Last year, I participated in a different tour in Haleiwa, which was fun but lacked enough time. This year, I'm making a comeback! I joined a tour that allows for plenty of time. We started early in the morning, and fortunately, there was only one group, so I was lucky to have the mini tour scheduled first.

I want to go to Hawaii again.

今年はリベンジ！たっぷり時間を取れるツアーに参加しました。
朝早くから動け、幸い１組しか居ないため
ミニツアーを頭に持ってきて頂きラッキーでした。

また、ハワイに行きたいです。

A little before my trip to Hawaii, I saw it on TV and decided to sign up for skydiving. They took us from Waikiki by shuttle bus, and the cheerful driver gave us a boost of energy. Upon arrival, we received various explanations and then took a jet up into the sky! Both the instructor and the cameraman were high-energy, which helped alleviate any fear! The view of the Earth from above was round and beautiful, and it was indescribable... I was simply moved! Skydiving was something I wanted to experience at least once in my life! I'm so glad I did it! Thank you very much.

ハワイ旅行にいく少し前にテレビで見て、スカイダイビングをしたいと思い申し込みをしました。ワイキキの街からシャトルバスで連れて行ってくれて、明るい運転手さんに元気をもらいました。到着して、色々と説明を受けて、ジェット機てわ空の上へ！インストラクターもカメラマンもハイテンションで、怖さを吹っ飛ばしてくれました！空の上からみた地球は丸くてきれいで何とも言えない・・・ただただ感動しました！人生で一度は経験したかったスカイダイビング！やってよかったです！ありがとうございました。

The staff was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped make our experience most enjoyable and memorable.
We saw more turtles than we could imagine! They were constantly sticking their heads above water as if they were greeting us.
The waters were calm and the kayaks and paddle boards were well maintained.
I highly recommend this activity with Sea and Board Sports Hawaii in Haleiwa. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Skydiving was something I had always wanted to try. As soon as my trip to Hawaii was confirmed, I signed up right away. I chose the 8 AM slot because I read in a review that "if the previous flight is delayed, it can get late in the afternoon." I gathered at 6:40 AM. I had checked the meeting place a few days prior and arrived 15 minutes early. The bus arrived about five minutes later. It has the "GO JUMP" logo, so it's easy to spot.

There were 11 people on the bus, including five Japanese. After getting off the bus, we entered the waiver on an iPad. We consulted with each other and managed to complete it without any issues. We paired up with an instructor, and about four pairs at a time boarded the Cessna.

It seemed like there was only one Cessna, so the second group boarded after the first group came down. I was in the third group because I was slow with the iPad input. It took about an hour and a half from getting off the bus to boarding the Cessna.

The time spent on the Cessna was the most nerve-wracking. Once you jump out, the breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains completely erase any fear. The moment the parachute opens, you go up a bit, which makes you go "wow," but after that, you float down gently. Occasionally, the instructor would maneuver and spin us around, which was both scary and fun.

On the way back, my friend picked me up in a rental car, so I was able to get a shot of my landing. In the end, being in the third group turned out to be a good thing.

一度はしてみたかったスカイダイビング。ハワイ行きが決まってすぐに申し込みました。
「午後は前の便がおすと遅くなることもある」と体験談にあったので、8時便に。6時40分集合でした。集合場所は数日前に下見をしておき、15分前に到着。その5分後にバスも来ました。「GO JUNMP」のロゴが書いてあるので、すぐに分かります。
バスには日本人5名を含む11名が乗車。バスを降りてiPadで免責同意書を入力します。日本人同士で相談しあって、無事に入力。
インストラクターと2人1組で4組ずつくらいがセスナに乗ります。
セスナは1台のようで、1番目の組が降りてきてから2番目の組が乗り込む感じです。私はiPadの入力が遅かったので3組目。
バスを降りてから、セスナに乗るまで1時間半くらいかかりました。
セスナに乗ってる時間が一番緊張します。セスナから飛び降りてしまえば、海と山の景色の素晴らしさで恐怖心は全くないです。
パラシュートを開く瞬間が一度上に上がるので、「うわっ」と思いますが、その後は、ふわふわと降りていきます。
時折、インストラクターが操作してクルクル回ってくれて、怖楽しかったです。
帰りはレンタカーで友人が迎えに来てくれていたので、ちょうど、降りてくるのを撮影してもらえました。結果的に3組目で良かったです。

I visited Kualoa Ranch for the first time. I was satisfied with the two-hour horseback riding experience and the ample time spent there. However, I had a lot of concerns. First, there were no Japanese-speaking staff, and I wasn't quite sure how to use the locked lockers, so I ended up leaving my things in a regular storage area. Fortunately, I was wearing a jacket with zippered pockets, so I could at least keep my wallet safe. I was anxious because all the safety instructions for riding were in English, but the horses were well-behaved and not scary at all. I wish there had been signs and videos in Japanese. Well, it's my fault for not understanding English...

I was looking forward to seeing the movie filming locations, but there were none at all, and I just walked along the mountain paths. It's disappointing.

初めてクアロアランチに行きました。
２時間の乗馬、たっぷりの時間を過ごす事が出来て満足ではありました。
が、不安はいっぱいで
まず、日本語のスタッフさんが居なくて
鍵付きロッカーの使い方がイマイチ分からず
結果、普通の荷物置き場に置きました。
幸いファスナー付きのポケットの服だったので財布くらいは入れられたのでよかったのですが。
馬に乗る際の注意点すら全て英語だったので不安でしたが
お馬さん、お利口さんで怖くなかったです。
日本語の看板やビデオがあったらいいのになって思いました。
ま、英語が分からない私が悪いのですが…。

映画のロケ地を楽しみにしていましたが
全く無くてひたすら山道を歩きました。
残念です。

The view of the blue sea of the North Shore from the height of the horse's back was amazing. I was worried that a long horseback ride might get boring, but the time flew by quickly.

馬の背の高さから眺めるノースショアの碧い海、最高でした。
長時間の乗馬、飽きないかなぁ？と心配してましたが、あっというまに過ぎた乗馬の時間でした。

The guide was fluent in Japanese and made some great jokes, which was a wonderful start! It was a tour that took us to places we wouldn't have been able to go on our own. The guide provided detailed information about each location's features and recommended shops, and after giving us a thorough tour from the car, they dropped us off, making it very convenient. I was really happy to see turtles in a place that wasn't even on the tour route. I would love to join again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

ガイドさんは、日本語ペラペラでギャグかましてくれたり良い始まりでした！自分達ではなかなかでは行けないところに連れて行ってくれるツアーでした。それぞれの特徴やそこでのお勧めのお店なども詳しく、車に乗ったまま一通り案内してくれた後降ろしてくれたので、回りやすくて大変助かりました。ツアーコースには入っていない？所で亀を見せてくれてすごく嬉しかったです。またチャンスがあれば参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I was really looking forward to the horseback riding experience. However, the horse assigned to me seemed to be in a bad mood from the start, and my bad feeling turned out to be true. The horse wouldn't listen to me and kept wandering off, and in the end, the instructor even clicked their tongue at me. Huh? Is it my fault?? The scenery was wonderful, though.

とても楽しみにしていた乗馬体験。しかしながら私にあてがわれた馬は最初からご機嫌ななめな感じで、嫌な予感がしたのが的中。なかなか言う事を聞いてくれず道草ばかりで、挙句の果てにインストラクターから舌打ちされる始末。え？私のせい？？
景色は素晴らしかったです。

I participated in the 6:30 AM tour. I was more worried about seasickness than the sharks, as I had read in reviews that it could be severe. In the end, the boat and the cage did sway, but perhaps because it was morning, I managed to cope with the slight rocking. On the way back, I dozed off, but my child said they saw dolphins.

Regarding the number of sharks, I thought I wouldn't see many, but it seems there is a way to attract them, and we were able to see quite a few. The moment I first saw the silhouette glowing in fluorescent colors from the sunrise above the boat was the scariest, but since the sharks weren't charging at the cage, I was reasonably satisfied.

Additionally, I brought my own snorkeling set, as mentioned in the reviews. I also got to see the beautiful morning scenery of the North and saw plenty of sharks, so I was very satisfied with this experience.

朝6:30のツアーに参加しました。
口コミより、船酔いがひどいとあったので鮫よりもそちらの心配ばかりしていました。
結果、船もゲージも確かに揺れはしましたが朝だったおかげか多少の揺れで乗り切れました。帰りは居眠りしていたのですが、子どもが言うにはイルカも見えたようです。
鮫の量については、なんだかんだそんなに見られないかと思っていましたが、呼び寄せ方があるようでたくさん見ることができました。
先に船の上から朝日で蛍光色に浮かび上がるシルエットを見た時が1番怖さを感じたのですが、ゲージにガシガシ突進してくる鮫ではなかったので、程よく満足。
加えて、口コミにもあったのでシュノーケルセットは持ち込みました。
ノースの綺麗な朝の景色も見られ、鮫もたくさん見たのでこの1回で大満足です。

I used this service for my honeymoon trip on July 28, 2025.

First of all, our driver, Jonah, was incredibly kind and spoke Japanese very well. It was enjoyable to hear little local insights while we drove around to various photo spots.

Along the way, we stopped at the Kahuku Sugar Mill and Haleiwa Town, which had many shops. It was helpful that Jonah recommended some places for us.

Although it was a one-day tour, he played music during the drive and allowed us to take breaks, which was great for recharging our energy.

Personally, I think sandals might be a good choice since we also stopped by the beach. We took photos with just our feet in the water at Sunset Beach.

He also introduced us to some recommended places around Waikiki, like "Maguro Brothers" (for poke bowls) and "Aloha Kitchen" (where we had eggs benedict and fruit soufflé pancakes), both of which were delicious!

Without a car, it would be quite difficult to get around on your own, so this tour was packed into one day and left us very satisfied! We were able to fit in lots of photos, great food, souvenirs, and memories!

2025.7.28に新婚旅行で利用しました。
とにかくドライバーのジョナさんが親切で、日本語が上手で、写真スポットを巡りながら、ドライブ中の地元の人しか知らないプチ情報を聞くのも楽しかったです。

途中のカフク砂糖工場や、ハレイワタウンではたくさんのお店がありましたが、おすすめを紹介してくれたので助かりました。

1日のツアーでしたが、途中音楽だけにして休憩させて下さったので、エネルギーチャージしながら程よく休めたのも良かったです。

個人的には海にも寄るので、サンダルが良いかもしれないです。
私たちはサンセットビーチで足だけ海に入って写真を撮ってもらいました。

ワイキキ周辺のおすすめのお店も紹介して下さった、『マグロブラザーズ』（ポケ丼）と『アロハキッチン』（エックベネディクトと果物のスフレパンケーキを食べました）もすごく美味しかったです！

車がないと自分で周るには中々行き着けないし大変なので、1日にぎゅーーっと詰まった、大満足ツアーでした！！
写真もグルメもお土産も思い出も沢山詰め込めました！

We did several activities in Hawaii but if I had to choose one as my favorite, it would be this one. You get to do a little bit of everything, it’s like the whole Hawaii experience. This is great family tour. I loved it so much! Plus the buffet dinner is included which was amazing! The night show for me was the best part. I can’t describe how much I loved it!

We had an amazing experience, saw so many sea turtles. Our guide was great and he gave us tips and locations to visit on our trip. This is a phenomenal experience and I would highly recommend again!

The guide shared various stories about Hawaii during the trip, which was very informative. In Haleiwa Town, we were first given a tour of the restrooms and attractions by car, and then we had free time to explore, so we could enjoy sightseeing without getting lost. I think it was a good decision to take the tour since it would take a long time to go by bus.

道中にガイドさんがいろいろなハワイの話をしてくれて勉強になりました。ハレイワタウンも最初に車で一通りトイレや見どころなどの案内をされてから自由行動でしたので、迷わずに観光できました。バスで行くと時間がかかるのでツアーにしてよかったと思います。

The horse was cute. It was quite smart and would stop or go without me having to give any commands.

Even though it was just horseback riding, the scenery was amazing and it was a lot of fun.

お馬さんが可愛かったです。
かなり賢く、こちらが指示しなくても止まったり進んだらしてくれます。

乗馬だけなのに景色もすごくて楽しかったです。

I had plenty of time, about 5 hours, so I was able to wait in line for the always-crowded Matsumoto Shave Ice and Garlic Shrimp, and enjoy shopping at a leisurely pace. The driver was also kind, and I had a fun day.

たっぷり5時間あるので、いつも行列のマツモトシェイブアイスやガーリックシュリンプに並んだり、ショッピングをゆっくり楽しむことができました。ドライバーさんも親切で楽しい１日を過ごせました。

The guidance during the horseback riding was mostly in English, but they did their best to guide us. The riding time was quite long, and the horses were very well-behaved, so the children were very satisfied! We would love to experience it again.

乗馬中の案内は英語ばかりで？でしたが、一生懸命ガイドしてくださいました。乗馬時間は結構長くて、馬たちもすごくお利口さんで暴れることもなく子供たちも大満足！また体験したいです。

It was our first horseback riding experience as a couple in our late fifties, but the horses were so smart that they lined up nicely and moved forward. The female instructor was assigned to our group of six, and she made sure to pay attention to everyone by moving to the front and back, and she even took photos for us. We were able to enjoy our first horseback riding experience in a wonderful scenic setting, and we were very satisfied.

アラ還夫婦共に初めての乗馬でしたが、お馬さんが賢いのでちゃんと一列になって進んでくれました。
インストラクターの女性は、私達のグループ６人に対して１人でしたが、前に行ったり後ろに行ったりと全員に気を配ってくれるし、写真も撮ってくれました。初の乗馬体験を素晴らしい景色の中で楽しむ事が出来、大満足です。

First, regarding the location, it's fine to meet at the intersection with traffic lights. There’s a sign right nearby.

The guide is really great, so even those who are not good at English will be totally fine.

It's a more authentic course than you might think. Your clothes and face will get dirty. At the end, there are wet wipes available, and there’s also a simple wash station to clean up. I've been to Hawaii several times, but this is the most interesting experience, so I highly recommend it to everyone. It’s about a 40 to 50-minute taxi ride from Waikiki hotels, costing around $60.

The male driver and tour conductor was polite and kind. He provided explanations about the historical background and recent situations in detail. We took photos at the Haleiwa sign, saw sea turtles, and learned about various recent highlights, including Shohei Ohtani's rock.

I asked the guide to take us to the soap factory and Balance Rock, and it was great. The explanations were clear and easy to understand. We were also able to see sea turtles. It was the best!

ガイドさんにお願いして、ソープファクトリーやバランスロックなど観光してもらいました。説明もあり分かりやすかったです。海亀も観ることができました。最高でした。

I had no experience with horseback riding, but it was enjoyable to see the well-trained horse respond to my commands. I also enjoyed the magnificent scenery.

乗馬の経験はありませんでしたが、よく調教されていて、しかも自分の指示に馬が反応してくれるのが楽しかったです。雄大な景色も楽しみました。

This shuttle to Haleiwa Town was very well organized and operated. The driver was prompt and helpful. I would recommend using this service if you are planning on seeing the North Shore town of Haleiwa. No worries about parking or getting delayed in traffic. There was plenty of time to enjoy the beach, do a little shopping, and grabbing either a bite to eat or have shave ice. You’ll have an enjoyable day!

It was scary to ride a horse for two hours without reins, but the horse seemed to know the route it walks every day, so it helped me by walking on its own without me having to do anything. The view of the mountains, sea, and sky all at once was amazing.

Our guide, Jonah, was very kind and taught us many things while we were sightseeing! This is my fifth time in Hawaii, but I discover something new every time. I think this slightly niche plan is great for those who have visited several times, as it offers a classic experience with a little extra!

For lunch, there are not only Giovanni's garlic shrimp but also many food trucks, which is fantastic. My daughter had pizza, I had a shrimp and poke bowl, and my husband had the large burger in the photo.

There are also restrooms conveniently located, so I think families with children can participate without worry. Every time, the tours from Veltra have been a hit!

ガイドのジョナさんがとても親切でいろんなことを教えてくれながら観光できました！
ハワイは5度目ですが、毎回新しい発見があります。
ちょっとマニアックなこのプランは何度か来ている人には王道プラスアルファで良いと思います！
ランチもジョバンニのガーリックシュリンプだけではなくて、いろんなフードトラックがめっちゃあるのでいいです。うちは娘がピザ、私がシュリンプとポキの丼、パパは写真のデカいバーガーでした。
トイレも要所要所にちゃんとあり子供連れでも安心して参加できると思います。
毎回、ベルトラさんのツアーは当たりが多いです！

It was a concentrated tour that allowed us to enjoy pineapples and various sightseeing spots in Hawaii. I signed up for the tour because I wanted to visit the Dole fields and factory, and I felt it was at a satisfying level, providing even more experiences than I expected.

From our hotel in Waikiki, we took a car, and the guide, who was alone, had an incredible amount of knowledge about the various famous spots in Hawaii along the way, including the Dole fields and factory.

It seems that Dole is a different company from the Dole Plantation, which is a tourist attraction across the street. I mistakenly thought that if we went to the Dole Plantation ourselves, we could have the same factory tour. Since we wouldn't have been able to visit the fields and factory without signing up for this tour, I believe it was a valuable experience. (After the factory tour, we had a little time to visit the Dole Plantation, where we could also buy souvenirs.)

At the fields, we were able to see the harvesting and had fresh pineapples cut right there. After the factory tour, we enjoyed cold cut pineapples and straight pineapple juice produced at the factory, which made me very happy. (They also offer coffee and chocolate tastings, and there are some small souvenirs for sale.)

After that, we went to Haleiwa for some free time, and later at the macadamia nut souvenir shop, we could taste many samples and buy souvenirs. Additionally, we visited two coffee shops where we had restroom breaks and could taste a lot of coffee.

On the way back, we took photos of King Kamehameha and, even from the car, we could see Hawaii's Izumo Taisha, Chinatown, and wall art while listening to the guide share a lot about Hawaii's history, which was educational.

I think it was a very fulfilling day.

パイナップルづくしと各所のハワイ観光ができて濃縮したツアーでした。
ドールの畑や工場見学がしたくて、申し込んだツアーでしたが、満足できるレベルでしたし、それ以上の体験ができたと感じています。

ワイキキのホテルから車に乗って、道中の所々のハワイの名所からドールの畑や工場の案内まで、お一人でされていたガイドさんの知識量は凄かったです。

ドールは畑・工場と、向かい側にある観光名所のドールプランテーションとは違う会社のようで、自分たちでドールプランテーションに行けば同じ工場見学ができると勘違いしていました。今回のツアーに申し込まないと畑と工場の見学はできないので、貴重な体験だったと思います。（工場見学後にドールプランテーションにも少し行く時間があったので、そちらのお土産も買うことができました。）

畑では収穫の見学時に畑のパイナップルをその場でカットしていただけて、工場見学後も冷たいカットパインと工場で製造しているストレートのパイナップルジュースをいただけてパイナップルづくしで幸せでした。（コーヒーやチョコレートの試食、ちょっとしたお土産も売っています。）

その後、ハレイワに行って自由行動と、その後、マカダミアナッツのお土産屋さんではたくさん試食ができてお土産も買えました。
その他にも二か所コーヒーショップに行けてトイレ休憩もコーヒーの試飲がたくさんできました。

帰りはカメハメハ大王の写真を撮ったり、車中からでも、ハワイの出雲大社、チャイナタウン、ウォールアートを見ながら帰れましたし、ガイドさんのハワイの歴史をたくさん聞きながら勉強にもなりました。

とても、充実した1日になったと思います。

I have always wanted to go to Kualoa, and it was the perfect tour. The two-hour horseback riding course was ample and very satisfying, and I was able to relax on the comfortable bus during the round trip.

ずっとクアロアに行きたいと思っていましたが完璧なツアーでした。乗馬の2時間コースもたっぷりで大満足、行き帰りも安心のバスでゆっくり過ごせました。

The beach house in Haleiwa had a great view of the ocean, and the food was delicious! This time I had loco moco and a cheeseburger. I've been to Haleiwa a few times, so I'm happy that the tour only provides transportation and allows for a longer stay. I plan to use it again next time!

ハレイワは何回か行ってるので、送迎だけのツアーで滞在時間が長いのは、うれしい😃

I participated alone, even though my English is not very good.

The email you receive upon confirming your reservation is entirely in English. I translated it to read. If you are being picked up by a bus, there should be a link to the meeting point pin. I handed the driver a tip while shaking hands as I got off.

After arriving, I checked in using an iPad. I wasn't sure about the ID, but a Japanese staff member at the reception wrote it down for me.

I heard that the conditions were good and that we could increase the altitude, but I had to give up because I couldn't use my JCB card.

All luggage is placed in lockers with locks. The tip for the instructor is given after the experience, in an envelope along with a commemorative item, which is then placed in a transparent letterbox.

I didn't feel nauseous while in the air, but I felt really groggy right after returning to the ground... I calmed down by drinking water and staying still.

During the free fall, the wind pressure made my face hurt! I didn't have much time to look around. However, I think the scenery was beautiful!!

After the parachute opened, my hips started to hurt... I was able to look around and felt very calm while taking in the surroundings. The sea was particularly sparkling and beautiful! Just seeing that made me satisfied.

There are stories about life-changing experiences, but I don't think I changed particularly. However, I am grateful for the wonderful experience and to the instructor who safely brought me back to the ground.

英語もままならない中、ひとりで参加してきました。

予約確定時に届くメールは全文英語です。翻訳にかけて読みました。バスで拾ってもらう場合は、集合場所のピンのリンクが載っているはずです。運転手さんには降りる際握手すると同時にチップをお渡ししました。

到着後、iPad?でチェックイン。ID？に心当たりがなかったのですが、受付にいらっしゃった日本人スタッフの方がメモに書いて教えてくれました。

条件がよく、飛ぶ高度を上げれるという話でしたがJCBのカードが使えず断念。

荷物は全て鍵付きのロッカーに入れます。
インストラクターへのチップは、体験が終わった後、記念グッズと一緒に封筒が渡されるので、それに包んで透明なレターボックスに入れる形式でした。

上空に上がってから降りるまで、酔いはなかったですが、地上に戻ってきた直後からひどくグロッキーに……水をのんでじっとしていたら落ち着きました。

フリーフォールの間はとにかく風圧で顔が痛い！　周りを見る余裕はあまりありませんでした。でも、景色は綺麗だった気がする！！

パラシュートが開いてからは股関節が痛い……景色を見る余裕はあり、すごく落ち着いて周囲を見渡せました。
特に海がキラキラとしていて美しい！
これがみれただけで満足です。

人生が変わるという話もありますが、私は特に変わったとは思いません。
しかし、素敵な体験ができたことに変わりはなく、無事地上まで送り届けてくれたインストラクターの方に感謝しています。

It felt like we rode horses for two hours, and I was surprised we went much farther than I expected (laughs). The guides were all English speakers, but they were kind, using gestures and translating with their phones. At one point, the horse suddenly tried to run, which startled me, but I pulled the rope behind and it stopped right away, so that was good. The scenery was beautiful, and it was a wonderful activity.

2時間お馬さんに乗って回るかんじでしたが、思っていたよりもめっちゃ遠くまで行ってびっくりでした（笑）ガイドさん達はみんな英語でしたが、ジェスチャーだったり携帯で翻訳してくれたりと、親切でした。途中馬が急に走り出そうとしてびっくりしましたが、後ろに紐を引っ張ったらすぐ止まってくれたのでよかったです。景色も良くとても素敵なアクティビティでした。
