Not worth the price!

The ride was too short. the advertisement said it was one hour to one and a half hours but actually only lasted 45 minutes. The price was too expensive and should be a maximum of $5o dollars each for this zip line. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Coral Crater Park - Aerial Ninja Adventure Tower, Freefall & Climbing Wall

It is a good experience for novice individuals who has not had any climbing experience. I believe the description on the website should be more specific of the tower features, and exactly what the activity includes. My 12 year old son got so scared before they all even started that he did not want to continue so it was a loss only part ( I mean of what I paid for ). It was unexpected but I am sure it is inevitable that someone gets scared and cannot continue with the activity at all and I heard from the staff that it happens often where kids end up not continuing with the activity. It would b nice to have an alternative activity or form of refund or waived fee or transferrable to another ride or activity at Coral crate. We did other activities at Coral crate including Ziplining and ATVs so I really did hope we could have at least had some refund or waived fee/ transferred to another activity.
Also, there were a lot of bugs so be prepared. Part of the nature adventure )-)

Ziplining is not scary as I thought. The 2 guides were amazing. Standing on the platform was scarier for me than the biplane itself. We did the 3 lines. Plan and reserve ahead to get the 6 lines.

My sister and I had a great time at Coral Crater and our guides (Madelyn and Kory (might've spelled their names wrong)) were terrific!! They made the experience so much fun and were so conversational that it made the time fly by. I would recommend this place for anyone of all ages and to whoever wants to have a fun time!

We are a family of 7 and it was our very 1st time zip lining we purchased the 3 lines since it was something we were unfamiliar with. Our guides Hunter and Michelle were fabulous. They made the whole experience unforgettable. Mind you, 1 of my daughters lost her phone on the last line and fell in the trees and bushes below Hunter along with my husband took the time to try their best to find it. Cellphone was recuperated with minor scratches Yay! I highly recommend them. Next time we visit we will definitely be back.

Germaine's Luau - Fun Backyard Style Luau with Dinner, Show & Fire-Knife Dance

This is my first Luau in Hawaii and my boyfriend and I absolutely enjoyed it! The location was spot on. We loved the location, since it was in front of the beach. The venue gave us a tropical vibe. When it came to the food I wasn't too sure if I would enjoy the kalua very much because I am not a porky person. However, after seeing my boyfriend eat the kalua I gave in and tried it myself. Surprisingly it was quite delicious! Too be honest, the food at Germaine's was spot on! Despite the salad, I wasn't to fond of it. Other than that, it sort of reminds me of L&L's lol. I love the idea of giving each person a ticket for one free drink, I thought that was a nice gesture. My favorite part of the evening was the fireshow and the show's overall! The dancers, story, history, and the people were all beautiful. My only wish was that their were more males show haha. I mean, I love the hula girls but where are the mens! Overall, I will definitely come back here with my friends and families..venue, food, and the experience did not disappoint at all. Thank you Germaine's for your great hospitality! Aloha, Cece

Aloha Cece, Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at our family luau. I'm happy you took the chance and tried our "Kalua" or roasted pig, that was cooked traditional way in our underground oven, called an "Imu". It does have a different taste when it's cooked that way. Our salad is made real "local" style, usually macaroni & potato together, and similar to L&L but glad you enjoyed everything else overall. We have added a few more male dancers, as several of our male dancers are also in the Military reserves so not always available. We hope you will return one day and visit us again!! This was my favorite part of our vacation. The staff were very friendly and professional. I loved that they really emphasized how important it is to respect the ocean wildlife. We got to see the spinner dolphins, turtles, and fish. I highly recommend it!

The guides were so nice and helpful it made the experience a lot better. It really felt like the whole group was a family. And they were really clear with instructions so newcomers don’t have to worry about it if they don’t know how to zip line. I would totally recommend to anyone traveling here.

While the tour itself was great- we did see dolphins and turtles- this company has no regard for covid protocols. They pick you up and I asked prior to see if they enforced masks on the bus- as that is the law. They assured me they were. When we got picked up the driver wasn’t wearing a mask! When I asked him he basically ignored me. Half the passengers weren’t. My family double masked but with no windows open it was very unsafe. If you want a safe experience- I would not pick this company.

We were late to book long trips and reserved this one. Staff was nice, easy to deal with but you get very little to ride. I was happy anyways since it was my first time but ride does not show you much scenery. Positive review anyway as it was my fault to wait till the last minute.

The show was phenomenal, food was tasty and views spectacular. I misread and thought it was open seating, but it wasn't. It was well organized, staff were definitely hospitable and the show was truly entertaining even my kid who doesn't like anything like the whole experience. It is a must see! MAHALO!

We purchased our luau through Hawaii activities. Website was super easy to navigate! Since is was a 3rd party reservation I did confirm with the venue just to be safe! The luau was amazing! Food was delicious! Transportation was easy to locate and on time. Our host was great! Highly recommend!!

FIRE, food & show!

Overall, great show! The food was delicious and hearty portions. The show was so good - lots of Polynesian dancing and fire-knife dancing. Chief Sielu was a great host and HILARIOUS!!

Would recommend trying to get the Royal (VIP) seating for better seating for the show! I booked Paradise (General) because the Royal was already sold out for the date that I was available.

A bit pricey but my family really enjoyed it. Prepare to get extremely dusty Hopefully you don't have more than two people who wants to drive because they were strict about drivers. Overall very fun and the course was ran several times which gave us enough time to enjoy

Disappointed not to see the spinner dolphins. Should have spent more time trying to locate them rather than just giving up and heading out to deeper water for the bottle nose. Our whole purpose was to see the spinners.

Sorry for the situations of the day,
Wild dolphins always appear with different situations, sometimes very easy and sometimes difficult.
Spinners can be very cautious when they have baby in the flock.
Please come to see again, they will show their faces next time!
