We really enjoyed this cruise! We went in Nov so the beginning of winter there. Waters were just starting to get a little rougher. No one in our group gets seasick so we had no issues but some others on the cruise that were prone to seasickness were struggling a little. The staff were all super friendly and shared a lot about the history along the coast, films that were shot there, and other recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!

This is a long tour lasting over four hours. After about a two-hour cruise, we get close to the rock wall just before arriving at the famous scenic cliffs, which offers various enjoyable experiences. However, I did feel a bit seasick during the trip.

For snorkeling, I think it's safer to borrow a tube (a foam stick) since there are no wetsuits or life jackets provided. The water was a bit cold, but I was happy to see fish and turtles.

The tour is conducted in English, but I don't think that's a problem.

The meeting point is in an area where many tour company offices are located, including Kauai Chocolate Shop. There is also a Kauai Community Bus nearby, so you can time it to return to Lihue by bus (I think taking an Uber is better for the outbound trip).

4時間超の長いツアーになります。2時間位クルーズしたのち、有名な風景の崖に到着する手前の岩壁にも近づき、色々楽しませてくれます。ただ、それに少し船酔いしてしまいました。

シュノーケルは、ウェットスーツやライフジャケット無しなので、チューブ（発泡スチロールの棒）を借りた方が安心出来ると思います。少し水が冷たかったですが、魚や亀を観ることができ、嬉しかったです。

ツアーは英語のみですが、問題ないと思います。

集合場所は、多くのツアー会社オフィスがまとまっている区画で、カウアイチョコレートショップなどもあります。近くにはカウアイコミュニティバスも通っているので、時間を合わせてバスでリフェまで戻ることができます（行きはUberの方が良いと思います）。

My husband and I totally enjoyed the NaPali coast tour. We had a great day on the water thanks to the crew of the NaPali Kai lll. Our first time on this tour and we highly recommend it. Mahalo!

What a great way to see the Napali coast!

Our captain and crew were incredible. The captain is a highly skilled driver, maneuvering our 39 ft boat into caves. The best part of the tour.

I loved the cruise!... Sit in the back if you don't like the movement of the boat. The scenery and water was beautiful! We saw dolphins and turtles! The weather was beautiful!! Lastly, the crew was the best!!! Can't wait to go again!

The Hanalei area was our favorite, we were so happy we got out on the river!

This was our favorite excursion! The captain and crew were so fun and knowledgeable! The coast was beautiful, and we saw lots of sea turtles and dolphins. The snorkeling was great too. We would highly recommend this company!

Due to a COVID case among the staff, our morning snorkeling tour was rescheduled for the next day. There were five friendly staff members, including the captain, all of whom worked hard. The captain, who is of Native American and Chinese descent, was entertaining and provided excellent service, bringing the catamaran close to the cliffs of Na Pali and splashing participants with waterfall water. We enjoyed a variety of stories about the island and Na Pali. The scenery of Na Pali is featured in many movies, including Jurassic Park, and I believe it is worth seeing at least once.

One thing to note is that I had heard Na Pali can be rough at sea, but since the tour was changed to a relatively calm morning, I felt reassured. However, on the return trip, we faced headwinds and had to ride over waves pushing towards us, which resulted in all of my family getting seasick...

The large catamaran, breakfast, lunch, and the hardworking staff, along with the humorous and talkative captain, were all excellent. However, since we hardly saw any fish while snorkeling and the ride was too intense, I would rate it four stars.

スタッフにCOVIDの人が出たとかで、翌日のモーニングシュノーケルツアーに変更になりました。スタッフはキャプテンを入れて5名、いずれもよく働くフレンドリーなスタッフで、キャプテンは、ネイティブインディアンと中国人のハーフ、話が面白く、また、ナパリの岸壁ぎりぎりにカタマランを近づけ、参加者に滝の水をかけるなど、サービス精神満点でした。話も、島の話、ナパリの話など多様な話で楽しめました。ナパリの景色は、ジュラシックパークその他の映画に多々出てきたもので、なかなか見られないもので一見の価値ありだと思います。
注意が必要なのは、ナパリは海が荒いと聞いていたのですが、比較的穏やかな朝のツアーに変更になり、安心して臨んだところ、帰りは向かい風で手前に押し寄せる波を乗り越え続けるライドとなり、家族全員船酔いに。。。
大きなカタマラン、朝食、昼食、かいがいしく働くスタッフ、ユーモアあり話し上手なキャプテンと、文句なしだったのですが、シュノーケルで魚がほとんど見えなかったのと、あまりに激しいライドで４つ星とさせていただきます。

The view was something else, let me tell. Cruising the coast and seeing the unique geographical features was amazing. I don't know I've ever seen anything like this. The host and crew was super informative and helpful. They even provided and took care of my GF who was starting to feel seasick. They were well-equipped to host everyone, not to mention that they were pretty entertaining and funny. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. Our boat captain and crew were informative, interactive, and friendly. The views were breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed our snorkeling adventure as well! 10 out of 10!! This is a must do while in Kauai!!

We had a wonderful time on this boat tour. The scenery was spectacular. We really enjoyed the snorkeling portion of the tour. The captain and crew were very knowledgeable and shared a lot of historical information about the area. Going into the sea caves was pretty cool. We highly recommend this tour.

No complaints from our crew (myself, wife, 6 yr old girl, and 9 yr old boy).

This is the most amazing trip my family and I ever had!!! Na Pali cost came alive true the stores that Mike Bobby and Kana told us.We had a amazing time and we will book it again if we ever come back.Trip is long and bumpy but boat is comfortable and safe .Worth every penny!!!!

I made a reservation through the website the day before boarding, as it was cheaper than booking directly with the local tour company due to tax differences. I looked at several options, and this was the lowest price for the same conditions. Still, 30,000 yen per person is OVER.

The reservation process was easy, and I showed the issued voucher to the local tour company, signed, and completed check-in. I checked in at 14:00, one hour before departure, and had a briefing at 14:15. After that, it took about 5 minutes to move to the port. We departed 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Because the waves were high, it felt like being on a roller coaster. We arrived in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. We spent about 2 hours in Napali, and on the way back, we took our time eating a bento while enjoying the sunset, returning by 19:20.

Other tour companies have smaller boats, but you need to be prepared to get wet. The large yacht with a buffet is gorgeous, but it can't get close to the shore, so this tour, which is faster and includes bento and unlimited drinks (including alcohol), was great. There seems to be a morning departure as well, but since it's early, I recommend the afternoon departure with sunset.

現地のツアー会社に直接予約よりも税金分安かったので、乗船前日にサイトから予約。いくつか見たがここが同条件では最安値。それでも1人3万円はOVER。
予約も簡単でしたし、現地ツアー会社には発行されたバウチャーを見せて、サインをしてチェックイン完了。
出航1時間前の14:00に受付し、14:15にブリーフィング。その後港まで移動が約5分。出航予定の15分前に出航。波が高かったせいで、ジェットコースターに乗っているような気分。1時間20分程度で到着。2時間くらいはナパリにいて帰りはお弁当を食べながら2時間くらいかけてゆっくり目で帰り最後は夕日を見て19:20には帰着。
他のツアー会社には小型のボートもあるが、濡れる覚悟が必要。ブッフェ付きの大型ヨットはゴージャスだが、岸壁には近づけないので、スピードも早く、お弁当付きドリンク(アルコールも)飲み放題のこのツアーが良かった。午前出発もあるようだが、朝も早いしサンセット着きの午後出発がおすすめかと。

My family of 4 had the best time on this excursion in June. The crew was organized, friendly, and punctual. The boat was big and comfortable, we were able to stand while driving and the music selection was fun. We saw spinner dolphins and that was the highlight of our whole trip to Kauai. Another super fun part was going into a couple of caves, one of them all the way and turned around. We stood under a waterfall, took amazing pictures, the coast formation is incredible.
The one part that wasn’t great was the snorkeling, the spot didn’t have many fish or sea life. It was very deep and brown. We were very excited to snorkel off the Napoli Coast and it was a disappointment. But it’s likely just the way the coastline is now, sadly.
The sandwiches were great, good chips and drinks.
Overall, it was a very cool experience!

Service was superb, some mistakes happened but all corrected in few minutes and very grateful for the results. The ride was great our captain has a very unique talents knowing names by only observing his passengers makes the ride in the open sea more familial atmosphere, feeling safe plus the views its just amazing. Definitely this a must to do to blow away your personal stresses. Really the whole family enjoyed.

To pre-note, the waters are very wavey so be weary of ocean illness, but we luckily beat it and had a wonderful am

The experience our family has on this snorkel tour was truly amazing from start to finish. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters.

Our guides were truly amazing. They were friendly and enthusiastic. They knew so much of the history of the Na Pali and integrated interesting little facts and throughout the tour.

They provided everything you need from drinks throughout the tour and lunch.

We would definitely use this tour group again!!!

This was the first time my family joined me trying SNUBA. Doug was the best instructor and guide ever, very patient with beginners. If you have ever considered trying it, this is the place to try. Being able to see the fish and coral up close is amazing. Thank you Doug and Josh for a highlight of our trip.

The Na Pali coast tour was amazing, the views were incredible and the captain and crew were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and skilled in maneuvering the boat into sea caves and along the coast.

We went with the family, including two kids (5 &7 yo) and everyone loved the tour.

The snorkeling was also a highlight and the crew had all the gear to make it safe and fun.

Our lunch was also very yummy!

And as a bonus we saw some dolphins that jumped and flipped out of the water for us, and also a sea turtle.

We could not think of anything that could have been better.

Absolutely amazing day of breath taking beauty, whales and dolphins, beautiful snorkling, delicious sandwiches, and very knowledgeable and entertaining Capt Shawn and crew Asia and Kaloa.
