We used this service with our family during the New Year. Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any whales during our trip, so it ended up being just a regular cruise. It's something that can't be helped, but it might be tough for those who can't accept that. The kids were quite disappointed. I wish we had explained beforehand that "there might be times when we won't see any whales."

This was my first time participating. Just like the reviews said, there were only me and one other Japanese group, and the rest were Europeans and Americans. It was fun with cheerful music and wonderful scenery. Although it was cloudy, I was able to see the sunset, and the view of the hotels in Waikiki from the sea was refreshing.

I experienced parasailing for the first time at the age of 50. I was filled with anxiety about whether I could handle the height of 90 meters, but the chatty driver and the cheerful and kind atmosphere of the boat staff made me excited to take on the challenge. During the descent, we even touched the sea, which was so much fun that I truly felt it was worth it!

Although it wasn't a Japanese tour, there were no issues with gestures and words. In fact, since the participants in the English tour were all foreigners, the atmosphere was lively, and my worries disappeared as I enjoyed myself. I was also happy to have many photos taken for just $30. When I got off the boat, I tipped $20 for each of the two staff members.

I participated in a certain popular dinner cruise on an optional tour two days ago, but it was a bit disappointing, and the weather wasn't great, so I made a last-minute reservation the day before. The cruise started at 1 PM, and the weather was perfect! We had a great time getting splashed with water occasionally.

There were no other Japanese participants besides our family, but it wasn't a problem at all. If you want to enjoy drinks on the yacht, please bring some cash. We only brought a plastic bag and a water bottle. The plastic bag was for storing our flip-flops when boarding the yacht; otherwise, we would have had to leave them on the sandy beach at the boarding area.

It feels amazing, so I recommend this over the certain dinner cruise! Since it can get hot, don't forget a hat or a hoodie. My husband and I didn't get seasick at all, but our middle school daughter felt a bit queasy towards the end.

日本人は私達家族の他は参加していませんでしたが特別困ることもなかったです。ヨットで飲み物を飲みたい方多少の現金を持って行って下さい。私達はビニール袋とペットボトルのみ持参で参加しました。ビニール袋はヨットに乗る時にビーチサンダルを入れるためです。でないとヨット乗り場の砂浜にビーチサンダルを置いていくハメになります。
最高に気持ちいいので某ディナークルーズに行くならこちらをオススメします！暑いので帽子かパーカーなどをお忘れなく。船酔いは私と主人は全くしませんでしたが、中学生の娘は後半に少し酔いました。

The sunset from the sea in Waikiki was amazing. On the day of the cruise, I thought it might be canceled due to rain in the morning, but the rain stopped about two hours before departure, and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. I only knew about large ship cruises for sunsets, but the catamaran was just the right size and had a friendly atmosphere, making it very enjoyable. The Mai Tai was also very delicious. I definitely want to see the sunset again next time.

I had always booked dinner cruises, but I felt disappointed that the cruising would end without seeing the ocean views. That's when I found the sunset sailing. It was our honeymoon, and since it was my husband's first time in Hawaii, I decided to go for it and make a reservation. The meeting place was a bit hard to find, so I was glad I took a walk beforehand to scout it out. You can access it by going through the path between the Sheraton Hotel and Halekulani. Other than us, there were only two other Japanese participants, and the rest were foreigners ( *´꒳`* ). I generally like to visit places with fewer Japanese people when I travel abroad, so I had no hesitation in joining. It's great that Mai Tais are all-you-can-drink! There is a restroom, but I heard it's small, so I didn't drink too much and enjoyed the sunset and the views from the boat while sipping on soft drinks. There is some rocking. When the waves are high, it can be hard to stand. The foreigners were moving around while standing, but since Japanese people tend to be smaller, it's better to stay seated. At sunset, we were in the best position on the water, unfurling the blue sail and turning off the engine to sail only with the wind. The sunset spread out before us, and we had Diamond Head all to ourselves ♡ It was a wonderful tour, and I will participate again!

The location for check-in was a bit hard to find, and the staff member who guided us spoke only English, which made it a bit confusing. That's why I gave this rating, but if you're not concerned about these aspects and just want to see sea turtles, it's a good option.

Went with another couple..I wasn't sure what to expect since I've never been on any type of tour via water and there were only a few reviews.

But we're so glad we did. The crew was fantastic! Josh cracked jokes and made us feel welcome. Brad and Karin (spelling?) were great to talk to...they refilled our drinks and also took pictures.

It was laid back, great atmosphere, and beautiful view. Can't wait to do it again!

We were so excited that we got to stay longer than others and even dropped three times! I think paying $30, including the SD card, for 100 to 140 photos is a great deal. It was my second time, but if I ride again, I would love to come back here!

This was everything the other positive reviews said it would be. The crew was patient and thorough in gearing you up and explaining what to expect. They explained what to do in the event of a number of potential issues. But just as importantly, they were friendly, clearly happy to be doing what they were doing and happy to have us aboard.

We got picked up by a fun shuttle driver who quickly got us to the dock and back to our hotel.

I highly recommend Hawaiian Parasail. A good value and a great activity in paradise!

It was my first time parasailing in Hawaii. I was a bit anxious about whether I would spin in the air because of the strong winds, but once I was up there, it felt amazing and I didn't feel any fear at all. The staff took photos for us, so I have another wonderful memory to cherish. I didn't even need to wear a swimsuit since I didn't get wet at all. They also taught us how to take off and land carefully. It was so much fun! Thank you!

Unfortunately, on the day I arrived with my booking we were turned away, even though I had a printed booking for the trip and reference number. The Catamaran company had not had confirmation from Veltra sent through. They could have called to check but they did not seem interested in doing so. To be turned away was was embarrassing and disappointing as this was a birthday treat for that particular day.

We called Veltra and they did apologise for the misunderstanding and booked us on the next day. We had no issues the next day and I must say had a wonderful time. It was just lucky we had another free day.

Such an incredibly fun experience for the family! It helped that weather conditions were optimal during our adventure, but what made it complete was the friendly and professional staff and crew. This April marks my second repeat visit this year. While a pricey dinner cruise is nice, for me, the open-air catamaran cruise swaying with the Hawaiian waves is the best. Unfortunately, there were many clouds, so the sunset wasn't beautiful, but that's part of the charm of travel. I definitely want to repeat this again next time. As I mentioned last time, there are proper restrooms, so you can rest assured...

I tend to get seasick, so I was a bit worried, but there was no problem at all. It was mystical to see the turtles swimming and the schools of fish. Also, the view of the coastal hotels when returning from the sea was lovely. I think it's a sight you don't get to see often!

Missed the boat by 5 minutes. Couldn't find exact location. Tried to move the tour to another night but no response or effort. Didn't get refunded and over all lost $200. We are tourists and made an honest mistake on our end. Wishes there was an effort on there end.

This was my third experience, so I didn't have the strong impression I had the first time, but my friends who experienced it for the first time seemed to find it fresh and were very happy. They shared that it was a top-class event during our seven-night stay in Hawaii. As the one who invited them on this trip, I felt very pleased about that. Since it was muddy from the rain, the horses were slipping, which seemed to add to the thrill.

When we went on the cruise for our 25th anniversary, the weather was clear and we felt very welcomed by the friendly crew. We also got offered a free drink at the bar as were the other guests. My wife and I enjoyed the relaxing breeze on the tour accompanied with the warm sun. On the boat, we saw gorgeous views of Diamond Head and Waikiki and also took a lot of pictures. While on the boat, we didn't feel any bumps and the trip was very smooth. When we go to Hawaii again, we'll definitely go on this cruise. I highly recommend this cruise for anybody travelling with friends, family, or as a couple.

When we went on the Waikiki Glass Bottom tour in Hawaii for our 25th anniversary, we were greeted very warmly and we felt very welcomed. Although it was raining, we still felt comfortable because of the crew and were offered free drinks. During the boat ride, we saw coral, tropical fish, and even sea turtles! We took lots of pictures of the stunning scenery of Waikiki and the Diamond Head. The crew also explained the history of Waikiki and made the tour more interesting so that every moment was enjoyable. Next time we come to Hawaii, we will definitely be going on the tour again. We highly recommend this great vacation tour for anyone travelling with friends, family, or as a couple.

The trip was amazing. We went the first week of September so there wasn't much turtles or whales. It wasn't the season yet. It was still extremely fun and enjoyable. I went with my grandma and her or I did not get seasick! I recommend this for anyone who wants to relax at sea with a bit of adventure! Really great for elders and little kids. They have a net you can sit on. They also have a bar you can purchase alcoholic beverages or sodas! You can also buy a sippy cup so you won't spill your drink! The meeting place is at the ocean side exit of the Outrigger Reef Hotel. From there, head left along the beach until you reach the area with an orange umbrella and a flag with the tour company's name on it. It's quite hard to find. When I arrived before the meeting time of 2:30, I was told that the boat hadn't arrived yet, and we would meet again at 2:45. After waiting a bit longer, we finally set sail around 3:15. There were a group of ladies typical of Western tourists, a few couples, and families on board. The announcements on the boat were only in English. I had imagined a boat speeding through the blue sea, but it was more about enjoying drinks and music at a leisurely pace. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, and instead of the blue sea, it rained at times, which was disappointing, but overall, it was still a pleasant experience. The ladies seemed to have a great time requesting their favorite songs and dancing.

I participated with a friend. It was a pleasant cruise that really made me feel like I was in Hawaii. There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but they would greet us using the Japanese words they knew. The music, the refreshing evening sea breeze, and the sunset created a luxurious experience.
