we had so much fun and the crew takes such good good care of you.

We were able to see a lot of turtles up close while snorkeling!! For us turtle lovers, it was truly moving (＞０＜)！

On the way to and from, we encountered a school of flying fish on the boat! They were jumping a lot~! During snorkeling, we got to see a family of barracuda, pufferfish, and various butterflyfish, among other underwater creatures that you would typically meet while diving. It was surprising to encounter them while snorkeling (・。・)！！

This time, the tour was in English, so we were the only two Japanese people. The rest were American families. Although it was English-only, we had no major issues even with our broken English. The captain was unique, and all the staff were friendly. We even met a family that had lived in Japan, which made it a lot of fun!!

While playing, there were floatation devices and life jackets available, and staff were always nearby, so we felt safe. I think it was a tour that people of all ages could enjoy!

スノーケルで、かめを沢山マジかで見れました！！これには、かめ好きな私達にとって、感動（＞０＜）/ものでした！！

行き帰りの途中、船の上で飛魚の群れに遭いました！メッチャ飛んでましたぁ~！
スノーケル中には、カスミアジの親子を見れたり、ハリセンボウや色んなチョウチョウウオの仲間達等・・と、水中でダイビングをすると出会えるような水中生物達に、スノーケルで出会えてビツクリ（・。・）！！！！

今回は、英語でのツアーだったので日本人は私達の２人だけ。後は、アメリカ人ファミリー等。と、英語onlyではありましたが、片言英語でもさほど問題なく、キャプテンもユニークで、スタッフの皆さんも親切だし、日本に住んでいたというファミリーとも出会えたりと、スゴク楽しめました！！

遊んでいる時も、浮き具やライフジャケットもあるし、必ず近くにスタッフの人もいるので、安心です。また、老若男女問わず楽しめるツアーだったと思います！

We loved everything. The Snuba with Chad and the food and Sailing. The Crew made the entire experience great and took care of us from the start to the end. It was one of our best experiences on a Hawaiian Island, ever!

It was awsome! The show and dancers were great! The food was delicious! Definitely do it again on a return trip. Can't go to Hawaii without a Luau and this one is perfect!!!

A little bit corney, but fun nevertheless. I took my daughters to the show and they did enjoy it. This is not broadway and I doubt it has anything to do with Hawaiian culture, but iw was a fun time. All the dancers were great. The fire dance is obviously the big draw and it worth it.

This is firt time I attende the Luau. It was a great experience and fun. The food was wonderful, and the music was really out of this world. Kudos to all the hot and sexy dancers for showing the beauty of Polynecian culture. If get a chance, I'll attend this again and again. Thanks.

We really liked the show. It was very interesting, funny and it will stay in my memory forever. I would recommend it to everyone!

On August 9, 2009, I participated with my family of three. We had seen shows in Waikiki before, but this was our first time attending an outdoor luau show. Most participants were from the mainland or foreign countries, and we were the only Japanese group that day. There were about 3% of people of Asian descent, but everyone spoke English fluently, and we communicated in English with those sitting next to us. We also did our best to enjoy ourselves with our limited English. Communication is all about the mindset... I learned how to give tips to the staff by watching others. The show started as the venue was bathed in the orange glow of dusk, and I thought it was a wonderful performance, ranging from traditional hula to fire dancing. On the way back, taxis were waiting outside the venue, so we called one over to take us to our hotel. It became a great memory.

０９年８月９日に家族３人で参加しました。これまでワイキキでショーなど見てきましたが、野外で行われるルアウショーへの参加は初めてでした。参加者は本土の方や外国の方がほとんどで、この日参加した日本人は我々１組でした。東洋系の人が３％程度いますが、皆英語が流暢で、隣になった人達と英語でコミュニケートしています。私達も片言の英語でがんばり楽しみました。コミュニケーションは気持ちのもちようですから・・・。　ボーイさんへのチップの渡し方なども見様見真似で覚えました。ショーは夕暮れのオレンジに会場が色づくころ始まり、伝統的なフラからファイアーダンスまで素晴らしいショーだと思います。帰りは、タクシーが会場の外で待っているので、適当に声をかけて宿泊先のホテルまで送ってもらいました。いい思い出となりました。

Overall we had a pretty good time at the luau. The food was pretty good. Better than just decent, but not the best or anything. The hostess was great, very funny and sincere. Most of the luaus are sound pretty similar when you read the descriptions, but this also included unlimited drinks and was a little less expensive. The show itself seemed really short, because I was very intrigued by the different dances. Get there early! there was a long line, and they were sold out of the $15pp "VIP" option. i'm not really sure it's worth it anyway. you get up front seating and get in line for food first, but we had a decent view from our seats in the back and the food line went pretty quick! My mom used to dance hawaiian and tahitian, so i was familiar with costumes, props, etc and they seem pretty authentic.

This was our 2nd luau during our trip. Unfortunately, it was only mediocre. With the setting beside a Hotel, it lacked any cultural flavor. The emcee was just that. We felt like we were watching a performer. The food was lack-luster but the performers were amazing ! The mai tais barely qualified as "cocktails". Would not recommend this luau unless it's your best choice for convenience.

A few years ago, I participated in this tour with my family, a total of 11 people. It was a lot of fun. My family enjoyed snorkeling and beach volleyball, while I relaxed in the shade, forgetting the daily hustle and bustle. I thought it was a tour where people of various ages, from my 1-year-old niece to my father-in-law in his 70s, could enjoy themselves in their own ways. The best memory was when we returned to port, sailing into the sunset; the atmosphere on the boat was wonderful. I definitely want to recommend this to honeymooners.

This year, it will be just the five of us: my husband and I, our daughter and her husband, and our grandchild. This will be our seventh time on the Trilogy cruising tour (and our second time to Lanai). The reason we choose Trilogy is that we don't get seasick. I had a tough experience once on another company's boat in Maui, where I got seasick. If you think you might not do well on a boat, please give this a try. I promise you will create wonderful memories.

　何年か前に、このツアーに参加しました。私と家族、総勢11人で。楽しかったです。家族は、シュノーケルやビーチバレーをして楽しみ、私は、木陰で日頃の喧騒を忘れ、ゆったりと過ごしました。1歳の姪から70歳過ぎた義父まで、さまざまな年齢の者が、それぞれの楽しみ方ができるツアーだと思いました。一番の思い出は、帰港のとき、夕焼けの中を帆を立てていく船上は、とてもムードが良かったです。ハネムーナーには、是非、お薦めしたいです。
　今年は、私たち夫婦と娘夫婦と孫の5人です。
トリロジーのクルージング・ツアーは、今年で7回目（ラナイ島へは2度目）になります。トリロジーを選ぶのは、やはり酔わないからです。マウイで、一度、他社の船で、酔って、辛い思いをした経験があるからです。船は苦手と思っておられる人は、是非、参加してみてください。素晴らしい思い出をお約束します。

My best friend and I enjoyed watching all of the unique dances and the fire show was definitely a site to see!! Would love to see it again. The food was delicious too :)

Me and my girlfriend loved it. We are talking about taking a hula lesson (if it's offered around bay area). The fire dancer guy was awesome. I bet that requires a lot of training.

We had a great time on this luau. Highly recommended.

This was great. Food was great and the whole productive was very professional. They even had the performers meet at back for pictures you were so inclined. I did notice they did take some pictures before going - unsure how that was because it seemed to be for another tour group/company. Of course, you paid for these separately. I didn't inquire what the requirement for the pictures was - but perhaps if you notice such, may be you will. Many people were celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. It was a nice time and the music seemed to be continual even while you ate. A nice way to end a stay in Hawaii and it ended in good time so that you weren't up all night packing for the next day's start of the return to the mainland.

My husband, 7 year old daughter and I attended the Trilogy Snorkel Cruise - Maui Discover Ka'anapali on Tuesday Aug 12th 2008.
We have both been snorkelers/divers since college in the early 90's, and were very happy with the tour.
The staff was professional, friendly, and full of history and knowledge of the area. The food was amazing, better than many of the restaurants on the island!
The first stop was incredible, lots of fish, coral and turtles. Our second stop was just around the corner but we were greeted by a pod of ~100 dolphins as we anchored. Lucky for us they stayed nearby and allowed us to swim toward them. Then amazingly they surrounded us and wild dolphins were everywhere, below us, to the sides, in front and behind. Swimming, jumping, and diving within an arms reach! This was truely a once in a lifetime experience and I am thankful to Trilogy for their care towards the environment and sincere connection with the sea.

Great food and a Great Show. We were afraid a Luau would be tacky but this one exceeded our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised by the level of talent of the dancers and recommend this tour to anyone coming to Maui!

First of all the Hyatt Regency Maui is an amazingly beautiful property right on the water and the Luau location is lovely as well - Makes you feel like you are tucked away in a private beach cove. The food was great especially the Ulupalakua Beef and the Taro Dinner Rolls. Our server brought us drinks all night and we loved the vibrant costumes and the fire dancer at the end of the show.

you folks do know how to give a great luau. the food was absolutely onolicious especially the lomi lomi, purple potatoes and kalua pig plus all the rest. went back for lomi......!!! you have a great chef!!

now the entertainment.....great!!! your dancers were outstanding, beautiful and handsome. costumes beautiful. i would attend at least every other month if i could. but live on the mainland and now.....air prices too high. really happy that my grand daughter and i were able to make this one.

We read some comments about this luau being crowded, so we were expecting really small venue. I think the venue was good size. I guess if you are used to taking up so much space for yourself, you feel very tight, but we were very comfortable. The dancers were awesome, and foods were well prepared. We stayed in Kaanapali, so it was walking distance from our hotel. It's worth it. I'd recommend it to my friends.

I was not happy about the start and end time of the experience. The entire event was over by 8pm, and it was barely dark. The food and the drinks were as expected... good. The performers were very good, but the show lacked the level of audience involvement that I've seen at other events.

We had a great time. It was a bit crowded, but the entertainment was spectacular. Mahalo!

This luau was incredible, how they are able to move this fast is amazing along with the wonderful assortment of foods & desserts!!

Attended with my wife on our honeymoon. No Pina Colada's or frozen drinks but i can understand that at an open bar in such a large venue. Server was very good about making sure we all had drinks though. Food was excellent. Dessert was average, but I was really full off all the good food anyway so I didn't mind. The show was very good and the highlight of the night was definitely the fire dancer. Overall a good luau, but there are better out there (although I'm sure they cost more).

I went during the New Year. Despite that, we were the only two Japanese people there. There were no staff who spoke Japanese, but one staff member, who was married to a Japanese person, cheerfully talked to us, and the other staff members were very attentive since we were the only Japanese guests.

It was whale watching season, so during the cruise, the staff would spot whales and let us know. On the way to Lanai Island, they gathered the participants once to give an overview, during which they mentioned that there were still seven spots available for dolphin watching. Since it was in English, I wasn't very confident in my listening skills, and while I hesitated, the spots filled up. Later, when I asked someone who participated, they said it was very cute, and I regretted not signing up.

After returning to Japan and reviewing this page again, it seems that the upgrade "Blue Water Adventure Rafting" was what they were referring to.

On Lanai Island, all the kids were enjoying snorkeling. We found it a bit cold, so we didn't go into the water, but we enjoyed relaxing in the shade and exploring the rocky areas to find small fish.

The food was also very delicious, and they served yakisoba! I think it's a tour where you can experience a variety of things all at once.

お正月に行きました。にも関わらず、日本人は私たち2人だけでした。日本語を話すスタッフはいませんでしたが、奥さんが日本人だというスタッフが一人いて陽気に話しかけてくれたり、他のスタッフも日本人が私たちだけということもあってとても気にかけてくださいました。
ホエールウォッチングのシーズンだったので、クルーズの途中にスタッフがクジラを見つけては教えてくれました。
ラナイ島へ向かう途中に、一度参加者を集めてひととおり説明をしてくれたのですが、その中でドルフィンウォッチングの席がまだ7人分空いているといったようなことを言っていました。英語だったのであまり聞き取りに自信がなくて尻込みしているうちに定員オーバーになってしまいました。あとで参加した人に聞いたら、とても可愛かったそうで、思い切って申し込めばよかったと後悔しました。
日本に帰ってきてこのページを再度見直したら、アップグレードの「ブルー・ウォーター・アドベンチャー・ラフティング」というのがそれだったようです。
ラナイ島では子供たちはみんなシュノーケルをして楽しんでいました。私たちはちょっと寒かったので海には入りませんでしたが、木陰でのんびりしたり、岩場を散策して小さな魚を見つけたりして楽しみました。
食事もとてもおいしくて、やきそばも出ました！
一度にいろんなことが体験できるツアーだと思います。

The main courses of chicken & steak lacked quality. The fish however was excellent.

Good food, unlimited drinks, great entertainment (variety of dances both males and females), great host and service. The only complaint I have is that the seating was horrible. The seats were literally right up against each other so you don't have much arm or leg room. It was hard to get in and out of your seat because they were so close together. Overall wonderful experience! They even ask you if you want shaded or sun seating.

The Luau was awesome. The show was beyond my expectation. I had no prevoius experience with a luau before and it was way beyond what I expected. The hula girls can definiteley move their hips more than you can imagine. The guys were very entertaining, especially the one that was really into it, by yelling with enthusiasim and twitching his eyebrows to make you pay direct attention to him, he was the hit of the show besides the Samoan import that performed an excellent fire show.

The food was above average, would of been better if the pork wasn't dry, try medium next time. But food is hard to control some times when you have over 500 people to serve. Other than that it was awesome. Can't remember the host's name, she did an awaesome job blessing the food. Too many places do not engage in prayer. If you pray and believe in Jesus, he will come thru for you.

Every time I visit Maui, I've participated in one of the Trilogy tours. Among them, my family and I love this tour the most. It's simply wonderful.

This is the tour I would highly recommend for fully enjoying the beautiful waters of Maui. I'm a woman in my 50s and not a great swimmer, but I still join in. They provide life jackets, after all. Also, even though I'm relatively prone to motion sickness, I've never felt nauseous on this boat. I've heard that no one gets seasick on this vessel.

I've always participated with my family—my husband and two daughters. This year, it's just my husband and our younger daughter (a college student) joining me. I made the reservation through this site. I'm looking forward to it.

There's no greater luxury than forgetting the daily grind of work and spending leisurely time with loved ones.

Delicious snacks and drinks, encounters with sea turtles... I have so many unforgettable memories. I even sent postcards to my parents and friends in Japan from the boat. The crew prepared the postcards and mailed them for us. My husband sent one to himself. During our last visit, we had a video taken, which was sent to our home later. It captured moments of me and my family snorkeling, as well as people we met on the boat, making it a cherished keepsake.

This year, I'm looking forward to seeing the familiar crew again and am working on my diet to aim for a beautiful swimsuit look, even as an older lady.

マウイ訪れる度に、トリロジーのどれかのツアーには参加してきました。その中でも、私と私の家族は、このツアーが一番好きです。素晴らしいの一言につきます。

この美しいマウイの海を満喫するには、一番にお薦めしたいツアーです。私も５０代のオバサンです。泳ぎが苦手。でも、参加してしまいます。ライフジャケットもありますからね。また、比較的乗り物に弱い私ですが、全然酔うこともありません。この船で酔う人は皆無と聞いています。

いつも家族で参加してきました。夫と二人の娘と。今年は、夫と下の娘（大学生）との３人での参加です。このサイトから、予約しました。楽しみです。

仕事に追われる日々を忘れ、大切な者たちと、ゆったりとした時間を過ごす、これほどの贅沢はないでしょう。

美味しい軽食や飲み物、海カメさんとの出会い・・。忘れられない思い出が、いっぱいです。船の中から、日本にいる両親や友人に絵葉書を出したり・・。クルーが、ハガキを用意してくれて、投函もしてくれました。夫は、自分宛てに出していました。前々回は、ビデオ撮影もしてもらい、後日、自宅に送っていただきました。シュノーケルをしている自分や家族、船上で知り合った人々が写っていて、良い思いでの品になっています。

今年も、また懐かしいクルーの皆さんに合えるのを楽しみに、少しでも美しい水着姿のオバチャン目指してダイエットに励んでいます。

I experienced snorkeling, and it was amazing!

I found out about this tour after arriving on Maui. I decided to participate because I heard there was Japanese staff on this trilogy and the departure time was just right.

What impressed me the most was seeing sea turtles swimming right in front of me and the numerous fish! It was my first time snorkeling, but thanks to the staff's attentive support, I was able to enjoy it without any worries.

Also, the "cinnamon rolls" served for breakfast were warm and the variety of food was delicious, with exceptional service. I felt like a "queen"! So moving!

On the way back, the yacht sailing with the trade winds filling its sails was truly wonderful. I highly recommend participating with your family; I'm sure the kids will love it too.

If you decide to join the tour, I recommend bringing an underwater camera. Taking commemorative photos with the sea turtles would be fantastic!

おばさま、シュノーケリングを体験しました。　最高！

このツアーを知ったのはマウイ島に着いてからです。
このトリロジーに日本語スタッフが就任していると言うことと
出発時間が調度良かったので、参加しました。

参加して、感激したのは目の前で泳ぐ海がめ！、多数の魚達！
シュノーケリングは初めてでしたがスタッフの丁寧な対応で
不安も無く楽しむことが出来またした。

また、朝食に出た“シナモンロール”が暖かくバラエティに富んだ食事が
とても美味しく、至れり尽くせりの対応。
まるで「女王様！」になったみたい、、。　　　感激！感激！

帰路は「帆」に貿易風をいっぱいに受けて走るヨットが
とても素晴らしかったです。
ぜひ、ぜひ、ファミリーで参加してください、きっと子供さんも
喜ばれることでしょう。

水中撮影できるカメラを持参されることをお勧めします。
