Before Saturday, the only way you're going to get Sharon in a Helicopter if she was half dead on our way to the hospital. Our flight was excellent, very smooth, beautiful clear day. She was excited and would even do it again. The video of our trip was an added bonus only glitch being the audio portion did not work so you couldn't hear my clever comments. <grin>

Very organized, professional and friendly. I am in a wheelchair and appreciated all the help from tram to buffet line - everything. We went on river cruise next day and it was awesome. Mahalo!

If you can't speak English, the enjoyment of this event is halved. All pamphlets, venue guides, and notices within the venue are in English. About 95% of the participants are Western tourists, making it difficult for Japanese tourists to enjoy.

Next, while the content of the event follows the tour guide's description, the imu ceremony only involves taking out the pig that has been steamed underground beforehand, which lacks a sense of presence. As for the luau, I think the food offerings are poor, and the dining area is cramped and overcrowded.

Finally, the hula dance, fire show, and other performances from various countries on the outdoor stage were impressive in terms of the stage setup compared to similar indoor events, but the content itself was lacking in emotional impact. In particular, the dances from China and Japan seemed to be choreographed by someone who had no understanding of those cultures.

Overall, I believe that improvements are necessary to enhance tourist evaluations.

本催しは、英会話ができないと、参加しても面白さは、半減する。
パンフレット、会場案内ガイド、会場内掲示板すべて、英語です。参加者も、欧米系観光客で、ほぼ95％であり、日本人観光客が、楽しむことは、難しい。
次に、本催しの内容は、ツアーガイド内容通りであるが、イムの儀式は、事前に土の中で、蒸してある豚を取り出すところだけであり、臨場感に欠ける。次に、ルアウですが、料理の内容が、貧弱なことと、食事場所が狭く、詰め込みすぎだと思う。最後に、野外ステージで行われた
フラダンス、ファイヤーショー、その他各国の踊りですが、野外ステージは、大掛かりな作りになっていて、屋内の同種行事より、好感が持てたが、内容的には、感動が少なかった。特に、
中国、日本の踊りは、まったく、中国、日本を知らない人が演出したのではと思える錯誤的内容でした。
全体的に、もっと改善しないと、観光客の評価をあげられないと思う。

Loved the scenery and the Sunset was amazing. The crew was very helpful.
The seas were pretty rough that day and the tour took a little longer than planned.
The snacks were good but we didn't realize that there would be a light dinner served too.
We were able to see lots of whales and even some Dolphins.

The morning pickup was on schedule. The participants included a couple from Alaska and another couple from America, making a total of six people. I noticed that there were overwhelmingly more male-female pairs in the kayaks, and we (two women) were lagging behind the other kayaks, struggling to catch up, which meant we missed out on hearing the guide's explanations during the kayaking.

I brought trekking shoes but ended up taking them off right from the start and paddling barefoot. After kayaking, we had to wade through a river about 10 meters wide, up to our thighs, to reach the trekking starting point.

They lend you a completely waterproof backpack, so there’s no worry about your belongings getting wet, but it is heavy during the trekking.

The trekking itself wasn't too steep, and we stopped here and there to listen to the guide's explanations, which were quite interesting, for about 40 minutes. (All six of us were moving at a similar pace, but probably a bit faster.)

At the waterfall, there were many people swimming, but even though it’s Hawaii, it was January, and that was unthinkable for us.

The lunch break was less than 30 minutes. After eating a wrap and drinking some juice, we set off again.

We walked and paddled again, and by 2 PM, we were back at the hotel. It was a tour that was dense in experience but not too intense.

朝のピックアップは予定どおり。参加者はほかにアラスカからとアメリカからのカップルで、計6名。気づけば、カヤックは男女ペアが圧倒的に多く、私たち（女2人）は他のカヤックより遅れがちで追いつくのに一所懸命で、カヤック中はガイドの説明が聞けず残念だった。
トレッキングシューズを持って行ったが、はじめから脱いで裸足で漕ぐハメに。カヤックのあとトレッキングの登り口まで幅10メートルぐらいの川を太ももまで浸かるのだった。
完全防水のリュックサック状のものを貸してくれるので荷物が濡れる心配はないが、これがトレッキングのとき重い。
トレッキングはさほど勾配もなく、ところどころ立ち止まってガイドの説明を興味深く聞きつつ、40分ほど歩いた。（6人とも同じくらいのペースだったが恐らくやや速め。）
目的地の滝では泳いでいる人もたくさんいたが、いくらハワイとはいえ1月、私たちには考えられなかった。
ランチ休憩は30分もない。ラップサンドを食べてジュースを飲んだら出発。
再び歩いて漕いで、14時にはホテルに着いていた。
密度が濃く、高くなくて良いツアー。

Loved, loved, loved this tour. We got to see so much of Kauai only accessible from the air. Brody was an excellent pilot and very informative. This was the highlight of our trip!!

I had trouble finding the meeting place. I couldn't communicate at all in Japanese. Since it's a reef and not sand, beginners should be careful not to hurt their feet. I was satisfied to enjoy the surfer's dream, Poipu Beach.

集合場所が分かりにくくて困りました。日本語は全然通じません　砂ではなくリーフなので初心者の方は足を傷つけない様注意して下さい。サーファー憧れのポイプビーチで楽しめて満足しました。

We had a great time on the sunset cruise! It had of course had great views, the captain stopped a couple times to let us watch some whales playing! The staff, Ian, Jason and Colin were helpful and friendly; the waters were a little rough, so they really showed our concern for our safety and comfort. The drinks, appetizers and sandwiches were all very good, very fresh. I would highly recommend this excursion!

WE ALL GIVE THIS TOUR ON KAUAI, A 10 PLUS. WE WERE PICKED UP AT OUR CONDO, DRIVEN UP THE WESTERN COAST. STOPS ALONG THE WAY...WAIMEA CANYON IS BREATH TAKING! OUR TOUR GUIDE, ROSERIO (misp?) WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HAD A GREAT SENCE OF HUMOR. WE STOPPED FOR A WONDERFUL LUNCH,( RIGHT ACROSS FROM OUR CONO)..THEN HEADED EAST TO THE COAST AND OUR TOUR TO THE GROTTO. ALL IN ALL, IT WAS A WONDERFUL TOUR....WE WERE DROPPED OFF AT OUR CONDO IN THE EARLY EVENING...JUST IN TIME FOR A DRINK, SNACKS AND BED! MAHALO WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY ON FACEBOOK

Enjoyed the Hawaiian show immensely which I was not expecting. Enjoyed the show despite the rain at the grotto. You should highlight the entertainment with such a pleasant show.

Fun and relaxing for all ages and a great staff to guide you.

This was a great excursion, which required a little grace and patience as it got started (van's battery was dead, had to switch vehicles), but was great overall. Fun to do both river and easy ocean kayaking. At the snorkel beach, we saw plenty of fish and also were treated to swim alongside a turtle. Steve was a great guide too.

Great ride! Competent pilot. Great tour highly reccomended. Just do it! It's worth the mony! Great

I was really nervous about trying surfing and a bit wary of how easy the instructor made it seem. It ended up being my favorite part about our trip to Kauai! It was such a fun, enjoyable experience and the group being small made it really simple to get feedback and help. These guys are really great, SUCH a fun time!

The food was delicious, the grounds were beautiful and the show was very enjoyable. We had a great time!

Not bad until the driver left us at the last stop. Think one could tell that 2 of a group of 8 were not in the van. At least it was only mile or so walk to hotel.

Tour guide was great. Could have used more time at the canyon and blow hole.

The view of Kauai Island from the sky was magnificent, offering a scenery that can't be experienced in Japan. It rained a little, but it stopped quickly, and right after that, I was able to see a double rainbow, which made me feel so happy.

空からのカウアイ島は雄大で日本では経験できない景色を見れて最高でした。少し雨も降りましたが直ぐにあがってその直後ダブルレインボーも見れて幸せな気分になれました。

This is my second trip with Blue Hawaiian while in Hawaii. The pilot was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel confident with his skills. The day was very windy and rained off and on but he ensured our safety. It is clear that safety is very important to this company. The scenery was breathtaking.

It was a little daunting at first as this was a very rainy day in the area. Was thrilled to know that almost all of the time we would be covered. The place is in need of renovation, the chairs and other structures are in need of an overhaul, it's definitely 1970's 1980's looking. I have attended two luau's (not this one) in the past but this was the best one. It seems like a very good family and they are very attentive to taking care of everyone at the luau. The gardens are beautiful. I do think that telling everyone to be there at 4:30 and then sit around until 5:45 after a short tram tour thru the gardens is not a good use of time. The food was abundant and most was good. The drinks were not good at all. The Mai Tai was like iced tea and the other drink seemed like a glass of maraschino cherry juice. The show was excellent, very creative and spoke about the various cultural influences that make up Hawaii. It was a little cheesy but that is to be expected as it is a family event. There was definitely some excellent musical talent and singing during the luau and the dinner. I would recommend this luau to anyone. I love being at the beach at a luau but the weather is a factor and this was covered so it worked out great. The area where this luau is held is gorgeous

Loved learning about the culture and loved watching the shows. Got a lot for the money we paid. Loved it!

Great value for your money. Got to experience a lot of the culture, food, boat ride and much more . Learned about the Island we were visiting as well! It was an excellent item to spend on.

All the staff were very friendly and eager to please, keeping our drinks full. The captain kept us well informed over the intercom, pointing out all the marine life etc. A good way to spend an afternoon on Kaua'i

Me and my friend took HoloHolo Charters to the NaPali Coast and we had a blast! The crew is always there for any assistance and they're just great people who want you to enjoy yourself. The boat stopped for picture opportunities and even took us to see the Open Celing Cave, THAT was incredible too. I would love to come back to Kauai and we would definitely do this boat tour again!

We took the Waimea Canyon and Wailua River Cruise tour and what an experience. Our driver and tour guide, Juan, was amazing. His knowledge of the history of the island of Kauai together with his own experiences growing up on the Garden Isle really made the day beyond interesting. From the time we boarded the tour bus until the end of the day, Juan's personality, knowledge and wit made every minute enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour AND Juan to all who may consider it.

A must see... very beautiful, and such a cool experience! A little rough on people who are susceptible to seasickness/motion sickness

We are newlyweds, so the cruise to the Fern Grotto was very cool since weddings used to be held there!

We loved, loved, and loved it! The movie tour on Kauai is the perfect treat for not only movie fans such as me and my husband but for those who love seeing the beauty of Kauai. As it combines clips of scenes from famous, and some not so famous, movies filmed on the Island. It’s an easy six hours of entertainment as the tour guide fills you with fun facts of the movies with the reality of what actually had to occur (or not occur in some cases) for the film to be made. Bleeps of scenes and inaccuracies are pointed out with amusement such as scenes that go from one far corner of the Island into the mountains with the flash of the camera such as in the Elvis movie “Blue Hawaii.”

For a modest cost, my husband and I enjoyed touring Hawaii and meeting other tourists and having lunch (choice of Burgers; Pulled Pork and Chicken Sandwiches and Salads for the vegetarians) at the wonderful restaurant, Tahiti Nui, used in the film “The Descendants.” We even got to meet Julia, the real bartender in the movie.

The tour guide was professional, courteous and funny and went out of his way to point out great restaurants and frequent stops for pictures.

We highly recommend this for anyone as a wonderful way to tour Kauai and enjoy movie making at its most magical.

Our guide, Jack, having been raised in Hawaii was extremely knowledgeable about the history and local factoids. He even had a few good jokes. He kept us engaged and interested for the entire day. Everyone else we came into contact with regarding this tour was also very professional and nice

Overall I would recommend this as a great way to get introduced to Kauai
