We had a surprise interaction with a pod of spinner dolphins. It was so unexpected but such a highlight to see them swimming in our wake.

There were two Japanese staff members who were both very friendly and attentive, which made it easy to enjoy the activities. Despite being fully booked, the staff acted promptly and efficiently, which was truly impressive. I had a personal issue after the event, but they kindly helped me with that as well, and I am really grateful. I definitely want to come back here next time! Thank you so much! 😊

日本人スタッフ2名がいらっしゃりお二人共とてもフレンドリーで気が利く方々でしたので安心してアクティビティができました。満席だったにも関わらずスタッフの皆さんはテキパキと行動されていてとても素晴らしかったです。終了後に個人的なトラブルがありましたがそれにも快く助けて下さって本当に感謝しています。次回も必ずこちらでお世話になりたいです！本当にありがとうございました(^^)

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Clean safe boat. Even got to do some whale watching during transport to and from our snorkeling destination.

It was a great full day with my family. Captain Raquel and her team were amazing! Saw lots of whales in the morning with Haleakala in the background. Dolphins joined us on the ride back too! The entire team was fun and interacted w/ all of us. We can't recommend it enough!

The experience was good. We saw both whales and dolphins. The unfortunate thing was that they overbooked the boat and there wasn’t seats available for everyone on deck. Being forced to sit in the crew area below and not hear the captain’s commentary had a way of making you feel unwelcome. However, we did get to do the activities and saw wonderful marine life.

With this being our first snorkel tour, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can tell you that it was just as much about the people running the tour as it was about the tour itself. Everyone was dedicated to making our experience a memory to last a lifetime. The boat was great, the food was awesome, the drinks were a nice touch and the snorkeling was exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks again for making this an awesome memory.

I am so glad we booked with this company! Many staff members were verified life guards and had degrees I. Marine biology. Safety and fun was their first priority. They didn’t skimp on lunch- allowed 2nds and thirds so you definitely weren’t left hungry! We were a little bummed that we didn’t actually get to see any whales, only 1 turtle, and not a ton of fish, but they can’t help nature.

It was a wonderful experience, they provided you everything, the safety regulations are pretty clear. The food is great. Just they might need to added more alcohol to the drinks heheh also the crews are the best crews I ever had hahah they are all great, they will help you with anything. I definitely recommend to my friends when they are come visiting Maui

It was my first time snorkeling. Couldn’t have chosen a better start. The crew was so supportive and encouraging. I hardly wanted to get out of the water once i got the hang of it. Now i cant wait for the next time I get to go snorkeling. The food on board was great. Towels weren’t mentioned in items to bring so i assumed they had towels. First timers mistake, so get your towels.

. It was the best excursion we had on the island, customer service, the boat, the crew, the food it was definitely a white glove experience. You have to do this excursion don’t waste your money on a luau do this excursion instead

We spent a wonderful half day. Saw many fish, corals & one turtle. The crew was helpful & joking with us the whole time. Food was nice & tasty.

This was such an amazing adventure for my teen daughter and I. We were served the most delicious cinnamon rolls with fruit for breakfast as we cruised to the Molokini crater. The snorkeling was unbelievable! At the next stop we swam with turtles. Once back on the boat the captain served up a delicious chicken, rice and salad lunch. Plenty of seconds too! Great POG drinks and ice cream to finish off the trip. The last 15 minutes of sailing through the trade winds was also a blast!

If you’re looking for snorkeling cruise this is the one you should choose!! Everything about this cruise was wonderful. The staff were friendly and fun and made everyone feel at home . The food and drinks were good and they made sure you felt comfortable in the water and on the ship. Will recommend this trip to anyone that want to cruise or snorkel.

Knowledgeable and fun crew. Lots of positive energy and the food was tasty.

This experience was great on its own, but the staff made it special - my husband suffered from seasickness and they did not hesitate to take care of him giving him special glasses to wear, ginger tea and a ginger pill - after which he felt much better.

We had a great time on a very nice boat, friendly staff, snorkeling at a the crater, and good food. Would definitely do it again!

This trip was more affordable than others, which made us wonder what we're going to get, but it turned out better than expected! It included a nice lunch, a great location for snorkeling, and a good length of time (four hours). We saw many varied fish and the day was fun!

当日は天候も素晴らしく、私達夫婦だけが日本人でしたが、キャプテンをはじめスタッフ全員が親切で、ユーモラスで、優しい人たちで安心してツアーをエンジョイしました。
28歳のクルーの男性は過去に日本を訪れたことがありその時の様子を聞かせてくれたり、翌日がハロウンだったので女性スタッフの仮装も乗客の雰囲気を盛り上げてくれました。
乗客の数名とも、カタコト英語でしたが、ボート内で色々な会話も楽しめました。
ホヌとの出会いだけでなくイルカやモンクシールとも出会て本当に楽しい半日でした。
キャプテン以外は皆さん若いスタッフです。(キャプテンが一番の盛り上げ役でしたが)

We had such a wonderful time! Our little kiddos age 5 and 6, were well taken care of and had so much fun! The crew was so kind and considerate and helpful! We would definitely recommend this adventure to anyone!

- our boat captain, Cary, shared many interesting facts about all the islands while we were on our way to our snorkeling sites.
- he has great sense of humor and I enjoyed his choice of background music during the trip.
- I was blown away by the number of spinner dolphins and sea turtles we saw!

My family had a great experience. The staff was the absolute best. They were very accommodating and attentive, especially to our young children. I highly recommend Four Winds and would definitely book with them again.

This was probably the highlight of my week in Maui. The staff good, just not great. One of them seem more interested the women vs everyone. The experience was all that I expected. One negative is the deluxe lunch is burgers and chips. Hardly what I would call deluxe. So keep that in mind if you go.

Our family of eight, included two 18 month olds. This trip was so accommodating. The entire crew seemed to love their jobs and were very helpful. The snorkel equipment fit perfect with no fogging up. They even had some little rafts that had a window into the ocean that was perfect for kids, including the toddlers. One of our kiddos was still not comfortable on the raft so he was able to view the fishies from the glass bottom. Breakfast and lunch hit the spot.

The on board photographer did a great job capturing our group even though we seemed to all go in different directions. And the cost of our album was very reasonable. It was nice to just focus on the snorkeling and not worry about the camera.

Although we didn’t need it, the crew also offered a short class on snorkeling for beginners.

It was the best day of our vacation.

Saw tons of gorgeous fish in the colorful Maui waters

I can’t fault the company too much for this but our outing got cancelled because of high surf so we moved it back and then that outing got cancelled for high surf. It’s a little frustrating because we try to schedule all of our plans for the day in the same area so this really threw off our plans on two separate days. It may have been useful to get a warning on the second rebooking that there was a decent chance that the boat could get cancelled again. I do understand safety is priority and as someone with no boating experience, I really don’t know how far out a high surf can be predicted. But overall, we’re pretty disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend booking boats that leave from Lahaina.
