We loved this luau!!! From the start to the finish, it was well planned, fun and engaging. We loved the MC, the food, the dancing the activities, everything. We will highly recommend it!!! Thank you for the real leis and for being bold to say a prayer to Almighty God before the meal. Thank you for putting on a great show!

This was well worth it!! The staff is excellent from the time you check in to the 3 guides that are with you zip lining to check out if you decide to get the pictures! We were with a great group of people and that made it more fun as you can get to know everyone in your group as it takes about 3 hrs to complete and there is time between each zip line. This was the best thing we did of all the activities myself and 2 kids (ages 15 and 18) did for the 6 days we were here! Highly recommend doing this if you want to zip line. Another thing that is regally nice is if you are staying in Waikīkī you get to drive to the other side of the island and if you have a rental car you get to see other parts of the island that are not full of tourist.

The park is a lot, I would say to get a guide as we were confused, but the show was a great ending,

faced our fears and loved the experience, the team was great at getting us comfortable in deeper ocean water.

The fruit stand was delicious, and it was great to stop at Dole plantation!

Every time I visit Northshore, it's always lively, but this time it was particularly vibrant. There were more Americans than Japanese, which was overwhelming. There are plenty of restrooms in the Haleiwa area, which is reassuring. I wished we could have driven to Turtle Bay... it's a bit of a regret. I found a limited edition Patagonia shirt with a Haleiwa logo and ended up buying a lot. The driver was kind, skilled at driving, and a great person. I would like to request them again. Highly recommended!

My family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The MC was fantastic and funny. The flower and anniversary leis were a wonderful touch. The activities were fun. The show was very entertaining, impressive, and the food was good too! The waterfall and hike were fun before too. Thank you for a fantastic day and evening! Mahalo!

My wife and I experienced horseback riding for the first time. I was worried that the two-hour course might be too long for us at 60 years old, but it ended in no time. The scenery was amazing, and I definitely want to participate again next time.

初めて妻と２人で乗馬を体験しました。
２時間コースは６０歳の２人には長いのではないかと心配しましたが、あっという間に終わりました。景色も最高で、次も是非参加したいと思います。

We got no value but a bus greeting us to the town, you can do it in every other way and cheaper, including 3usd public bus. It even doesn't get you to the beach, so you will have to take de public bus to get to the beach either way

Amazing and warm welcoming staff on every corner; the performances are top notch, we were entertained to a great FINALE show, Buffet Dinner was overwhelming!

We loved and enjoyed learning a lot of things about the Polynesian culture! All the performances were just by fat the best. I love the activities in each country that you can participate in, hands on and fun too!

My son is a typical “everything boring” esp by the wnd of the day, but as soon as the lights went off for the “HA” show he was mesmerized and totally enjoyed it.

We wanted to experience the LUAU dinner but I think we did not look through good enough with the package we bought. Buffet Dinner was not bad at all…just missed seeing a traditional lu’au

In the morning, they came to pick us up at the Hyatt Regency where we were staying in Waikiki. With transportation included to Haleiwa, we enjoyed a scenic flight in a Cessna, skydiving at our destination, and then paragliding after experiencing free fall—each was a wonderful experience! Considering all this, the cost performance was excellent, and I truly felt the roundness of the Earth. I personally handed a tip to the person who flew with us as a token of gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the life-risking job. I decided to travel to Hawaii because I wanted to skydive, and I will definitely come back again while I still have no age restrictions.

ワイキキに滞在中のハイアットリージェンシーまで朝、迎えにきてくださいました。ハレイワまでの送迎付きで、セスナでの遊覧飛行、目的のスカイダイビング、フリーフォール状態を満喫の後のパラセイリングでの空中遊泳、どれもこれも素敵な体験！
と考えるとコストパフォーマンスはばっちり地球が丸いと体感しました。
チップは一緒に飛んでくれた方に感謝を込めて直接お渡ししました。命掛けのお仕事に心より『ありがとう』。　スカイダイビングをしたくてハワイ旅行を決めましたが、年齢制限が自由なうちにまたリピします。

This tour was our 2nd time going and each time we find it amazing. Learned a little more of Hawaii. John our driver was very professional, accommodating knew much information of Hawaii. What we liked about the whole tour it was a small group.

I loved it, if you don't mind getting alittle dirty and riding an ATV around a beautiful farm along the ocean! I could have stayed there all day playing on those ATVs honestly, our guide Micky was laid back and cool, it was good vibes all around. The only thing I wished was to be able to do some donuts in the mud highly recommend!

Skydiving was my husband's dream. As someone who is not fond of heights, I initially had no intention of participating. However, I thought that if I didn't jump with my husband, I probably would never jump alone in my life, so after much hesitation, I signed up. If you have even a slight interest, I highly recommend giving it a try.

I chose a package that included video and photos, but the content varies depending on the cameraman. My husband's cameraman and instructor were fantastic, and the photos and videos turned out really well.

It's better to have some English skills, but you can manage with gestures (my husband can speak a little, but my level is below that of a modern elementary school student). They don't provide insurance, so I made sure to get skydiving insurance before leaving Japan, just in case.

ついてくれるカメラマンにより内容が異なり、夫のカメラマン、インストラクターの方が素晴らしく、写真、ビデオの内容も大変良かったです

英語は出来た方が良いですが、ジェスチャーでなんとかなります（夫は多少話せますが私は今時の小学生以下レベルです）
保険は取り扱いないので、念の為日本出国前にスカイダイビング対応の保険をかけていきました

I traveled to Kualoa Ranch by shared sightseeing bus. Since there were many Japanese people, I felt at ease, but I was a bit anxious because the explanations were in English. For the horseback riding experience, there was a staff member who understood a little Japanese, and the video lecture was in Japanese, which was helpful.

Finally, it was time for horseback riding, but the horse I rode was quite stubborn, and we had some trouble starting. However, I was able to enjoy the two-hour ride. The view of the mountains and the sea from the saddle was breathtaking. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, and I felt a bit disappointed thinking about how wonderful it would have been if the weather had been nice. Also, backpacks were not allowed, so I had to put mine in a paid locker, but I wanted to keep my valuables with me. It would be good to have a slightly larger waist pouch.

クアロアランチまでは乗合観光バスで移動しました。日本人の方が多かったので安心でしたが、現地では英語の説明なので若干の不安も感じました。乗馬体験コースの事前説明は日本語の少しわかるスタッフがおり、日本語のビデオレクチャーだったので助かりました。
いよいよ乗馬となったのですが、私の騎乗した馬がなかなか言う事を聞いてくれなく出発に手間取りましたが、何とか2時間の乗馬を楽しむ事が出来ました。騎上から見る山、海は絶景でした。あいにくの雲空でしたが、天気が良かったらどんなに素晴らしいかった事か少し残念でした。それから、リックサックはNGで有料ロッカーに入れましたが貴重品は身に付けておきたいですよね。少し大きめのウエストポーチがあると良いですよ。

I recently went Oahu North Shore Beach Horseback Riding Experience - Daytime Tours / Standard Daytime Horseback Rides and unfortunately, it was not well organized. The whole experience seemed uncoordinated, and the pictures taken were unusable due to the way we were positioned.

I gave them 3 stars mainly because the two ladies we interacted with were nice enough, and the horses were well-behaved. However, the walk itself was not very scenic, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I wouldn't do it again.

The weather was bad with heavy rain, but miraculously, there was a brief break in the clouds during our horseback riding, allowing us to enjoy a ride by the seaside. The course was flat and safe for beginners, with a view of the ocean. I believe we could have enjoyed beautiful scenery if the weather had been nice. We had the classic garlic shrimp from North Shore Tourism in the light rain.

天候が悪く豪雨が続いていましたが、乗馬の時だけ奇跡的に少し晴れ間が見えて楽しく海辺乗馬が出来ました。コースは海の望みながら平坦で初心者でも安心なコースです。天気が良ければ美しいん景色を堪能できたと思います。ノースシュア観光では定番のガーリックシュリンプを小雨の中食べました。

The staff was super nice and informative. I had a good time with my horse Kirk and my fiance was riding Frodo. Absolutely gorgeous views that was easy to take in because the horses are very smart and know the route already.

Everyone was super cool made a nice relaxed time up to the jump. The jump was incredible! One of the coolest experiences ever!!! Instructors/guides? we're awesome very laid back explained everything and took awesome pics!

My first horseback riding experience in Hawaii at Gunstock Ranch became a wonderful memory! The instructors were kind and attentive. (I can't speak English, but I managed just fine!) The horses were gentle and smart, making it easy for beginners like me to ride comfortably. You can feel the richness of the animals living freely on the vast land.

Riding the horses while enjoying the beautiful natural scenery of Hawaii was a fantastic activity!

It took just under two hours to get to Gunstock Ranch by the Bus, but the changing scenery made the time fly by. I’ve decided that the next time I go to Hawaii, I will definitely go horseback riding at Gunstock Ranch again!

ガンストックランチまでは、the Busで2時間弱でしたが移り変わる景色であっという間でした。
また、ハワイに行った際にはガンストックランチで乗馬をすると決めました！

Our tour was impacted by the recent rain and it was reduced from two hours to one hour. I emailed the night before to confirm that the tour was still on and they said it was, but to call and confirm the morning of. I called before we left our hotel and they said that the tour was still on. We picked-up our tickets from the ticket office without issue. However, we were told by the horse stable that the tour would only be one hour long instead of two hours due to trail conditions. I wish somebody told us before we arrived at the stable so that we could try to find another tour, or that they would compensate us for the reduced tour (partial refund, coupon for future tour or rebooked on another tour). The tour guide was great and did their best given the circumstances. Everyone at the stable was welcoming and helpful. When checking-in at the stable, we were told that we could not bring a small backpack on the tour and advised to store them in a locker or leave at the car. This also would have been good to know ahead of time. We understand that there’s nothing that could be done about the weather and we look forward to visiting again.

We headed to Kualoa Ranch by large bus. Since there were Japanese staff on-site, we were able to receive guidance in Japanese. Helmets are required for horseback riding. You can put your smartphone, water, and sunglasses in a small pouch provided on-site (other belongings can be stored in a locker for $5, which you can access freely). However, it's more convenient to hang your smartphone around your neck for quick access to take photos. After watching a brief safety video, we got on right away. Riding without a guide from the start made us a bit nervous at first, but we quickly got used to it since the horses are familiar with the route. Fortunately, during our ride, there were no other customers, so it was just us and our guide, making it feel like a private experience. Normally, it seems that 2-3 groups participate together. Our guide took some photos of us, but it seems that not all guides offer this service, so we were lucky. After horseback riding, we had about an hour to spend, so we enjoyed the surrounding facilities and the ocean (an hour was plenty of time). Overall, we had a great time.

大型バスでクアロアランチまで向かいます。現地では日本人スタッフがいたため、現地の案内は日本語で聞くことができました。乗馬はヘルメットを着用します。持ち物は、スマホとお水とサングラスを、現地で渡される小さいポシェットに入れます(その他の荷物は、5ドル払って開け閉め自由のロッカーに入れます)。ただ、スマホは首から提げていた方がすぐに撮れて便利です。簡単な注意事項のビデオを見た後、すぐに乗り込みました。最初からガイドなしで乗るため、序盤は緊張しますが、馬がルートを熟知しているので、すぐに慣れます。私達が乗った時間の回はたまたま他にお客さんがいなかったたため、私達とガイドさんのみで貸切状態でしたが、普通は2-3組一緒に体験するようです。私達の担当ガイドさんはツーショットを撮ってくれましたが、ガイドさんによってはそういったサービスをしてくれない方もいるようなので、ラッキーでした。乗馬終了後は、1時間くらい時間があったので、周辺施設や海を見ながら過ごしました(1時間あれば十分くらい)。総じて、楽しめました。

Horseback riding while fully enjoying the magnificent scenery was amazing!! I was a bit anxious since it was my first time, but the horse was so smart that all my worries disappeared! It's something you can't experience in Japan, so I definitely recommend it.

I was anxious about my English, but the Japanese staff explained everything, including the meeting point, and there were explanatory videos in Japanese, which made me feel at ease participating!

During the horseback riding, it was all in English, but they used easy-to-understand words, so there was no problem at all! They were very kind and even took pictures for us!

The horses are smart, so they stop and go along with the horse in front of them without needing us to give instructions!

The scenery was amazing, and I was able to ride for two hours in the great outdoors, which was a valuable experience that I can't have in Japan!

Since it was an afternoon experience, by the time we finished, the cafeteria was closed, and I regretted not being able to eat the Kualoa Burger >_<.

英語が不安でしたが、最初の集合場所などのは日本人スタッフの方が説明してくれたり説明動画も日本語で安心して参加できました！
乗馬中は英語のみでしたがわかりやすい単語などで話してくれるので全く問題なかったです！！
写真もとってくれたりとても親切でした！

馬も賢いのでこちらが指示しなくても前の馬に合わせて止まったり進んだりしてくれます！

景色も最高な大自然の中2時間も乗馬ができ、日本では体験できない貴重な経験になりました！！

昼からの体験だったので終わった頃にはカフェテリアがcloseしていてクアロアバーガーが食べれなかったのが心残りです>_<

It was a very simple explanation, but I could understand it in English. I enjoyed it so much that I couldn't help but laugh every time I rewatched the video.

I booked a shuttle service. Excitedly, I went to the meeting point, but the shuttle didn’t arrive even when the time came. I thought there might be traffic, but I couldn’t get through on the phone, and feeling sad, I returned to the hotel and called again, only to be told that my reservation hadn’t gone through and was scheduled for another day. I was stunned, and I had to quickly come up with other plans for that day, but to be honest, my schedule was disrupted. Since it was rescheduled for another day, my plans for that day changed as well. When I went on the scheduled day, the shuttle didn’t arrive again at the appointed time, and I was astonished. When I called, they hurriedly came after a while. I was exhausted from the morning. They were speaking English fluently, but there wasn’t even a single word of apology.

送迎付きを申し込みました。ウキウキしながら、
待ち合わせの場所にいきました。が時間になっても送迎が来ませんでした。
渋滞しているのかと思いながら、電話も通じなく、悲しくホテルに戻って電話をしなおしたら、予約が取れていなくて、他の日になっていると言われました．(全部英語)
唖然として、その1日は急遽他の事をしましたが、はっきり言って、スケジュールが崩れました。
他の日になってしまった為にその日もスケジュールが変わりました．
又、予定日に行ったら、また予定の時間になっても来なくて、あきれて、電話したらしばらくして慌てて来ました．朝からめちゃくちゃつかれました。英語でベラベラ話してましたが、すいませんの一言もなかったです。

I had the greatest time at Gunstock Ranch!
I would heartily recommend this activity.
Everyone, from the check-in, to the trail ride staff, and visiting the animals after the ride were amazing.
As a very novice rider, I was well instructed and had a great ride.

Please let me know what is necessary for horseback riding in Japanese.
The scenery description was in English.
The meeting time was around 8 o'clock, but there was a lot of waiting time, and we returned to Waikiki around 5 o'clock. You might want to think of it as a full-day activity.
During the waiting time, we were able to enjoy ourselves by going to a nearby beach and looking at souvenirs.

景色の説明は英語でした。
8時ごろの集合でしたが、待ち時間が多く、ワイキキに帰ったのは17時ごろでした。1日かかると思た方がいいかもしれません。
待ち時間は近くのビーチに行ったり、お土産をみたり、それなりに楽しく過ごせました。

This was our second time in a decade visiting, and we were impressed by the displays, knowledge of the staff and the Breath of Life show.

This is an excellent opportunity to experience Polynesian culture.

It was my first visit to Kualoa Ranch in 30 years. I still have the impression from my last visit that the horses are very intelligent, and I feel the same way this time. I was able to enjoy a happy two hours of horseback riding in a location that is hard to experience in Japan. The guide was also very pleasant. It was the perfect experience for someone like me who loves Westerns and has always wanted to ride a horse in the great outdoors.

30年ぶりのクアロアランチでした。
前回、お馬さんがとっても賢いというイメージが残っていましたが、今回も同感です。
日本ではなかなか味わえないロケーションで、2時間も乗馬を堪能できるという幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。
ガイドの方も感じが良かったです。
西部劇が好きで、大自然の中で馬に乗ってみたいな、と思っていた自分にはピッタリの体験でした。
