- The weight limit for tandem flights is 450lbs in normal weather conditions. In very good weather, the weight limit is 650bs and allows for accommodating triple rider flights. Weather conditions cannot be guaranteed.
- There is a weight limit of 210 lbs (95 kg) for solo flights.

Q. How far in advance should I book this activity?
A. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance. If you have very specific schedule requirements and are not flexible, please book sooner. Last minute availability is often possible, but limited.
Q. I am a little afraid of heights. What is the experience like?
A. Many describe the parasailing experience as being surprisingly calm, but if you suffer from a serious fear of heights, parasailing is not recommended. Review each add-on for specific altitudes.
Q. What should I wear to this activity?
A. Dry flights can be requested but you should wear clothing that you do not mind getting wet.
Q. Are photo or video services available for my flight?
A. Photo service is available for a fee of $30USD that includes a 1GB SD card containing up to 40+ pictures.
Q. Is there parking available?
A. For guests who are driving to the check-in at Kewalo Basin Harbor, metered parking rates are $1 per hour. The parking lot is located at 1125 Ala Moana Blvd.
Q. Do I need to know how to swim to participate?
A. No, you will not be swimming or snorkeling on this activity.
