There are bags available on board in case you feel nauseous, and they also provide instructions on how to deal with motion sickness before the flight. So, for those who are sensitive, I think taking motion sickness medication would make for a more comfortable journey in the sky.

To be honest, it does shake quite a bit, and although the sensation is brief, it feels like a roller coaster several times. I was able to enjoy my time without any issues, taking in the views of Kauai Island from above.

However, for someone like me with very low English comprehension, I understood about 90% of the guide's explanations (laughs). Putting aside my lack of knowledge, I think I would have enjoyed it even more if there had been a Japanese brochure for Kauai Island.

The view of the remote ocean that can only be seen from the sky is unique to helicopters. It feels like catching a glimpse of the primordial Earth, and it's wonderful.

Unfortunately, I ended up sitting on the inside of the back seat, but the person in the front row was almost in a tank top, so their skin reflected on the glass and appeared in all my photos. I would appreciate it if the front row passengers could be given black jackets, as other companies do, for consideration.

The entire crew was amazing! They were thoughtful, attentive, and caring the entire trip. Several people aboard were sick to their stomach due to rough, choppy water, but the crew was so sweet to those having problems. They were quick to serve, offer, and pick up food items, drinks, etc. I'd definitely take a tour with this company again. They get 5 stars for customer satisfaction and service.

We went in November on our honeymoon and had a great time. Service was perfect. We never had to get up from our seat. We weren't able to go to Niihau because of the high surf. We were given some options before going out. We decided to still go out and at the end they suprised us and refunded us some of our money. Wendal and his crew make you feel very welcomed.

We had a group of 17 people, teens, seniors, and adults are three separate flights. Each of us had a great time. The Blu-Hawii Helicopter's service is excellent in accommodating the complicated weather conditions, and pilots are extraordinary in knowledge and experience. Early start was well worth the effort,checked in at Port Allen at 06:20. we then boarded an were given a safety lecture an an explanation of what to expect during the trip.Breakfast and lunch onboard wer both excellent. The scenery up the Napali coats was truly breathtaking the comentary by the skipper was very informative,the crew were all very helpfull for the duration of the tour. On the whole a truly recomendable excursion. Five Stars .

On the way to Napali, wild dolphins swam alongside our boat, and on the uninhabited island, there were seals napping. We enjoyed not only the breathtaking scenery but also a variety of experiences.

On the return from Niihau Island, it felt like a roller coaster the whole time. The boat was rocking quite a bit, and many people started to feel sick, but the crew's response was incredibly quick and precise, which was impressive! They communicated with us in various ways, and I thought that if I could speak more English, it would have been even more fun!

Highlight of our Hawiian cruise

We flew to Honolulu and then spent 6 days on a cruise to Maui, the Big Island, and Kauai. The highlight of our trip was the Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour. The Eco-Star helicopter is one of the best helicopters available. It is relatively quiet, very comfortable, and the view from any seat is fantastic. Our pilot had flown helicopters for more than 20 years, was an excellent guide, and you could tell that he loved his work - if you can call it that. Kauai is so diverse, from the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific", to the fantastic waterfalls including the "Jurassic Park" waterfall, the spectacular Napoli coast with its towering cathedral cliffs, and the beautiful beaches. It is the best way to experience all that the "Garden Island" has to offer in an hour. Then, you can decide what you want to visit from ground level. Blue Hawaiian also offers a video of your flight showing both the passengers and the phenomenal scenery, so that you can relive the experience over and over again.

Highky recommend this tour, our pilot was the best, we loved the tour it was beautiful to see Kauai from the air, we were able to see the waterfalls, the scenery is breath taking. All I can tell you is book this trip ASAP. And I highly recommend purchasing the YouTube video of your trip you will love it and you can send it to all your friends and family. They will certainly be jealous. If this is on your bucket list, just do it...it's worth it.

Before Saturday, the only way you're going to get Sharon in a Helicopter if she was half dead on our way to the hospital. Our flight was excellent, very smooth, beautiful clear day. She was excited and would even do it again. The video of our trip was an added bonus only glitch being the audio portion did not work so you couldn't hear my clever comments. <grin>

It was fun to see the Napali Coast for less than a helicopter tour! The staff from the tour company were very friendly. However, if your goal is to get close to the waterfalls like you would in a helicopter, I wouldn't recommend this. It gives you more of an overview from above.

The scenery of the Napa coastline was wonderful. However, I couldn't understand any of the English explanations, and considering the high tour price, I didn't enjoy it as much as I hoped. I also thought the snorkeling wasn't worth it because there were very few fish.
