When I inquired via email whether it was okay not to speak English at the time of booking, I was told, "Don't worry, we will provide a Japanese instruction manual in advance." Positives of this tour are it's location right outside the Outrigger Reef, the water was warm and saw quite a few turtles dolphins and fish, and overall good value for money.
The staff were just ok, nothing special. No commentary on anything except a few minutes on the rules and how to snorkel. The big negative for us was how uncomfortable the ride was on the catamaran for almost the entire time on the boat. We wanted to sit on the bench seats provided, but was told we would have to all sit on or around the netting area to help balance the boat. For my wife and I this became extremely uncomfortable after a short while, with no cushions or anything like that provided to make it somewhat comfortable. It ruined the cruise for us. Next time we will book a tour on a bigger boat that provides seating for it's guests.

It can be a bit cold inside the ship, so it might be a good idea to bring a jacket. Also, when getting on and off the submarine, you need to use a ladder for a few meters. It might be better to avoid wearing a mini skirt or a maxi skirt.

We had a beautiful afternoon for our parasailing adventure. The bus picked up right on time at the location specified. There were three of us in our party plus another mom and her son. Two crew members for a total of 7 on board the boat. The crew of 2 were very friendly and made us all feel at ease. Waters were pretty smooth considering our adventure started at 3pm.
The guys did have trouble deploying the parasail as the cords kept on tangling as they delpoyed it. Sort of made us feel a little uneasy, but you could tell the crew had experianced this issue before as it was quite windy and they did not get flustered at all. We all joked a little about the situation which made the time go by pretty quick. After the 3rd attempt, we were good to go. The views were wonderful and my wife and daughter and I all enjoyed our rides, one tandem and one single. This was definately one of the best activities on our vacation. Our kids had a blast. My wife and I went along just to watch and had a lot of fun also. We were so glad that we had them take pictures for us as they turned out great. From our shuttle driver, to the office personnel, to the boat crew, everybody was wonderful. Highly recommend it!

Booked the wrong tour

The sub was great, the staff were great. Bookings.com suck. They reserved us on a Japanese only tour. We could have changed but it would have been the next day. Took the verbal portion away. we had headphones that would explain it in english but not so good with the main staff speaking to the group in Japanese. I have a 5 and 8 year old so it made it more difficult for them. Make sure you confirm what the booked you for !!

I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was my first time surfing. The lesson was conducted in Japanese, and they provided advice on timing to catch the waves, so even as a beginner, I was able to ride the waves and had a lot of fun. The lesson lasted for one hour, which was just the right amount of time physically.

The experience was amazing. The only complaint I have was that we were staying at the Mariot Waikiki and the van driver went to the Waikiki resort to pick us up. We could not find the driver or him us. When I talked with staff trying to locate himshe was rude and said if we did not find the driver in 2 mins he would leave us and there would be no refund.
We ended up finding him in about 10 mins. with the help of valet parkers from out hotel. He did not leave us Thank goodness. The van driver knew we were lost and waited. He was very nice. The staff on the boat were amazing. My 73 year old mother even parasailed and they acommadated her needs. : ) We were there on a make a wish trip, they allowed my 12 year old son who fought cancer last year to go up twice and to drive the boat. They were just amazing!

This was my second time surfing in Hawaii. I was drawn in by the cute name and made a reservation. I signed up for a group lesson, but there was only one student, so it turned into a completely private session! Yay~~ (*^^)v

The instructor was a boy who spoke a little Japanese, but it was so much fun. Even though I was a poor student, thanks to the instructor, I was able to ride the waves!!!

A photographer rode on a board and took pictures, so they were very dynamic and full of life.

My friends had separate plans for the day, but next time they said they would join this school too.

かわいいネーミングに魅かれ、予約しました。
グループ・レッスンに申し込んだのですが、生徒はたった１人だったので、完全プライベート☆やったぁ~~(*^^)v

先生はボーイズで、日本語が少しでしたが、

All the explanations beforehand are in English, but since each person is allowed to practice on the board on land, I think it will be understandable. The board is large and buoyant, and the staff will push you on the waves, so you will definitely be able to ride it. It would have been even better if there were several types of boards to choose from.

I had the most happy time. The staff and passengers laughed together, creating a lively and good atmosphere. We cut through the wind at an unexpectedly fast speed, soaking in the splashes of the waves, which added just the right amount of thrill. Above all, the sunset viewed from the sea was unforgettable; it felt like I was a movie hero (or heroine) with the orange road leading to the sunset from the yacht.

最高にhappyな時間を過ごしました。スタッフと乗客が同じツボで大笑いし、開放感で盛り上がり、goodな雰囲気。思いのほか早いスピードで風を切り、波しぶきを全身に浴びて程よいスリル感も二重丸。何よりも海上から見たサンセットは忘れられない、ヨットから夕日に続くオレンジロードムードたっぷりで映画のヒーロー(ヒロイン)になった気分でした。
