It was really amazing. The guys were really nice and funny, answering every questions. We stayed really long in the cage and at no time we felt unsecure. We saw many sharks all around the cage and coming close to the boat. If you can, ask for them to take the pictures with a gopro, they'll be a lot and you won't have to worry about it.

We enjoyed a two-hour horseback riding experience as a family. It was our first time riding, but the horse was very smart, and we felt safe while riding. It was a valuable experience that included going up and down hills, crossing a river, and traveling through meadows and forests.

家族で2時間の乗馬を楽しみました。初めての乗馬でしたが、馬がとても利口で、安心して乗ることが出来ました。登り有り下り有り、川を渡り、草原の中や森の中を行く貴重な体験でした。

It was so much fun that it felt like a moment! Before I could feel scared, I jumped, and it was exciting → so much fun!! The instructors were all really nice too. The photo fee was a bit high, but it became a great memory! I want to jump at least two more times!

This tour turns everything you think you knew about sharks completely on its head. After a short ride out from the harbor, you arrive at your snorkel site. You quickly and quietly get in the water (with no cage!) and voila, you are swimming with 5-8 foot sharks all around. This was a very professionally run and awesome adventure on the North Shore. Highly recommended to anyone with a sense of adventure.

I had been looking forward to experiencing this at least once in my life, and it turned out to be incredibly fun.
There is a waiting line to fly, which is determined by the order of arrival, weight balance with the instructor, and altitude. In the morning, it was cloudy, so we could only ascend to a low altitude, but during the waiting time, the sky cleared up, and we were able to rise to a higher altitude under the blue sky. It ends in the blink of an eye, so I recommend going for a higher altitude. The staff also tried their best to entertain us with their limited Japanese. I didn't mind the tipping system at all; in fact, I enjoyed it so much that I added extra to the box.

人生で一度は経験したくて、今回楽しみにしていました。結果、最高に楽しかったです。
飛ぶ順番待ちがありますが、到着順、インストラクターとの体重バランス、高度などで決められるそうです。朝は曇っていたので、低い高度までしか上がれなかったそうですが、待ち時間の間に晴れて、青空の元高い高度まで上がることが出来ました。あっと言う間に終わってしまうので、高度は高い方がおすすめです。スタッフも片言の日本語で楽しませようと頑張ってくれていました。チップも制度だと思って特に気になりませんでした。むしろ、楽しかったのでプラスして箱に入れました。

I wanted to try ziplining, so I booked a package that included transportation. The pickup time was punctual. There was one Japanese couple, and the rest were all foreigners. Although the explanations were only in English, they were easy to understand with gestures. (It might be tough if you don't understand any English at all.) The staff were cheerful and kept the energy up, so I enjoyed the tour the whole time! The first line was scary, and I had a hard time jumping off, but from the second line on, it was fun to glide, and I wasn't scared anymore. I was able to slide backward and even upside down.

ジップラインをやりたくて送迎付きを申し込みました。
ピックアップの時間も時間通りでした。
日本人カップルが一組おり、後は外国の方ばかりでした。
英語でしか説明されないのですか、身振り手振りで分かりやすく説明してもらえます。
(全く英語が分からないと大変かもしれません)
スタッフも明るく、盛り上げてくれるのでツアー中ずっと楽しめました！！
1本目は怖くてなかなか飛び降りる事が出来なかったですが、2本目からは滑る事が楽しくて怖さはありません。
後ろ向きで滑ったり、逆さに滑ったり出来るようになりました。

Driver only spoke of food! Then it was not very clear on what was included so we missed the food trucks and NO lunch (after all talk and no food).

the package includes 4:00 pm late admission, followed by the ali'i luau (dinner and show), then about an hour break before the start of "Ha" (the night show). there's a lot to see at the PSC and unfortunately you don't get to enjoy much of the park with a late admission, so if we'd had it over to do again we would've tried to get a package that let us enter earlier. the luau was really enjoyable, and the food in the buffet was surprisingly tasty! there's an hour between the end of the luau buffet and "Ha", so we went to see the Hawaiian history movie (sorry, can't remember the name of it), which involved 15 minutes of watching gorgeous scenery. "Ha" itself reminded many of us in the group of a polynesian version of "Lion King the musical", but the fire dancing finale was spectacular--definitely the highlight.

I participated alone. In the morning, I had a doll pineapple, and for lunch, I enjoyed a recommended shrimp plate lunch from the guide in Haleiwa. It was very delicious. The horseback riding was a lot of fun, enhanced by the beauty of Turtle Bay. The horses were well-trained, and it felt more like being carried by the horse rather than riding it. Even for first-timers, as long as you hold the reins properly, you'll be fine. The horses follow the guide's instructions, and the scenery was so beautiful that time flew by. On the way back, I observed sea turtles at the beach, which was very soothing.

一人で参加　午前中はドールパイナップル、お昼は　ハレイワで　ガイドさんお勧めのエビのプレートランチを食べました。とてもおいしかったです。乗馬はタートルベイの美しさと重なりとても楽しかったです。馬もちゃんと訓練されており馬に乗っているというよりも乗せてもらっているみたいな感じでした。初めての方でも　たずな　をしつかり持っていれば大丈夫　コースガイドさんの指示で馬は動きますので　何より景色がきれいなので　テンションが上がりあっという間でした。帰りはビーチでウミガメ見学　癒されました。

I booked this tour without pickup since I drove around the island with a rental car. One hour was just right. Riding the horse was refreshing, and I was satisfied with the view, including the Chinese hats.

I gave it 4 stars because the instructor was kind and friendly, but it could have been more fun with some conversation or singing to liven things up. Just riding the horse in a monotonous way can get a bit boring. There was no pressure to buy photos, and it was a gentlemanly ranch. I recommend it.

レンタカーにて島内を回ったので、ピックアップ無しのこのツアーを予約。
時間は1時間で良い感じでした。馬に乗るのは新鮮。景色も中国人帽子が見え、満足。
☆4なのは、引率してくれるインストラクターは優しく親切なのですが、もう少し面白くというか会話や歌などで盛り上げてくれると楽しいかも。淡々と馬に乗っているだけではだんだん飽きてきます。写真の押し売り的な感じもなく、紳士的な牧場でした。おすすめ。

The tour was awesome. Our guide was fantastic. The luau was wonderful. We got to participate as part of celebrating our 34th anniversary. The Breath of life show was awesome.

Great show. Amazing themes and dancing. Staff at PCC and Veltra friendly and helpful. I would recommend this highly for all ages.

This was the best zip line experience I've ever done. Each line was a blast, the crew was fun to hang out with and they gave us drinks and food from the farm we flew over. The adventure of going from station to station was also fun. As the course went on they build your confidence to try new fun ways to fly. The views are spectacular of the North Shore. This experience is well worth the drive from Waikiki.

Henry was an awesome tour guide. The circle island tour was fantastic. All the activities at the Polynesian Cultural Cdnter were fantastic including the luau and night show.

It felt really good. That day, there wasn't any staff who understood Japanese, but I managed to get by with the atmosphere, haha. Everyone was kind and nice. Thank you, Will! ^ ^

I wanted to spend some relaxing time on the North Shore, so I joined this tour with a longer stay. The other two families besides us were planning to go horseback riding.

During the trip, they provided us with information on how to enjoy the North Shore and details about the shops, which was very helpful since we joined without any plans.

Since I was traveling alone, I participated with safety in mind. The timing was also very organized, so I could join without any worries. Along the way, I learned various interesting facts and even got to see turtles, which made me very satisfied! Haleiwa was amazing. If I had to say something negative, it would be that there wasn't enough time. Next time, I want to go to Kailua.

一人旅だったので、安全を考えて参加させていただきました。
時間もきちんとしていて、不安なく参加できました。道中、いろんな豆知識もきけたし、亀にも会えて大満足！

In the town of North Shore, I didn't have much time for sightseeing, but I was able to enjoy delicious garlic shrimp and Matsumoto Shave Ice, recommended by our guide. As a beginner in horseback riding, I had some anxiety, but it was fun to appreciate the beautiful seaside scenery from the unique perspective of being on a horse's back. The horse seemed to be hungry and didn't always listen to me, which made it a bit challenging, but aside from nibbling on grass, it walked along the course without me needing to pull on the reins, making horseback riding surprisingly easy. I was disappointed that I couldn't see any sea turtles from the beach, but since I had some extra time, our guide took us to a popular coffee stand where I enjoyed a tasting, which made me feel like I got a little bonus.

ノースショアの町では観光というほど時間はありませんでしたが、ガイドさんおすすめの美味しいガーリックシュリンプとマツモトシェイブアイスを食べることが出来ました。乗馬は初心者なので、不安はありましたが、海辺のきれいな景色をお馬さんの背中という普段とは違った視点から堪能できて楽しかったです。馬がおなかを空かせていたようで、言うことをなかなか聞いてくれずに苦戦しましたが、草をつまみ食いしているとき以外は、手綱を切らずともコースを外れずに歩いてくれて、意外と簡単に乗馬が出来ました。ビーチからウミガメが見れなかったのが残念でしたが、時間に余裕があったため、ガイドさんが人気のコーヒーの直売所に連れて行って下さり、試飲を楽しめたため、少し得をした気分になれました。

Skydiving was amazing and became a wonderful memory for a lifetime! People from all over the world gather to do skydiving, creating an international atmosphere in the waiting area. Unfortunately, the restroom was out of order, which made it inconvenient for the men who had to relieve themselves outdoors. Also, since you do acrobatic maneuvers during the skydiving, it's a good idea to take motion sickness medication beforehand. About 10% of the participants felt unwell.

スカイダイビングは素晴らしく、一生のいい思い出になりました！
世界中からスカイダイビングやるひとが集まってきていて、国際的な雰囲気な待合小屋でした。
残念だったのはトイレが故障中であり、男子は野外立ちションでいろいろ不便なところがあります。
また、スカイダイビング中にアクロバティックなことをやるので酔い止め薬を飲んでおいたほうがいいです。参加者のうち1割ぐらいは気分悪くなってたので。

Excellent Day, would have liked some more rugged OFF Road parts on trip

This was my third time in Hawaii, and my first horseback riding experience! Initially, I was considering horseback riding at Kualoa, but I chose this place because I wanted to try the authentic garlic shrimp! As a result, I was thrilled to ride in the best location! The horses got distracted along the way and literally stopped to graze (~_~;), which was quite an amusing experience! Thank you to the friendly guide as well!

ハワイ3回目にして初めての乗馬❗️最初はクアロアで乗馬を考えていましたが、本場のガーリックシュリンプが食べたくてこっちにしました！結果最高のロケーションでの乗馬が出来て感激‼️お馬さん達は、途中食欲に負けて文字どうりの道草(~_~;)これも中々の面白い体験でした‼️親切なガイドさんもありがとう〜〜‼️

The tour guide was funny and very kind. You must experience sky dining while you're alive; it's a waste not to!!! The breathtaking view left me speechless, and I was just trying to imprint the scenery in my mind. The instructor, Misha, was also very kind. I will definitely participate again when I go to Hawaii!!!

ツアーガイドのおじいちゃんが面白くて、とても親切にしていただきました。スカイダイニングは生きているうちに体験しなければもったいない！！！！！
あまりの絶景に言葉が出ず、ただただ景色を目に焼き付けていました。インストラクターのMishaもとても親切でした。ハワイへ行ったらまた絶対に参加します！！！！！

We participated as a couple because we wanted to experience it. We were picked up early in the morning. Right away, we were asked to fill out a contract, and while there was an explanation, it was very rough and made us a bit anxious. The driving was also rough, and I felt so car sick that it was hard to read and fill out the contract, so everyone, please be careful.

As soon as we arrived, we were shown to our room, where they checked for any omissions in the contract and explained the upcoming schedule, but it was hard to understand. We were called right away, so we prepared and boarded the plane immediately. As the plane ascended, we enjoyed some amazing views that made us forget our fears. Gradually, as we gained altitude, the photographer opened the plane door, and when he gave the go-ahead, we had to brace ourselves. It was a very liberating dive, unlike a free fall! During the dive, the scenery was beautiful, and the exhilaration was incredible, but my ears hurt a lot. If you can't equalize your ears, you might not enjoy it. I had a great time descending slowly to the ground, but my wife's instructor was playful, spinning and diving sharply, which scared her a lot. She seemed to get sick afterward as well. The instructor who entertained us with the parachute was just luck. Mine was named Rick. My wife's instructor was a young jokester, but I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name.

To be honest, I feel like once in a lifetime is enough. My wife said she would never do it again (laughs).

と思い体験したいと思い夫婦で参加しました。
朝早くピックアップしてもらいました。すぐに契約書の記入を求められて説明がありましたが、とても雑な説明で少し不安になりました。また運転が荒く契約書を読み記入することも厳しいくらい車酔いしましたので、皆さん気をつけて下さい。
到着してすぐ部屋に案内されて契約書の記入漏れがないかの確認、これからのタイムスケジュールの説明がありましたが分かりづらかったです。私たちはすぐ名前が呼ばれたので準備をしてすぐ飛行機に。飛行機が高度を上げていく間は恐怖心もなくなるくら素晴らしい景色が楽しめました。徐々に高度が上がっていきカメラマンが飛行機のドアを開けたらゴーサインなので覚悟を決めてください。フリーホールとも違いすごい開放的なダイブでした！ダイビング最中、景色はとても綺麗で爽快感がすごいですが、とても耳が痛かったです。耳抜きできないと楽しめないかもしれません。私の方はゆっくり地上に降りて楽しかったですが、妻の方のインストラクターはグルグル回ったり急降下したりとおふざけがありとても怖かったそうです。降りてからも酔ってしまったようです。パラシュートで楽しませてくれるインストラクターはもう運ですね。私の方はリックという名前でした。妻の方はお調子者の若い人だったみたいで名前覚えてません、すいません。
正直な感想は人生一回でいいかなって感じです。妻は二度とやらないと言っていました（笑）

I participated during free time.
I was with the horseback riding group.
I also spent about 30 minutes at the Dole Plantation. It was nice that it was not crowded since it was right after opening.
After that, I had free time on the North Shore. I think the timing was just right for enjoying the garlic chicken, visiting the original Kua 'Aina, and shopping.
Later, after visiting a few beaches to see sea turtles, I rejoined the horseback riding group and headed to Waikiki.
I felt that being able to sleep in the car on the way back was something you can only do on a tour.
The guide/driver had a very calm tone, which was nice.
Since it was hard to hear the name, I thought it would have been even better if there were name tags in the car.
I would like to participate again.

乗馬の方と一緒でした。
ドールにも30分ほどよりました。開店直後なので空いていてよかったです。
その後はノースショアのフリータイム。
フリフリチキンに、クアアイナの本店、買い物など、ちょうどいい時間だったと思います。
その後、ウミガメを見にいくつかビーチをまわったあと、乗馬の方と合流で、ワイキキへ。でした。
帰りの車で眠れたのはツアーじゃないとできないと思いました。
ガイドの運転手の方もとても穏やかな口調で良かったです。
名前が聞き取りにくかったので車に名札でもあると尚良かったと思います。
また参加したいです。

I signed up for the "Free Time Plan" with my colleagues at work. I had already visited Haleiwa several times, but the tours usually only offered about an hour of free time, which didn't allow for much freedom. However, this "Free Time Plan" provides about three and a half hours of free time, allowing you to go wherever you like at your leisure.

I strolled from Macky's Shrimp Truck to Haleiwa Beach Park, taking breaks at a café, having lunch, and shopping along the way. I truly enjoyed exploring Haleiwa from one end to the other! This is a convenient and excellent plan for those who want to go wherever they please without being tied to a tour schedule.

会社の同僚と「フリータイムプラン」に申込みました。
ハレイワは既に何度か訪れている街だったのですが、フリー時間が1時間程度のツアーばかりでなかなか自由が利きません。
しかし、この「フリータイムプラン」はフリー時間が3時間半程度あり、気ままに好きな場所へ行くことが出来ます。
マッキーズのシュリンプトラックからハレイワビーチパークまで散策しましたが、途中カフェで休憩をしたり、昼食をとったり、買い物をしたりと、まさにハレイワの端から端まで堪能できました！
ツアースケジュールに縛られず、好きなところへ行きたい方には手軽で最高のプランです。

I was anxious because I couldn't communicate, but the instructor was very kind and attentive, so there were no problems at all.

Jumping from the top of the mountain was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I brought my phone to take pictures, but I recommend not bringing it because if you drop it, it would be a serious issue.

言葉が通じないので不安だったがインストラクターの方はとても優しく丁寧だったのでなんの問題もなかった

写真を撮るために携帯を持って行ったのですが落としたらシャレにならないので持って行かないことをおすすめします

I'm not good with heights or roller coasters, but since it was a once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon, I challenged myself with my husband! I won't forget the fear before jumping from 4000m. Once I jumped, the view was breathtaking! It was absolutely amazing and not scary at all (^o^)★ The Earth is round! I will definitely do it again! It was the best!!

高い所もジェットコースターも苦手だけど新婚旅行で一生に一度だからと旦那と挑戦！4000mから飛ぶ前のあの怖さ忘れません。笑 飛んだら絶景！とにかく絶景で全然怖くなく最高でした (^o^)★地球は丸かった！また絶対やります！最高！！

Shopping and lunch in the North were great, and afterwards, I went horseback riding by the beach, which was incredibly relaxing. The horses were smart and cute, and the scenery was amazing—I was very satisfied! ♡

ノースでの買い物やランチも出来てその後は海辺の乗馬ですごく癒されました。馬もお利口で可愛いし、景色は最高で大満足でした♡

I wrote the waiver in the car on the way there and watched a DVD with explanations. The DVD was in English, but the subtitles were only in Korean and Chinese, so it would have been nice to have Japanese subtitles as well.

When we arrived, it was raining, so we waited for about two hours before we could finally take off. I was nervous during the flight to the point in the Cessna, but once we jumped, I felt no fear, and the parachute opened in no time.

We floated for about five minutes while enjoying the breathtaking views of the North Shore before landing!

Lastly, I think it's a good idea to prepare about $20 in tips for the instructor who jumped with us. I didn't request a camera this time, but I would like to ask for one if I have the chance again.

現地に向かう車の中で誓約書を書き、説明のDVDを見ました。DVDが英語で字幕がハングルと中国語しかなかったので、日本語の字幕もあるといいなという感じでした。
着いた時に雨が降っていた為、約2時間程待ってやっと飛べました。セスナ機でポイントまで向かう間はドキドキでしたが、飛び出してからは恐さはなくあっという間にパラシュートが開きました。
ノースショアの絶景を楽しみながら約5分ほど浮遊して着地しました‼
最後に、一緒に飛んでくれたインストラクターのBOXにチップを20ドル程入れるので前もって準備していた方がいいと思います。
今回、カメラは頼みませんでしたがまた機会があったらお願いしたいと思います。

When it was our turn, unfortunately, clouds rolled in, so we couldn't reach 4260 meters, but they properly refunded us even though we didn't know how high we had gone. I think the company itself is a good one, and I had a valuable experience, so I'm very satisfied. Many people in our group didn't take photos, but I think it's better to request them. By the way, I'm not good with thrill rides. Those are scarier for me (laughs).

私達の番になった時には運悪く雲が出てきてしまったため、4260ｍまで行く事は出来ませんでしたが、どの高度まで上がっているのかわからないのにきちんと返金してくれました。
会社自体も良い会社だと思いますし、貴重な体験が出来、大変満足しています。同じグループになった方たちは写真を撮られない方が多かったのですが写真も頼んだ方が良いと思いますよ。
ちなみに私は絶叫マシーンは苦手です。そちらの方が怖いです(笑)
