I used this service during my stay in Waikiki, and it was more convenient than I imagined. It covers almost all the way to Ala Moana, Diamond Head, Kaka'ako, and East Oahu with just this trolley.

There was no stress waiting for buses, and I could visit tourist spots at a good pace, allowing me to fully enjoy sightseeing even with limited days of stay. The interior was clean, and the staff was very courteous.

What I particularly liked was the ability to get on and off at my preferred times. Shopping, café hopping, and visiting tourist attractions went very smoothly.

I think this is a great mode of transportation not only for first-time visitors to Hawaii but also for repeat visitors.

ワイキキ滞在中に利用しましたが、想像以上に便利でした。アラモアナ、ダイヤモンドヘッド、カカアコ、東オアフ方面まで、このトロリーだけでほぼカバーできます。

バスを待つストレスもなく、観光地をテンポよく回れるので、限られた滞在日数でもしっかり観光できます。車内は清潔で、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。

特に良かったのは、好きなタイミングで乗り降りできる点。ショッピング、カフェ巡り、観光スポット巡りがとてもスムーズにできました。

初ハワイの方はもちろん、リピーターでもかなり使える移動手段だと思います。

The shuttle driver was cheerful and it was fun. It takes a bit of physical effort, but once you reach the top and see the view, your spirits lift, and I even saw a rainbow. It was a bit cloudy, so if it had been sunnier, it would have been even better.

送迎の運転手さんが愉快で楽しかった。
体力は少し使うけど、登りきって景色を見れば気分上々で虹も見れました。

We participated as a group of six, including a couple and my brother's family (in their 50s, 20s, and a high school student). It was cloudy and a bit chilly in the morning, but by 9 AM, the sun came out, and we were able to fly in clear skies. The staff was friendly and easy to understand, and we even got to see whales, making it a wonderful New Year!

夫婦と弟家族の6人（50代と20代と高校生）で参加しました。朝一番は曇っていて少し寒そうでしたが、9時からの私たちは日も照り出し快晴の中を飛べました。スタッフの方も分かりやすく親切で、クジラも観れてとても良いお正月になりました!!

Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and we couldn't see the sunset, but we enjoyed the night view. The staff were also kind, which was very nice.

あいにく天気は曇りでサンセットは見られませんでしたが夜景を楽しめました。スタッフの方も親切でとてもよかったです。

I rode this 8 years ago, and it was just as fun as I remembered. As you might expect, the prices have gone up, but it's enjoyable, so that's fine. My English isn't great, but the crew took good care of us. There were only two groups of Japanese people, but that was actually nice. We had a little chat. There are three types of canned beer, and since the highball doesn't have carbonation, it will be a ginger highball instead.

8年前にも乗ってますがやっぱり楽しかったです。

こちらは不慣れな英語ですがクルーはちゃんともてなしてくれました。
日本人は2組だけでしたが、これがまた良いんですよね。
ちょっとお話なんかして。
缶ビールは3種類、ハイボールは炭酸が無いのでジンジャーハイボールになります。

As soon as I showed the voucher, I was guided right away, and I was able to choose from the Japanese menu. On the first night after arriving in Hawaii, I had a meal with three friends while listening to live music and feeling the Hawaiian vibe. The staff were also really nice, which was great. Thank you very much!

Most of the guests were from Europe and America, with a few Japanese and Korean people. The guide spoke only in English, mixing in jokes, which made for a lively conversation. I didn't understand everything, but it was fun!

As for the whales, we saw them a few times, but they were quite far away and only surfaced for a few seconds, so we couldn't take any photos. However, the excitement in the air was palpable. If I could wish for something, it would be that other boats were able to see them up close while we were always a bit far away.

The most moving moment was during sunset. The shots with the beautiful yacht were the highlight of this trip.

ほとんどの客は欧米の方々で一部日本人、韓国人。ガイドは英語のみでジョークをまじえ軽快なトークを楽しめました。意味はすべてはわかりませんが笑
肝心のクジラは何回か見えましたが結構遠くで浮上は数秒なのでカメラ撮影はできませんでしたが歓声が沸き場は盛り上がりました。欲を言えば他船は近くで見れていたのにこっちは毎回遠かったことです。
1番の感動はサンセット時。綺麗なヨットとのショットは今回の旅で最高でした。

I have participated in this tour multiple times, and everyone who has joined has said they were very satisfied. This time, I participated with my daughter, son, their spouses, and four grandchildren, making a total of ten people. The scenery was, of course, amazing! The staff were also very considerate towards the children, and we all had a great time together! We made wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

Kevin and Sabrina took really good care of us. The boat was clean, explanations/safety rules were well covered, and everything was catered to how we wanted our ride to go! Whale watching together with our friends was such a precious experience and we would recommend it for everyone. They even gave us local recommendations for restaurants and more whale watching locations. We highly recommend it! (And by we, I mean party of 9 girls to celebrate our bride to be!)

The show's structure was great, and the music and visuals matched perfectly, making it enjoyable. The singers and dancers were also glamorous and very good.

ショーの構成がよく、音楽と映像がピッタリ合っていて楽しかった。シンガーやダンサーも華やかでとてもよかった。

I regret not having seen such fun entertainment in Hawaii before! The food is delicious, they come to your seat to sing, and there are dance lessons, so you can enjoy yourself thoroughly before the show even starts. The show is, of course, amazing. I received a scarf that Elvis Presley wiped his sweat with (laughs). It's a secret that Michael Jackson had a little bit of a belly (laughs).

Thank you for the fantastic performances filled with singing and dancing.

This is definitely a show you must see when you come to Waikiki.

ハワイにこんなに楽しいエンターテイメントがあったのか！と今まで見なかった事を後悔しました。
食事も美味しいし、席まで来て歌ってくれるし、踊り方のレッスンもありショーの前にも充分楽しめます。
ショーは、もちろん最高です。
エルビス・プレスリーには、彼の汗を吹いたスカーフを頂きました(笑)
マイケル・ジャクソンのお腹がちょっぴり出ていたのは内緒(笑)

ワイキキに来たら絶対みるべきショーです。

This was my first time climbing Diamond Head, and I wasn't sure about the procedures for the climb or how to get there, so I decided to book a shuttle plan. I signed up for a pickup at 6:20, but the day before, I received a notification that the time had changed to 7:20. I was able to confirm this change through a phone call and email from the hotel front desk, so I wasn't worried.

On the day of the pickup at 7:20, I arrived early and waited, and the car arrived right on time. The driver was a very pleasant man, and I was able to depart without any anxiety, making the climb enjoyable. There were children and elderly people climbing as well, but it was surprisingly tough. I think it's best to wear proper hiking shoes and clothing. (The night before, there had been rain and strong winds, but it was sunny in the morning. However, there were some muddy spots, so caution is needed during the rainy season.)

After finishing the climb and returning to the car, I was given a cold bottle of water. When I asked the driver, "We would like to stop by a nearby café on the way back, is it better to part ways here?" he immediately seemed to understand and asked for the name of the café, saying, "You can go ahead and drop you off there." Since it was a café near Diamond Head, I was dropped off there instead of at the hotel. I really appreciated the kindness and felt safe participating in this experience. Thank you very much. (On the way back from the café, I enjoyed a pleasant walk back to my hotel in Waikiki.)

ダイヤモンドヘッドに登るのは初めてで、登るための手続きもよくわからないし、現地に行くのにどうするか…と考えるのも面倒だったので送迎プランを申し込みました。6:20お迎えのプランで申し込みましたが、前日になって時間変更の連絡があり、7:20に変更に。その連絡はホテルのフロントからの電話とメールで確認ができたので不安はありませんでした。
当日は7:20お迎えだったので早めに待機しておりましたが、時間ぴったりに車が到着しました。とても感じのいい男性ドライバーさんで、不安なく出発→登山も楽しくできました。子供や年配の方も登っていますが、意外ときついです。きちんと登山しやすい靴・服装でいくといいと思います。（前日の夜に雨と強風が吹いており、当日朝は晴れておりました。ですが、少し足元がぬかるんでいるところがあったので、雨季は注意が必要です。）
登山を終えて車に戻ると、冷たいお水（ペットボトル）を渡してくださいました。そして、「私たちは帰りに近くのカフェに寄りたいので、ここで解散したほうがいいですか？」とドライバーさんに聞くと、すぐにそのカフェのことがわかったようでそのカフェの名前を言って聞いてくださり、「乗って行っていいよ」と言ってくださいました。ダイヤモンドヘッド近くのカフェなので、ホテルではなくカフェ近くで降ろしていただきました。とても親切で、安心して参加させていただけたことに感謝しております。ありがとうございました。（カフェの帰りはお散歩がてらワイキキのホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが気持ちよかったです。）

I chose a plan with a buffet, but I felt like the buffet time was a bit too long, so next time I go, I will skip the buffet. The selection at the buffet was sufficient. You line up and choose your food in order, and at the meat station (which had two types), they cut it for you right in front of you. There were several types of desserts, but I couldn't eat as much as I thought I would.

After the buffet, the time to move to the show venue and wait for it to start was a bit long, and I got a little bored, but once the show began, it was a lot of fun. There were hula dances, fire dances, Elvis Presley, and Michael Jackson performances, and I was never bored throughout. The singers were skilled, and the dancers were great too. The dancers changed costumes and came out multiple times. I was really impressed watching them. This was my first time seeing a show other than the free hula dance show, and I enjoyed it very much.

ビュッフェ付きのプランにしましたが、ビュッフェの時間が長く持て余してしまうような感じだったので、次回行くとしたらビュッフェなしにします。ビュッフェの内容としては十分な感じでした。列に並んで順番に自分で選んで取り、最後にあるお肉のコーナーでは（二種類ありました）目の前で切り分けてくれます。デザートも数種類ありましたが、思っているほど食べられませんでした。

ビュッフェのあと、ショー会場への移動・スタートまでの時間が長く、少し飽きてしまいましたが、ショーが始まるととても楽しかったです。フラダンス、ファイヤーダンス、エルピスプレスリー、マイケルジャクソン、終始全く飽きません。歌を歌う方もお上手で踊りもお上手。ダンサーさんも着替え・着替え、何度も出てきます。すごいなぁと感心して見ておりました。無料で見られるフラダンスショー以外でショーを見たのは初めてで、とても楽しかったです。

During the meal, there was a live ukulele performance that took requests, and there were also plenty of activities like hula and hula lessons, making it a truly enjoyable time. The food was even more delicious than I had imagined. On stage, I was able to see hula and Tahitian dance, and the performers who looked so much like Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson brought back nostalgic memories. Despite being sleepy from jet lag, I was treated to an amazing performance. I definitely want to come back and see it again next time. Thank you very much!

食事の時ウクレレ生演奏でリクエストにも応えて頂き、またフラやフラレッスンなど盛りだくさんで本当に楽しいひと時でした。
ご飯も想像以上に美味しかったです。
ステージではフラやタヒチアンダンスも見れたしエルビスプレスリーとマイケルジャクソンがすごーく似てたし曲やダンスも懐かしいし時差ぼけで眠かったにも関わらず最高のパフォーマンスを見せていただきました。
また来た時には絶対見に来たいと思いました。

The view from the seaside, especially from above, is amazing! The guide is very cheerful and keeps us entertained. (The photo is from that time.) The photo costs $40, but it's worth buying; the content is satisfying.

We were able to relax and enjoy the show from a very good seat with our family. We were also satisfied because we could see the fireworks perfectly. The food was quite tasty as well.

とても見やすい席で家族でゆっくり観ることができました。
花火もばっちり見れて満足です。

Two crew members entertained us a lot and took many photos for $40. They transferred the photos to my iPhone right after we disembarked and gave us an SD card. They took about 150 photos, including some scenic views from the ship. When they asked if it was okay to drop into the sea, I said yes, and they played with us a lot. It was the best activity!

2人のクルーがたくさん楽しませてくれて、40ドルで写真もたくさん撮ってくれます。下船後すぐにiPhoneに読み込みをしてくれて、SDカードをくれます。150枚ぐらい写真を撮ってくれて、船からの景色も混ぜてくれています。
じゃぼん(海に落と)して良いか聞かれてOKするとたくさん遊んでくれます。最高のアクティビティーでした。

The strength, delicacy, and captivating beauty of the human body... the story enhanced by the visuals... it was an impressive stage performance. Not only was the thrilling performance enjoyable, but I also learned about Hawaiian traditional culture and laughed at the comedic skits, losing track of time while having fun.

強靭で、繊細で、魅入ってしまう人体の美しさ…映像が盛り上げるストーリー性…圧巻のステージでした。スリリングなパフォーマンスはもちろん、ハワイの伝統文化を学んだり、コミカルな小芝居に笑ったりしながら、時間の経つのを忘れて楽しめました。

It depends on the driver, but there are many wonderful drivers. They explain famous spots in broken Japanese and play Japanese songs to entertain us. If I had to say something, I would like them to increase the number of trips on the East Coast course since it's popular. But I definitely want to use this service again.

ドライバーさんにもよりますが、とっても素敵なドライバーさんが多いです。カタコトの日本語で有名スポットを説明してくれたり、日本の曲を流して楽しませてくれたりということなしです。あえていうなら、東海岸のコースは人気なので本数を増やして欲しいです。でもまた利用したいです。

I was very moved by the beautiful view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from above. Additionally, during the photo shoot, there was a unique touch using a shark doll, as shown in the shared photos, which made for a very fun memory. I was also impressed by how they provided attentive service until the end, not only saving the photos directly to my phone when I purchased them but also offering an SD card!

上空からワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドの美しい景色を一望することができ、とても感動しました。
また、写真撮影の際には、共有した写真にもあるようにサメの人形を使ったユニークな演出があり、とても楽しい思い出になりました。
写真を購入すると、その場で携帯電話にデータを保存してくれるだけでなく、SDカードも提供してもらえるなど、最後まで丁寧に対応してもらえた点も印象に残っています！

The driver was a cheerful person. It was fun! On the day I participated, most of the attendees were Japanese. They provided timely pick-up and drop-off services.

It was my first time at Diamond Head, and the guide explained the best way to get there using a Japanese pamphlet, which was very easy to understand. Although the explanation was in English, it was no problem since they explained it multiple times. They also give you mineral water on the way back (laughs).

一番良い行き方を説明してくれて、分かりやすかったです。英語の説明ですが、何度も説明してくれるので問題ありません。ミネラルウオーターは帰りにくれます（笑）

I haven't seen Cirque du Soleil in Japan recently, so I enjoyed it in Hawaii. The venue is compact, so there aren't many big tricks, but there is a sense of unity. It also has a Hawaiian vibe, making it enjoyable for everyone. The location is also easy to access around Waikiki.

最近日本でシルクドゥソレイユを見ていなかったので、ハワイで楽しみました。
会場はコンパクトなのであまり大技はありませんが一体感はあります。
ハワイ感もあってどなたでも楽しめる内容だと思います。
場所もワイキキ界隈で行きやすいところです。

I experienced this two days after the Honolulu Marathon, but unfortunately, the weather was bad with high waves, and some people got seasick before the boat even left the shore. Since five groups were boarding in order, there was quite a bit of waiting time, and ultimately, many people ended up feeling sick 💦.

I managed to be okay because I skipped breakfast and took motion sickness medication. Watching the first group go up helped me understand what to expect, so it wasn't too scary, and while going up, there was no swaying, which felt nice!

However, before descending, you are dropped close to the water's surface, so your clothes might get wet.

ホノルルマラソンの2日後に体験しましたが、あいにくの天気で波が高く、ボートが沖に出るまでに船酔いする方もいました。5組が順に上がるので待ち時間も結構あり、最終的に船酔い者続出となりました💦
私は朝食を控え、酔い止めも服用したため何とか大丈夫でしたが。
上に上がるのは一組目の方を見れば要領がわかるのでそれほど怖くなく、上がっている間は揺れもないので気持ちがいいです！
降りる前に海面スレスレまで落とされるので服が濡れる場合ありです。

I purchased a 4-day ticket and used it only once. If you have a leisurely travel schedule, you can search for the boarding spots and adjust your timing, but it was quite difficult to use. I wanted to take my time in the evening, but it wasn't operating then. Besides the Ala Moana Shopping Center, I found it hard to figure out where the boarding spots were. Am I the only one who thought it was challenging?

4日間のチケットを購入して、1度だけ利用しました。時間に余裕のある旅行であれば、乗り場を探して時間に合わせてとできますが、なかなか使いづらかったです。夕方にゆっくりと乗りたいなと思っていたら、夕方は運行していなかったり。アラモアナショッピングセンター以外はどこが乗り場か分かりづらく、難しいと思ったのは私だけでしょうか。

It was absolutely wonderful. The venue was very small, and you could see well from anywhere, which made it very impressive. I was very surprised by the high level of performance. It was really great.

とても素晴らしかった。会場がとても狭く、どこからでもよく見えてとても迫力がありました。レベルの高さにとても驚きました。とても良かったです。

I believe I informed you of my birthday when I applied, but I'm not sure if it was an input error or a communication mistake, as I did not receive any birthday celebration. I had hoped to be celebrated, but by the time I was there, I felt indifferent about it, so I didn't follow up.

申込時に誕生日の連絡をしたはずでしたが、入力エラーだったのか連絡ミスなのかわかりませんが、誕生日お祝いはありませんでした。
できるなら祝って欲しいと思っていた程度だったこともあり、現地ではもうどっちでも良いと思ったので、確認も行いませんでした。

The routes are plentiful, and I rode every day! It's a bit pricey, but I felt secure and safe, so I'm glad I used it. However, since there are few departures, you need to plan your time accordingly.

ルートが豊富で、毎日乗っていました！少し割高ですが、安心だし安全だし利用してよかったです。ただ、便数が少ないので時間を考えて行動する必要ありです。

This was our second family trip to Hawaii, and while we were debating what activities to do, we found this one. After checking with the kids, they seemed excited, so we decided to sign up. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day of our activity, but we had a great time nonetheless. My eldest son, who is not fond of heights, said it was a bit scary, but my daughter and younger son, who is in elementary school, loved it and wanted to do it again.

I thought I would feel more scared when going up, but I ascended smoothly and didn't feel scared at all. It was a great opportunity to see Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the ocean direction, something I had never experienced before.

We were also lucky enough to see whales from the boat. My eldest son was right above them, so he got to see the whales from the sky.

The staff were kind, and we were able to enjoy the experience thoroughly.

2回目の家族ハワイ旅行であり、今回は何のアクティビティをしようかと悩んでいたところ、こちらを見つけました。子供達に確認をとり、楽しそうということで、申し込みをしました。当日はあいにくの曇りでしたが、とても楽しむことができました。高いところが苦手な長男はちょっと怖かったと言っていましたが、長女、小学生の次男はまたやりたい。ととても気に入っていました。
私も上に上がる時にもっと怖いかと思いましたが、スムーズに上がっていき、全く怖さは感じませんでした。海の方角からのワイキキビーチや、ダイヤモンドヘッドを見る機会は今までなかったため、とても良かったです。
今回運良く、ボートから鯨を見ることもできました。長男はちょうど上にいた為、空から鯨の様子を見れたということです。
スタッフの方も優しく、楽しんで体験することができました。
