About the tour:
On the boat, there was a sightseeing guide (historical explanation), and we all stood up and danced to Hawaiian music, creating a cheerful atmosphere. It's enjoyable even if you participate alone. I don't know what it was like when we could enter the fern cave, so compared to that, the fern volume seems a bit lacking, but it was still a good tour.

ツアーについて
ボートでは観光案内（歴史説明）もあったり、ハワイアンミュージックでみんなで立ち上がって踊ったり、陽気な雰囲気で過ごせました。1人参加でも楽しめます。シダの洞窟の中に入れた当時を知らないので、それに比較するとシダボリュームが貧弱のようですが、それでも良いツアーでした。

This was the first time my family joined me trying SNUBA. Doug was the best instructor and guide ever, very patient with beginners. If you have ever considered trying it, this is the place to try. Being able to see the fish and coral up close is amazing. Thank you Doug and Josh for a highlight of our trip.

My girlfriend and I had a blast! We will recommend to others visiting the beautiful island of Kauai! Thank you Tia. She was awesome. Very entertaining.

It was a great tour, our guide was so informative and fun, I would recomend this tour 100%

Do yourself a favour by not missing this awesome natural spectacle that is Waimea Canyon if you’re visiting Kaua’i.
The vastness, colours and wildlife are extraordinary.
Wailea River Cruise was average. Staff on the barge were friendly and polite, like all Hawaiian people we have met. But their attempt at humour was off, but more importantly not even close to being funny. The main female host tried sharing information/history along the river, but kept making mistakes and forgetting what she was saying!
Fern Grotto, was disappointing, not only because you can no longer enter the cave due to safety, but I’ve seen better natural amphitheatres.
Still worth seeing as it’s part of the package.
Our tour guide Leonme from Roberts Hawaii Tours was awesome. Very funny, very informative.

We loved the plane ride, checking in was smooth, they took pictures of us with the plane which was nice, and the employee and pilot were very friendly and helpful. We booked last minute but we felt welcomed nonetheless. The plane ride had a smooth take off and landing. And of course, the view was so amazing along with the pilot telling us all about Kauai!

My son and daughter-in-law were on their first trip to Kauai so I ordered a fresh lei greeting. Here is their reaction . . . "Thank you so much for the surprise welcome from Auntie Loya at the airport! We were greeted by a sweet little old lady with fresh orchid leis. She was an excellent tour guide as well!" There is no better way to start off a magical vacation in Paradise.

So much fun to receive our Leo upon arrival! We received so many compliments and questions asking where we got it!

We were not disappointed, thank you whales for splashing around and having fun on the water with us!!

What a morning, more than you think when you think of river tubing, they have a great pathing set out on this traiL!

Authentic experience, the crew really goes extra to explain hawaiian histories!

Paired this with the luau and a great way to start the evening at Smiths!

The Na Pali coast tour was amazing, the views were incredible and the captain and crew were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and skilled in maneuvering the boat into sea caves and along the coast.

We went with the family, including two kids (5 &7 yo) and everyone loved the tour.

The snorkeling was also a highlight and the crew had all the gear to make it safe and fun.

Our lunch was also very yummy!

And as a bonus we saw some dolphins that jumped and flipped out of the water for us, and also a sea turtle.

We could not think of anything that could have been better.

Absolutely amazing day of breath taking beauty, whales and dolphins, beautiful snorkling, delicious sandwiches, and very knowledgeable and entertaining Capt Shawn and crew Asia and Kaloa.

A large high-speed boat was launched, but the waves were high and it rocked quite a bit, causing some people to get seasick. There were also a few people on the deck getting soaked by the waves. After about an hour and a half, we arrived at the Napali Coast, where breathtaking views spread out in a panorama. On the way back, we enjoyed the sunset, making it a double delight.

We participated as a couple. The river cruise was fun with hula dancing and Hawaiian music. However, the fern cave lacked impact and was somewhat unappealing. I would like to participate in your tours again in the future.

リバークルーズの方は、フラダンスあり、ハワイアン音楽ありで楽しかったです。
肝心のシダの洞窟は、余り迫力がなく魅力に乏しかったです。
また今後も貴社のツアーに参加したいと思います。

We had so much fun!! Our guides were so informative and took their time in explaining and waiting for everyone in our party to climb the ropes to experience the fabulous waterfall!!

It was breathtaking!!

This cruise was great with our 18 month old. The boats are wide and spacious and have great visibility on any seat. We enjoyed the commentary and singing while we rode -- and barely noticed the rain.

The short walk to the fern grotto was lovely and lush. Not to mention the grotto itself. We learned more about the traditions of the place and watch a Hula performance of a love song. The guides did not rush us through the walk and were very warm and friendly.

Recommend -- especially if you have young children and need something fun to do with them. My son loved the boat ride!

Good performance given sever flooding one day before cruise.

We had the best day!!! From the beautiful weather, the calm kayak conditions, the lush hiking environment, the spectacular falls and our amazing guide Justice, we could not have had a better experience. Justice was incredibly friendly, super knowledgeable, funny (dad jokes lol), patient and an overall great guide who thoroughly enjoys what he does.
As novice kayakers, we had no issues but the river was very calm with very little wind.
As intermediate hikers we found the trail fairly easy to navigate as long as we were mindful on the rocks and roots. On the hike, you WILL get muddy and you WILL get wet crossing 4 streams and 1 river but it’s all worth it once you reach the breathtaking falls.
The lunch supplied by the tour was pretty good too as we picnicked at the falls.
Hiking shoes/sandals or running shoes are best. For anyone with mobility issues, they may find parts of the hike difficult.
We would highly recommend this tour as it was the highlight of our time on Kauai!!

It was my first time on a boat in the ocean. The captain and crew were attentive and friendly.

My husband and two teenagers loved this kayak adventure! Our guides were very friendly, funny and calm. Jay was very informative and gave us a wonderful history lesson on the island and its culture. He did a wonderful job preparing us for our journey and guiding us through the river and ocean. We did make the journey to the farthest beach on the ocean and it was well worth it! We snorkeled with some sea turtles and enjoyed our time at the beach.

It was a great way to finish up our trip on Kauai. I appreciate all that our guides did to inform us and keep us safe as well as teach us about the island and its culture. I would highly recommend this!

The guide was excellent, the river and surroundings were breathtaking. Unfortunately, high winds and a rising river stopped our paddles without ever seeing the falls. Weather is unpredictable, but since we paddled twice as hard against the winds, it was exhausting. Thought there might be a discount of some kind since our 4 hr. tour only lasted 2 1/2. Better luck next time, I guess. Would do it again with better conditions.

Had awesome guides, great group we were paired with. Highly recommend for those that like adventure. Do not recommend for elderly or young children

Great river tour boat ride when wind on the island was difficult elesewhere. Great service!!

Save, Richard, and James were awesome! The lines were exciting and our guides were great with our kids, including a timid seven year old.

Great luau! A little late for our 3 and 5 year old (no dinner, just the show). But they slept on the benches with our jackets and we were able to enjoy the show. Next time, I would plan this later in the trip than our 2nd night so the kids could have enjoyed it more. Jet lag was tough on the little ones!

Everyone should be so fortunate to experience this cruise - Na Pali is Majestic and beyond Beautiful, the entire ride over was relaxing, and the crew were informative, funny and passionate about sharing the wonders of the place they call home. This IS paradise. Go on this cruise, you will never forget this wonderous, magical place and you will feel blessed to have experienced it at least once in your life. Enjoy!!!!

We were so fortunate to have our guide all to ourselves. He was so informative, patient, and watchful to make sure we had the best experience. The kayaking was challenging but Fun!!, The Hike to the waterfall was also challenging!! Never crossed a small river hanging on to a rope!!! It was Amazing!!!! You haven't really lived until you have lived this Adventure!! 100% worth every minute and every penny!! This was a birthday present for our son and it wound up being a present for all of us.
