My back went out on Sunday 21 Nov 21, so on Monday 22 Nov 21 at approximately1145 I called the number provided on the Veltra voucher, KBOS. I requested cancellation of one of the six participants stating I could barely stand much less enjoy what we had signed up for. The lady that answered the phone at KBOS stated she would have to check with someone, KBOS required a 72 hour prior cancellation notification, and since our date was 25 Nov 21 with a 0750 pick up time, it was too late to cancel one participant. I received both a voice mail and email within two hours stating I was too late to cancel one participant again because I was within the 72 hour cancellation window. However, my Veltra voucher states I can cancel “Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.” When I read that part of the voucher to the KBOS lady, she said she would contact Veltra; she did not call back, and it was either go or lose the fee. I went and had trouble getting on the boat due to the steep ramp and no hand rail (staff did assist or I cold not have gotten on). The only food available was donuts, tang orange drink, and water (not the list that is stated in the voucher). I paid for two donut and four banana rides, no donut was available, a speed boat ride was the substitute however. I sat on the boat the entire time since the ladder into the water was too difficult with the sore back. KBOS was fine, the misinformation was included in the Veltra voucher, and Veltra did nothing to follow up with their misinformation.

Captain Bob’s is awesome and must do. Kids enjoyed snorkeling and Sand bar. The staff was excellent. Surely recommend this tour to all.

The staffs are nice, snorkling is a lot of fun! They offer water, hot chocolate and tea. Also if you want to flush the salt away they provide clean water. The scenary is so nice!

Best excursion on the Island. The staff was fantastic and accommodating from start to finish. Highly recommend and plan on going again when we return next year !!! Tha price and length of the excursion was better than the other operators to the sand bar.. Mahalo for a great time !!

Kaneohe Bay is on my favorite side of Oahu. What a view! Plus the opportunity to stand out in the middle of the Bay and look at that view, makes it all the more sweeter. Glad Captain Bob's can get you there, feed you and they allow plenty of swimming/snorkeling time. See ya next year!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating! We had a very good time! Though the weather was cloudy and almost like raining, the staff made the experience perfect for everyone. The lunch is simple (they served burgers) yet delicious!

This tour was so much fun! We got to see so many neat fish and turtles, chill on the sandbar, boat activities were fun, yummy lunch, and great hosts. I would love to do this again one day!

I would rather get this trip than limited tour Hanauma bay snorkeling, i know it s pricier than Capt Bruise tour, but the service they provide you and any accommodation is just worth it so much. Capt Batman (That s what he preferred to be called) and Robin was very kind enough to provide assisted snorkeling tour to those were afraid to see the reef. Amazing guys! You will see their heart so passionate for customers!

Lunch was delicious and the crew spread nothing but the best of aloha. The boat is extremely clean and equip with fun things to do!! We saw amazing turtles and the sandbar just had the most crystal clear waters.

Our family had an amazing time! We enjoyed the band and meal. The crew was awesome and the sandbar was absolute beauty!

We came for our anniversary and the experience was amazing!! The crew is so dope and truly and laid back group of people it feels like you are with family. The music was great and the activities were really nice. They have all of the equipment there for you to participate in the activities so you will need to bring the other things like towels, byob, and sunscreen. Go with these people for your snorkeling experience you won’t regret!! Thank you KBOS we had a blast!! Mahalo!!

From shuttle service to tour, everyone was awesome! Our driver, Sky, to Franky and Captain of the boat, Zi and her crew, they were all great!

The best experience is when Zi was able to convince my partner to go snorkeling by the reef. She guided her with the paddling board and this is her first experience swimming in the deep blue sea!

It was such a fun and relaxing day trip. Worth it! Good experience! The only con thing is that it’s stated on the website that soft drinks, juice, bread, pastries and continental breakfast are included with all the water activities BUT….BIG BUT they didn’t have and never had any of those except DONUTS, water and punch! I showed them what’s written on the tour site and the booking confirmation and they said that’s weird I was not the first who said this, they gotta talk to the agent. So come prepare your own drinks and snacks.

I don't know where to start, the staff, the boat, the experience were all amazing and so much fun!

We got lucky with weather and it was a perfect hot day out (also it's October so it's not scorching out)
Staff is experienced, fun & down to earth. They've been running the boat for a long time and train the younger staff themselves & they're very friendly.
They also have a lot of knowledge about the whole island but just the boat.

We went straight to the Sandbar on crystal blue water which there's lots of deck space to watch. We had the sandbar all to ourselves, set up a net and because our cruise ended up having less people and all adults, we all easily fit in and played a few games together in the middle of the ocean, honestly how much better and dreamlike can it get. We had a blast while others if not playing walked around the sandbar and enjoyed the amazing views.

Had a much needed lunch complete with some wine & enjoyed the sun.

We then went turtle searching and saw quite a few hanging out and breaching, but honestly having time to just enjoy the breeze and take in the views was great. Again, weather dependant but on a good day, boat is sturdy, hardly any rocking, nobody even looked remotely sick.

Then the snorkeling is on a pop up reef, so you can swim around the entire thing. Again, weather dependant but for us, crystal clear waters, some colourful fish, a nice lap in the water.
100% take the fresh water once or twice rinse after the snorkeling it'll make the rest of your boat time feel much more comfortable!
They served hot chocolate after and it warmed our bodies back up.

We all finished snorkeling rather early so instead of cutting our excursion short, they took us on a scenic route and gave us more sights and time on the boat.

Take this cruise if you're into some vball and snorkelling, those things alone & you'll love this!!

This was our first time visiting the sandbar and it was so much fun because of the crew of KBOS! Our day was overcast, but we still had an amazing experience. They have a large selection of water toys. We did the paddle boards, clear canoe & snorkeled over the coral. But you can also kayak or get a ride on a banana boat. They also set up a volleyball net. They pull a large platform barge with seating so you can rest or just enjoy sunbathing. The catamaran is shaded & spacious with plenty of tables for seating. There are bathrooms & changing rooms on board. They fed us a turkey/ham sandwich on a croissant with chips & pineapple and they provide water & punch anytime you need it. I felt like we could bring our entire family including all ages from grandparents to small kids. There is something for everyone. We saw a massive turtle & a sting ray. Even though our day was cloudy the crew still made it a blast! They were fun to hang out with & the live band was AMAZING! I usually don’t redo excursions that I’ve already done, but I would definitely book this tour every time I visit Oahu!

The crew was very helpful and made our experience a memorable one. We had a great time snorkeling, canoeing, and tubing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun day out in the water.

What else can you ask for: Very Nice and Clean Boat, Best Food and Best Crew. First time in a sand bar and snorkeling with lots of turtles is really worth it.
Come and try them out. If you want to see lots of turtles then you need to join them.

You will love them and I will definitely join them again on my next trip to Hawaii.

Our favorite activity! The crew was outstanding and took very great care in all participants! Definitely take advantage of it all - the volleyball, the turtle watching and the snorkeling!

The tour was awesome. Too much fun. The crew and band were amazing. We will definitely join this tour again to kaneohe and other tours around the islands that they may have. Captain Sandy was super nice. The banana boat was fun.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on a vacation. It was priced right, just the right amount of time, super amazing staff/guides, and the best value all around. The boat ride is peaceful and quick. The sandbar was amazing and gives you enough time to meet others or practice your snorkeling skills. Seeing the turtles was so exciting and plentiful. The actual snorkeling was really the highlight. It was absolutely beautiful. If you visiting Honolulu this is a must-do activity!

I think the tides played a role, but the sandbar was hardly visible at all. The water level was about waist-deep. Since snorkeling was supposed to be done at that sandbar, it was too shallow and there were no fish at all. Not even a sea turtle or any fish could be seen. The two and a half hours of free time were boring. I felt that for turtle watching, it might be better to take the boat to a different location. It was fun to be able to rent a paddleboard. Everyone on the boat was eating and drinking plenty of snacks and juice. By the way, there was no guidance in Japanese at all.

もう少し船を違う場所に行っても良いのでは？と感じた。パドルボートを貸してもらえたのは楽しくて良かった。船上のスナック、ジュースは皆たくさん食べて飲んでました。ちなみに日本語での案内は全くありません。

Perfect time. Sandbar was amazing. It was just super fun and relaxing. Snorkeling area was great too. A good amount of space to cover. Even some locals talk about this sandbar being a unique place.

Came with a large party which consisted of small children. My little ones cried A LOT during the boat ride and I felt really bad, but the two gentlemen working were more than understanding. They provided free drinks, chips and snorkels for everyone and we were also able to bring our own. The tour itself was amazing! The Hawaiian ocean is breathtaking. We definitely want to return when our little ones are a bit older and hopefully they won’t cry next time around!

The staff was very friendly, burgers were delicious… would recommend to anyone visiting Oahu for a few days.

Such a memorable experience for my family. The captain and his assistants were friendly and very knowledgeable about the island and the living creatures in and around it. I love how thoughtful the business is - simple things like plastic bins under the seats to make sure our things are kept dry, the drinks and snacks provided aboard, and the cleanliness in and around the boat. Loved every minute of our time there!

The sea in Heaven was incredibly beautiful! My partner and I participated together. The crew was very kind, and we enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding comfortably. I was moved to see sea turtles up close. I definitely want to participate again.

This private snorkel tour was 100% worth the money. A private pontoon boat with many amenities, including snacks, drinking water, water sport toys and others were all provided. Captain Kokua could not have been friendlier and showed us a lot to see in the area. The sandbar of course was beautiful and a huge highlight of the trip.
