After your check-in, your instructor will take you to a calm water environment to learn the basics of scuba diving before heading onto the boat to cruise over to a scenic Oahu reef dive spot where you will enjoy a one tank scuba dive and explore the underwater world with an expert certified guide.

Restrictions
- Do not drink alcohol within 8 hours of scuba diving.
- Guests may not fly within 12 hours of a one-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Guests who are suffering from the ill-effects of the excessive consumption alcohol or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of the activity, are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- If less than 3 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- PADI standards prohibit Introductory Divers from using any camera equipment, including hands-free cameras like a GoPro, during dives to prioritize your safety.
- Guests may not scuba dive if you have any medical issue indicated on the "PADI Medical Statement and Questionnaire". Those with medical issues must consult with a physician and complete the "RSTC Medical Statement and Guidelines for Recreational Scuba Diver's Physical Examination" on their behalf PADI_Diver_Medical_Form.pdf

- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.

- While Hawaii is known for its warm weather, it can get chilly on the water so a light jacket, sweater, or hoodie is recommended.
