The reason we chose this one among many options is that it departs conveniently right in front of the Hilton Lagoon where we were staying, and we wanted to experience Hawaii by viewing Waikiki Beach, the city, and Diamond Head from the sky.

We were the only Japanese people there, but the explanations mixed with Japanese were well done, so we didn't feel anxious. Contrary to my expectations of being scared of heights or not being able to open my eyes due to strong winds, it was calm up there, and the three of us were able to have a normal conversation at a regular volume.
I was impressed by the beautiful sea of Waikiki and the stunning mountain scenery, which exceeded my expectations. I absolutely hate roller coasters, but I enjoyed every moment of those two hours.

There is a sort of effect where you get splashed with water when you come down, so I think it's better to wear a swimsuit underneath. We saw a momma and her calf breach, and several fluke tail breach’s. The star itself had a ton of space to allow families to spread out and was clean. What a great experience!
