First of all, Allen our instructor was very cool. We felt right at home and we got lucky that we had only 1 other family with us so we got great lessons. The views of hanauma bay is like something from a postcard!!! The snorkeling is so amazing and we even got to swim with turtles!! This is a must too because the line to get in is long but with Allen we went right to the front. First class service for sure. Most important thing: underwater camera we bought the best on the market just for this reason and it was so worth it!!

As soon as we arrived, we watched a video, changed, and went snorkeling. We quickly learned the basics of breathing and how to position ourselves in the water before setting off. At first, I thought the time would be short, but it was more than enough. The snorkel was new and of the type that doesn't let water in from above, so it was very easy to use. We encountered a turtle just as we surfaced and were able to see it up close. We also saw some humuhumunukunukuapua'a! Later, the guide told us we swam from one end to the other. The schools of fish were breathtakingly beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed Hanauma Bay! Thank you very much.

Our family participated with our 10-year-old and 7-year-old sons. We chose this tour for snorkeling because safety was the top priority and there was no waiting time. Our 7-year-old son was well taken care of by Alan, which allowed us to enjoy safely. Considering safety, I believe it’s definitely safer to wear life jackets and have an instructor with us on this tour rather than going individually.

Although it’s unrelated to the tour, that night we coincidentally ran into Alan again at a health bar on Monsarrat Avenue, and he kindly gave us a ride back to our hotel, which was a great help. He is very friendly and a wonderful person.

I had experienced snorkeling when I attended Dolphin University, but this time, my husband and I were the only Japanese participants, which made us a bit anxious about the language barrier. Our guide, Alan, was fluent in Japanese and very friendly, making the journey enjoyable. I love diving, so I thought I might find it lacking, but Hanauma Bay is plenty of fun even for snorkeling! My companion was snorkeling for the first time, but with the life jacket on and holding hands while swimming, they felt safe and enjoyed it. In October 2012, I participated with my mother. On that day, a seal surprisingly came to the beach! It seemed to be a very rare occurrence, and our guide was excitedly showing us around (*^_^*).

After that, we practiced snorkeling and then headed out to sea☆ The water clarity was reportedly a bit lower than usual, so we might not see any sea turtles... However, the instructor took us further out (he even helped my mother, who was struggling with her fins!) and we finally got to see a sea turtle!

However, it seemed to be quite challenging for my mother, who is in her 50s, and she had to retire partway through. Another instructor took her back to the shore. I was worried that it might have been too tough for her, but she was actually very satisfied, appreciating that someone was there to help her swim, that she got to see the sea turtle, and that she had the reassurance of being able to return early.

Although it is pricier than other snorkeling tours, I absolutely recommend it for beginners♪ And a waterproof camera is a must (laughs).

その後シュノーケリングの練習をして、海へGO☆
海の状態はいつもより少し透明度が低かったらしく、ウミガメに会えないかも・・・とのことでしたが、インストラクターさんがどんどん沖の方まで連れて行ってくれて（フィンが上手く使えない母の手を引っ張って行ってくれました！）ついにウミガメに会うことができました！

しかし、５０代の母には大変だったらしく、途中でリタイア。。もう一人のインストラクターさんが岸まで母を連れて行ってくれました。
母にはきつかったかなーと心配していたら当の本人は手を引いて泳いでくれたことや、ウミガメに会えたこと、途中で帰れるという安心感があったことが良かったらしく大満足していました。

他のシュノーケリングツアーよりは値が張りますが初心者のかたには絶対おすすめです♪
そして水中カメラ必須です（笑）

I have done snorkeling before, but since I wasn't familiar with the area and my friend was a beginner, we joined a guided tour.

The guides were truly professional and made sure to take care of us so that we wouldn't feel burdened. Of course, we didn't have to stand in line and were able to take a trolley to the bay. It was a day when jellyfish were present, but thanks to the guides who know Hanauma Bay inside and out, we were able to enjoy ourselves without getting stung.

And above all, we got to see sea turtles, which was a dream come true! My friend, who was experiencing this for the first time, felt safe because the guide held her hand the whole time and said, "It was fun." Since the guide was taking care of her, I was also satisfied that I could snorkel freely on my own.

The drivers were so nice and explained the island's history and helped us understand about hawaii.I LOVED IT!! I would recommend the dry snorkel and a life vest if you arent a good swimmer but defiantly the underwater camera because you see amazing fishes

We had never snorkeled before, so we wanted a guide to show us the ropes. Allyn was great. He took lots of time to make sure we were comfortable each step of the way. It was a great experience, and we would for sure recommend if you have never snorkeled. Was fantastic..

I participated as a complete beginner in marine sports, not just snorkeling. I went to Hawaii for a friend's wedding, so I joined alone as a woman. The instructor, Alan, was very kind, so I had no problems being by myself. I even saw sea turtles twice! They were so cute! The beach was beautiful, and since it was mid-January, it wasn't crowded, which made it very comfortable. The other participants were skilled (even though they said it was their first time), so I felt a bit sorry for being a beginner and possibly causing them trouble... But Alan took great care of us until the end. I'm glad I participated. Thank you very much.

シュノーケルどころかマリンスポーツは全くの初心者として参加しました。友達の結婚式でハワイに行ったので、女性ひとりでの参加でした。
インストラクターの方（アランさん）が親切にしてくれたので、ひとりでも全く問題なかったです。
ウミガメも2回見られました！かわいかったです！ビーチはキレイでしたし、1月中旬だったからか、空いていたので過ごしやすかったです。

I went to Hawaii for the first time, and it was an amazing activity. I had so much fun exploring every nook and cranny of Hanauma Bay. I definitely recommend it for first-timers. The guide was also incredibly fluent in Japanese, so there's nothing to worry about.

It was truly a wonderful tour. All thanks to our guide, Alan, who showed us around.
1. He speaks Japanese fluently. Everything was communicated in Japanese.
2. I was a beginner at snorkeling, but he taught me patiently. It was very easy to understand.
3. He knows all the breathtaking spots! I couldn't believe I could see sea turtles so close!! I also encountered many colorful fish.
4. He adjusted to our stamina. Even though it was my first experience and I swam for 40 minutes, I hardly felt tired.
5. The photos are free. He uploaded images taken with a dedicated underwater camera to Facebook, and we can download them.

I am not a good swimmer, almost 70 yrs and never snorkeled and had my 10 and 13 yr old granddaughters with me. The experience was great! I felt we were all take great care of, felt safe and had the first of many (I hope) snorkeling experiences. I would recommend this company to anyone. And any older people who want to try this for the first time, this is the company to use. Only comment is that I wish it were longer. Thanks a lot.

My first time going to Hawaii and doing snorkeling was one of the best things I did. I highly recommend you book with Hawaiian activities I had the dest experience. We had hotel pick and drop off and transportation was on time. Or instructor took us to snorkel on thebest part of the Beach to see more fish and turtles. The gear was in good conditions. Instructor also took pictures of us under water and posted them on Facebook base on the date of tour. Mahalo hope you enjoy your booking.

結果、とても良かったと思います！
ハナウマ湾に入るには入場チケットを購入して決められた時間に行われる説明を聞かないといけないんですが、このツアーならガイドの方がチケットを購入してくれますし、説明も待たずに会場に入れます。
こういった点で少し他のツアーに比べて値段が高いですがオススメです！
もし、参加せれる場合はハナウマ湾は水深が浅いので気をつけてくさい。

I signed up because I wanted to enjoy snorkeling easily. It was great that the tour took us to Hanauma Bay. They also provided a snorkeling lecture. I had fun taking pictures of fish and sea turtles with my underwater camera. The guide led us, so the time flew by, but I was very satisfied.

We participated as a family, including my 10-year-old son. Everyone has experience with snorkeling abroad. The guide is not Japanese, but speaks Japanese very well. They teach you how to breathe and other techniques carefully. The swimming area does not go out far, so I think even those who are new to snorkeling can participate with peace of mind.

The guide spent an hour searching for spots to see sea turtles and showed us around. We were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which was thrilling. For those who want to snorkel efficiently, I recommend a guided tour. However, for people like us who are more experienced, it might feel a bit lacking.

After the one-hour guided snorkeling session, we headed back immediately. There is no time for free swimming. I think we could have enjoyed it more if there had been an additional hour for free time. Also, since we spent the entire hour searching for sea turtles without a break, we couldn't fully enjoy the underwater scenery. I believe this is primarily a beginner-friendly tour.

１０歳の息子を含む家族で参加しました。全員海外でのシュノーケルの経験があります。
ガイドの方は日本人ではありませんが日本語もお上手です。呼吸の仕方など丁寧に教えてくださいます。泳ぐ場所も沖には出ないので、シュノーケルが初めての方でも安心して参加できると思います。
ガイドの方が１時間ウミガメの見れるスポットを探し案内してくれました。ラッキーにもウミガメに遭遇して感激しました。効率よくシュノーケルしたい方にはガイド付きツアーがおすすめです。
ただ私達のように慣れている人には少し物足りないかもしれません。
１時間のガイド同行シュノーケルが終わるとすぐに帰ります。フリーで泳ぐことはできません。あと１時間でもフリーの時間があればもっと楽しめたと思います。
又１時間の間休むことなくひたすらウミガメを探して泳ぐので海中をじっくり楽しむ事ができません。
あくまで初心者向けのツアーだと思います。
