Although I have already passed my sixtieth birthday, I really wanted to participate in a snorkeling tour, so I searched for various tours and finally found this one. It was the right choice!! They taught me how to use the snorkel very carefully, so I was able to enjoy seeing many small fish without any anxiety, and I had a really fun time. They also kindly advised me that if I was going to take motion sickness medication, now was the time, and that I didn't need a wetsuit since it was summer. Thank you very much. I definitely want to participate again next time.

On the day of the tour, a hurricane was approaching, and there were waves, with the sea visibility around 7 to 10 meters. I think the visibility is usually better. The weather was quite bad, but of course, the weather doesn't affect the plan.
The guide seemed to have diving experience and carefully explained the snorkeling precautions. It was the most thorough snorkeling tour I've had so far. The way we snorkeled was quite fun, similar to how divers move around. I found it more interesting than some strange introductory diving experiences. My companion was smiling the whole time.
I thought we wouldn't see any turtles due to the rough sea, but everyone was diligently searching, and we did see some turtles. There were also older participants (in their 60s to 80s) who smiled and said, "It's my first time."
Despite the bad weather, I felt relaxed in that calm, homey atmosphere. The guide was kind.

Hanauma Bay seems to be very suitable for first-timers or those who may have concerns about their physical strength, as the sea level can change with the tides.

ご年配（60～80代くらい）の方も参加されていて、「生まれて初めてだ」と笑顔でした。
そういう穏やかなアットホームの雰囲気に悪天候でしたが癒されました。
ガイドさんは親切でした。

ハナウマ湾は潮の満ち引きで、海面が低くなったりするみたいなので、初めての方や、体力に不安があったりする方には非常にいい気がします。

It was just my elementary school daughter and me participating. Since it wasn't a tour from a travel agency, I was a bit nervous about the operating company, but the guide was a very friendly Japanese woman. We had a lot of fun chatting, and she even told us about some delicious restaurants in Hawaii, which helped ease my nerves and allowed me to truly enjoy snorkeling. Later, when I looked at the photos, I was surprised to see that the sky was quite cloudy! Thanks to the guide, we were able to see many beautiful fish, so I didn't even think about the clouds (laughs). I was also happy to receive the photos taken through Facebook for free. I'm really glad I chose this tour! I definitely plan to use this service again next time!

With a reservation made and paid for 3 weeks in advance, with no notification, apology or anything we got stood up! When you travel thousands of miles and program once in a lifetime activities you have to be able to rely on these on line bookings! We fully regret using this company as we lost a whole day of a planned activity, you simple can't afford to waste time like this when you are on vacation for a limited amount of days. Telling us "we will refund your money" just isn't enough! DO NOT BOOK YOUR SNORKELING TOUR HERE!!

I think it's better to go in the early morning. I had the 8:15 plan. By late morning, I was getting ready to leave Hanauma Bay, and it was already really crowded at that point. If you tell the guide, "I'll do my best with snorkeling!" they will take you out to the deeper water. I encountered a sea turtle out there! It was amazing.

Hanauma Bay is definitely a place you should visit, not only for the beauty of the beach from the outside but also for the abundance of fish and the chance to see turtles. Lastly, the guide gave me their business card, and I was happy to find out that I could download photos taken by the guide (including underwater shots) from the URL written on it.

We participated as a family of three, including my fifth-grade son. It was his first time snorkeling, and he was a bit nervous, but the female guide called the day before to confirm and explained how to use the equipment in a way that was easy for children to understand, so we were able to participate with peace of mind. She held my son's hand while swimming the whole time. There was a line to watch the video before entering the ocean, but we didn't have to wait. The trolley that went back and forth on the slope was also convenient.

On the day, I borrowed a wetsuit and swam, which helped with the temperature difference and prevented sunburn. The last time I swam without a guide, I had a terrible sunburn on my back... Excellent pair of guides with a small group of us to work with. I had never snorkeled before and had no trouble following the instructions. It didn't matter that I was not an experienced swimmer. Sure makes a difference getting past the lineup to get in because of being part of a group. I recommend aiming for low tide if you have a choice.

I signed up for the early morning plan this time. The instructors were both Japanese and foreign, but they spoke Japanese fluently and had the hospitality typical of Japan, making the snorkeling experience very enjoyable.

They were also kind in guiding those who are not good at swimming.

Hanauma Bay can be accessed if you plan it yourself, but during busy times, joining a plan like this makes it relatively easier to enter, so I highly recommend it.

I went to Hawaii for my sister's wedding, and since my parents are at an age where snorkeling is tough for them, I participated alone. However, since the instructor was always with the participants, I had a very fulfilling experience even by myself! There were also families with small children, so I think even little ones can have a lot of fun!

On June 13, we participated as a couple. My wife was feeling very nauseous from fatigue, and I was thinking about giving up, but we finally made it to the meeting point and were picked up. Thank you so much.

My wife made it to the beach but ended up feeling unwell there and waited while lying down (ｰ ｰ;) She said it felt nice just to lie down on the beautiful beach. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling for the first time in the beautiful sea! Thanks to the guidance from Chieko and Dan, I was able to enjoy myself safely out in the open water. Having professional guides really makes a difference in terms of peace of mind!

They also provided life jackets and took care of our valuables, allowing us to enjoy the sea without any worries. I’m really grateful for the photos taken while we were in the water. Next time, my wife will join me for a rematch. Of course, we would like to book this tour again (^ ^).
