Reviewed by: Julie, 2021/09/12Thoroughly enjoyed the trip from beginning to end. The food was plenty and very well done. The lunch especially made you feel like you were royalty. The crew served everything. There was plenty to go around. They were all like a well oiled machine working in harmony to get everyone taken care of. The snorkeling was really nice because it wasn't crowded. We had the whole cove to ourselves. The hike was just right. The ride back was a wild one thanks to the wind. They had even supplied supplies at lunch like ginger and dramamine for sea sickness. I give them 5 stars. Best tour I have ever been on. Thanks to you all.

Reviewed by: Laurie, 2021/09/06Awesome tour with Bruce! He provided many interesting facts and information about the island. We saw areas of the island that we would have missed if we were on our own. He offered us the opportunity to spend extra time at the cat sanctuary with over 600 cats when we told him we liked cats, such an awesome place. I mentioned we hadn’t seen many turtles (honu) and he took us to a beach that had about 6 right along the shore. Though not guaranteed, we were able to see Maui, Molokai, Oahu, Big Island of Hawaii, Molokini and Kahoolawe from Lanai (per Bruce he’s only seen Oahu a few times from Lanai).
Definitely would recommend this tour!

Clean ship, departed on time, ticketing in advance was easy, staff was efficient and friendly

Great and Relaxing Excursion to Lanai
Reviewed by: Katie, 2021/08/28We had a great experience with Trilogy to Lanai. The captain and crew were welcoming and accommodating from the first moment to the very end. We were cared for and serviced for all beverages (coffee, juice, water, cocktails, you name it!) from morning until the last moment as well as with all of our meals, plus some surprise snacks. For being a group excursion, we were pleasantly surprised with how fun and completely relaxing this day was! We only wish it could have been longer… but next time, we’ll sign up for that. I highly recommend!

Maui Adventure Lanai Snorkel & Dolphin Watch Ocean Raft Tour with Lunch
Unbelievable Experience

Not only did we see schools of beautiful fish at each reef, we were able to swim with sea turtles at the second location. As we were leaving, pods of spinner dolphins surrounded us which was a once in a lifetime experience. The captain and her first mate were friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and had a fantastic sense of humor! The lunch that was provided was also outstanding! I would HIGHLY recommend this trip to anyone!!!!

Best trip we’ve ever taken on Maui!
Reviewed by: Ann T, 2021/08/19Captain Cary and Shannon are a mighty crew of 2! Cary is a good Texas boy who has lived on Maui for many years… But that Texas hospitality shines through! The man is packed with personality, and genuinely loves his job. He and Shannon both shared so many fun facts and interesting details during our trip. They packed lunch and breakfast for everyone which were outstanding and could not have been friendlier nicer or more accommodating the entire time start to finish! When our original destination was less than ideal he explained to the passengers why it would be in our best interest to go someplace else and he was exactly right! I’ve never encountered more knowledgeable or happy go lucky and fun loving captain. The boat is small so you will have lots of time to interact with Cary and Shannon and he will get more time in the water than on any other cruise. They know where to look for all the things you want to see… You will not be disappointed. If you only book one thing on Maui book this charter!!!

Best Birthday Ever

I have always wanted to go to Lanai so my friends booked this Birthday excursion. Captain Casey and his crew exceeded our expectations!
From the moment we check in and got on board the beautiful catamaran we were treated like VIPs. The hot cinnamon rolls, breakfast sandwiches, and fruit and were delicious.
As we came into the pristine Lanai Harbor the crew again were amazing in escorting us to the bay to snorkel. They made sure we has sunscreen and were constantly insuring our safety in and out of the water. We also purchased the photo package and I will always cherish the amazing above and below water professional photos.
We headed to the Harbor Pavilion for a hot lunch cooked and served by the crew. It was so good we had ate until we could not chew anymore.
Sailing back in to Lahaina was almost as fun as snorkeling. The crew were professional yet so fun! Hoisting the sail we glided across the ocean with cold drinks in our hand.
I can not express what a delight it was to be with the Crew of the Trilogy! I will never forget my Best Birthday Ever!

Snorkeling was good...ride and time on boat was not good.
Reviewed by: Diane Ortiz , 2021/08/10Snorkeling was good. However, I felt like we spent more time on the boat than in the water. There was also a lot of information giving on the way to Lanai. However, I don't understand the need to keep everyone on the boat and do another 30 minute talk on the mic while we're all dying in the sun waiting to get in the water. Then we're excused to go in the water and another 30 minutes or more go by before you can get in the water because everyone is now in line to put their gear on and get in. It's very time consuming.
The 30 minutes of talking on the mic once we're docked was a bit much and over the top.
I don't feel the customer or their interests were a priority.

Amazing experience!

Captain Kiwi and Alison were great- entertained us, taught us things, and made sure we had fun while being safe!

Lanai isn’t worth the bother…
Reviewed by: John Galt, 2021/06/14The waters were rough so the snorkeling wasn’t good and with younger kids that just made for a wasted day. The rough waters made the ride back a nightmare with all on the verge of vomiting. We salvaged the day by leaving early on the 2:30 instead of the 5:30 and having an amazing early dinner at Kimo’s in Lahaina, along with some shaved ice for desert.

We rented a jeep in Lanai City and visited Koloiki Ridge, Kanepuu Preserve, the lunar landscape of Keahiakawelo (Garden of the Gods), the remote white sands of Polihua Beach, Shipwreck Beach and the Petroglyphs, and the ancient remains of historic Kaunolu, home to King Kamehameha’s favorite summer fishing retreat overlooking Lanai’s southern cliffs. Wow! What an adventure!

GET THERE EARLY!
Reviewed by: Margie, 2021/04/25Arrive at least half an hour before departure. There is paperwork to fill out, temp checks etc. Nice ferry ride. 45 minutes. Saw a whale in late April! You can walk to the beach from the ferry landing on Lanai.

From the time we boarded the ferry in Lahaina until we returned to Lahaina everything went perfect !! The shuttle to and from the rental car was right on time. We love exploring on our own and seeing all the beauty Lanai has to offer. We highly recommend this excursion if you like the open road and are up for adventure !!
