Although it was drizzling and the water temperature was low, the staff were all cheerful and kind, which made me feel the essence of Hawaii! The sandbar had water up to my waist, but it wasn't a concern due to the seasonal conditions. In fact, I felt more connected to the strange sensation of being able to stand in such deep water. We also saw many sea turtles. The hamburger was simple but very delicious. One piece of advice: depending on the season, it can be cold after getting out of the water while still wet, so it's good to have a change of clothes and a bath towel. There are no changing rooms, so you change while wrapped in a bath towel. We brought a bath towel with a rubber loop at the top, which I think was a good choice. My wife and I went to this adventure hoping to have a great time and see some fish here and there while snorkeling but these guys got us a great tour and we saw a ton of fish near the coral reef where they took us. The staff is super friendly and fun plus. The food was right on point and we loved they even gave us some hot chocolate after the swim to warm us up a bit.
Jenner and the captain are super friendly, I would love to go back and see them again when I go back to Hawaii.

I participated at the end of November. Despite the unfortunate weather, it became a fun memory. I attended with my 2-year-old daughter, and I am truly, truly grateful for the kindness of the staff. Our accommodation was at Hilton Hawaiian Village, but the pickup was at Ilikai Hotel (meeting at 9 AM). I was surprised to find that the pickup vehicle was a large bus instead of a van. Exploring the sandbar was easy when the seabed was sandy, but when we got closer to the rocky areas, it was painful on the soles of our feet, and everyone let out little screams. I ended up going on a rainy day. Since it was high tide, I only got to see a slightly beautiful sea. While high tide can't be helped, I honestly wish they would cancel on rainy days. (If possible, I think they should offer discounts on days with high tide since they can know in advance.) It was just the sea, cold, the snorkeling was murky, and once it starts, you're stuck for about six hours. The staff were very nice, so I gave it two stars.

We came to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Since it was the first time for my family in Hawaii, we chose popular activities. My husband and my family totaled 10 people. I was a bit anxious because my husband's family only speaks English, but there were many native speakers (since it was a Japanese company), and they provided explanations in English, which was great. My mother and mother-in-law, who didn't want to snorkel, were specially taken out on a boat and seemed to enjoy it. As for the sea, it was cloudy and occasionally rainy, which made it a bit cold. あと、写真を撮る時間？みたいなのが長くて夫の家族は、何をする時間？？みたいな雰囲気でした。
でも、初めてのハワイで家族とならとてもいい経験だし、会社の方も迅速、フレシキブルな対応でオススメです。
ただ、ちょっと値段が高すぎるので☆四つです。

I think this tour is quite affected by the weather. It was a day with heavy rain and strong winds, to the point where I wondered if such weather even occurs in Hawaii, but the tour went ahead. On the bus ride there, the intensity of the rain had everyone’s spirits low. Such days might be rare, but the water was cold, and the sandbar was submerged and not visible, making me feel like I wanted my money back. I was very surprised that two large buses came to pick us up from the hotel (with pickups at two locations). This tour is really popular!

The boat staff were cheerful and kept the conversation lively, making it enjoyable. There were moments when it got a bit cloudy, which darkened the blue of the sea, but overall, we enjoyed truly wonderful scenery under mostly clear skies. The water was about waist-deep, so next time I want to go when the sandbar is fully exposed.

We were served sandwiches with ham and cheese as a light snack, which satisfied our empty stomachs. It was also nice to have warm tea, which was appreciated after getting chilly from the sea.

On the way back, there was a small incident where the number of people didn't match, causing a delay in departure. I think it would be better to manage the buses carefully with a roster when there are multiple buses. With so many people, there are various individuals involved. Honestly, I was a bit anxious since I had another schedule to keep.

ホテルに迎えに来たのが大型バス二台(ホテル二カ所でピックアップ)ということに大変驚きました。
本当に人気のあるツアーなんですね。

ボートのスタッフのみなさん陽気で、トークも軽快に楽しませてくれました。
時折曇ったりすると、海の青が少し暗くなり残念な時もありましたが、概ね晴天で本当に素晴らしい景観を楽しみました。
海水が腰の位置くらいまであったので、次に行く時は完全にサンドバーが出る時期を狙って行きたいと思いました。

ハムとチーズの入ったサンドイッチが軽食として出され、空いた小腹を満たしてくれました。
温かい紅茶もいただけて、海で冷えた体にありがたかったです。


帰りのバス、なぜか人数が合わずしばらく出発できないという小事件がありましたので、バスが複数台になるときには、乗せたバスを名簿でしっかり管理された方が良いのではないでしょうか。あれだけの人数、いろんな方々がいらっしゃいますから。
正直、次の予定が入っていたので内心気が気ではありませんでした。
