I joined this tour because it was the only way to visit the Fern Grotto. I was glad to be able to participate since I had wanted to visit it at least once. Although we couldn't enter the cave due to past hurricanes and landslides, we were able to enjoy the atmosphere. We also had fun singing hula and songs in front of the Fern Grotto. It was great to feel the essence of Hawaii.

It was an experience like a theme park as we went down the river to the fern cave. The content was neither good nor bad; it was just average. It's worth going at least once. I think once is enough. If I go again, I would like to go for kayaking.

You can't enter the cave, but they will take you close to the entrance. On the boat, and of course in front of the cave, they provide wonderful performances and hula dancing. It was pleasant to enjoy the sightseeing boat while being blown by a refreshing breeze.

The staff were very friendly and entertaining, even though they only spoke English. From the moment we got on the boat, the music started, the river was rich in nature, and the beautiful caves made us feel happy. In the end, we even did a hula dance together. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves thoroughly.

Since I chose a tour without hotel pick-up, it's difficult to catch a taxi near the pier. I couldn't understand the explanations because I don't speak English, but I was able to enjoy the music and hula dancing. At the end, we all participated in a hula dance lesson and had the experience of trying it out.

This was my first time but the host was an absolute doll while kayaking she was giving us a bit of history of certain things, she was very informative very helpful and wonderful all together. A very fun adventure. Beautiful kayak trip on the Wailua River. The river was very calm and both ways were fairly easy to traverse. A little bit of wind on the way back made it a tiny bit more difficult but not much. The hike was fun. The last part gets a bit technical due to large wet rocks and such and being a bit older slowed us down some especially on the way back. Our guide, Harrison, was fantastic and helped us through the short area that was really difficult. The falls are majestic and I feel so lucky to have been there. It was a great day!

We recently attended the dinner show and overall, it was a very decent experience—definitely worth checking out at least once. It came highly recommended, and while parts lived up to the reviews, I did leave feeling slightly underwhelmed in a few areas.

The food was decent, but my family and I were hoping for more traditional Hawaiian dishes. I was especially looking forward to laulau and Hawaiian mac salad, which weren’t on the menu. While the meal was fine, it didn’t quite match the authenticity I’ve experienced at other luaus on different islands. That said, the piña colada was excellent!

The pre-show, including the unearthing of the pig, wasn’t quite what I expected, but the grounds were absolutely beautiful—immaculately maintained and fun to walk through, especially with the live animals.

Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The Smith family did a great job hosting, and the main host was especially entertaining and engaging. Their humor and hospitality were highlights of the evening

The grounds are always fun to walk around and see, lots of nice photos areas to take with family members or loved ones. The Smith family is very welcoming and inviting. The crew were super friendly and kind. The live music and the commentary of the guide was very entertaining and informative through-out. The river ride was pleasant and breezy. Definitely a nice experience if you want to do with family. We went to the Fern Grotto at the end of the cruise and the short walk to the grotto through the tropical forest was so cool. Overall a neat thing to do in Kauai.
