The sunset cruise was amazing, feeling the fresh air, sea breeze, and sunlight all around. After departing, we sailed along the Waikiki coast, getting views of Diamond Head and Kahala, then tacked back on our course. The sunset illuminated Waikiki, Diamond Head, Kahala, and the mountains beyond, creating a beautiful glow. On the way back, we sailed towards the sunset.

It felt wonderful. The crew was friendly, and the deck was filled with people from various countries, all enjoying the natural beauty and the atmosphere was great with everyone feeling high from the beauty and the drinks.

I definitely want to use this service again when I go back to Hawaii!

I participated in a North Shore horseback riding tour. We had about an hour's stay in Haleiwa, including lunchtime, so we couldn't take our time. The horseback riding experience seems to differ from the Japanese style. You ride a horse that matches your body type. The ride takes place near the beach. Since there is a compatibility between the horse and the rider, at first, the horse may be a bit excited and not used to the rider, but as it gets accustomed, it becomes easier to handle. It's good to communicate with the horse by talking to it. Each horse has its own personality; the horse I rode tended to walk on flat paths and strayed from the line in front, but I thought that was just its personality. The supporter leads the way, and we follow at that pace. There was another group with a foreigner who seemed to have an animal allergy and ended up with a swollen face after riding. Those with animal allergies should be cautious. You can't bring too much luggage while riding. You can't take photos with a DSLR camera while riding because the shutter sound can stress the horse. 手荷物は、多くを持っての乗馬はできません。
一眼レフカメラ等は乗馬しながらの撮影は出来ません。カメラのシャッター音が馬にストレスを与えるからだそうです。スマホ、コンデジカメラなら可能ですが、乗馬をしながらですから、片手で収まり、胸ポケに入る大きさなら大丈夫です。
乗馬に集中するので、写真が撮れるのはかなり乗馬に慣れてきてから、となりそうです。

Even though all the customers were from Japan, the tour started with criticism of Prime Minister Abe. He even told the customers to act like fools. I guess he meant to say let's loosen up and have fun, but as a person from Kansai, I somewhat understand the nuance. However, there are likely many people who feel uncomfortable with the word "fool." His language was also crude, and I wouldn't want to join a tour with this guide.

My first parasailing experience was more liberating than I had imagined! The panoramic view was amazing! Before I could even prepare myself for how it would feel to fly, we left the boat, but it was very smooth, and I quickly found myself 120 meters in the air. The instructor also took photos and was great at getting everyone excited, which made it a lot of fun. I would love to do it again. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried parasailing!

I enjoy attractions like roller coasters, so I found it fun, but those who are prone to seasickness were getting sick. The parasailing was 150 meters high, and it was very enjoyable without being scary! However, since you end up splashing into the sea at the end, a waterproof camera is a must! I got wet, so I regretted not bringing a change of clothes for the return trip, as it was cold. But we arrived at the hotel quickly, so it was okay. We had a great time!

We participated in a surfing lesson starting at 9 AM as a couple. There was a Japanese staff member, so we could join without any inconvenience even though we couldn't speak English. They also helped us paddle from behind, so since it was our first time surfing, we were able to stand on the board. With two or more participants, we received a DVD of the photos, and all the staff members were very kind, so we were extremely satisfied.

I went with my 5 year old daughter and 60 year old mother. We had a great time on the 600 ft line. Wish we could stay up there longer. Jason and Russell - the captain and crewman - were great and a lot of fun. Russell took great photos while we were in the air.

Pick up from the hotel was easy and check in before the boat was easy. No waiting around to get going, which is always nice.

I participated with my parents. I've been to the North Shore many times, but this was my first time horseback riding there! It was fun to see the ocean while riding. My parents enjoyed it too. However, there was absolutely no service, like taking photos for us, and in the end, we had to ask for a picture, but there was no communication at all, so we weren't even sure if it was taken or not... (laughs) I thought they could be a bit friendlier. (laughs) It had been a while since I visited Haleiwa, and I was surprised at how much it had changed. (laughs) Overall, the tour was very good!

Some Japanese people who don't understand English didn't realize the fireworks were canceled and couldn't understand why we had to disembark. They had to ask a Japanese person who understands a little English, and upon learning about the cancellation, they disembarked feeling disappointed. I wish there had been more consideration, like preparing boards that are easier for Japanese people to understand.

It would also be nice to have boards indicating where to get off in a way that Japanese people can understand for the return trip. It gets dark and the scenery changes.

This was my first time booking an optional tour abroad from Japan, so I was filled with anxiety, but I was very relieved when they came to pick me up on time. There were four groups participating, including myself, a Japanese newlywed couple, and two other groups, and the two staff members created a very friendly and homey atmosphere. By the way, they only spoke English.

The height of 120 meters was surprising, and the duration was unexpectedly long and enjoyable! The view was amazing! Lastly, since you will definitely get splashed with water, I think it's better to wear a swimsuit.

My husband and I did this experience as part of our honeymoon. When we checked in the girls were very helpful. However, while the catamaran experience itself was amazing...when we checked in the girls who helped us forgot to validate our parking voucher. My husband and I were forced to buy something at the hotel bar to receive validation after we got off the catamaran. We were very disappointed in this because in the excursion description it says that validation was included.

I hurriedly got ready, thinking I might have made a mistake, and went to the pickup location. What an amazing experience! Friedlist crew and spectacular view not to mention tasty cocktails and a bathroom ( there really is a bathroom and they are trying to fix the error that says one is not available) we had such a great group of singles and families! I would go again and again! They made us feel ohana and again...the views where once in a life time experience!
