I participated with eight male friends. Regarding the pickup, we came from far away, and the driver picked up other participants in order, but we were picked up about 20 minutes late. I was a bit anxious, but I was able to spot the car right away because it had a shark design on it.

Once we got in the car and arrived at the location, there were about 20 participants, including some foreigners, and we boarded the boat to head out to sea. It was quite exhilarating as we sped along, with water splashing like a waterfall, which felt amazing!

When we reached the dive point, we connected the cage to the boat and dived in groups of six. About half of the cage was covered in plastic, but the lower half remained open, which added to the thrill and made it a lot of fun! We got to get up close to a large school of sharks, and my excitement was at its peak! It was a truly valuable experience.

However, almost all the Japanese participants experienced seasickness, so taking motion sickness medication is a must.

This time, I was considering other companies as well, but I decided to go with this one because their pricing was lower. Although the guide was not Japanese, there were Japanese explanations provided on board, so I don't think there will be any issues. However, the driver only spoke English, so the car was filled with foreigners (everyone seemed to be having a good time chatting), and we spent our time enjoying the scenery outside.

When we arrived at the point, the boat stopped, and looking at the sharks from the boat made me feel seasick. During my participation, we entered the cage in three groups, so there was a high chance of feeling seasick before and after my turn. I didn't wear a swimsuit this time since I wasn't planning on going into the cage, but I found out that if I wanted to enter the cage on-site, I could do so for an additional fee, so I wish I had worn it. 日本人ガイドではないのですが、ちゃんとツアーは日本語の説明が書かれている物が船内にあって渡されたので、特に困らないと思います。
ただ・・・ドライバーさんも英語のみなので、車内は外人さんばかりでしたが（みんなで楽しそうに会話されていました）外の景色を見ながら車内は過ごしました。

ポイントに到着すると船を停止するので、船内からサメをみていると船酔いしますし、参加した時は3回にわけてゲージに入っていったので、自分の番の前後などに船酔いする可能性が大です。今回、ゲージに入るツアーにしていなかったので、水着を着用していかなかったのですが、現地でゲージに入りたければ＋支払いすればＯＫでしたので、着用していけばよかったと思いました。
船上からよりは、やはりこのツアーはせっかくなのでゲージにはいるべきだと思います！！
次回は・・・・と思いますが、船の停止時間を考えるともう1度参加するかは迷いますので、酔い止めは飲むべきですね。

At first, they recommend hiring a professional photographer for the shoot, but for those who don't want that, you can have the tandem instructor use a small camera attached to their arm for about 7,000 yen. This was more than enough!! The fisheye lens captured everything beautifully (＾ν＾).

　何をするというわけではないですが、緊張もあったのか意外と疲労感が強いので、同じ日の午後は軽いアクティビティにしておいたほうが無難かもしれません。

I participated in skydiving for the first time in my life, feeling a mix of curiosity and fear.

We departed from the meeting point around 7 AM and arrived at the diving location in about an hour. During the journey, we had to sign the waiver multiple times (essentially stating that we wouldn't sue if something happened).

Upon arriving at the office, we watched a 10-minute video that outlined the rules for skydiving (again, it included content about not suing). There was also an explanation of the entire process leading up to the actual dive.

After the video, we waited for a while, then put on our harnesses and received some direct instructions from the instructor who would be diving with us (covering the process from the dive to landing).

Once it was time to dive, the fear disappeared, and I felt a rush of excitement.

If you have even a slight interest, I highly recommend going for a dive.

I requested video recording, and although I thought the price was high for the highlights from my pre-dive enthusiasm to my post-dive impressions, it was a great keepsake, so I’m glad I bought it.

I took a bus for about two hours and was planning to walk to the ranch from there, but while walking after getting off the bus, I met a kind couple who offered to drive me! Since I arrived much earlier than planned, I took a nap in a hammock. I rode across the vast ranch with a handsome cowboy named Ross, chatting and learning how to ride better. It took me some time to get used to it since it had been a while, but I had a lot of fun! We also took a commemorative photo with the North Shore sea in the background. I had such a great time horseback riding, but I got too carried away and forgot to give a tip... sorry, next time! When I go horseback riding in Hawaii again, I will request this place!

バスに2時間くらい乗り、そこから牧場まで歩きの予定でしたが、バスをおりて歩いていたら親切なご夫婦に出会い車で送って頂きました♪

ハンサムなカウボーイのロスさんと、世間話したり上手な乗り方を教わりながら、広大な牧場を乗馬しました。

I enjoyed driving around Oahu with the rental car plan! The Arnold Palmer Course at Turtle Bay was very interesting. It wasn't as scenic with ocean views as I expected, but it was a fun course. On the way back, I had shrimp from Kahuku and also stopped by Kailua Beach. The rental car was due back by 6 PM, but they informed me of a location that was open until 8 PM, so I didn't feel rushed. The traffic on Friday was incredible, though...

レンタカーつきプランでオアフドライブも楽しめました！
タートルベイのアーノルドパーマーコース、とても面白い。思ったより海が見える絶景ではなかったですが、楽しいコースでした。
帰りにカフクのシュリンプを食べ、カイルアビーチにも立ち寄りました。
レンタカー返却が18時まででしたが、現地で20時まで開いてる営業所を教えてくれたので時間に追われる事もありませんでした。
金曜日の大渋滞は凄かったですが。。

I planned this trip to Hawaii specifically for skydiving. However, the journey to the North was filled with rain, and I was starting to lose hope. But when we arrived, the weather cleared up beautifully! ❤️

The dive was from way above the clouds, and since I couldn't see the ground and the process moved along like a conveyor belt, I didn't have any time to hesitate, so I didn't feel scared at all. The views of the clouds, sky, and ocean were so beautiful that I almost cried. Plus, thanks to the rain beforehand, we were able to see a rainbow from the sky!!! A perfectly round rainbow ❤️ It felt like I was being sucked into it. I was truly moved ❤️ I'm so glad I went skydiving!

However, the explanation and waiting time after we arrived were quite long. Since our pickup time was early and we hadn't had breakfast, we were really hungry. I recommend either eating beforehand or bringing snacks, as well as something to pass the time, like magazines.

It does take some time, but it was an amazing experience. Hawaii from the sky is the best! ❤️

それなのにノースまでの道のりはずーっと雨が降っていて・・・半分諦め気味だったのですが、着いたら見事に晴れてくれました♡
ダイブは雲のはるか上からで地上が見えないのと、流れ作業のように進むのでためらう時間が全くないのとで怖さを全く感じることなく飛べました。
雲も空も海もすべての景色が綺麗すぎて涙がでそうになりました。しかも、雨のあとだったおかげで空から虹も見ることが出来たんです！！！

Booked this as a wedding gift my my daughter and new son-in-law. They had a wonderful time (original date cancelled due to rain), however re-booked for a different day without difficulty. Their only complaint was a language barrier. It was very difficult to understand the pilot-very strong accent.

Since it was my first time participating, I couldn't understand everything well, so I guess it can't be helped. I was under the impression that I could go horseback riding, so I was disappointed that I couldn't. The advertised horseback riding hike sounded appealing, but I didn't know how to express that, and I would have liked to know how to make the most of my time at Hailewa. The duration of the stay was too long for someone who doesn't ride horses.

Most of the foreign instructors are friendly, and there are no complaints at that level.

However, the Japanese staff member, Mr. Nakai, seems to be the type who is not suited for customer service. His remarks are quite overbearing, and he shows no consideration for Japanese people experiencing this for the first time.

By the way, tips are advised to be given to the shuttle driver and the tandem instructor, and if you request photos ($120) or videos ($160), Mr. Nakai instructs that you should pay 15% to 20% for up to three staff members.

The entrance fee may seem cheap, but be careful as the total can add up to a significant amount.

In addition to Pacific Skydiving Center, there is another skydiving shop next door, so it might be worth checking that out as well.
