためにも、このツアーに限らず、日本語ガイドは必要だと思います。（過去の口コミで馬が前の馬を噛み、前の馬に蹴られたと書かれていましたが、馬は前の馬から2メートルは距離を空けるようにオーナー及び内田さんから注意をされていたので、乗り手がきっちりしていれば起こらないミスだったのかと思います）また、乗馬中のケガは自己責任になるという同意書を書かされます。これに関してはどの乗馬ツアーでも同じかと思います。トラブルのリスクを減らすためにも多少値段は上がっても日本語ガイドがあった方が無難だと思いました。
④長ズボンは必須
馬は馬自身の体型しか把握していないので、馬が通れるギリギリで木の横を歩くことがあり、人間の膝が木にぶつかりそうになりました。慣れてくれば馬に指示して事前に木をかわすことができますが、ケガのリスクを減らすためにもジーンズ等厚手の長ズボンをお勧めします。馬の背中は思っている以上に高いです。
⑤自撮り棒禁止
馬は棒を怖がるそうで馬の上では自撮り棒は使わないように言われました。すごく揺れるので写真を撮るのは難しいと思います。片手で手綱を握り、片手で撮影できるなら動画なら撮ることもできます。
【催行会社へ】
①貴重品の保管場所を作ってほしい
荷物は車内に置いて、手荷物はカメラとペットボトル程度にしてと言われました。馬につける小さなバッグに入る程度の荷物しか持参できません。車内は鍵をかけるから安全と言われまし、山の中なので部外者が車上荒らしをするとは考えにくいですが、万が一を考えると不安があります。馬鹿正直に貴重品も車内に置いて行った自分も悪いのですが。（ベルトラのHPには持ち物に両手が空くバッグと書かれていたので荷物は自分で持てると思っていました）ガイドさんによると、オーナーからあまり荷物を持たないでほしいと言われているそうです。確かにあの山の中で物を落とした場合、探すのは大変なのはわかります。お互いが安心できるように貴重品ロッカーがあればいいのにと思いました。

The guide was Jodi, who is half Japanese. She was bright and fun. We first visited a small art museum and souvenir shop, where we learned about the history of Hawaii. While looking at paintings about Hawaiian history, she provided detailed explanations that were very informative (about 10 minutes). Jodi was the only guide who spoke so extensively about history. When we went hiking, she lent us trekking poles for free. At first, I thought I wouldn't need them, but they were incredibly helpful in rough areas. Jodi was knowledgeable about the trees and carefully explained various plants, which was enjoyable. While I think you could hike without a guide, and many people were climbing individually, having a guide is beneficial for learning things like why almost all the plants on that mountain are native to Hawaii, which you wouldn't know just by climbing. I recommend going with a guide. When we reached photo-worthy spots, Jodi took pictures for us from various angles, and they all turned out great. I had been told in advance that my shoes would get muddy, but it hadn't rained for about three days, so my shoes only got a little dirty. There are slippery areas in some places, so I think sneakers are essential. There were quite a few foreigners climbing in bikinis and flip-flops, but that gear is dangerous. The shuttle service was reliable, and the bus arrived on time. The driver only spoke English, but since I had printed the Veltra voucher in advance, I was able to just hand it over, which was very convenient as I didn't need to engage in conversation. The staff at the reception also spoke only English, but they kindly provided a note in Japanese regarding the meeting place and time for our return, which I appreciated. I wish I had worked harder on my English during my student days!

From the stage, I could see the guests with meal plans enjoying their food, which made me excited to think about the view from the cast's perspective. We were able to wear drums and hair ornaments typically seen in Takarazuka and take commemorative photos. A camera is a must. It was truly a wonderful experience to see places that are usually off-limits.

Since the show starts after the meal, it's better to finish eating beforehand to focus on the performance. Since our seats were right in front of the stage, Elvis, MJ, and the female singer who performed "Moana" came over to shake hands, which was exhilarating. At the end, there was a fire show. Being in the front row, I could see the sweat on their faces and the intense expressions as they focused, which was so powerful that it took my breath away. The show was incredibly dynamic and enjoyable.

送迎を頼み、バスは時間通りに来てくれました。運転手は英語だけでしたが、事前にベルトラのバウチャーを印刷していたので渡すだけで済み、会話がいらなくて助かりました。受付の方も英語だけな方でしたが、帰りの集合場所・時間について日本語のメモを渡してくれたのでありがたかったです。ここまでは英語ができなくても問題はなかったです。最初に豪華なグリーンルームに案内され、ＭＪのものまねさんと記念撮影。握手もしてくれてめっちゃ嬉しかったです。ちょっとした食べ物が用意されており、おいしかったです。女性スタッフの方が簡単な英語で話しかけてくれて嬉しかったです。モモちゃんありがとう。（踊り子さんだったようで、一緒に写真を撮ればよかった・・・）その後、男性スタッフが来て、バックヤードツアーが始まりました。英語ができなくても置かれている物を見ればなんとなくわかりますが、別の日本人グループの方が完璧に英語がわかるようで笑ったり、頷いているしているのを見ると「英語ができるともっと細かく理解できて楽しいんだろうな」と思いました。学生時代もっと英語を頑張ればよかった！！ステージから客席を見ると、食事付きプランの方が飲食しているのが見えました。キャストからはそういう景色が見えるのかと思うとテンションがあがりました。実際に使われる太鼓や宝塚で被るような髪飾りをつけて記念写真を撮ってもらえました。カメラは必須です。普段見れないところが見れて本当にいい思い出になりました。
食事の後にショーが始まるので、それまでに食べ終えた方が集中して見れるでしょう。トイレまでやや遠いので、ショー開始10分前には行かれた方がいいと思います。ショーが始まってからトイレに立つ人が5人くらいいましたが、結構迷惑ですよ！！
ショーの最初はフラダンスで後半はモノマネショーでした。映像とうまくマッチしていて素敵でした。「普通のフラダンスはもう見たから新しいフラダンスを見たい！」という人にお勧めです。恥ずかしながら、エルビスのことは存じ上げなかったのですが、ＭＪは歌がすごくうまくて、唯一、スリラーだけ知っており、似ていて感動しました。モアナを歌った女性の歌手はめちゃくちゃうまくて、生歌でこんなにキレイに歌えるなんて！！と一番感動しました。ダンサーは全員うまかったです。うっかりするとメインのモノマネ歌手よりそっちに目を取られてしまうくらいでした。コーラス担当の女性歌手もめちゃくちゃうまいです。二人しかいないのに上手にハモっていました。
座席がステージの真ん前だったので、エルビスもＭＪもモアナを歌った女性歌手も握手に来てくれてテンションが上がりました。一階最前列は観客へのサービスがあるのでいい思い出になりました。エルビスだけは二階席（最前列のみ）にも握手に行っていました。
最後にファイヤーショーがあります。最前列だったので、顔に浮かぶ汗まで見え、精神を集中させる表情まで見えて、思わずこちらも息が止まるくらいの迫力でした。ショーはすごく迫力があって楽しかったです。
ショーが終わると、スター（エルビス、ＭＪ，女性歌手、ファイヤーショーの人）が待っていてくれるので、一緒に写真が撮れます。このプランには写真が付いてきますが、別のプランだと写真は購入になります。写真を買った人だけは、最後にスターのサインをもらえます。すごく素敵なショーだったので、スターに直接お礼と感想を言いたかったけど、英語ができないことがこんなにもどかしいと思う日が来るなんて思いませんでした。どのスターも笑顔で一緒に写真を撮ってくれて嬉しかったです。ＭＪは自ら握手をしてくれて本当に嬉しかったです。ファイヤーショーの人は体調不良で、私たちの写真の順番がきたときに退場されました。私たちで最後だったので「えええ！！」とショックでしたが、めちゃくちゃ急ぎ足だったので限界だったのでしょう。緊迫感あふれるクールなショーだったので、一言感想を言えなかったのが残念でした。他のスタッフ3名にも写真を撮れなかったことを謝罪され、気を使っていただけたのは嬉しかったです。早く元気になられていることを願います。
記念日ならショーを間近で見れるＶＩＰコースがいいと思います。とても素敵な思い出になります。小学生くらいの子連れなら、エルビスもＭＪも知らないでしょうし、二階席でも十分かなと思いました。とても素晴らしいショーだったので見に行けてよかったです

We had an incredibly valuable experience as a family!
The car arrived 10 minutes before the pickup time, and we read and signed the consent form for diving inside the vehicle. After that, we watched a brief introductory video about skydiving in the car...

３名のガイドの方に１１人のグループで私たち夫婦が最高齢でガイドの方もそれをわかってかとても親切丁寧に接してくれていました。
初めの練習の時何度か躊躇しましたがここで飛ばなければ後がないと思いきりました（笑）
回数を重なるごとに高所恐怖症ではなかったのではと思うくらいで、最後は片手でカメラを回しながら飛ぶこともできました。途中途中いろんなアトラクションがあったり、ガイドさんのパフォーマンスがあったりとても楽しかったです。
申し込むとき料金高いなと思いましたがそれ以上に価値があったと思います。ガイドさんが写真を撮ってくれて購入することができましたが動画もあれば良かったなと思いました。
次回もぜひ参加したいです！！

First of all, SANDBAR is one of the most beautiful places you’ll see. I’m not sure why is not in top 10 activities from Hawaii, but they told is more a local secret. Is a kind of mini beach in the middle of the ocean, with sand, you can bring your speaker, chairs, or whatever. Is a magic place.

The crew was full of good vibes, they made hamburgers for us and they also bring a guitar and make a great moment with that view. After the first stop at the sand bar they took us to snorkel and wauuu, such a nice place to do this, with giant turtles and a lot of fishes.

I have no bad comments for this one, was one my tops, and we do A LOT of activities this time. Trust us, you have to visit the Sandbar, and Captain Bob’s is a great choice to do this!

After snorkeling, you have to travel for quite a long time, so it's essential to have something to wear to keep your wet body warm.

This tour gave everything we wanted and more in only two hours. Not only did we see 7-8 turtles swimming right under us for 45 mins to an hour, but we also saw whales jumping around after when we were sailing around on the boat. Our tour guides were really friendly and followed the whales for a while for us to see. It was pretty amazing! I’d definitely recommend this tour for anyone even though it’s expensive. It’s totally worth it! My only regret was not buying a go pro or underwater camera because we didn’t get any pictures. So keep that in mind that the company don’t take professional pics for you to purchase, you need to take your own.

I was looking for a half-day tour and found this snorkeling tour! Once on the boat, the cheerful and handsome staff explained the safety instructions and other details. Since everything was in English, they asked if I was Japanese and provided me with information tailored for Japanese participants.

Onboard, drinks and snacks were available for purchase. They also had sunscreen available for free use. As noted in other reviews, most participants were foreigners.

I was able to swim freely while snorkeling for nearly an hour. A turtle came right up close! It seemed like the staff was feeding it. I even encountered a mother and baby turtle, which was a great experience.

After that, we went sailing and enjoyed the wind while taking lots of great photos with Diamond Head in the background!!

It was so much fun!

The check-in process using tablet devices and the activities are conducted entirely in English. However, since there are quite a few Japanese participants, it all works out. The safety measures are extremely high to prevent any accidents. About ten people form one group, and three instructors accompany you. By the time you finish the seven courses, there’s a strange sense of camaraderie within the group. There are T-shirts for sale at the shop that the staff also wear, and the design is very nice (I purchased one). The group I joined finished around 12:40, and the return driver asked everyone for their opinions and took us to a restaurant famous for garlic shrimp in the Kahuku area. It turned out to be a very satisfying tour, as we were able to visit a place that would be hard to get to without renting a car.

I stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki, so I decided to enjoy the fireworks from the sea. It was convenient since the boat departs right in front of the hotel. The fireworks and the night view from the water were absolutely beautiful. Also, I felt lucky because I could see a lot of stars. It was a bit chilly, so it might be good to have something to wear over your clothes. It's best to wear something that can get wet! The pickup was on time. It's a tour where even those who can't speak English can manage as long as they can say "yes" or "no." The pilot was very kind and talkative, which was great. The helicopter was an MD500 without windows, just as I imagined. I reserved a one-hour buggy course. Since there is no shuttle service from the hotel, we scheduled it to coincide with the day we rented a car. As others have mentioned, although the voucher states a 9:30 start time, you need to be there by 9:00, or they will start without you. It seems they start calling names around 9:10. I knew this but still arrived at 9:15 and missed it. However, it was okay. There was another course at 10:30, so I waited a bit and was able to participate starting at 10:30. *Be aware that during peak times, they might refuse you.*

As a note for this tour, a certain level of strength and driving skill is required. Without these, you won't be allowed to ride the buggy, and they are quite strict about it. There was even one person in my group who dropped out.

I participated with my wife, and I wish we had chosen the two-hour course instead of the one-hour course because it was so much fun. The scenery was fantastic, and the weather was perfect with a temperature of 27 degrees in January! Overall, we had a great time.

Photography during driving or riding is prohibited. However, using something like a GoPro that can be attached to your chest is allowed.

For the one-hour course, there is only one photo opportunity. If you want more, I recommend the two-hour course. By the way, if you are late for the two-hour course, I believe it will be treated as a cancellation, so be careful.

景色も快晴だったので最高。
1月なので気温も27度と快適！
とにかく楽しめました。

運転中や乗車中の写真撮影は禁止。でもGoProみたいなもので胸元などに付けられるものはオッケーでした。

1時間コースでは写真の撮影ポイントは1箇所のみです。物足りない人は2時間コースおすすめします。
因みに2時間コースで時間に遅れるとキャンセル扱いになると思いますのでご注意を。

乗馬やロケ地巡りもやってましたが明らかに1人乗りバギーの人が一番楽しそうでした。

The guides were hilarious and very inviting! We saw a ton of turtles and even a shark while snorkeling! After getting back on the boat we cruised down Waikiki and saw a baby whale breaching and playing in the water. Such a fun morning! Best experience here on Honolulu!

I was staying at the Marriott Ko Olina and wanted to show my parents, who were visiting Hawaii for the first time, an authentic Polynesian show. I found this tour nearby and signed up for it. I read in the reviews that there were hardly any Japanese participants, and since my sister and I don't speak much English, we were really anxious. However, we received a Japanese message board and pamphlets, so we managed to have a fun time.

Even from the side seats, we enjoyed it plenty.

I've been to Hawaii several times, but this time I'm participating with my mother in her 60s and my child in their 40s. This is my mother's fourth trip to Hawaii.

During past stays, she has done shopping and an 8-hour sightseeing tour, so my not-so-active mother isn't really into shopping a lot, and she feels like she's already seen enough sights.

I chose this show for my mother, but I didn't have high expectations about whether she would enjoy it. However, she was the most excited I've ever seen her on this trip. Since it was a VIP tour, we were close enough that the cast members could reach out to us, and when my mother caught the blue cloth thrown by Elvis, she was ecstatic. She was truly happy. I highly recommend that older adults see shows like this during their stay! The food was also delicious.

We had planned for about a two-hour cruise, and I was imagining it would be nice to see whales after about 30 minutes. However, within just five minutes of departure, we spotted whales! When I hurried out onto the deck, I was able to see a mother whale and her four calves up close! The local crew mentioned that it's quite rare to see them this early and so close, and they were cheering with excitement. The other passengers were also thrilled. We continued to move alongside the mother and her calves for the entire trip. The beautiful sea and the dynamic sight of the whales made me feel the greatness of the Earth, and I almost cried.
