I used this service for my first trip to Hawaii. Although there were no staff members who spoke Japanese, both the shuttle staff and the onboard staff were friendly and welcomed us warmly. There was also a Japanese manual before boarding the boat, which made me feel at ease for the departure. During parasailing, they kept the atmosphere lively, and I was very satisfied and had a great time. However, the only disappointing thing was that the car finally arrived 15 minutes past the initial pickup time. Since I was anxious being in a foreign country, I think it would be reassuring if they could somehow improve that aspect, and I would feel comfortable using the service again.

Jake, Josh, and Barry took us on a fabulous voyage! They explained what the activity would entail and gave some safety rules.

They they took us put to turtle Bay and as we were making our way to where we were going to anchor the boat, we saw our first Turtle.

We got all geared up and went into the water. Someone on the trip wasn't a sting swimmer and jake provided adsistance so he wouldn't miss out on anything.

We saw several turtles and lots of beautiful fish!

We had a great lunch and a few great cocktails.

It was one of my best experiences while in Hawaii!

About 7 to 8 years ago, I participated in surfing lessons here. It was my first time, but I managed to ride the waves a few times and had so much fun that I decided to join again. This time, I successfully rode all the waves! Yay! The staff were incredibly helpful, and I realized once again that this school is the best. They give you a little push at the moment you catch the wave, which makes you feel like you've really "caught it!" After that, all you need to do is stand up calmly, and you're good to go! Riding the waves was a success. Of course, paddling is tough, but my sister, who joined me, is also a woman in her late 40s. If you have the motivation, you can definitely do it, so I highly encourage everyone to give it a try. Surfing in Hawaii is the best memory for a trip!

By the way, I also tried surfing on the Gold Coast, but I couldn't ride a single wave. I wonder if the waves in Hawaii are better or if the staff are just that good, as it felt surprisingly easy to stand up.

I was a bit worried after seeing some comments saying the service was "neglected," thinking, "Was it really great 7 to 8 years ago but has changed?" However, that was not the case at all. The staff were truly amazing, encouraging me with wonderful smiles and providing strong support. Even when I was paddling hard but not making progress or couldn't go in the direction I wanted, they offered solid support.

In the end, I wanted to take a photo with the staff who took care of me the most, but I missed the chance, which was disappointing. They were busy cleaning up, and I felt bad interrupting them. It's impressive that they clean up after the lesson too; they are truly powerful staff! If I go to Hawaii again, I will definitely participate in the lessons. By then, I might be over 50... (laughs)

その時初めてだったのですが、何度か波乗りに成功し楽しかったので、また参加しました。
今回は波乗り全部成功しましたよ。ヤッター！スタッフの方に大変助けてもらって、やはりここのスクールでなくっちゃと改めて思いました。波乗りの瞬間、ひと押し入れて下さるんですよ～。これで「乗った！」と実感できるので、あとは落ち着いて立てばＯＫ！波乗り成功です。もちろんパドルはしんどいですが、私も一緒に参加した妹も４０歳後半女性です。やる気があれば、がんばれますので是非是非皆さんも体験して下さい。「ハワイでサーフィン」なんて旅の思い出として最高です！
（ちなみにゴールドコーストでもサーフィンに挑戦しましたが１度も乗れませんでした。ハワイは波が良いのか、スタッフが良いのか不思議と簡単に立てます）

時々、書き込みで「放ったらかし」とあったので、「７～８年前は凄く良かったけど変わってしまったのかな？」と心配していましたが、全然そんなことなく、素敵な笑顔で励ましてくれたり、力強く助けて下さったり、本当に最高のスタッフでした。一生懸命パドルしてるけど力不足で進まない、行きたい方向に行けないなんて時にはしっかりサポートしてくれます。

最後に一番面倒を見てくれたスタッフと写真を撮りたかったのですが、取り損ねて残念。後片付けを一生懸命されてるので声をかけるのが申し訳なくて。あのレッスンの後に後片付けもなんて、本当にパワフルなスタッフです！
またハワイに行ったら、絶対レッスンに参加します。その時、私５０歳超えかもですが。。。（笑）

We went as a family of four. There were about six groups, including us, who boarded the boat and set off from the port to start parasailing in turn. It felt amazing and really got our spirits up! I highly recommend it! The instructions were only in English, but I managed to understand by watching the others. There isn't a designated place or time to change, so it's better to wear your swimsuit underneath when you go to the hotel. You can return even if you're wet.

This gets any star at all because we enjoyed the water and the sailboat. The ad for it is a total scam. It should say "come aboard our sailboat and let Mother Nature wave you around for exactly one hour and forty five minutes. ". It is a misleading ad as it says they have spared no cost in treating us to a lux cruise on board with Bose sound and large screen tv. Really? I think I may have heard a radio and who wants a tv anyway so why advertise it. They give you a drink ticket and when hmm husband ordered a Heineken she passed him some crappy off brand can. The Heineken was only available for purchase once you redeem your free ticket. The ad also talks about wildlife and don't really count on any. It is not a cruise to a specific place where there are known sea life. So, two stars one for the boat even tho the sail had a big rip in it and one star for the crew who showed us how to use a life jacket. The rest of it is the beautiful nature of the water which all of the scammers are taking advantage of as they steal tourists money.

After visiting Honolulu many times before, my husband and I wanted to do something fun and unique to celebrate the beauty of Honolulu...beyond the glitzy stores and swanky restaurants. Well, we couldn't be happier with our choice to book a sun-filled excursion on the Honi Olani. The catamaran sail turned out to be fantastic, thanks to the experienced, well-trained Captain and crew. From the confirmation email, hotel pickup and transport to the marina, all of the details worked out as promised. As promised, we swam right next to sea turtles and other fish and truly enjoyed the personal attention and guidance while snorkeling in the water. We swam for over an hour, then sailed along the gorgeous shores of the island. The lunch provided was tasty, as were the cocktails and drinks included in the tour. The friendly crew made the entire tour seem effortless, although we know they were all hard at work serving us every step of the way. Honestly, we felt pampered. This trip definitely is recommended for everyone, including those families with young children who are confident with swimming in the ocean. Flotation vests, high-quality fins and snorkels are provided, and the kids who were on our tour were watched over very carefully and taught the basics of snorkeling. There is something so peaceful about the turtles who live so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was after a once-in-a-decade hurricane hit Hawaii, so I was worried about the strong winds and whether my 8-year-old could participate. However, the weather was great on the day of the event, and we were able to enjoy the wonderful scenery. My child was thrilled and said, "It was the best!" For $30, we got a lot of photos, which were given to us on an SD card right there. Since I can't take photos like that myself, it was a bit pricey, but I'm glad I asked for it.

On our last day in Hawaii, my girlfriend and I dressed up and boarded a boat, but it felt like a children's summer camp from the movie The Addams Family, with an overly cheerful muscle crew interacting with families and elderly couples in a typically American, broad manner. The food was terrible, mostly fried items that would have been better left unserved. It might be fine for families with children under 13 or elderly couples, but I can't recommend it for couples. My girlfriend felt seasick and became moody, stopping talking altogether. Everyone seemed to be happily enjoying the sea turtles popping up, but I wondered if it was really that fun. This tour, which only goes a short distance from Waikiki Beach, reminded me a lot of the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride I took at Disney World in Florida long ago. We boarded a submarine-like attraction that was full with just 15 people, dove only 2 meters, and saw a mechanical octopus that was broken and wouldn't move, with dads exclaiming "Waoooo!!" to their kids. It brought back that atmosphere.

I feel bad for my girlfriend...

Chris was a good instructor and got me out into the water and riding the waves in hardly any time at all. He was also close by and attentive to my safety and form. I had seen the catamaran at the beach for a while. Since I was traveling alone this time, I hesitated a bit, but I'm glad I participated! I had a great time!

There were no dolphins, but I encountered a honu! It was just floating around, and I was thrilled!

During the cruising, I wasn't exactly near the net, but I got pretty wet, haha. The weather was nice, so I dried off quickly and got a nice tan. I enjoyed cruising while sipping on a $5 Mai Tai. Next time, I’ll have fun splashing around near the net with my friends!

My 79-year-old mother also participated. Although we signed up after arriving at the location, we were able to make a reservation smoothly. Other than the meeting point being a bit hard to find, there were no problems at all. We were surrounded by beautiful sea and sky, and we had a wonderful time; my mother was very satisfied! Also, the captain was incredibly cool!

From the moment we got on the boat we knew this would be a great trip. We only had 9 people on a boat that holds 50!!!I have been on many Snorkeling excursions that are over crowded so this was quite the treat to have so much room. We had a wonderful time on the trip ! The staff was very attentive and helpful and made you feel very comfortable the whole day. We got to see lots of turtles! The food was great and there was plenty of it to go around. The guys were constantly asking if they could get you anything or do anything to make the trip more comfortable for you. Weather was perfect and the water was nice and warm. It does not get much better than this. I would highly recommend this excursion!

Last year, I participated in the Mai Tai Catamaran cruise to see the Hilton fireworks on Friday, and it was so wonderful that I wanted to join again, but I couldn't be there on Friday night this year, so I joined this one instead.
Like last year's fireworks cruise, everyone was from the West, and my husband and I were the only Japanese.
All the explanations were in English, but it wasn't a problem at all.
The fireworks from the catamaran were great, but the sunset was truly beautiful! ☆
I also got to see the amazing sight of a rainbow over Diamond Head ♪
Some other people's experiences mentioned light snacks included, but during our time, there were only unlimited drinks＾＾； I wonder if it varies by time??
The Mai Tai is easy to drink, like juice.
I hope to take some kind of cruise again the next time I go to Hawaii! ♪

昨年は、金曜日のヒルトンの花火を見るマイタイカタマランのクルーズに参加して、本当に素敵だったのでまた参加したかったのですが、今年は金曜夜にはいられなかったので、こちらに参加しました。

I was taking in the views of the ocean, land, and skies as I was just about ready to call it a night. Until we just about to reach the dock, all their employees started a party and danced like crazy. My date is not much of a dancer, but she enjoyed watching me entertain everyone. This night was a night to remember especially the service provided the staff on board. They will make sure you are always satisfied.

The shuttle service to the hotel was convenient.
There were three groups of Japanese and one group of Americans, and we chose the 120m option.
On the way up, there was a strong wind, and it felt like we were over 120m high. I considered the 150m option, but the 120m was plenty of fun.

The final splash in the sea was nice, as it only reached my shins.

I declined the $30 photo shoot and asked a Japanese person to take pictures with my digital camera.

The boat rocked quite a bit, so it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication.

The boat staff were very friendly, which was reassuring.

Please participate thinking of it as an attraction rather than a cocktail cruise. Once we set sail, they serve Mai Tais, and there is an all-you-can-drink option, but the conditions make it hard to enjoy. We continue to pass through areas with high waves, causing the boat to rock, making it difficult to drink or take photos. The splashes from the waves are intense, so it's not a good situation for enjoying drinks or capturing pictures. Also, not wearing a swimsuit was a mistake, as I couldn't fully enjoy the splashes of water. I highly recommend participants come in swimsuits. If you think of it as an attraction in swimwear, you can have a great time, but if you’re looking for a relaxing experience as a couple, it could turn out to be quite challenging, so please be careful.
