I was already feeling excited before the tour even started with the bus pickup around the hotels in Waikiki. The boat was larger than I expected and spacious, so I think it would be hard to get seasick unless the waves were really rough.

We had a meal on the boat, but I wouldn't get my hopes up about it. It was just ordinary local cuisine.

Inside the boat, they showed us pictures and explained things in English. It was labeled as having a Japanese guide, but there was none at all. I think they should revise that description.

When I went out on the deck, the weather was nice and the view was amazing. I felt like it was the right time to go out, but I wish they had informed us when we could go out.

Fortunately, we were able to see three whales swimming alongside us, and we got to see a lot of spouts. We even encountered one that was flipping its large tail while diving.

There were tourists from various countries on board, and everyone had their own way of enjoying the experience. I found myself having fun too, thanks to a lady who was joyfully shouting and celebrating.

ワイキキのホテルを回りながらのバスピックアップで、参加前から気分が高揚しました。
船は思っていたより大きくて、ゆったりしているので、よほど波が荒くなければ酔いにくいんじゃないかと思います。

船の中で食事を食べるのですが、これはあまり期待しない方がいいです。

船内で、写真を見せながら英語で説明をしてくれます。日本語ガイドと表記されていましたが、それは一切ありませんでした。これは表記は改めた方がいいと思います。

甲板に出ると、天候が良く素晴らしい景色でした。
これも、なんとなく今のタイミングだと思ってデッキに出たんですが、いつから出ていいのかは言ってほしいところですね。

運よく、3匹の鯨と並走で、潮吹きはたくさん見ることが出来まして、潜る際に大きく尾びれを回しているところにも遭遇できました。

色々な国から集まった観光客が乗り込んでいて、楽しみ方も様々。
大声で騒いで喜んでいるおばさまにつられて、こちらも楽しくなりました。

My husband and I took our 3 kids and we were quite impressed with how quickly we spotted the whales (we even saw dolphins!). It's safe and a great experience, I would definitely recommend it for families with young children.

Parking is convenient. Check in is across from boat. Prepare for standing and maybe even a little sea sick lol! Don't forget to bring your binoculars!

I was excited for my first parasailing experience! Since it was our honeymoon, we decided to try something we wouldn't normally do, so we challenged ourselves with parasailing.

The pickup was in front of the Duke Kahanamoku statue. It might be a bit hard to find? A trolley came to pick us up. It was a flashy trolley with a parasailing design against a blue sky.

Once we got on the trolley, we quickly arrived at the beach.

After checking in at the boat dock and waiting for a while, we were taken onto the boat in order based on our parasailing height.

They give you a paper during check-in, so if you show it to someone near the boat, there won't be any mistakes.

Once on the boat, the explanation starts right away. They speak in simple English, which is easy to understand, and they also circulate a Japanese explanation sheet, so it's all good.

I think the parasailing lasted about 5 minutes per group.

But it was very satisfying! In fact, for first-timers, 5 minutes might be tiring.

When we experienced it, the weather was great, and the scenery was fantastic.

The view of Hawaii from the sky was wonderful.

At one point, they lowered the height and dipped our bottoms into the water.

As first-timers, we were satisfied even at 110 meters!

I enjoy heights and thrilling attractions, but it turned out my wife isn't very good with heights. She seemed to have fun, though.

As a side note, all four couples who participated with us were mixed-gender couples, and among them, three women, including my wife, got seasick from the boat's rocking instead of from the parasailing. It might be a bit tough for those who are prone to seasickness.

I would love to participate again.

簡単な英語で話してくださるのでわかりやすいですが、日本語の説明書も回覧で回ってくるので大丈夫です

パラセイリングは1組ずつで5分ほどだったと思います

が、とっても満足できます！
むしろ初めてだと5分以上は疲れるかもしれません

私たちが体験したときは
天気も良く景色はサイコーでした

空から見たハワイも素晴らしかったです

途中高度を下げてお尻を水面にもつけてくれます

初めての私たちは110mでも満足は出来ましたよ！

私は高いところやスリリングなアトラクションは好きなのですが、嫁は高いところがあまり得意ではないということが今回の体験で判明しました
楽しかったのは楽しかったようですが。

余談ですが今回一緒に参加した4組は全て
男女のカップルだったのですが、ウチの嫁を含め3組の女性がパラセイリングではなく船の揺れで酔っていました
船酔いしやすい方には少し辛いかもしれません

また参加したいです。

We participated as a family of four. We chose the 120M height. Besides our family, there was a couple and one woman participating alone. I was a bit unsure when making the reservation, but I felt that the 120M height was sufficient. Even if it were 30M higher, I might not have noticed much difference. It was high, and the flying time felt quite long.

Due to weight considerations, my son was able to fly twice with the woman who was participating alone. I ended up giving her a tip as a thank you, but I regretted not being able to buy the photos when we got off the boat. It seemed like there were about 120 photos for $30. I wish I could get them now. I thought it would be better not to bring valuables, so I went without my wallet, but I realized there was a place under the seats on the boat to put bags, so it was fine.

Before landing, we were dipped in the water, which was fun, but during the last woman's turn, she only got wet up to her legs, and I thought, "Huh?" When I looked closely, I saw that she wasn't wearing a swimsuit. I was impressed by the thoughtful attention and skill.

The optional fee for a family of four isn't cheap, but it was truly enjoyable and memorable, and I'm glad we participated. Thank you to the staff.

P.S. We were lucky to see whales on the way out!

家族４人で参加しました。高さは120Mにしました。私たち家族の他にはカップル１組と、女性が１人で参加されていました。予約の時に色々迷ったのですが、私としては１２０Mで充分な高さを感じられました。あと３０M高くなってもあまりわからないかも。高かったです。飛んでいる時間も結構長く感じました。
体重の関係で、うちの息子が一人参加の女性と一緒に２回飛ばせて頂きました。お礼にと思い、チップをはずんでしまい、船から降りた時に写真が買えなくなってしまったのが心残りです。３０ドルで１２０枚くらいあるようでした。今からでも欲しいです。あまり貴重品は持っていかない方がいいかなと思い、お財布を持たずに行ったのですが、船の席の下にバッグを置ける場所もあり大丈夫だったなと思いました。
着陸前にいったん水に浸けられて楽しいのですが、最後の女性の時は脚までしか水に浸からないかったので、あれ？と思ってよく見たら、彼女は水着ではありませんでした。細やかな心使いと、技術に感動しました。
家族４人だと安くないオプショナル料金ですが、本当に楽しくて思い出になり参加して良かったなと思います。スタッフの方々ありがとうございました。
P.S.沖に向かう途中クジラも見ることができてラッキーでした。

It was quite far, but I was able to see whales. I took photos before getting on the boat, and they were being distributed on the boat, but I wasn't sure if it was part of the service. I didn't receive any photos... However, it was great that there were photos of the whales taken by the staff with a telephoto lens available for purchase.

The weather was nice, and I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see any whales. However, I enjoyed the views of Diamond Head and other sights from the sea. I was so focused on the direction where the photographer was aiming his camera, hoping to spot a whale, that I ended up feeling a bit seasick.

The lunch buffet might be a bit disappointing if you imagine it by Japanese standards; it felt more like a school cafeteria lunch. If you stay out on the deck trying to see whales, you might miss out on eating. Once you head back, the food will be cleared away, so it's better to go inside and eat at your convenience.

Even though they say there is a "Japanese guide," the person who picks you up and the one explaining about the whales both spoke English. There might have been someone who could speak Japanese somewhere, but you need to look at the photo materials on the boat to learn about the whales yourself.

If you don't see any whales, the tour is just a boat ride out to sea and back to the port, so whether you enjoy it or not really depends on luck.

しかし、海から見るダンヤモンドヘッドなどの景色は楽しめました。
カメラマンがカメラを構えている方向にクジラが出るのかと海面に目を見張っていたせいか、ちょっと船酔いしてしまいました。
ランチビュッフェは日本基準で想像するとちょっとがっかりかもしれません。学食のランチのような感じです。クジラを見ようとずっとデッキに出ていると食べ損ねてしまいます。帰路についたら片付けられてしまうので適当に中に入って食べたほうがいいです。
「日本語ガイド」といっても送迎の人も、クジラの説明の人も英語です。おそらくどこかに日本語ができる人がいたのかもしれません。自分で船内の写真資料を見てクジラのことを知る必要があります。
クジラが見られなければ港から沖に船で出て帰ってくるだけのツアーですので楽しめるかどうかは「運」次第です。

I mentioned this before on the phone. This was fun, but was only able to do one activity. Unfortunately the ad misleads you into thinking you can do whatever activities, whenever. You are allowed to swim, snorkel, bike ride or hike in the morning. Then you can either surf(which you cant cause it will cost you more when you never did it, apparently you have to take a lesson before using their boards), kayak, or stand up paddleboard in the afternoon. It just was a disappointment to have an expectaion of what to get for my day, then not do it. In other words, two spereate locations for the morning and afternoon activities, so majority of your time is traveling. Which is fine, but also would of have a different opinion. Knowing what i know now, i probably would never choosen this activity.
I missed the bus to go to the afternoon location, needless to say i was given the wrong time by tourist, but honsestly by the time i got there, i was out of time. One thing that is odd is the memory game, being dropped off somwhere and being picked up elsewhere. However, the people that works at the snorkel rental place, especially that young kid, clueless to his surroundings. Knew who i was & i who else i was there with in regards of the other party on the tour bus & couldnt inform me of the other party making it back. So knowing the time i had to be picked up, this kid not being observant and missing the bus is all my fault, right? So thanks for that! I had to wait for the city bus to pick me up to find out where the tour bus was to get back on it.
All in all, i only did one activity and did a lot of sitting & waiting around. Snorkeling was fun, but was my excitement was short lived with the turmoil. I had fun snorkeling, and thats about it. Oh yeah, dont worry, ill take care of that bus fare!

Since I attend a riding club, I found the horseback riding a bit lacking in terms of riding experience. Instead of riding along the beach, we rode steadily along the coastline. I thought 40 minutes would be short, but it actually turned out to be nearly an hour of enjoyment. The scenery was lovely and very much like Hawaii, making it a great experience.

I also got to enjoy the garlic shrimp from Macky's, which is difficult to reach on your own, and I was able to try Matsumoto Shave Ice! Shopping at the cute shops in Haleiwa was also fun, so this tour was quite fulfilling.

Moreover, I got to see a sea turtle!!! And I must say, the guide was quite a character (laughs). At first, I was a bit confused, but he created a fun atmosphere and was very knowledgeable about Hawaii. The vibe in the car during the transfers was friendly and cheerful. Since the travel time was long, the atmosphere was important. Looking back, I feel lucky to have had him as our guide.

This is a highly recommended tour where you can enjoy about half of what Hawaii has to offer! Thank you!

乗馬クラブに通ってるので、乗馬という意味では物足りないです。浜辺ではなく、海岸沿いをひたすら常足での騎乗でした。４０分は短いかなと思ってましたが、実際は１時間近かく楽しめました。景色がハワイらしく素敵なのでいい体験になります。
自力で行くことが難しいマッキーズのガーリックシュリンプもいただくことが出来ましたし、マツモトシェイブアイスもトライ出来ました!(^^)!ハレイワの可愛いショップでショッピングも楽しめるので、このツアーはかなり充実しています。
それにウミガメにも逢えました！！！
そして何といっても、ガイドさんがけっこう強烈な方で（笑）最初は？？？と思いましたが、楽しい雰囲気を作って下さるハワイを熟知した方で、移動中の車内は和気あいあいとしていてました。移動時間が長いので、空気感も大事ですね。終わってみればこの方でラッキーだったと思いました。
こちらでハワイの半分位は楽しめちゃったお勧めのツアーです(^_-)-☆

At the beginning, I was told that there would be a bit of a stronger warning for safety in the ocean, and that was indeed the case. Even though I understood, it still made me feel a bit down. Surfing was fun.

I felt uncomfortable listening to some rather rude things said to another man, perhaps because they thought he didn't understand English. I wondered if men of the sea are just that foul-mouthed!?

The sailing tour was my first experience, and it was incredibly refreshing. Lying on the net and listening to the sound of the waves made me feel like my whole body was being purified. I only nibbled on snacks and selected drinks, but I hardly touched them because I was so absorbed in sailing. If you get tired from shopping, taking this sailing tour could be a great way to refresh yourself, which is a typical way to enjoy Hawaii.

セーリングツアーは初めての体験でしたが超が付くほど気持ちいい。ネットに寝ながら波音を聞いていると全身が浄化されていくような感じがします。
スナックはつまむ程度、ドリンクはセレクトしましたが、セーリングに夢中でほとんど口にしませんでした。

We used it with our family, including a first grader and older children, in late December.

It was around the time when whale watching starts, and we considered a boat cruise, but thought it might be boring if we didn't see any whales, so we opted for a yacht, which turned out to be a good choice. It didn't sway much, and instead, it was refreshing to feel the thrill of the waves. However, my younger child seemed a bit scared at first from the rocking, so while it wasn't dangerous, it might have been a bit too early for them.

The cruise lasted an hour and a half, going around the other side of Diamond Head. On the way there, we felt excited, and on the way back, we were a bit more calm. Opinions might differ on whether it was worth the price, but I felt like I experienced Hawaii, and I was happy with it. As many have mentioned, I had been interested in beach yachts for a while, and even though the programs are different, it would cost two to three times more in Japan's Shonan.

By the way, it was fully booked with about 40 people, but our family was the only Japanese. I didn't understand much English, but since it was just about feeling the waves and the wind, language didn't really matter.

クジラが始まる頃で、船クルーズも考えたけど、見えなかったらツマラナイと思い、ヨットにしたけど良かったです。
そんなに揺れないし、むしろ波を感じる疾走感で爽快だったけど、下の子が、最初は波に揺られているのが怖い様子だったので、危険はないけど、ちょっと早かったかな。
ダイアモンドヘッドの向こう側まで回り込む一時間半のクルーズ。行きは気分が高揚、帰りは少し冷静にという感じなので、高い・安いは、ギリギリ意見が別れるかも知れないけど、ハワイ体験した気分になり、僕は良かったです。
みんなが書いている通り、前々からビーチのヨットが気になっていたし、日本の湘南だとプログラムは違えど、２～３倍はかかるし。

なお、約４０人の満員でしたが、日本人は我が家族のみ。英語は余り分からなかったけど、波を感じ風を感じるだけなので、言葉は関係ないですもんね。

The weather was perfect, making it an ideal day for parasailing. As soon as we set out, the instructions were in English, but there was also a proper Japanese manual available. Since photography was not allowed on the boat, I requested some photos. I was really anxious about whether I could do it since I have a fear of heights, but I signed up at my husband's request. In our group, there was another Japanese couple and three groups of foreigners. The guide didn't understand Japanese, but I think I was able to understand the explanations through gestures and such.

As for the paragliding, I was scared when we were leaving the boat and going up into the air, but once I was floating in the sky, I was able to enjoy the scenery! I also signed up for photos, and even though it was expensive, I think it's definitely worth it!!!

The cool pickup trolley arrived 10 minutes late (which was expected). At this point, my son was getting excited. We had quite a thrilling drive and arrived at Kewalo Bay.

The boarding process for the boat was smooth, and we started with five groups on board. The two instructors provided precise guidance in broken Japanese, and reading the written instructions eased any anxiety.

We wore life jackets and took turns jumping in, while the instructor informed us about the sale of a photo CD for $30. However, since we didn't know what was included, we weren't sure if it was expensive or cheap. We flew with our smartphones in waterproof cases.

Our turn was last, and while watching the others, I was thinking of requesting a dry landing, but we ended up getting splashed in the sea. That said, it was just enough to soak our backsides, which felt oddly pleasant. The weather was clear, and with calm winds, the flight was very comfortable. ピックアップが遅れたせいか、参加者の名簿整理など運転しながら行い車線もオーバーしがち。
車内で死亡事故に関する免責など誓約書にサインさせられるのですがどこからどこまでの誓約書なのでしょうか?
運転手の明らかな過失などによる事故などたまりません。

お客様を乗せている以上運転に集中するなど安全運転の姿勢は守っていただきたいです。

I participated on December 11. It was around 4 PM on the first day we arrived in Hawaii. My friend and I joined two groups, including a Taiwanese family.

We went first. We chose the 150m option, and it was truly amazing. I highly recommend the 150m!

There was a $30 option for photos, but we opted out. The daughter of the Taiwanese family suggested we take pictures of each other, so we were planning to do that, but it seems the boat staff took a few pictures of us after seeing that interaction! It might have been because there were only two groups. Honestly, after we finished, it felt a bit awkward to take pictures of others on the boat, so just a heads up on that.

It was really, really fantastic; the horizon looked beautiful, and 150m is quite high! As expected, we were dropped into the sea, getting about halfway submerged (saying things like "Yay!!"), and then we surfaced and landed back on the boat! The wire handling was really impressive!

We declined the ride back and walked along Waikiki Beach while enjoying the sunset.

予想してましたが、お決まりの海に腰半分浸かるくらい落とされ(イェーイ！！とか言って)再び浮上してから船に着地！本当に上手なワイヤーさばきでした！
帰りの車はお断りして、サンセットを眺めながら、ワイキキビーチを歩いて帰りました。
