Since I was in Hawaii, I thought I would try surfing. I didn't really know much about boards, so I wasn't expecting to stand up right away, but I managed to do it early on. I got a strange desire and thought, "I might get hooked on this!" I believe that the beginning is crucial for anything, so I felt that it would be good to grasp the basics and the feeling in a setting like this to level up. The staff members were kind, friendly, and worked hard, which made me feel at ease. It was fun, and the time flew by, but it was a very fulfilling two hours.

せっかくハワイにいるのだがらサーフィンを体験してみようと思いました。ボード関連は全く良くわからなかったので、すぐに立てることは期待していなかったのですが、最初のほうですぐに立てました。変な欲が出てしまい、これはハマルかも☆と思いました。何事も最初が肝心だと思うので、こういう場で基本というか感覚をつかんでレベルアップしていったら良いような気がしました。スタッフの方々は優しくフレンドリーで、一生懸命なので、安心できます。楽しくてあっという間に時間が過ぎましたが、結構内容の濃い２時間です。

I participated in parasailing this time with my 5-year-old child. When we were up in the sky, it felt wonderful and was the best experience, but... the boat ride out to the ocean was really bumpy, and I got seasick. If you're prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take medication beforehand.

今回参加したパラセイリング、5歳の子供と一緒にやりました。空に上がっているときは、とても気持ちよくて最高でしたが・・・沖まで出るボートの揺れがすごくて
酔ってしまいました。酔いやすい人は、薬を前もって飲んでおいた方がいいかも。

We participated together. It was our first time surfing, and I was filled with anxiety, but I was able to ride the waves from the very first try. The instructor encouraged us by saying, "Paddle, paddle, stand up!!" which helped me stand up smoothly.
The photo CD-ROM was a bit pricey at $25, so many people didn't purchase it. I thought it would be nice if they offered a free commemorative photo, even just one.
I definitely recommend everyone to experience surfing in the waters of Hawaii!☆

二人で参加しました。初めてのサーフィンで、不安でいっぱいでしたが、一度目から波に乗れました。インストラクターの方が、「漕いで、漕いで、立って！！」と掛け声をかけてくれたので、すんなり立つことができました。
写真ＣＤ−ＲＯＭが＄25と少々高めなので、購入していない方が多かったです。一枚でも良いので、記念写真を無料でプレゼントしてくれるサービスがあればいいと思いました。

This time, I participated in the sunset cruise. I have been on various boats in the past, but the best part of this cruise was how close we were to the sea! You can really feel the surface of the water and the waves right there. The boat has seats, but at the front, there’s just a sturdy net stretched out, and you can see the water below you from there, allowing you to sit directly on it. At first, it’s a bit scary, but once you get used to it, it feels really nice, and I highly recommend it. However, be careful if you sit at the very front, as you might get splashed by the waves (^^).

I usually get seasick, but I didn’t feel any motion sickness at all on this open, breezy cruise.

For those who will participate in the future, here’s some information:
- You board the boat directly from the sandy beach, so your feet will get wet. It’s better to wear shoes that you don’t mind getting wet.
- It can be hot when the sun is out, but it gets chilly on the way back. I think it’s a good idea to bring a long-sleeve shirt.
- On the way back, there’s a place to wash your feet before entering the hotel from the beach. Having a towel is convenient.
- As for the restroom... it takes some courage to use it. The restroom door is a bit see-through, so I think it’s better for women to assume there isn’t one.
- Alcohol is served, so you’ll be asked to show something that proves your age before boarding. It might be handy to bring a copy of your passport.

今回はサンセットクルーズの方に参加しました。
クルーズは、過去にも大小とりどりの船に乗ったことがありますが、このクルーズでの一番のよかったところは「海が近い！」。海面と波がすぐそこに感じられます。船にはいすはありますが、前の方には、床というか底というか、丈夫な網が張られただけで、見下ろすと海面が見える場所があり、そこに直接座れるようになっています。最初は怖いですが、これが慣れるとかなり気持ちがよく、お薦めです。但し、本当に前の方に座ると、波を直接浴びることもありますのでご用心ください（＾＾）。
私は、船には弱い方ですが、この開放感あふれ、風が気持ちのよいクルーズでは全く船酔いしませんでした。

今後参加される方のための情報として、
・船に乗るのは砂浜から直接乗りますので、足が水につかります。
　ぬれてもいい靴を履いていった方がいいです。
・日が出ているときは暑いですが、帰りは冷えます。長袖は持参した方がいいと思います。
・帰り、浜辺からホテルの中に入る際に、足を洗う場所があります。タオル１枚あると便利です。
・トイレ。。。ここに入るには勇気がいります。トイレのドアは少々透けていますので、女性の方はトイレはないものと思っていた方がいいと思います。
・アルコールが出るので、乗船前に年齢がわかるものを見せるよう言われます。
　パスポートのコピーとか持っていくと、便利かもしれません。

Yesterday, I had my first experience sailing. I wanted to write about it while the excitement was still fresh.

First, I handed my voucher to the blonde lady at the reception and checked in smoothly. This lady was quite beautiful, I must say. Since we were departing from the beach, beach sandals are better than regular shoes. By the way, I made the mistake of wearing regular shoes... (^｡^;) I heard there were 48 participants today, and I thought, "Wait, can 48 people fit on this?" But surprisingly, there was plenty of room, and it felt like we could still fit more.

The instructor was very energetic, and with some drinks involved, the atmosphere was really lively. It's amazing how the boat moves just with the wind. Seeing Oahu from the sea is not bad at all, especially with the nice breeze.

It seems like not many Japanese people know about this, but it's a hidden gem. If you're looking for a place without many Japanese people, this is definitely an option. Of course, I think you can still have a great time even if there are Japanese people around.

Also, I really want you to try the restroom! The restroom is truly amazing. You'll understand once you go in.

The price is really reasonable, and I highly recommend it!

昨日、セーリング初体験しました。
興奮冷めないうちに　書き込みしてみました。

まずは受付の金髪のお姉さんにバウチャーを渡し、すんなりチェックイン
このお姉さんはかなり美人！！だとおもわれます。
海岸から出発なので、普通の靴よりはビーチサンダルのが
よいですね。ちなみに自分は普通の靴で失敗したのですが。。(^｡^;)
今日の参加人数は４８人と聞き　「え？？４８人乗れるの？」
とおもったのですが、ところがどっこい余裕で乗れまだ乗れるじゃないか
って感じでした。
インストラクターもテンション高く、酒も入ってきてかなり盛り上がりました。
風だけで船って動くもんなんすね。。
オアフ島を海から見るってのも悪くないです。しかも風が気持ちいいんです。

日本人にはあまり知られてないみたいですけど
これは穴ですよ。。日本人いないとこ選ぶならここは選択肢の一つです。
もちろん日本人がいても同様に楽しめるとおもいますけどね~

あとは是非トイレに挑戦してもらいたい！！
トイレはほんとすごいんです。　入ってみたらわかります。。

ほんと値段も安いしお勧めですよ！！

I participated in a sunset sailing tour. It was my first time on a yacht tour in Hawaii, and it felt absolutely amazing. First, I arrived at the Outrigger Beach Hotel and checked in, which simply involved going to the far end of the hotel beach and handing my voucher to the lady sitting in front of the yacht. Since I arrived early, I relaxed on the beach while waiting. At first, there was no one else around, but as the departure time approached, people started to gather. I think there were about 40 people, but there were no other Japanese besides us. It seems that while dinner cruises are popular among Japanese people, casual sailing like this is still not widely known. Until I found this tour through Alan, I had no idea such a tour existed.

It seemed that we used the engine to get out to sea, but once we were offshore, there was a good breeze, and we enjoyed sailing purely with the natural wind without using the engine at all. The color of the sea was a deep marine blue, quite different from the beach (is it called grand blue?). It was a bit chilly, but the feeling of cutting through the wind and waves was incredibly pleasant. I felt a little tipsy from the cocktails, surrounded by a lively group of cheerful Americans, a couple who were just gazing at each other without looking at the beautiful scenery or sunset from the beginning to the end of the sailing, and a cool crew member. It was the best moment spent with the sunset sinking into the Hawaiian sea.

サンセットセーリングに参加しました。ハワイでヨット型のツアー初参加でしたが、最高に気持ち良かったです。まず、アウトリガービーチホテルに着きチェックイン、と言っても、ホテルの一番奥のビーチに行き、ヨットの前に座っているお姉さんにバウチャーを渡しただけ。早めに着いたのでビーチでのんびり待っていると、最初は他には誰もいなかったのですが、出発の時間が近づくと、ぞくぞくと人が集まりました。40人はいたと思いますが、私たち以外に日本人はいませんでした。どうやら、日本人の間では、ディナークルーズはメジャーなようですが、こういうカジュアルなセーリングはまだまだ知られていないようです。私も今回アランさんでこのツアーを見つけるまで、こんなツアーがあるとは知りませんでした。

ビーチから沖に出るまではエンジンを使っていたようですが、沖に出ると、ビーチとはうってかわって十分な風が吹いていて、全くエンジンを使わず自然の風によるセーリングが楽しめました。海の色はビーチとは違う深いマリンブルー（グランブルーというのでしょうか）。少し肌寒かったですが、風と波をきる感触は最高に気持ち良かったです。カクテルで少しほろ酔い気分になり、ノリノリの陽気なアメリカ人グループ、映画のワンシーンのようにセーリングの最初から最後まで景色も夕陽も全く見ず、ただ見つめあっているだけのカップル、かっこいいクルーのお兄さん、そして、ハワイの海に沈んでいく夕陽とともに過ごした最高のひと時でした。

On March 26, I participated with my family of six. The pickup was in front of the hotel, and our guide was very interesting, which made the trip to the boarding area enjoyable. The shuttle boat did sway a bit, but I had taken motion sickness medication after reading the reviews here, so I was fine.

The weather in Hawaii had been bad lately, and it was raining heavily on the day of our participation. However, the staff on the boat said, "Today is actually a good day for visibility," which raised our expectations as we boarded. Once we submerged in the ocean, we didn't feel any swaying at all. As we visited several artificial reefs created by Atlantis, we saw many rare fish, and both the children and adults were glued to the windows. It was also nice that the pamphlet we received at the beginning had simple explanations of those fish. The submarine had commentary in Japanese, with lively descriptions like, "We saw a stingray that is rarely seen," and "Look, look, a turtle is sleeping," which made it very enjoyable.

Since it was raining quite a bit, our family did not go to Ala Moana and were taken directly back to the hotel. The bus driver (a woman) on the way back was also very pleasant, which made us feel good. Even though we participated in the free children's program, the kids received tickets and pamphlets, and their seats were well secured, so I felt it was a good decision to book with Alan.

3/26に家族6人で参加しました。
ピックアップはホテルの前で、話がとてもおもしろいガイドさんだったので、楽しい気持ちで乗船所まで向かいました。送迎用の船は、やはり少し揺れたのですが、事前にここの書き込みをみて酔い止めを飲んでいったので大丈夫でした。
このところのハワイはずっと天気が悪い、ということで参加日も大変な雨だったのですが、潜水艦に行くまでの船のスタッフの方が「今日はよく見えるほうですよ」とおっしゃったので期待して乗り込みました。
海にもぐってしまうと揺れはまったく感じず、アトランティス社による人口漁礁を何箇所かまわるたびに、めずらしい魚がたくさん見られて、子どもも大人も窓の外に釘付けでした。最初にいただいたパンフレットにそれらの魚の解説が簡単にでていたのもよかったです。潜水艦は日本語の解説で、「めったにみられないエイがいましたね」とか「ほらほら、カメが眠っていますよ」などと臨場感たっぷりの説明だったので、とても楽しめました。
雨が結構降っていたので私たち家族はアラモアナのほうへは行かず直接ホテルへ送っていただいたのですが、帰りのバスの運転手さん（女性でした）もとても感じがよくて気持ちがよかったです。
子ども無料プログラムで参加させていただいたにもかかわらず子どももチケットやパンフレットをちゃんともらい、席もしっかり確保していただいていましたので、アランさんで予約してよかったと思います。

I boarded a 48-person submarine at 10 AM on March 25 (Saturday). There were five participants, including two girls aged 4 and 7. Since this is a rare experience, I decided to participate from the very beginning of the planning. It was really great, and time flew by. This tour can be enjoyed even outside of family trips.

Currently, the weather in Hawaii is unstable, and it has been raining almost every day. Many people got seasick on the shuttle boat to the submarine. I recommend taking motion sickness medication about an hour before boarding, even for those who usually don’t get seasick. Once the submarine begins to dive, there is no swaying.

Due to the heavy rain, the water from the canals flows directly into the sea, so the water clarity is not very good. In fact, the tours on April 1 and April 2 were canceled. Since we are dealing with nature, there are some difficulties.

The 48-person submarine mostly has English commentary, but the 10 AM dive has Japanese commentary. Conversely, English commentary is played through headphones. There are seats on both sides, but regardless of where you sit, you will definitely see the same points, so feel free to sit close together.

I recommend the morning dive for better visibility. You can see fish, and if you're lucky, you might spot sea turtles and rays up close. The diving time is about 40 to 50 minutes. You can also see the submarine rising from the shuttle boat, which was impressive.

Before boarding, a group photo is taken with Diamond Head in the background. This is an option that includes one photo with a mount and two smaller photos for a total of $20, tax included. The photos are handed out on the return shuttle boat, and you will be asked if you want to purchase them.

After the submarine tour, you can participate for free in a tour of the gold coral exhibition facility, which is collected in Hawaii. Even if you join this tour, the return shuttle service is reliable. You can request drop-off at Ala Moana Shopping Center or your hotel. You can also purchase accessories made from black coral.

Although the tour is said to last about 20 minutes, including shuttle service, explanations, and factory visits, it takes nearly an hour. I think those who are pressed for time should avoid participating.

３/２５(土)１０時の４８人乗りの潜水艦に乗船しました。
参加人数は５名、そのうち子供は４歳と７歳の女の子。
めったに経験できるものではないので、
良好計画当初から参加を決めていました。
とても良かったですよ。あっという間に時間がたちました。
そのツアーは家族旅行以外でも楽しめますよ。
今ハワイは気候が安定せず、毎日のように雨が降っている状態です。
行きの送迎用の船で、酔ってしまう人が多かったです。
普段乗り物酔いしない方でも、乗船１時間前くらいに、
酔い止めの薬を飲んでおくことをお勧めします。
潜水艦は潜り始めれば、揺れる事はありません。
雨が多く運河の水がそのまま海に流れ込んでいるので、
海の透明度はよくありません。
実際4/1と4/2はツアー自体がキャンセルでした。
自然が相手なので、多少難ありといった感じです。
４８人乗りはほとんど英語解説ですが、
１０時の潜水だけは日本語解説です。
逆にヘッドホンでは英語解説が流れます。
座席は左右にありますが、どちらに座っても、
必ず同じポイントを見せてもらえるので、
気にせずつめて座るようにしましょう。
透明度が良いので午前中の潜水をお勧めします。
魚はもちろん海がめ・エイなども運がよければ、
すぐ近くで見られます。
潜水時間は４０分から５０分程度です。
送迎船から上昇してくる潜水艦を見ることもできます。
これも見ごたえがありました。
乗船前にダイヤモンドヘッドをバックにグループ写真が撮影されます。
これはオプションで台紙つきの写真１枚と、
サービス版より小さい写真が２枚ついて、税込み２０ドルです。
写真は帰りの送迎船で渡され、購入するかどうかを聞かれます。
潜水ツアー終了後に、ハワイで採取されている、
金珊瑚展示施設ツアー無料で参加できます。
このツアーに参加しても、帰りの送迎はちゃんとしてくれます。
アラモアナショッピングセンター・宿泊ホテルまで希望をいえます。
黒珊瑚を使ったアクセサリー購入もできます。
２０分位のツアーといわれますが、
送迎・説明・工場見学を含めると、１時間近くになります。
時間に余裕のない人は参加しないほうがいいと思います。

I heard that Honolulu has been experiencing a lot of rain lately, so I decided to try an event that could be enjoyed even in the rain. On the day of the experience, it rained as expected. And it was quite a heavy rain... But we were able to go ahead with the experience at the scheduled time. We took a boat out to the submarine, and from there we boarded. There were many foreign tourists around, which was a bit confusing, but we descended smoothly. The kids' first impression was "the world of Nemo." I was satisfied to be able to take the kids to a world that can't be experienced in Japan. However, due to the rain, the water was a bit murky, and there was some rocking, so those who are prone to motion sickness should be cautious. I think it's worth experiencing at least once. (Though maybe not a second time...)

最近のホノルルは雨が多いとの情報を得て、雨でも楽しめるイベントをと思い体験しました。当日は予想通り、雨。それもかなりの雨･･･　でも予定通りの時間に体験が出来ました。潜水艦までは船で沖まで行き、そこから乗船です。周りは外国の人が多く、戸惑いもありましたが、順調に潜水。子供達の第一印象は「ニモの世界」。日本では体験出来ない様な世界へ、子供達と行けて、満足。でも雨のため、海中は少し濁り気味、揺れもあり、酔いやすい人は注意が必要です。一度は体験する価値はあると思います。（ただし二回は必要ないかも・・・）

Since we used the free children's program, I was wondering if there wouldn't be a seat for my child, but I was grateful that they had prepared one for Alan. The boat didn't sway as much as I expected, and the view of Diamond Head from the boat was amazing! On the submarine, I sat near the cockpit based on other people's recommendations, and I was able to see sea turtles and sharks! On the way back, we even saw whales, which made me very satisfied! It was the best experience...

子供無料プログラムを使用させて頂いた為、子供の席はないのかな？？？と思いながらの参加でしたが、しっかり用意して頂きアランちゃんに感謝でした。船は思った程揺れる事も無く、船から見るダイアモンドヘッドも最高！！潜水艦では他の人の書き込みを参考にコクピット付近に座り、ウミガメ、サメも見れました！！帰りの船ではクジラも見る事が出来て大満足！！最高でした・・・・

On February 13th (Monday), I participated with my family. I was a bit anxious because the pickup location was not at our hotel but at a nearby one, but we were able to meet the person who was there to greet us without any issues. I also took motion sickness medication just in case, but fortunately, I was fine. (We had to take a boat to transfer to 2-3 submarines. It was fine while the boat was moving, but when it stopped for boarding and disembarking, there was some rolling and it did sway. If you're prone to seasickness, it's safer to take motion sickness medication.) Once we entered the ocean in the submarine, it felt like a different world! (The submarine didn't sway at all.) We saw about five sea turtles and also some rays. We were able to see many fish, and both my 7-year-old child and my 70-year-old grandmother were thrilled. By booking through ALAN, children can participate for free, and the adult rates are quite reasonable, making it a great deal. I would love to participate again!

２／１３（月）に家族での参加でした。当日のピックアップ場所は宿泊ホテルではなく、近くのホテルだったため不安でしたが、ちゃんと迎えの人と合流できました。また、船酔いを心配して酔い止め薬も飲んでおいたのですが幸い大丈夫でした。（潜水艦への乗り降りのために船で２~３の潜水艦を経由します。船が動いている間は大丈夫ですが、乗り降りのためにとまるとやはりうねりがあって揺れました。船に弱い方は酔い止めを飲んだ方が無難です。）潜水艦で海の中へ入ると別世界でした！（潜水艦は全く揺れませんでした）ウミガメを５匹ほどみられましたし、エイもいました。他にもたくさんの魚をみることができて、７歳の子供も７０歳の祖母も大喜びでした。ＡＬＡＮで申し込みをすると、子供は無料にしていただけるし、大人の料金も格安でかなりお得です。また、参加したいです！

I participated with my 6-year-old daughter as a family. We took motion sickness medication beforehand. The boat ride to the submarine was quite rocky, so I was glad I took the medicine since I tend to get motion sickness easily. There were some people who looked like they were struggling. The guide spoke Japanese very well and provided a fun tour with jokes. We saw cute fish, sea turtles, and a sunken ship, and my child was glued to the window. I think it's a tour that adults can enjoy as well. It was a great experience, and I am very satisfied!

６歳の娘を連れて、家族で参加しました。乗り物酔いをあらかじめ飲んでから参加しました。潜水艦までの船もかなり揺れがあったので、元々酔いやすい私は薬を飲んでおいて良かったです。中には辛そうにされている方もいました。ガイドの方は日本語が上手に話せる方だったので、冗談も交えながら楽しい案内をしてくれました。可愛いお魚や、海がめ、沈んだ船など、子供が食い入るように窓を覗いていました。大人も十分に楽しめるツアーだと思います。とてもいい経験が出来て大満足!!

The shuttle bus to Hilton Hawaiian Village was comfortable and pleasant. The colors underwater were darker than I expected, but the kids were thrilled. It seems they made great memories with the colorful fish, turtles, and sharks.

On the way back, you can either return directly to the hotel or visit the coral shop. If you go to the coral shop, you can also visit Ala Moana Shopping Center afterward.

ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジまでの送迎バスがアトランティスのバスで気持ちがよかったです。
海の中は思ったよりも色がダークでしたが子供たちは大感激でした。
海の中には色とりどりの魚、亀、サメがいていい思い出ができたようです。

帰りはそのままホテルに帰ることもできますし、サンゴのお店に行くこともできます。
サンゴのお店に行った場合、さらにアラモアナショッピングセンターにもいけるとのことでした。

This was my first time using ALAN. They exceeded my expectations by sending several emails before departure and being punctual for the pickup time. On the day of the trip, I was worried about my child getting seasick and gave them motion sickness medication, but the Atlantic was not too rough, and even the sightseeing boat wasn't that bad, so my child ended up sleeping inside the Atlantic! What a shame... If your child doesn't usually get seasick, it might be better not to give them medication before boarding. However, everyone was very excited to encounter the fish in such an unusual situation.

今回初めてALANを利用しました。出発までに何度かメールを送ってくれたり、ピックアップの時間にも正確だったりと期待以上でした。
当日は船酔いを心配して子供に酔い止めの薬を飲ませたのですが、アトランティック号はもちろんのこと遊覧船もそれ程ひどく揺れなかったので、ナント途中から肝心のアトランティック号の中で眠ってしまいました！サンネン・・・
それ程船酔いの心配のないお子さんであればお薬を飲ませずに乗船したほうがよいかの知れませんね。
でも普段ありえないシチュエーションでの魚たちとの対面に全員大興奮でした。

At the end of January, I arrived in Hawaii and participated in a submarine tour on the second day. My son and I joined the tour, and as scheduled, a staff member picked us up at our hotel and took us to the boarding area by bus. We transferred to a submarine via a sightseeing boat, but the waves were quite rough, and I felt pretty nauseous. However, once we were inside the submarine, it was fine. There was no rocking, so we could quietly enjoy the view. The water was murky, but we encountered many fish and turtles, and my son was so excited, squealing with joy. Before boarding the sightseeing boat, all the tourists had their photos taken. I accidentally closed my eyes, so I didn't want the photo, but they brought it all the way to our seats on the boat. When I mistakenly thought it was free and put it in my bag, they asked for $20. I regretted not being able to say "No, thank you!" clearly.

Still, I think we had a great experience seeing the fish and turtles, something we can't do in Japan.

一月の末、ハワイに到着して二日目のツアーで潜水艦乗船へ参加しました。息子と二人で参加したのですが予約したとおりホテルまでスタッフが迎えに来てくれ、バスで乗船場まで向かいました。遊覧船に乗って潜水艦へ移動するのですが波の揺れがけっこう激しくてかなり気分が悪くなりましたが、潜水艦の中では大丈夫。揺れはないので静かに見る事ができました。海は濁っていましたがたくさんの魚や亀に出会うことができ息子は感動してキャーキャー言っていました。遊覧船に乗る前に観光客のみ全員写真を撮ってくれました。私は目をつぶってしまっていたので欲しくなかったのですが、わざわざ遊覧船の座席まで持ってきてくれすぐどこかへ行ってしまったので無料だと勘違いしてバッグにしまっていたら＄２０くれと言われ払いました。「No　Thankyu!」とはっきり言えていたら良かったのに。。。と後悔でした。
でも魚も亀もよく見れて日本では経験できない体験をすることができたと思っています。

We participated in the Atlantis tour with our family of three on a 48-passenger submarine. The underwater scenery was beautiful, and we saw various fish, turtles, and even sharks, which made the kids very happy. The guide, who was a foreigner that had lived in Japan, provided commentary during our 10 AM tour, mixing in some dad jokes, which made it quite entertaining. The boat that took us to the submarine allowed us to enjoy the scenery from the deck, and we got to see the submarine surfacing, which impressed the guests. I highly recommend participating in this experience!

親子３人で４８人乗りのアトランティスに参加しました。海の中はとてもきれいでいろんな魚やカメやサメも見れて子供も大喜びでした。参加した時間帯（１０時スタート）は日本に住んでたことのある外国人の方が解説していて、おやじギャグをまじえながらでけっこう面白かったです。潜水艦まで移動する船もデッキに上がって風景も楽しめたし、潜水艦が浮上してくるのとかも見れて、おおぉ~ってお客さんたちも楽しんでいましたよ。ぜひ、参加してみてくださいお勧めですよ。

This time, I applied for the first time with ALAN. Since the application was only through the internet and email, I was a bit anxious, but the transportation was exactly on time and there were no troubles at all. I checked the voice center's posts in advance and took motion sickness medication, so I didn't get seasick. I was able to see not only many fish but also sea turtles and sharks, which made for great memories. Additionally, the view of Waikiki Beach from the shuttle boat to the submarine was wonderful. I also looked into local agencies, but there were no options for free admission for children, so ALAN's free child policy is greatly appreciated for families. I think I will apply with ALAN again.

今回、初めてALANで申し込みしました。
インターネットとメールだけの申込なので少し不安があったけど、送迎もきっかり時間通りで何のトラブルもありませんでした。
事前にボイスセンターの書き込みをチェックして酔い止めをしっかり飲んだので、船で酔うことも無く、たくさんの魚だけでなく海がめや鮫まで見れて、いい思い出になりました。
また、潜水艦までの送迎ボートからのワイキキビーチの眺めもすばらしかったです。
現地での代理店も調べて見ましたが、子供無料というものはなく、ALANの子供料金無料制度はファミリーにはありがたい限りです。
また、ALANでもう込んでみようと思いました。

The weather was nice, and everyone boarded the boat. There were people on the boat holding cards of three different colors. I felt unwell and got seasick, but inside the submarine, there was no rocking, and the children were very happy. Soon, we were able to see sea turtles, sharks, and small rays, which was a bit exciting! When it was over and we came back up, we were told we couldn't leave until the other two groups finished. I felt sick and had to return, and the waiting time was tough, but it seemed everyone else had a great time.

天気もよく、みんなと乗り込みました。船には三色の色のカードを持った人たちが乗り込みました。私は、体調が悪く船酔いしてしまいましたが潜水艦の中は揺れもなく、子供たちは大変喜んでいました。そのうち、海がめ、サメ、小さいエイ、などが見れてちょっと興奮！終わって上に上がると、後の２グループが終わるまで帰れないと言うことでした。私は気分が悪く戻してしまい、待ってる時間はつらかったが皆楽しかったようです。

If you sign up for the first session in the morning, you can make good use of your afternoon as well. However, since we were staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, it was convenient for us to gather.

It seems there are submarines that accommodate 48 and 64 people, but the one we boarded was for 48 people. The boat takes you out to the submarine, and here's a tip: everyone rushes to board the submarine from the boat, but for the 48-person submarine, you can only board from the front hatch. The space inside is tight, so you have to sit closely together from the back. If you board last, you'll end up sitting right behind the pilot's seat, allowing you to peek out the large window of the pilot's area. Since the pilot's window is the biggest and turns to give an equal view, even if there are times when you can't see fish, you can still enjoy the view from the pilot's window. For the 64-person submarine, you can board from both the front and back hatches, so I hope it works out well.

The weather was nice on the day of our trip, and the sea was calm, so we were able to see many fish and even spotted turtles about three times. Seeing the remnants of war is heartbreaking, but it was a good opportunity to explain it to the children. The kids were excited and making a lot of noise underwater, and I worried we might disturb the people next to us, but they were nice and got along well with the kids, which was a relief.

There's no reason not to take advantage of the free child admission benefit.

朝一番の回に申し込むと午後からも有意義に使えます。ただ、私たちは、ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジに宿泊していたので、集合が楽と言うこともあります。
アトランティスは４８人のりと６４人のりがあるようでしたが、私たちの乗ったものは４８人のりでした。
船で沖にある潜水艦まで運んでくれるのですが、ここでおすすめを一つ。みなさん船から先を争って潜水艦に乗り込むのですが、４８人のりの場合乗船時には前のハッチからのみ乗船します。船内は狭いので奥から必ず詰めて座っていくので、一番最後に乗り込めば船の操縦席の後ろに座ることになり、操縦席の窓をのぞき見ることができます。操縦席の窓が一番大きく左右平等に見れるように旋回するため、魚が見れない時間がたまにあっても、操縦席の窓から楽しめます。６４人のりの場合には前後のハッチから乗船するので、うまくすればと思います。
当日は天気も良く海も荒れていなかったので魚も多く見られ、亀も３回ほど見ることができました。戦争の残骸を見ることは心を痛めますが、子供にも説明する良い機会となりました。子供は、潜水中大騒ぎで喜んでおり、となりの方に迷惑をかけてしまったかとも思いましたが、良い方でしたので子供とも仲良くさせていただきほっとしました。
子供無料の特典を使わない手はありません。

We participated as a family with our 2-year-old and 4-year-old children. I had heard rumors that the waters in Hawaii are not very clear and that there aren't many fish, so I didn't have high expectations, but we enjoyed it more than I anticipated. The kids seemed to imagine a colorful world like in the movie "Finding Nemo," but the underwater scenery in Hawaii is closer to a monochrome world. Still, we had a great time, and seeing a large turtle swimming gracefully and small fish swimming in schools became the biggest memories of this trip.

As mentioned in another comment, the shuttle boat to the submarine might be a bit tough for those who are prone to seasickness.

The staff's responses were generally good, but I noticed some rather cold reactions towards tourists who didn't follow the manual, which brought down the mood. For instance, an Asian family trying to take a family photo at the designated spot was pushed away with the force of "You can't take photos here!" and when I removed my earphones inside the submarine, I was repeatedly asked, "Can you speak English? Those who can't speak English should wear earphones."

2歳、4歳の子供と共に家族で参加しました。
ハワイの海は透明度が高くない上、あまり魚も居ないという噂を聞いていたのであまり期待していなかった事もあり、予想以上に楽しめました。
子供達は映画の”ニモ”に出てくるようなカラフルな世界を想像していたようですが、ハワイの海中は、モノクロの世界に近いです。それでもずいぶんと楽しみ、大きなカメが悠然と泳いでいる姿や、小さな魚が群れて泳いでいる姿は、今回の旅行での最大の思い出となったようです。
別の方のコメントにもあるとおり、潜水艦までの送迎船は船酔いしやすい方にはちょっと辛いかもしれません。

スタッフの方々の対応は概ね良いものでしたが、マニュアルどおりに動かない観光客には、随分と冷ややかな対応をしているのを見かけ、テンションが下がりました。
（記念撮影の場所でそのまま家族写真を撮ろうとしたアジア系の大家族が「この場所で撮るのはダメ！」と突き飛ばすぐらいの勢いで押しやられたり、潜水艦内でイヤホンを途中で外して居たら「あなたは英語が話せるんですか？英語が話せない人はイヤホンをするように」としつこく何度も言われたり・・・。）

We participated in the 9 AM session with a friend and their child. As mentioned in other experiences, the kids got seasick on the cruiser and ended up vomiting in the submarine (there are paper bags provided). However, they quickly became excited when they saw the underwater world! We were able to see sea turtles multiple times and even saw sharks under the boat.

While there weren't as many types of fish as in an aquarium, it was still more enjoyable for adults than we had imagined. From the second floor of the cruiser, we could see the ocean floor and were moved by the beauty of the marine blue!

After the tour, there was a shuttle service back to the hotel, and we could choose to stop by a coral factory (if I remember correctly) or disband at the location. Initially, it was stated that there would be no shuttle service outside the Waikiki area, but when I wrote down our hotel (Ala Moana Hotel), the pickup time was provided, so I wasn't sure if there would be a shuttle or not. I emailed to ask and received a reply the next day, which was very reassuring (in the end, there was a pickup).

We had the standard option, so we were supposed to listen to the Japanese explanation through headphones, but the kids were so excited that we ended up not listening to it at all. We also took advantage of the free child policy, and it truly created wonderful memories!

友人親子と４人で９時の回に参加。
体験談にもありましたが、途中のクルーザーに子供たちが酔ってしまい潜水艦では嘔吐してしまいました（紙袋が置いてあります）でもすぐに潜水した海の中を見て大興奮！！海亀も何度も見れ、船の下のサメも見ることができました。
水族館のようなたくさんの魚の種類はいないですが、大人も想像していたよりは楽しめました。
クルーザーの２階からは海の底も見れ、マリンブルーの美しさに感動しました！！
終了後はホテルまでの送迎もあり、他には珊瑚工場（だったでしょうか？）に寄るか、そのまま現地で解散か選択できますよ。
それから最初に申し込んだ時にワイキキ地区以外は送迎がないようにかいてありましたが、利用ホテル（アラモアナホテル）を書き込むとピックアップの時間が出るので、送迎があるのかないのかわからず、メールで質問すると翌日には返事を頂きとても安心できました（結局ピックアップはありました）
私たちはスタンダードだったのでヘッドフォンで日本語説明を聞くようになっていましたが、子供たちも興奮ではしゃいでいたので結局それも聞かなかったです。
これで子供無料制度も利用させて頂き、本当にいい思い出ができました！！

I participated alone, but I had a great time. The local staff were also very accommodating. The sea was beautiful since I joined the first session in the morning.

一人での参加でしたが、楽しめました。

海も朝一番の参加だったから綺麗でした。

The staff understood Japanese, and even without speaking English, I was able to enjoy myself thoroughly. There was a pickup to the hotel, and on the way back, I was dropped off at my favorite shopping center. Since I participated in the morning, the water was clear, and I was able to see three turtles. It was my first time on a submarine, and I enjoyed every moment from boarding via the ladder to the very end.

スタッフの方も日本語がわかり、英語が話せなくても十分に楽しめました。
ホテルまでピックアップもあり、帰りは好きなショッピングセンターまで乗せてもらい、また午前中に参加したので海中も透き通り亀も3匹見れました。初めて潜水艦に乗船したので、はしごで乗船するところから最後まで、十分に楽しめました。

We participated as a family. Our schedule was tight, so we joined the last session, but the visibility was decent, and we were able to see various fish up close. The inside was quite narrow, but when we saw turtles, there were cheers, and since there were many people other than Japanese, it was lively and enjoyable in a different way. I especially recommend it for boys who love vehicles. We took a boat to where the submarine was docked, but it rocked quite a bit, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication. On the way back, dolphins followed us while jumping, which made me feel a bit lucky. With the added benefit of free admission for children, I’m glad we decided to participate.

家族で参加しました。スケジュールが　詰まっていたので　最後の回だったのですが　透明度も　悪くなく　いろいろな魚が　まじかで見れました。中は結構狭いのですが　カメなどが　みれると　歓声が上がり　日本人以外の方が　多かったので盛り上がり　違った意味でも　楽しめました。　乗り物好きの　男の子には　特にお勧めです。潜水艦の　停泊しているところまで　船で行くのですがかなり　ゆれますので　乗り物酔いの薬を　飲むことを　お勧めします。帰りの船では　イルカが　ジャンプしながら　付いてきてくれて　ちょっと　得した気分になりました。　子供料金無料の後押しもあり　思い切って参加して　よかったです。

I participated with my child. The submarine was perfect for my son, who couldn't even put his face in the water and couldn't snorkel. He was super excited to see the fish swimming freely in the vast ocean as it is in nature. We were also able to see turtles. It was satisfying for adults as well.

We used the free child ticket campaign, so we were able to participate for about a third of the cost of optional tours from Japan, and with the savings, we enjoyed a delicious meal.

子どもと一緒に参加しました。顔が水に付けられず、シュノーケリングさえできない息子にとって潜水艦は最適でした。自然のまま広い海を自由に泳いでいる魚をみて大興奮。亀も見ることができました。大人にとっても満足できるものでした。
子供料金無料キャンペーンを使ったので、日本からのオプショナルツアーの３分の１ぐらいで参加ができ、浮いた分でおいしい食事ができました。

I participated with my child and mother. This is actually my second time, but I joined at my mother's request. My child seems to enjoy the rarity of being able to ride in a submarine and the fact that we can explore underwater without getting wet. My child was also very happy. It was moving to see a sea turtle cross in front of the submarine. This time, we even took advantage of the free admission for children offered by Allen, which was a great deal. Since my child is not old enough to dive yet, they enjoyed exploring underwater without any risks.

子供と母と参加しました。実は2回目なのですが母のリクエストで参加しました。
潜水艦に乗れる珍しさと、ぬれなくても海の中を探検できるというのが気に入っているようです。子供も大喜びでした。海がめが潜水艦の前を横切っている姿は感動でした。今回はしかもアレンちゃんの子供無料を使わせてもらい。大変お得でした。子供はまだダイビングが出来る年ではないので　リスク無く海の中を探検出来るのを楽しんでいました。

I participated in Atlantis. The submarine was great, but my 5-year-old daughter got seasick on the way there and ended up throwing up on the boat, which was quite a hassle. The staff kindly helped clean up without making a fuss, but it took some time to decide whether to board or not... (I apologize for the trouble!).

My daughter seemed to dislike being on the boat, so we took the submarine instead. Although there was no rocking, she still felt nauseous, which was a bit sad. When it was time to return on the boat, she was almost in tears, but she understood that she had to endure it to get home. I thought it would be a bad memory for her, but it seems the sight of the sea turtles and various fish swimming left a lasting impression, as she happily talked about it once she felt better. So, I’m glad we participated. By the way, my 2-year-old son was fine because he was playing with his dad, moving along with the boat's rocking, and he was very happy to see the underwater scenery.

Hawaii is a place where surfers gather, which means the waves can be quite high. I think it's a good idea for those who are not confident to take motion sickness medication beforehand. Aside from that, it's an experience you can't have in Japan, so I recommend it.

アトランティス参加しました。潜水艦はよかったんですが行きの船で5歳の娘が酔ってしまい、船の中でもどしてしまって大変でした。スタッフの方には嫌な顔せずに後始末してもらい、乗るか乗らないかで時間もとらせてしまいました･･･（お世話かけて申し訳ありませんでした!）
子供は船にいるのが嫌だったようで潜水艦に乗りました。揺れは無かったものの気持ち悪いままでちょっとかわいそうでした。帰りもまた船に乗るといったら半泣きでしたが乗らなければ帰れないと知って我慢していました。彼女にとっては嫌な思い出だけかと思ったら海がめやいろんな魚の泳ぐさまは心に残っていたようで体調が戻ったらうれしそうに話をしていましたので参加してよかったと思いました。ちなみに2歳の息子はお父さんが船の揺れと一緒に動いて遊んでいたので平気で海の中の様子にとても喜んでました。
ハワイはサーファーが集まるところ、ということは波もそれなりに高いのです。自信の無い方は酔い止め飲んでおいたほうがいいと思います。それを除けば、日本ではできない経験なのでお勧めと思います。

It was my first time in Hawaii and my first time on a submarine. My ears didn't hurt, and I had a great time. There were bigger fish than I expected. However, due to the weather, the colors weren't very vibrant. I was thrilled to see several sea turtles. I think it's definitely worth it just to see the turtles!

初めてのハワイで、初めての潜水艦でした。
耳も痛くならず、楽しめました。
思ったより大ぶりの魚がいました。でも天気のせいか
鮮やかな感じはあまりなかったです。
ただ海がめが何匹も見られた事は感激しました。
亀だけもで見る価値あり！だと思います。

Dad participated in a group, and the child (7 years old) joined privately. The coach sat behind the board for the child, allowing them to enjoy surfing with peace of mind. It was the child's first time surfing, but they were able to ride the waves confidently, and by the end, they were asking to buy a board. It seems they had a lot of fun.

ﾊﾟﾊﾟは、グループで、子供（7歳）は、プライベートで参加しました。子供には、コーチがボードの後ろに座ってくださり、安心してサーフィンを楽しむことができました。初めてのサーフィンでしたが、子供もバンバン波に乗ることができるようになり、帰りにはボードを買ってというほどでした。とても楽しかったようです。

We participated as a couple. We had reserved the premium option, but the day before, we received a call from the hotel in Hawaii saying that the premium submarine was out of order and asked if we could switch to the standard option. Since there was no choice, we agreed to the standard, but it was absolutely fine. However, it was a bit disappointing that, despite being surrounded by many Japanese people, the announcements were only in headphones.

Based on this review, we boarded last from the bow side, so it was great to see the underwater view from the front window. However, since we were right under the ladder, water droplets were dripping down.

There were plenty of fish even before we dove. I was starting to think we wouldn't see any sea turtles since they took a while to appear, but one swam right in front of us. Moreover, around the sunken ship, there were several huge sea turtles, which was amazing. They were going in and out of the submarine and resting on the deck. There were divers as well. Additionally, we saw a shark that was over two meters long about three times (it might have been the same shark), which left us very satisfied.

I recommend this for those who have never gone diving, but the boat ride to the submarine might make you feel a bit seasick. There was someone on the same submarine who was holding a bag the whole time, and I felt sorry for them. If you just arrived in Hawaii and are jet-lagged, it might be better to wait until you recover.

This became the best memory of our trip to Hawaii!

夫婦で参加しました。プレミアムを予約していたのですが、前日ハワイのホテルに連絡が入り、プレミアムの潜水艦が故障したためスタンダードに変更してもらえないか、とのことでした。しょうがないのでスタンダードでOKしましたが、全く問題はありませんでした。ただ、日本人だらけだったのに、アナウンスはヘッドホンでちょっと残念。
こちらの書き込みを参考に、船首側から最後に乗り込んだので、前の窓からも海中がみれてよかったです。ただ、ハシゴの真下なので、水滴がたれてきます。
魚は潜る前からいっぱいいました。海がめがなかなか現れず、見れないのかなーと思っていたら、一匹前を泳いでいきました。さらに、沈没船のあたりでは巨大な海がめが何匹もいて、感動。船の中に入って行ったり、甲板で休憩してたり。ダイバーもいました。さらに、２メートル以上はありそうなサメも3回くらい（同じサメかも）見れて、大満足でした。
ダイビングしたことない人にはおすすめですが、潜水艦までの船がちょっと酔いそうになりました。同じ潜水艦に乗った方でずっと袋を抱えている人がいて、かわいそうでした。ハワイに到着したばっかりで時差ぼけの方は直ってからの方がいいとおもいます。
今回のハワイ旅行で一番の思い出になりました！
