This snorkel adventure does not disappoint! Amazing crew. This was our second trip with Trilogy & yahoo - so fun. Captain Michael, Zack, Q, & I can’t remember the young lady’s name but they were just phenomenal. Will for sure book another adventure with them & hope for Captain Michael again.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Clean safe boat. Even got to do some whale watching during transport to and from our snorkeling destination.

If you’re looking for snorkeling cruise this is the one you should choose!! Everything about this cruise was wonderful. The staff were friendly and fun and made everyone feel at home . The food and drinks were good and they made sure you felt comfortable in the water and on the ship. Will recommend this trip to anyone that want to cruise or snorkel.

This experience was great on its own, but the staff made it special - my husband suffered from seasickness and they did not hesitate to take care of him giving him special glasses to wear, ginger tea and a ginger pill - after which he felt much better.

We had a great time on a very nice boat, friendly staff, snorkeling at a the crater, and good food. Would definitely do it again!

This trip was more affordable than others, which made us wonder what we're going to get, but it turned out better than expected! It included a nice lunch, a great location for snorkeling, and a good length of time (four hours). We saw many varied fish and the day was fun!

This was probably the highlight of my week in Maui. The staff good, just not great. One of them seem more interested the women vs everyone. The experience was all that I expected. One negative is the deluxe lunch is burgers and chips. Hardly what I would call deluxe. So keep that in mind if you go.

My family had a great time snorkeling. The staff was very supportive, friendly and helpful. Service was all quick, on time. I definitely will book with you guys again.

Such a fun experience. There were 4 in our party. Two actually went snorkeling and the other two watched turtles. The staff went above and beyond.

Hospitality is to another level. Highly recommended. Special thanks to all the crew members for being so awesome. Our 3 year old had a blast!!!

If you are a beginner or lack swimming experience (non swimmers), you must try this.. they make it so easy..

The crew member on the ship made the experience possible and fun! They will meet your needs and help you the best as possible. Madison and RACHEAL ARE THE BEST! They helped us when they could and kept my daughter Evelyn entertained. The only thing I recommend is to download the app for ParkWhiz because you will need to spend extra time going online to pay for the parking space and if you did not show up a half an hour early you may miss the opportunity to board on time because your still trying to pay for your parking spot. Warning it gets very windy so you need to hide inside sometimes and May get crowded. Other than that the food was great for us and so were the unlimited drinks.

The crew was great. I was only in the water for about 10 minutes. I was struggling and a little nervous but very quickly I was asked if I needed help by a blonde female ( forgot her name) she was very calm which calmed me down and guided me back to the boat

It was an amazing snorkel trip. The boat ride was smooth, the crew was great and the food was awesome.

All the crew members were nice and had positive attitudes. They were thankful for the tourists as it’s hard to travel to Hawaii right now. The BBQ lunch provided was way better than a wrap sandwich that was pre-made. Would totally book with them again. And saw lots of whales too.

Overall, I thought it was very good. Crew was nice and professional. They served lunches and accommodated *most* dietary restrictions. Seeing turtles was really cool. Unfortunately I picked this tour for where it said we were snorkeling. The crew made a last minute decision to change our snorkel spot due to winds.

Well organized and great prices. Just didn’t go to the other island like I wanted.

The company did not state the name of the snorkel boat. My cab driver could not locate the boat and others had no idea what boat we were to go on. Later we noted in small print a reference to the name of the boat doing the cruise.
The cruise personnel were very nice but the only thing I was upset about was a mask they swapped with me that leaked. This limited the enjoyment of the snorkel experience. Otherwise I would recommend the snorkel cruIse. Sorry, I forgot the name of the boat.

Trip, crew, boat and food were great! Crew was professional and friendly. Trilogy III was spacious and comfortable. Food provided accommodated family members with allergies to gluten, peanuts and tree nuts. Was our second trip with Trilogy and look forward to our next excursion with Trilogy on a future Maui vacation. Would highly recommend considering Trilogy for your snorkel cruise.

It was a very satisfying activity.
【Experience Details】
We had plenty of time to see fish and turtles at two spots. On the way there, we encountered a pod of dolphins and even saw them spin. At each spot, we saw many fish, and we were able to see six turtles and an octopus as well. However, since I participated at the beginning of July, there were some areas where the water was a bit cold. This might have been due to a typhoon approaching a few days later.
On the way back, it was a great experience to enjoy a hearty barbecue chicken while sailing.
【Others】
We were the only Japanese couple, but the staff were all cheerful and friendly sea men and women who interacted with us warmly. The other participants were mainly families and couples. The explanations in English were delivered quite quickly, so honestly, it was hard for me to catch everything, but I think it’s fine as long as you mimic those around you (laughs). I was worried on the day of the activity because I completely forgot about the reconfirmation phone call the day before, but it turned out to be okay.
Also, I gave a tip of $20 to one person when disembarking (the others around me did the same).

Overall, it was a very satisfying activity.

スポット2箇所でたっぷりの時間で魚や亀を見ることができました。
行きの船ではイルカの群れに出会い、スピンも見れました。
スポット各々で、たくさんの魚を見れ、亀も6匹、タコも見ることができました。
一方、7月頭の参加でしたが、少し水が冷たい箇所もありました。数日後に台風が迫っていたことが理由かもしれません。
帰りはセーリングで帰りながらボリューミーな鶏肉のバーベキューを食べるのも良い体験でした。
【その他】
日本人は我々夫婦のみでしたが、スタッフは皆海の男&女で爽やかに明るい方々で、気さくに接ししていただきました。
我々の他はご家族やカップルが中心でした。
説明など英語はかなりスピーディに話されるので、得意でないわたしには正直聞き取るのは無理でしたが、基本周りの真似をしていれば大丈夫かと思います（笑）
前日リコンファームで電話ということでしたが、完全に忘れており当日心配しておりましたが、大丈夫でした。
また、チップは、下船時にお一人に20ドルをお渡ししました（周囲の方も同様な形でした）

総じて大満足のアクティビティでした。

Captain Dan and the crew were fantastic! Friendly and helpful, even though they they had just come back from the morning cruise. They truly enjoy their work and it shows! We will recommend them to all our family and friends!

This would be good with the kids. I don't have kids so, anyway with family this is great. As an adult date situation not as much. Go with the kids and have fun.

If you're staying in the Kaanapali area, this tour is definitely great since it departs right from the beach in front of you. The meeting place is on the grass just off the beach, which can be a bit hard to find, but you'll see participants gathering when it's time. We were the only Japanese people there, but you can enjoy it without worrying about not understanding English. We encountered many dolphins and even swam with sea turtles while snorkeling. There weren't that many fish, though. Breakfast included cinnamon rolls and coffee, and lunch was delicious barbecue chicken, along with alcoholic drinks, which was satisfying. The disbanding point is also Kaanapali Beach, so you can head straight to the hotel pool to rinse off. I think this is the best sailing experience for a vacation in Kaanapali.

カアナパリ地区の滞在なら目の前のビーチから出発なので絶対このツアーがイイです。集合場所はビーチからすぐの芝生でちょっとわかりにくいですが、時間になると参加者が集まってくるのでわかると思います。日本人はうちらだけでしたが英語がわからなくても心配無く楽しめます。イルカにも沢山出会え、シュノーケルではウミガメとも泳げました。魚の数はそれ程多くはないです。朝食はシナモンロールにコーヒー、昼食はチキンのバーベキュー、アルコールも飲めて美味しくて満足でした。解散もカアナパリビーチなのでそのままホテルのプールに行けるので潮も洗い流せます。カアナパリでのバケーションには最高のセーリングだと思います。
