We were the only Japanese participants, but I was very grateful that he provided explanations in Japanese at key points.

The tour content was relaxed and enjoyable. I felt reassured that everything proceeded according to schedule.

I was informed that I could receive a discount at Dole, but the staff there didn't seem to notice? I later realized that I ended up shopping at the regular price. I think it's better to proactively remind them when shopping.

The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. We were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset while cruising, and there were plenty of shows. It was so much fun! Eating the lobster was a bit challenging, and both my husband and I ended up with a little blood on our thumbs (laughs), but that's a good memory too.

We signed up for this tour at my husband's request, and I thought it was a bit extravagant, but considering that at hotels and restaurants in Waikiki, just having a drink and a little food can easily exceed 30,000 yen, I felt that with this experience, the service, the generous portions of food, and the inclusion of drinks and transportation, it was actually a great value.

I highly recommend this tour.

During our stay, we requested two lessons. My 8-year-old son discovered the joy of surfing during the first lesson. Right after the first lesson ended, we made a reservation for the next day. Since Matt, the instructor, was so kind, we arranged for the second lesson with him as well! I was amazed that he was already standing on the board during the first lesson, but he improved even more during the second lesson, so I’m grateful that we decided to do it.

For the second lesson, we were at a location a bit farther away, so we couldn't take photos from the beach, but the photographer took some wonderful pictures for us. My son is already saying, "Next time we go to Hawaii, I want to surf every day!" Waikiki BeachBoys is a school where not only the coaches but all the staff are warm and welcoming, and I definitely want to request lessons again! Thank you very much.

Since we were staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, we arrived at the check-in hut in about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The woman at the reception gave us some mineral water.

Our reservation was for 1 PM, but it ended up being just the two of us. The two male staff members were very kind and spoke in clear English that was easy for us to understand, allowing us to take off smoothly. The view from the sky of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, and even the airport in the distance was breathtaking and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend that anyone who hasn't tried parasailing on their trip to Hawaii definitely participate.

This was a great hike. My husband and I aren’t expert hikers but found this to be enjoyable. The trail is very uneven but most trails are. Wear comfy shoes and take water to stay hydrated. It takes about an hour to get to the top and the views above Honolulu are amazing. We had time to take pictures and enjoy before heading back down. The driver of the shuttle was funny and made the trip even better.

This was my first time seeing Cirque du Soleil. According to my companion, it's rare to see a performance in such a small venue where the distance to the stage is close from any seat. We watched from the very front row, and if you have the budget, definitely choose the front row. The immersion is incredible. This was my fourth trip to Hawaii, and it was my first dinner cruise. I was really looking forward to it as the main event of my trip, but as the title suggests, I was disappointed.

First of all, there were too many people, and the space between tables was very close, so it didn't feel special at all. Additionally, the buffet food wasn't tasty, and hardly anyone was going back for seconds.

We got married an hour before the sunset Catamaran cruise. We were so excited to finish the day with a champagne toast and the Hilton fireworks show from the boat. Great music, great group of happy passengers, the sailing crew were vibing with us. It was a beautiful night.

The only thing wrong was my new husband's foot was bleeding. The staff will tell you to take off your shoes before the short walk on the beach to clamber onto the boat. Rethink removing your shoes. We don't know what he stepped on, but he sheared off some skin. Now he can't walk, drive or work according to the wound care specialist. We have been home for 3 weeks and he's still showering with a bag over his foot.

Despite the barefoot calamity, the ease of booking was great. The price was reasonable. The boat was clean and comfortable. Everything was on point. I truly would recommend this cruise to just about anyone.

Getting married in Hawaii was the absolute best. The wedding, the sunset, the boat, champagne, fireworks... it was almost a Perfect day!!

I felt reassured by the detailed Japanese support when making the reservation. Also, since it was at the Hyatt Regency on the day of the event, the location was easily accessible, and the view was great. The meals at the hotel buffet were a bit hectic, but they were delicious. It was a really great experience. If you're going to do it, definitely choose the 150m height! I'm glad I did it. However, I can't really recommend purchasing the photos. I was also considering another parasailing company, but I chose this one because it was cheaper due to a campaign.

First of all, the guy taking the photos was getting ready with the camera just as we were going up, but I don't know if he didn't have an SD card in or if it was full, but he was changing the SD card after we started going up. I was up there thinking, "Wait, seriously?" and that made it hard for me to enjoy the start with my husband and child. In the end, it was decided that there would be no photos of the moment we took off. Honestly, I thought it was the worst. But since I had already mentioned that I wanted to buy the photos, I had no choice but to go through with it. They took photos of everyone, and I was shown the pictures afterward, but I wish there was a system where I could think about whether to buy them after seeing them. まず写真を撮るお兄さんは上空に上がって行く瞬間にカメラを構えてたんですが、SDが入っていなかったのか、いっぱいだったのか分かりませんが、上がりだしてからSDを変えてて、上にいる私は、えっ？まじで？ってなって、まずそれが気になって夫と子供のようにスタートを素直に楽しめませんでした。結局出発する瞬間の写真はないことが決定。ぶっちゃけ、最悪。って、思いました。けど、写真購入を先に伝えてしまっていたので、買うしかありませんでした。全員分とりあえず撮って、撮った写真見せてもらって、
後から買うかどうか考えられるシステムにすればいいのになぁ。と、思いました。後から写真を見返しても他の写真もイマイチ、誰だか全く分からないし、枚数も少ないから、ほんと残念でした。逆光で顔分からないの仕方ないとしても、せめて枚数は撮ってほしい！
悩んでいたもう一方の会社はＳＤとエアドロでも送ってくれるらしく、写真の口コミがすごい良かったので、高くてもそちらにすれば良かったです。感じのいいおじさんとお兄さんだったから、尚更残念です。体験としては良かったです^_^

This is my sixth time in Hawaii. I watched the show with my 10-year-old child and another person. For those who have seen regular luaus and hula shows several times, I highly recommend this new show. I struggled to decide which seats to choose, but I trusted the reviews and went with Zone 4, which is at the very back, and it was more than enough! The venue isn't too large, so the stage wasn't too far away, and I could see the expressions of the performers! It's a great spot for first-timers since you can see the whole show. I think it would be amazing to see it from below, so I want to sit closer next time.

I participated in a dinner cruise with a live show and a choice of buffet or course dinner (lobster & steak). It was my first dinner cruise, so I was both nervous and excited. I expected the food to be a bit scarce before participating, but it was delicious, and I ended up very satisfied. The live performances and hula show were lively, and we had a great time participating with the entire staff at the end. The night view of Honolulu from the boat was wonderful. The duration was about two hours, which I thought was just right and not tiring at all.
