Highly recommend this tour to first timers! First visit to Hawaii and very happy we booked this excursion.
The experience was far better then we could have imagined. This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Everyone was so nice and did a great job at guiding and explaining everything. You truly get to enjoy every moment and not feel rushed. We were super surprised we got to see so many sea turtles, we were not expecting to see any so that was such a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this tour.
My Family and me enjoy the sand bar tour , they treatbus like family , they teach my husbund how to do paddleing board , help my son snorkle. We love it definitely caming back..

We heard about this activity through an acquaintance, so I looked into it. I have been on Oahu 8+ times and have never done this activity. Highly recommend this activity as it was easy check in at the dock. The ride to sandbar itself was a quick ride on the boat. Staff were very friendly and you are able to bring your own alcoholic drinks onto the sandbar. Enjoyed our time snorkeling and hanging out in the sandbar itself. Very unique experience!

Would highly recommend this tour for all ages! Our tour guide Lola made this tour fun and unforgettable. She was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to tell us all about Hawaii. The Dole Plantation was busy but she made sure we got our Dole whip.
Will do it again. Too many great things: safe, standing paddle, snorkeling, turtles, ….

The only problem with the 1 hour raptor tour was that it wasn't the 2 hour raptor tour. Wish we planned the longer ride!! It was a ton of fun. We also wished we signed up for multiple tours that day..................
The crew was great. The website said to bring snacks and drinks which we did but they had some on the boat for all which was a plus. The water was high tide and not so clear. We were hoping. the coral and water would be much clearer. Not captains fault. The only thing thing that we did not like was the boat did not have flippers. Snorkeling gear should have flippers. You can get around better. We did see some turtles even though the water was murky.

We had an amazing time! The only downfall was it was windy so it made it hard for me the short person to hold on and take pictures.
Thank you to all of the crew for making this once in a lifetime adventure the best possible experience! We experienced and saw nature in such a beautiful, protected, and respected way. Amazing.
Captain Bob’s was such an amazing experience!! The people there were really helpful with instructions and they were so sweet! Truly a 10/10 experience!
After a long search we found the ticket booth and looked for a boat. The boat arrives from the previous lunch cruise. After a quick cleanup we were allowed to board. We were then escorted up a metal ladder to the top deck. Remember you have to climb a ladder to get to the top deck. Once seated at very uncomfortable wooden seats with strangers you are given a free drink. Dinner arrives later. The dinner is good. A man sings and plays guitar as you enjoy your dinner. If you later need to use a restroom they are on the lower deck, are old disgusting marine toilets and not at all clean. The view of the Maui coastline is beautiful. I can't imagine what happens if it rains. No shelter. Not at all worth $ 200 plus dollars. Not sure how old the boat is but it sure looks it.

Great food and drinks! The staff was amazing! Sunset was awesome! We saw dolphins! I would totally recommend that cruise!!
I highly recommend this tour! They picked us up right by our hotel. The tour guide was very informative on the drive up the mountain. He also took a lot of really cool photos for us and airdropped them before the end of the night. The sunset view and stargazing can not be beat. We really wanted to go to the summit and Hawaiian Eyes made the whole experience very easy and fun. Would definitely do it again.

This event was great and fun, the view while on the parasail is great and the captain/crew had great personality. A warning to those who get motion sick however, don’t eat too much before going on this trip. The boat ride gets a bit nauseating from all the waves.
Of all the reservations and activities we made while visiting Oahu, this was one of our families favorite ones!! Definitely worth the price, great experience and great service!
Our two families ranged from 10yo to middle aged, we all had an amazing time!! We saw sea turtles while floating through the sky! Thank you for a memorable first visit to Hawaii!
This is once in a life time experience, nobody should miss it!!! Swimming inches away from Manta Rays was unbelievable!

My husband and I took our 3 small children on this adventure!! It was awesome!! The guides were very personable and lots of fun! We had the best time!! The sharks were so close and just beautiful! We will definitely be doing this again!

Super easy process. Ask for the Maui Wowie during lunch. Teens loved everything and so did we! Kid/teen friendly! Tons of colorful fish and fun stops!

Tony and Cam were very friendly and humorous. They stopped at all the amazing places. We took the 8:30 AM tour and got to see dolphins, turtles, beautiful caves and multiple waterfalls. Snorkeling was fun and could see coral reef and many types of fishes. I would highly recommend Makana Charters to my friends and family.
My friends and I had a ton of fun on this catamaran! It was super accommodating and the workers were all very sweet and welcoming. It was super nice to spend some time around the area while not completely emptying my bank account.
The good- our guide Garry was incredibly knowledgeable about the rocks, plants, birds, very accommodating regarding bathroom breaks and stops along the way, and incredibly kind and thoughtful. We have nothing but raves for him. The company on the other hand was a bit of a pain in the butt. We first booked this tour as a party of 6, and we were told that these tours booked in groups of 9, so they would be adding in 3 additional fares to the tour group. Later they informed me that my son was too young for the group tour, but the private tour had no age restrictions. For an extra ~$400-500 we booked the private tour, since we wanted a tour that would let us see the lava glow at night, and this was literally the only tour that did that. However, even though we were paying so much extra for a private tour, they said that they couldn't accommodate us by going to any stops different from the usual tour, they couldn't start/end earlier, and they were unable to provide pick up/drop off from our hotel 15min away. Then, a few days before the tour, they called to tell us that because the lava flows stopped, they were changing the tour from 10a-10p, to 7a-7p, and adding a stop at Rainbow falls to make up for the loss of the lava flow at night. No dinner meal. Still unable to pick up/drop off from the hotel. And unwilling to make any time changes. I would have appreciated some compromise for our requests considering the extra costs of the private tour or some discount since they were both unable to accommodate our requests and had changed the original nature of the tour significantly.
What a great way to end our trip! Can't wait to do this again next time!

The crew, boat, and experience was outstanding. You will not be disappointed with the experience and the Juice is delicious. I will definitely book this sail next time on Oahu.
Such a great time! Played volleyball and then had some burgers. Totally recommend!! Was able to swim the reef three times. Saw so many turtles and even some eels. Loved the crew and had a blast. Would totally do again.
