Such an amazing experience! from beginning to end absolutely loved how the crew was very helpful and giving directions too. Loved how there was so much to do and the sandbar was absolutely beautiful forever will remember this experience with my family, also felt very safe doing the activities outside the boat the crew was always looking out for everyone. I will defiantly book this activity again when I return to Oahu highly recommend if you get the chance to book this activity.

I had made a reservation for another day, but after checking the weather forecast and seeing it was going to rain, I contacted them to switch to a morning tour that was available online, and they responded immediately. The day we went wasn't sunny either, so I think it would be perfect if the weather is nice. However, I was satisfied because I was able to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and even saw sea turtles while snorkeling.

It was an amazing experience! The clarity of the ocean was wonderful, and the snorkeling was the best. I can't swim, but the captain kindly taught me how to wear a life jacket and put on the mask and snorkel. I held onto the rescue tube, and the captain pulled me along. Plus, while feeding the fish, many of them swam alongside us. I even encountered sea turtles and seals! I felt like Ariel!

You can also rent a SUP. There were floaties available for kids. There was someone on the crew who spoke Japanese, and they provided transportation to and from the hotel, so I had no issues at all. I want to go again!

1st the weather cooperated.

2nd the crew was great, super friendly, knowledgeable of history of the area old and current.
Professional attitude and service, felt safe and comfortable the entire trip.

3rd we saw a lot of sea turtles from the boat and saw one underwater next to the coral reef snorkeling.

A lots of fish on the reef. Warm fresh water rinse and warm beverages after 90 minute snorkeling period.

Lastly the boat was Captained very well and the mooring was pretty cool to watch. We highly recommend.

We got funny & enthusiasm tour guides
It started to get so fun as soon as we got on the boat
All the activities were fantastic. We enjoyed every moment on the cruise so time went by very fast.

One of the best experiences in Hawaii!

This is one of the most memorable experiences that we've during our recent trip! The staff as so accommodating from the very beginning of our cruise to the end. We were in such a beautiful location to relax and just have fun and really appreciate Hawaii. There were many snacks, water and other drinks that came with our package. Another great thing is that we could bring our own alcoholic beverages. We saw at least 3 turtles and other beautiful fishes in the ocean. The lift vests were comfortable and we were guided by the staff while swimming out during snorkeling. We would do this again!

I participated in this activity because I heard you could do activities in Heaven's Sea. There were a lot of participants, so we were a bit delayed in departing. On the boat, there were two singers who kept the atmosphere lively until we reached the sandbar, making it feel like a club.

After about ten minutes, we arrived at Heaven's Sea, and I was impressed by how clear and beautiful the water was. However, the water level was about chest-high, which was disappointing as it was similar to a regular sea. On the plus side, we were able to enjoy activities like stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, and snorkeling, so we had a lot of fun playing around.

天国の海でアクティビティーもできるということでこちらに参加しました。
参加人数が多くわちゃわちゃして出発が少し遅れていました。船内では2人の歌い手がいてサンドバーに着くまで盛り上げてくれクラブみたいでした。
１０分程で天国の海に着き水は透明で綺麗で感激しました。ただ水位は胸ぐらいまであり、通常の海とかわらずで残念でした。
その分supやカヌーがシュノーケリングなどできたので沢山遊べて楽しかったです。

They already provide the equipment for most of the activities and you have the option to have a meal. They also provide water and lemonade drinks. Had a great, amazing time.

Wet but fabulous

We've been to Honolulu a number of times and only found this awesome tour this visit!

Apart from the weather, wow what an amazing trip it was.

The sandbar is obviously tidal which wasn't in our favour but the water was warm and low enough where you could walk along the ocean floor to the floating barge for a sit and relax in the open.

The only thing I could suggest is that they serve drinks as well at an extra cost or even include it in the price.

Would do this tour again in a heart beat...hopefully with lots of sunshine next time

I used a plan that included transportation from the hotel in Waikiki to the site. The bus driver was kind and introduced us to good shops for souvenirs and delicious local restaurants along the way. The explanations were in English, but he mixed in a little Japanese, so I could somewhat understand the content.

During snorkeling, I was able to see swimming sea turtles multiple times, and they were very cute. I also saw many colorful fish.

I could use the SUP for free, and I was able to stand on the board and paddle. On the boat, soft drinks and snacks are provided for free, so I never had to worry about being thirsty.

Fabulous scenery, excellent staff. We went Friday morning 10/28. We played with paddleboards, and floating on the sandbar. The crew than walked us out to coral water with Google, and lifevests for safety. We saw many beautiful fish and found about 3-12"turtles mostly resting in the coral reefs. It was excellent time. Highly recommend.

The Captin Bruce Cruise and swimming experience was amazing. All of the boat crew members had great attitudes and made this a very memorable day. The crew was always right there to help all family's feel very important and helped in make a everlasting memory for all ages.

This was my family's first trip out on the Ocean. The crew helped us find the best places to see all underwater sea life fish and coral. We got to get right up to all the Turtles as they were resting in there natural environment or help us all swimming around to make these memories of a life time. I would love to be able to come back so I can make reservations with this same group.

We had a blast! This was the first activity we did during our trip and it did not disappoint! They served donuts, played live music, and had plenty of activities to do. Our favorite experience was the snorkeling! The reefs were so healthy and we saw lots of fish! It's BYOB and there is a store to purchase drinks and snacks before you board. Everyone was super nice and we made friends along the way! Great way to start our trip!

Totally awesome experience and had a ton of fun on the water. Went for the banana boat and bumper ride upgrade. Great and friendly crew! Definitely good to be aware of the tide tho. Unfortunately none of the sandbar was above the water while we were there due to high tide. Was a great experience nonetheless!

Snorkeling was a bit painful as I bumped my shin on the coral and scraped it, but kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding were fun. The staff were kind and friendly. The highlight was when I was paddleboarding and they said, "Look, there's a turtle!" and took me right over to see it. I was so moved to see a swimming turtle up close for the first time. Thank you, Hideo & Midori.

We had the most amazing experience! The crew was wonderful. Made us feel like Ohana. Kept us safe and let us do our thang. We rode the banana boat and asked the captain to flip us! So much fun. We rode the bumper tube as well, SCARY at first but so much fun. Snorkeled with my 10yr and non swimming boyfriend lol We did great! The lunch sandwich they provided was much needed! We will come back to sandbar EVERY time we visit Oahu. Mahalo!

The sandbar snorkel cruise was a last minute decision and we're so glad we did it! We had a small group so we were able to snorkel out and see some turtles and coral reef! Such an amazing sight! The crew and musicians were very friendly and this added to the overall experience. Highly recommended!!

Really enjoy it

The ride to Sandbar is very smooth, no waves, no worries on emotion sickness. My 6yr old especially enjoyed the Banana Boat and Bumper Tube rides. Highly recommend. The staff was very nice. They even helped us babysit our 2yr old while the rest of family were on the boat and tube rides. :D

The Snorkel was OK. Not many fishes though. If you are planning your trip primarily for the snorkel, it is likely better to find a snorkel specific place.
