Dinner Cruise December 2022

Staff was friendly, helpful, happy and overall a joy to be with.
The captain was interesting, had a lot of experience, laughed at the dumb joke I made about no more 3 hour tours - Gilligan Island joke - and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome.
The food was good, hot when served, and you were not made to feel rushed.
The guy singing was great. Had a wide variety of standard songs that fit the age group he was dealing with - yes there were a lot of us old folks on the trip - and he made sure to recognize all the birthdays and anniversaries - 4 couples married 50 years or more - and played their song.
The departure was just as nice and overall a great time.

The best sunset dinner cruise we could have asked for!!
Reviewed by: Emma D, 2022/10/10Let me start by saying I was a little nervous about booking this dinner cruise because I didn't know if the price would be worth it. I also saw in the fine print when booking that you were only allowed 3 alcoholic beverages the entire trip, which confused me since it says open bar.
I have never been on a dinner cruise and this was my boyfriends' first trip to Hawaii so I wanted everything to be perfect! We were picked up from the hotel and I immediately asked about the drink limit. He said there wasn't one so that was a relief! It was even nicer knowing that we were getting dropped back off at the hotel so we could drink as much as we wanted. We shared the bus with another couple and had some nice conversations.
We got to the boat and it was raining a little bit but it stopped almost as soon as we left the harbor. We did some sailing since the weather was nice and we watched a beautiful sunset. The food was served buffet style so you could go back as many times as you wanted and it was all delicious. The crab cakes and ahi sashimi were my absolute favorites and my boyfriend really enjoyed the tri tip and ahi as well. The dessert was excellent and even accompanied by Bailey's and an amazing raspberry dessert wine that I wish I knew the name of so I could buy some back home.
There was a photographer on board and she really tried to get pictures of everyone that wanted pictures. She posed us and we were able to get some beautiful pictures in front of the sunset. She was very nice and so was the entire crew. They were attentive, fun, joking, and all around seemed like wonderful people. The bathrooms were clean which is always nice, especially when you're on a boat.
We had an amazing night and really loved the fact that it was a small intimate setting. We've already discussed it and will be booking this sail again on our next trip to Maui.

Reviewed by: Petrie, 2022/10/01We were totally impressed with the crew. We chose to be picked up at our resort which was much better than trying to drive to dock and find a parking place and then drink during cruise and drive home.
Alii Nui was a great craft, smooth sailing and comfortable.
Choices of tastes and drinks were fine. Foods for the "Feast" were outstanding, including roast beef sliced as you requested, crab cakes, pork ribs, and more.
Sunset was outlined by clouds and then the moon came up. WOW.

LAHAINA SUNSET DINNER CRUISE, MAUI
Reviewed by: Joseph R Andeson, 2022/08/21Many things were satisfactory. Except the fumes of the boat were overwhelming. The staff was courteous, friendly and unassuming. The boarding process was slow and cumbersome. Waiting in the heat at the pier with no place to sit comfortably was a challenge. Paying over 300.00 for a ticket, one would think the details of waiting would be better thought out.
However, at the end of the evening, the experience was delightful the staff wonderful. If a person needed to use the latrine, they were in for a big surprise. The stench in the bathrooms could cause one to vomit. These facilities were not adequate. It is clearly understood, for the money spent, the business needs to purchase another vessel.

Such an amazing night!

They’re extremely talented, entertaining and my wife and I loved every minute of it! The food was good, the atmosphere was obviously amazing (it’s Maui). The captain is a super chill guy, he does a brief education of the islands that was super interesting and informative. I can’t say enough good things about this dinner cruise. To top is off the crew involved some of the guests in the show and everyone was just having a great time.
I highly recommend this activity, you won’t regret it!

Not much of a cruise, overpriced for what it was, probably won’t do it again

Wanted it to be more sightseeing. Thought it was overpriced for what it was. Didn’t like to be so tightly packed with people.

The Captain and Crew were pleasant and accommodating. The Captain dropped nuggets of information about the island as we cruised. The waves were pretty rocky but was no big deal for us. The only thing I took issue with was the salad greens were wilted, other than that everything was great!

The NO TOILET BOAT but 2 because we see the sunset

Avoid this cruise $300 a couple for dinner dancing cruise but no dancing ( see pictures). First, boarding was late then a person came out slovenly dress and said they were going to board.
Second problem all of the plates were out before we boarded with single file space you had to look for your “name” which means everybody’s face has been all over YOUR plate gross. Can we say Cova 19 boys and girls? AFTER, we left port was the announcement that the toilet DO NOT work and that we could NOT put toilet paper in the toilet that we had to put it in the garbage can beside it, bottle water provided for hand washing no soap! Wait no soap?! no running water??!! When my husband had to used the restroom they pour water in hands, NO paper towel, and was given hand sanitizer. REALLY??!!There was no dancing possible because we were crammed upstairs because the RUGS downstairs were pulled up.
I guess we’re to dance in my seats?!
THEN BLAME GAME: after cruise requested refund was told to call VIATOR ( which I did upon my return THEY REFUSED!!! Piss on!! Now I am pissed off!! someone needs must return ANY money and refund they should did us a favor and cancelled this tour. Viator offers get FREE CANCELLATION VIA ANYBODY for EVERYTHING USED. IF BOOKED THROUGH them get guarantee or pay extra for free cancellation or good faith agreement.
if there is a agency that handles this boating industry in Hawaii? I want you to email me all of the information that I need to forward all of my pictures as well as picture of four other couples shut down time!! I got nothing but time.

We were seated at a table with another random couple, (not very romantic.) My husbands food was also gross and very fatty. The cheesecake was still frozen and drinks were watered down, including my Diet Coke. The bathrooms were the worst part-absolutely disgusting like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. They smelt like vomit. The boat was extremely old and dirty and the “live music” was too loud and below mediocre. Please save your money!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
