We are so glad we started our vacation with a traditional lei greeting! The girls loved it, and grandma did too!! Dan was amazing to work with and so understanding when our flight was delayed and reassured us that he would be there to greet us. He was and it was so worth it to see everyone’s smile!! I joined this tour because it was the only way to visit the Fern Grotto. I was glad to be able to participate since I had wanted to visit it at least once. Although we couldn't enter the cave due to past hurricanes and landslides, we were able to enjoy the atmosphere. We also had fun singing hula and songs in front of the Fern Grotto. It was great to feel the essence of Hawaii.

The staff were very friendly and entertaining, even though they only spoke English. From the moment we got on the boat, the music started, the river was rich in nature, and the beautiful caves made us feel happy. In the end, we even did a hula dance together. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves thoroughly.

Since I chose a tour without hotel pick-up, it's difficult to catch a taxi near the pier. I couldn't understand the explanations because I don't speak English, but I was able to enjoy the music and hula dancing. At the end, we all participated in a hula dance lesson and had the experience of trying it out.

We recently attended the dinner show and overall, it was a very decent experience—definitely worth checking out at least once. It came highly recommended, and while parts lived up to the reviews, I did leave feeling slightly underwhelmed in a few areas.

The food was decent, but my family and I were hoping for more traditional Hawaiian dishes. I was especially looking forward to laulau and Hawaiian mac salad, which weren’t on the menu. While the meal was fine, it didn’t quite match the authenticity I’ve experienced at other luaus on different islands. That said, the piña colada was excellent!

The pre-show, including the unearthing of the pig, wasn’t quite what I expected, but the grounds were absolutely beautiful—immaculately maintained and fun to walk through, especially with the live animals.

Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The Smith family did a great job hosting, and the main host was especially entertaining and engaging. Their humor and hospitality were highlights of the evening
