Purchasing on line was a breeze. Check in was quick and easy. The all-female crew was professional, knowledgeable, and FUN. Cruising along the Waikiki shore was exhilarating and relaxing at the same time, and we had no problem seeing whales. We even got to see the illusive tail flip! Cannot recommend this enough. It was the highlight of our vacation. (We were first-time Waikiki visitors)

I could clearly see the back of a whale. The weather was nice, and the largest boat in Hawaii was comfortable with little rocking. I recommend bringing a jacket as the air conditioning is quite strong.

It was a great way to start the day. Super convenient if you're staying at a hotel on Kalakaua Ave. Just walk to the Duke Statue on Waikiki Beach, check-in and board. No driving to the harbor and dealing with parking. The crew were all very professional and super helpful to nervous, first time snorkelers. They rent all that you need but they don't have fins so if you want/need fins bring your own.

We stopped on the way out to observe some dolphins so if you're lucky its not just turtles you'll see. Definitely worth it and we will go again the next time we visit.

The morning whale watching cruise was excellent! The weather was perfect and the crew were friendly and informative. Before taking off we learned a few facts about whales and were able to purchase a snack from the snack bar. The cruise itself was magnificent and we saw several whales. It was such a a delight! I'd also like to mention that the restrooms on board the boat were extremely clean (When on a tour this isn't something you always encounter). My friend and I had a splendid time. We would not hesitate to take this cruise again. The one thing everyone should be aware of though is the parking fee. The boat does not valid and parking in the adjacent lot was a bit pricey.

We participated in a plan with transportation for a total of four people, including a 3-year-old and a 0-year-old. The hotel we stayed at was not the designated pickup location, but a nearby hotel was specified for the pickup based on our application. We brought a stroller of the buggy type, and it was transported and used without any issues.

We were lucky to see whales multiple times. On the deck, we enjoyed the breeze, and even from the indoor area with tables and chairs, we could sit and watch the whales, allowing us to see them from either environment. The 3-year-old was entertained throughout the experience.

If you arrive exactly on time for the meeting (10:30 AM for an 11:00 AM start), you will end up waiting for a full 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the explanation during the pre-monitoring was difficult to understand. However, we do some practice on the sandy beach, and the instructor provides support while we're on the water.

During my first attempt, I couldn't catch any waves and felt a bit down, but on the second try, the instructor taught me the tips again, and after that, I was able to enjoy it a lot. Most of the other participants were also first-timers, but everyone managed to ride the waves. Before starting, they ask if you want the photo option for $65, and I think not ordering this was a mistake (I believe they were taking photos with a drone).

I've been to Hawaii over twenty times, but since I usually focus on outdoor activities, it was a great decision to participate in a show this time. It was truly enjoyable to see Mr. Ogawa's magic, which is said to be the best in the world, up close.

However, thanks to the captain's wonderful energy, we were able to create amazing memories. We were on the brink of unstable weather, but it cleared up, and we even got to see a rainbow. It was fantastic! Additionally, at the end, I was able to take a photo with the two captains and my friends, spending a happy time together. I was so happy to experience parasailing for the first time in Hawaii and to meet such wonderful people.

I was disappointed since we joined to see whales, but it was my first time cruising on a boat in Hawaii, and as I was taking in the scenery, I realized that we were approaching the goal before I knew it! After the experience, tickets for a return trip on the boat were distributed! I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

Despite the strong sea breeze, they called out to each group of passengers and took photos one after another. I got to see the whale I had been longing for and the spouting water. I am grateful to the staff who anchored the boat in the sea and waited patiently. The vast blue ocean stretched out as far as the eye could see. We traveled with four adults and a baby, making reservations staggered at 11:00 for two people and 12:00 for two people, while taking turns watching the baby in the shade of the neighboring Hilton Lagoon! Since it was the rainy season, we had several days of bad weather, and our originally scheduled day was canceled due to strong winds. However, we rescheduled for the next day and were able to experience it without any issues! The weather was great, and the view was spectacular!

After reading reviews, I took motion sickness medication, and it worked well! There were three groups on the boat, including us, and the duration of the ride was just right—not too long!

As for tips, the foreign guests gave $20 each to the crew and the captain, while the Japanese guests did not give any. We gave about $5! The crew responded with refreshing smiles in any situation, so it didn't feel necessary to worry too much about it!

We participated in whale watching for the first time as a parent and child. We were very moved to see two whales! We were able to witness breaching, which we had only seen on TV, right in front of us multiple times! I think there must be some timing involved, but it felt like we were quite lucky on the day we participated. My 6-year-old was captivated by the whales they saw for the first time. We created wonderful memories in Hawaii.

2頭のくじらに会えてとても感動しました^_^
テレビでしか見たことのないブリーチングも目の前で何度も見れました！
きっとタイミングなどあると思いますが私達が参加した日はかなりラッキーだったような気がします^_^
6歳の子供も初めて見るくじらに釘付けでした。
ハワイのとてもいい思い出ができました。

I was looking forward to participating since they were confident about whale watching. They mentioned that if we didn't see any whales, we would receive a free pass for the next time. The explanations were easy to understand, and they said that humpback whales come up to breathe every 45 minutes. We saw over 30 whales swimming around, but they were hard to spot. Just when I was about to give up, suddenly they appeared! The first one was a baby, and the second was an adult whale, posing beautifully with Diamond Head in the background! It was an incredibly satisfying tour. It might be a good idea to have some motion sickness medication on hand.

ホエールウォッチングに自信ありとのことでしたので、楽しみにして参加しました。万一見られなかった場合でも次回無料パスを頂けるとのこと。説明もわかりやすく、ザトウクジラは45分に1回海上に呼吸をしにくるとのことで、30以上回遊してましたが、中々現れず。今日はもう駄目かと諦めかけた瞬間、その時は突然やってきました。1頭目はベイビー、2頭目は大人のクジラで、ダイヤモンドモンドヘッドをバックにハイポーズ❣️
大大満足のツアーでした。船酔いの薬があった方が良いかも知れませんねー
