We went individually and booked a tour with a master guide for my parents in their 60s! It was their first time snorkeling, and they were very impressed. They said the guide was very kind and that it was a fulfilling and fun experience.

We participated as a family of three, including my fifth-grade son. It was his first time snorkeling, and he was a bit nervous, but the female guide called the day before to confirm and explained how to use the equipment in a way that was easy for children to understand, so we were able to participate with peace of mind. She held my son's hand while swimming the whole time. There was a line to watch the video before entering the ocean, but we didn't have to wait. The trolley that went back and forth on the slope was also convenient.

On the day, I borrowed a wetsuit and swam, which helped with the temperature difference and prevented sunburn. The last time I swam without a guide, I had a terrible sunburn on my back... Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles, but the guide worked hard to find them, and we saw more types of fish than when I went individually before, so I was satisfied. My son seemed to have a lot of fun and said it felt like he was inside a fish tank! He was happy and said he wanted to participate again. Thank you very much!

当日急遽ウエットスーツを借りて泳いだのですが、おかげで水温の差も日焼けもなくて良かったです。以前ガイドなしで泳いだ時は、背中の日焼けが大変でしたので‥。残念ながら亀は見れなかったのですが、ガイドの女性が一生懸命探してくれましたし、以前個人で行った時より多い種類の魚が見られましたから、満足です。子供はとても楽しかったらしく、水槽の中に入ったみたいだった！また参加したいと喜んでいました。ありがとうございました♫
帰りに教えていただいたハワイの食事情報もためになりました(^^)

I was worried about how it would go, but Teacher Chieko provided one-on-one guidance, and our child was thrilled to see so many beautiful fish! Thanks to Teacher Chieko, we adults also saw a lot of fish and were very satisfied. I plan to request this again when we go to Hawaii.

Our family of five participated, with children aged 10, 8, and 6. It was the children's first time snorkeling, and for the 6-year-old, it was even their first time swimming in the ocean. However, Dan and Chieko provided excellent support, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. We were lucky to encounter a sea turtle as well. Although it was after a typhoon, it seemed to be murkier than usual. Still, we were satisfied to see many fish. If we have the opportunity to go to Hawaii again, we would love to join your tour! Excellent pair of guides with a small group of us to work with. I had never snorkeled before and had no trouble following the instructions. It didn't matter that I was not an experienced swimmer. Sure makes a difference getting past the lineup to get in because of being part of a group. I recommend aiming for low tide if you have a choice.

I signed up for the early morning plan this time. The instructors were both Japanese and foreign, but they spoke Japanese fluently and had the hospitality typical of Japan, making the snorkeling experience very enjoyable.

They were also kind in guiding those who are not good at swimming.

Hanauma Bay can be accessed if you plan it yourself, but during busy times, joining a plan like this makes it relatively easier to enter, so I highly recommend it.

日本人の方と、外国の方が先生でしたが、日本語ぺらぺらでしたし、日本のホスピタリティも持ち合わせていらっしゃるのでとても楽しくシュノーケルが出来ました。

However, since the instructor was always with the participants, I had a very fulfilling experience even by myself! There were also families with small children, so I think even little ones can have a lot of fun!

On June 13, we participated as a couple. My wife was feeling very nauseous from fatigue, and I was thinking about giving up, but we finally made it to the meeting point and were picked up. Thank you so much.

My wife made it to the beach but ended up feeling unwell there and waited while lying down (ｰ ｰ;) She said it felt nice just to lie down on the beautiful beach. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling for the first time in the beautiful sea! Thanks to the guidance from Chieko and Dan, I was able to enjoy myself safely out in the open water. Having professional guides really makes a difference in terms of peace of mind!

They also provided life jackets and took care of our valuables, allowing us to enjoy the sea without any worries. I’m really grateful for the photos taken while we were in the water. Next time, my wife will join me for a rematch. Of course, we would like to book this tour again (^ ^).

It seems that taking the bus can be quite a hassle, so if it's your first time, it might be better to go on a tour from Waikiki (according to someone who joined me). Hanauma Bay is incredibly beautiful and just like the pictures. However, when it comes to the fish, there aren't many, and if you're used to snorkeling, you might find it a bit lacking. I expected to see a more overwhelming number of fish, but it was just a trickle. We snorkeled for about an hour, but the little kids couldn't handle the cold and went back with their mom. The photos will be publicly shared on Facebook later.

This is our first time snorkelling so it helps to have personal guides to be with us. We get to have one on one personal attention. The guides held our hands most of the time and we get to see a lot of fishes and corals. It is unbelievable and we can't believe we can do it. It is one item crossed out from our bucket list.

I experienced snorkeling for the first time at Hanauma Bay. While there are cheaper tours available, I was glad I opted for a guided tour. The ocean was beautiful, the weather was great, and I was taken out further, which made for a wonderful experience. It seemed to be a rare day, but I was able to encounter many turtles, making it a precious day.

I would love to participate again.

I chose this tour because I really wanted to go snorkeling in the beautiful ocean on my first trip to Hawaii. Having a guide who was familiar with the area and the sea made us feel safe entering the water, even though it was our first time snorkeling. The underwater scenery was stunning, and both my husband and I were very satisfied to swim alongside so many fish. The guide kindly accepted my wife's unreasonable request to see a sea turtle and took us to spots that other tours wouldn't go to. Although we didn't see a swimming turtle, thanks to the guide's efforts, we were able to see one resting on a rock. I would like to book with this tour again for our next trip to Hawaii.

やはり土地、海に慣れたガイドさんがいたので、シュノーケリング初めての私達も安心して海に入る事ができました。
