Since this was my sixth time in Oahu, I was looking for places I hadn't been to yet, and I signed up for this popular tour.

My impression is that the facility wasn't as large as I expected, and although we had about four hours, it was sufficient. I think it's good for those who have been to Hawaii multiple times, but it might feel like a waste of time for first-time visitors. Toshimaen is larger in scale (laughs).

The most interesting part was the Shaka, which is like a halfpipe. Be careful not to hurt your neck! The Cliffhanger wasn't as scary as I thought, so I went down about ten times.

What I liked here, unlike in Japan, is that it wasn't crowded. The pool itself was average and not very exciting, so I just kept going down the slides, and I got tired climbing back up, resulting in muscle soreness. Therefore, I recommend going on the last day.

ここは日本と違って空いているのがいいですね。プール自体は普通で面白くないので、ひたすら滑り台をやり続け、登るのに疲れて筋肉痛になりました。なので最終日に行くのがおすすめです。

On September 22, I participated in an early morning cruise with friends.

About 30 minutes after boarding the ship, we spotted a pod of dolphins! At first, they swam a little distance away, but gradually they came closer to the boat, and to our surprise, one dolphin swam alongside the bow of the ship! We were thrilled to see the lively dolphins up close from right above the bow. We were able to watch them for quite a while. We even managed to capture on video a dolphin jumping while spinning, which made us very satisfied. Ah, dolphins are such beautiful creatures! They are so healing!

Just as we were basking in that excitement, we moved to a different location for snorkeling. Unfortunately, I couldn't see any sea turtles underwater, but I was surrounded by tropical fish, which was also very soothing. Swimming in the clear ocean felt amazing. After snorkeling, it was time for the much-anticipated lunch. The kalua pig was delicious! I couldn't help but go back for seconds.

The ship was spacious and clean, equipped with restrooms, and thankfully, there were hot water showers available. (It felt really nice after snorkeling since my body was cold.) The guide, who spoke Japanese almost perfectly, provided very thorough explanations, which was great. If I come to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate once more. Next time, I’ll go for the deluxe option!

そんな感動もつかの間、今度は場所を移してシュノーケルです。
私は残念ながら水中で海がめを見ることはできませんでしたが、熱帯魚の群れに囲まれてまた癒されました。
透明度の高い海の中を泳ぐのはとっても気持ちが良かったです。
シュノーケルの後は、お待ちかねのランチです。カルアピッグ、おいしかったです！
思わずおかわりをしてしまいました。

船内は広くて清潔で、トイレ完備、ありがたいことに温水シャワーも出ます。
（シュノーケル後は体が冷えているのでとても気持ちよかったです。）
日本語をほぼ完璧に話すガイドさんの丁寧な説明もとても良かったです。

At first, I was worried about getting seasick or whether I could really see wild dolphins so easily. However, the boat was very comfortable, and no one got seasick. Luckily, we saw a lot of dolphins, including two different species, and I was completely satisfied.

We first spotted a mother dolphin swimming happily with her baby. They were so adorable. Next, we encountered a group of dolphins (about 6 to 7). They were all very active, jumping around, and it felt like we were watching a dolphin show.

After that, we went to a snorkeling spot where we saw three turtles, colorful fish, and coral. It felt more like diving than snorkeling. The turtles were quite large and impressive.

After snorkeling, we enjoyed warm coffee, bread, pork, vegetables, and yogurt. It was very delicious after swimming. During our trip, we had a Japanese guide, which made us feel at ease. The weather was cloudy, so it was quite cold after snorkeling. I thought long sleeves would be necessary. In any case, it became a wonderful memory, and I would definitely like to participate again!

シュノーケルが終わってから、暖かいコーヒーとパンと豚肉と野菜とヨーグルトを頂きました。一泳ぎの後で、とても美味しかったです。私達の時は、日本人のガイドさんがいたので、安心しました。お天気は曇りだったので、やはりシュノーケル後はかなり寒かったです。長袖は必要かなと思いました。ともかく素晴らしい思い出になりました。また是非参加したいです！

I participated on September 16. The weather was clear, and the waves were calm, making it a perfect day for cruising. Although I was worried about seasickness, sitting at the front of the boat on the net, feeling the wind and waves, made those worries disappear.

When the captain guided us to a pod of spinner dolphins, I was even more excited! The staff explained that the name "spinner" comes from their jumping spins. Although I couldn't capture the dolphins jumping repeatedly on camera, their images are etched in my memory. During snorkeling at a different location, I was able to see tropical fish and sea turtles. The staff, who were fluent in Japanese, were very considerate and made the experience even more enjoyable.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the waiting time for the bus transfer and cruising was a bit long, which felt somewhat inefficient.

9月16日に参加しました。当日は快晴、波もおだやかで、絶好のクルージング日和でした。船酔いを心配していたものの、船の先頭のネットの上に座り込み、風と波を受けながら進めば、そんな心配も吹き飛びました。
船長の案内で、ハシナガイルカの群れを見つけたときは、更に大興奮！英語でスピナーと呼ばれる由来が、スピンしながらのジャンプだとスタッフが教えてくれました。私達に見せてくれるかのように、何度も何度もジャンプしてくれるイルカの姿はカメラに収めることは出来ませんでしたが、目に焼きついています。場所を移してのシュノーケリングでは、熱帯魚と海がめを見ることができました。日本語堪能なスタッフが色々気遣ってくれ、また、盛り上げてくれ、本当に楽しいツアーでした。
一つだけ難点を挙げるとすれば、バスでの送迎とクルージングとの待ち時間が長く、少し非効率だと思いました。

I was filled with excitement!

As for the experience, after setting sail, we were hurried into the sea with "Hurry, hurry!!"
The local staff guided us with "Right! Left! Down!" and when we looked in those directions, there were so many dolphins!
When the dolphins swam away, we got back on the boat and moved to another spot. (This time we went into the sea three times.)
We then moved to the next spot.
We swam with fish and sea turtles. It was a canoe experience.
After about 40 minutes of fun, we docked while eating cheeseburgers.
On land, we had a hula experience for about 30 minutes.

The water clarity wasn't very high, but there were so many dolphins right in front of us, almost like a video!
I could hear the dolphins communicating!
Dolphins jumped right in front of us!

I was lucky enough to see two sea turtles up close, within touching distance!

I don't think the price was high considering the experience.
All the staff were kind, the driving was safe, and I was able to sleep well on the way back. I felt fulfilled and would love to participate again!

On September 11th, my husband and I participated in this activity. I thought the ocean in Hawaii was beautiful, but I didn't realize just how stunning it could be. Despite going by cruiser, the clarity of the water was amazing; you could see the bottom! Unlike the seas in Japan, there were no seaweed or kelp floating around, and there was no distinct ocean smell.

There were beautiful fish (tropical fish!) and we even got to see sea turtles. We were told that we might not see dolphins, but we encountered two groups of them, and we were able to watch them jump and spin like in a show. Dolphins are so cute! I was truly thrilled!

I really felt that coming to Hawaii was the right choice. It was my first time snorkeling, but I was taught carefully, and since I could borrow a life jacket, I was able to enjoy it even though I'm not a strong swimmer. It was also reassuring to have Japanese staff join us in the water.

I absolutely recommend this. My daughter and I participated together. We arrived at Kona Marina in 45 minutes from Waikiki, and it felt luxurious, like we were the owners of the yacht harbor we see on TV. We boarded the boat with a handsome young man, a dandy captain, and a cute Hawaiian girl guiding us. Coffee, tea, water, and canned drinks were all-you-can-drink. The tour guide mentioned that encountering dolphins was not guaranteed, so I thought it would be okay if we didn't see any. However, within 10 minutes, we heard "dolphins" and rushed to the bow, where a pod of dolphins was swimming, including a mother and baby dolphin swimming closely together. The boat kept a respectful distance as we watched, and while learning that dolphins are nocturnal and swim while sleeping during the day, they jumped and spun in the air. I only had my camera, so I missed the shutter chance since they didn't announce when they would jump, but bringing a video camera would be a good idea.

Next, we challenged ourselves to snorkel. After receiving instructions, we headed into the sea, but I struggled with breathing and ended up sputtering. I finally got the hang of it and looked into the water at a depth of 6 meters, where the Hawaiian girl guided us to a spot where sea turtles were likely to be. We saw five sea turtles swimming! We also got to see sea turtles gracefully swimming along the seabed while snorkeling. The kalua pig open sandwich was delicious, and the staff provided attentive guidance. I would like to bring my children next time.

I was drawn to the spiritual concept of "Dolphin & You" and decided to participate.

When I first encountered the dolphins, unfortunately, the timing didn't align for us to swim together, and I was starting to think, "Am I really going to have to go home like this?" However, the leader, Yuriko, and the staff were persistent in their search, and we finally encountered a large pod of dolphins! Just a few inches below me, pairs of baby dolphins and their mothers were swimming! We swam alongside them for a while. Even though I couldn't catch up, they kept coming back, as if they were coming to play with us. There were dolphins winking as they crossed right in front of me and others showcasing impressive spins... they were full of playfulness. I was truly moved.

Additionally, the cheerful staff and Yuriko's engaging talks and attentiveness kept us entertained every second, making me feel like it was "a professional job." I was able to interact with locals, enjoy a homemade lunch with a mini show, and even learn hula from a well-known local teacher. It was all very thoughtful. I felt that the performance was of high quality, well-structured, and based on respect for Hawaiian culture and nature. Given the price, it was definitely not expensive. Thank you, "Dolphin & You"!

　最初にイルカたちに遭遇したときは、残念ながら一緒に泳ぐタイミングが合わず、「もうこれで帰っちゃうのか・・仕方ないかな」と諦めかけていたのですが、リーダーのYurikoさんやスタッフの方たちが粘り強く探してくださって、ついにイルカの大きな群れと遭遇！
　自分のほんの数十センチ下を、赤ちゃんイルカとお母さんイルカのペアが、何組も泳いでいます！しばらく平行して泳ぎました。追いつけなくても彼らは繰り返しやってきて、まるで遊びに来てくれているようでした。ウィンクしながら目の前を横切るイルカさんや、見事なスピンを披露してくれるイルカさんも・・彼らは遊び心いっぱいでした。心から感激しました。

　それ以外にも、陽気なスタッフと、客を1秒たりとも退屈させないYurikoさんのトークや気配りは、「プロの仕事だなあ」と感じさせました。ローカルの方と触れ合え、お手製ランチにミニshow、現地では有名なフラの先生にフラを習うことができ、至れり尽くせり。ハワイの文化や自然へのリスペクトを基本にしながら、内容も構成も全体によく練られた上質のパフォーマンスであると感じました。これでこの値段は、決して高くはありません。

You might think of Hawaii as a place by the sea, but I highly recommend this (it might even be the BEST of this trip...). All the attractions are extraordinary and incredibly dynamic, far beyond what you can imagine in Japan. In the wave pool, the waves can reach 2 meters, which could pose a drowning risk even for adults... I wonder if such regulations would be too strict in Japan? I visited an adventure park for the first time. It's enjoyable for both adults and children, and my boys, aged 5 and 8, were able to enjoy most of the attractions. They said it was the most fun part of our trip to Hawaii, even more than the pool.

I particularly recommend Hurricane Bay, where you can take bodyboard lessons. You can enjoy riding the waves, both big and small. For beginners, the staff (who were really cool) help you catch the waves. During the lessons, no one else is allowed in the pool, so we felt a sense of exclusivity while others waited by the poolside.

I definitely recommend participating in the Big Splash Package. My husband and kids got so caught up in the fun that they scraped their feet. If you have aqua shoes, it's a good idea to bring them along.

I was very satisfied with the tour and especially with Alan. I left something on the bus on the way back, and the staff was very kind in handling it. All the staff on-site and on the phone were Japanese, which was very reassuring. I definitely want to use Alan's services again next time. Thank you very much!

特におすすめなのがハリケーン・ベイ。ここでボディ・ボード・レッスンを受けます。大・小の波がきて波乗りが楽しめます。初めての人も係りのお兄さん（かっこよかった~）が波にのせてくれます。レスッスンの間は私達以外の人はプールに入れません。一般の人はプールサイドで待ってます。とても優越感に浸りました。
（そうそう入場も団体入場口から1番早く中に入れましたよ)

ぜひビッグ・スプラッシュ・パッケージでの参加をお勧めします。それから遊びに夢中になって主人と子供が足を擦りむいていました。アクアシューズをお持ちでしたら持参されるといいですよ。
今回、ツアーはもちろんですがアランさんに大満足です。
帰りのバスに忘れ物をしたんですがその時の対応もすごく親切でした。現地でのスタッフや電話の対応もすべて日本人でとても心強かったです。次も絶対アランさんを利用したいと思いました。本当にありがとうございました。

I participated with the Splash Package. There were various slides, and it was the perfect attraction for me since I got bored with the boogie boards. Entry was prioritized for tour participants, so while the park opened at 10:30, those on the tour were allowed in from 10:10. However, even though there weren't that many people in the park, there were long lines for drinks and food. Although drinks are free, during lunchtime, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get drinks and food. I also thought that a departure time of 15:00 seemed a bit early.

We participated in the Splash Package for two adults and two children (grades 2 and 6). It was so much fun!! I enjoyed it even more than the kids. There are slides and wave pools in Japan, but the sizes are different. The waves are bigger here. Time flew by in an instant. I thought the gathering time of 2:45 PM was a bit early, especially since the operating hours are until 4:30 PM. Bringing food and drinks is completely prohibited!! They had strict checks, similar to those at an airport. Also, the lockers are small for $5 and large for $9, but for a family, you definitely need the large one. It's a locker that allows you to access it freely throughout the day, so you can enjoy without worrying about money or cameras.

I went with 7 teenagers. They seemed to enjoy the park. It was very expensive compared to waterparks in California. The extra money we spent to have the BBQ lunch was not worth it. The kids would have preferred hamburgers and fries.There is not much for adults to do except the lazy river. The park was really clean and seemed kept up. The kids liked the surf rider and went on many times. The 5 dollar wristband for that was a good value.

We went as a family of four. This was our fourth visit to Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, and this time we chose the Big Splash Package for the first time, which I think was the right decision. The kids really loved the bodyboarding lesson at Hurricane Bay that was included in the package. With the instructor giving them a good push at the right moment, they were able to ride the waves surprisingly far and seemed to have a lot of fun. I participated with a friend on July 19. It was my first time snorkeling and swimming with dolphins, so I was a bit anxious, but it was incredibly fun.

On the day, we weren't able to see many dolphins, but I was really happy that the staff worked hard to find spots where we could see them. Since they are wild dolphins, it's not guaranteed that you'll see them, but we were satisfied to see at least a few.

The hamburgers they grilled on the boat were also really delicious, and it became a wonderful memory. Moreover, everyone on the staff, including Yuriko, was truly kind, and we had a great time.

It was more fun than I expected!! My fourth-grade daughter loved the water slide where you ride on a float, and she went on it over and over again. I thought it might be crowded, but when we actually lined up, the wait time was short, and we were able to ride. I was also happy that the steak at the barbecue lunch was delicious! We participated in a bodyboarding lesson as a family in the afternoon. I was anxious, not just for my daughter but for myself as well. My 12-year-old son was excited, treating it like a boogie board experience. Once we all lined up, a big wave came crashing in. As we floated, one by one, people started to successfully ride the waves. Later, when I tried to float with my daughter in the shallow area, the waves were strong, and it was quite dangerous as my feet scraped the bottom. I remembered the instruction to head towards the staff along the edge, so I placed the board on my head, held my daughter's hand, and jumped towards the staff. Once I entrusted my daughter to them, they pushed the board in sync with the waves, allowing anyone to feel like a surfer with long rides! Reading the brochure, I noticed that many attractions had height restrictions (most were over 122 cm) and swimming ability requirements, which made my 120 cm daughter nervous, causing her to refuse to try any of the slides. We spent a long time in the wave pool, and before we knew it, it was lunchtime (the all-you-can-eat was delicious), followed by the bodyboard lesson (which the whole family enjoyed!). 時間がなくてドリンクが一度も飲めなかったのは残念。

I participated with a close friend. Since it was both of our first time in Hawaii, we were looking for activities where we could see dolphins, but I was a bit worried because I wasn't confident in my swimming skills. The Japanese guide, Keiko, and the local staff were all very cheerful and kind. This time, based on the captain's decision, we descended the stairs of a catamaran and followed a pod of dolphins while holding onto a rope. I thought I wouldn't be able to chase the dolphins while snorkeling, so this was an unexpected and wonderful method! I heard that now, to protect baby dolphins, they swim fast and it's hard to keep up with them while snorkeling. I was so impressed by the staff who tried to show us the dolphins up close! There were plenty of dolphins, and it was a wonderful time. At the snorkeling spot, there were also turtles, and everyone was really enjoying themselves. The hamburgers were very delicious, and the hula dance lesson was fun. I would love to participate again when I go back to Hawaii.

ふたりとも初ハワイだったのでイルカに会えるアクティヴィティを探していたんですが、泳ぎに自信がない私は少々心配もありました。
日本人ガイドのkeikoさんもロコのスタッフさんもとっても朗らかな良い方ばかりでしたし、今回は船長さんの判断でカタマランという船の階段に降り、ロープにつかまったままイルカの群れを追って見る方法でした。私はシュノーケルでイルカを追うのはできないなぁ…と思っていたので願ってもいない方法でした！今は赤ちゃんイルカを守るためにスピードが速くなかなかスノーケリングでは追いつけないそうです。なんとか近くで見せてくれようと考えてくださったスタッフに感激！イルカの数もいっぱいで素敵な時間でした。
スノーケルのポイントでは亀もいてみんな本当に楽しんでいました。
ハンバーガーもとってもおいしかったし、フラダンスレッスンもおもしろかったです。
またハワイに行ったら参加したいです。
