I had some experience with horseback riding, but due to physical limitations, I hadn't ridden for a while. Most riding clubs in Japan follow the British style, but trail riding is done in the American style, so there are differences in handling the reins and saddle. In a group, we only walked in a line and couldn't run, but on the other hand, it was more than enough to enjoy touching the horses and experiencing the grandeur of nature. The horses are calm and obedient, so even beginners can take photos with their smartphones using one hand. If anything happens, the accompanying guide quickly comes to assist and provide instruction, which is reassuring. The mountain paths have some ups and downs, but the horses are used to it. I signed up for this tour for a trip with my 67-year-old mother! I was a bit anxious about driving, so we opted for a driver, but it seemed like I could have driven myself! We drove through nature at about 20 kilometers per hour and were guided to locations that were used as filming sites for movies, and they also took wonderful photos for us!
They provided explanations at various points, but it was in English, so I couldn't understand anything... I think I would have enjoyed it more if I understood English.

The facility has places to grab light snacks, a restaurant, and a souvenir corner.

The horse is well-trained, so you can ride it right away even if it's your first time. At first, we go along a path in the woods, but after a while, we come out into an open grassland. I guess this is the filming location for the movie. Once you get here, the scenery is fantastic. The horse is very gentle, so I was a bit nervous at first, but I quickly got used to it and had a wonderful experience. The hamburger was delicious.

It was truly amazing! If you're hesitating, definitely give it a try. It's not at a height that would be scary even for those with a fear of heights, so I can't really say. You don't need to understand English to enjoy it! The weather was great on the day, and I was only worried about the motion sickness mentioned in the reviews, but I had no symptoms at all. It was just pure fun!

I was unsure about joining the tour since I was going alone, but since it’s Hawaii Island, I decided to give it a try. This tour takes you to the summit in a 12-passenger bus. We go up to 4,200 meters, so to avoid altitude sickness, we take a 40-minute break at 2,700 meters to acclimatize. During that time, we could buy souvenirs and use the restroom, which was quite clean.

Once we reached the summit, it was very cold, around 0 degrees Celsius. Many people borrowed warm clothing, but I was fine with what I brought (a knit hat, neck warmer, fleece, down jacket, and thermal pants).

The sunset was amazing, as we could see it from a higher point than Mount Fuji. After that, we moved to a spot where we could see the starry sky, and while enjoying warm cocoa, we spent a luxurious time learning about which stars belonged to which constellations.

It’s a life-changing experience, so I highly recommend you go!

It was an experience that could only be done on a tour! We had explanations on acclimatization to high altitudes, enjoyed BLT sandwiches, warm cocoa, and took lots of photos. I was thinking about not booking a tour and just seeing the starry sky on my own during the trip, but observing the stars from a place higher than the center was a really great experience.

This was my first time climbing Diamond Head, and I wasn't sure about the procedures for the climb or how to get there, so I decided to book a shuttle plan. I signed up for a pickup at 6:20, but the day before, I received a notification that the time had changed to 7:20. On the day of the pickup at 7:20, I arrived early and waited, and the car arrived right on time. The driver was a very pleasant man, and I was able to depart without any anxiety, making the climb enjoyable. There were children and elderly people climbing as well, but it was surprisingly tough. I think it's best to wear proper hiking shoes and clothing. (The night before, there had been rain and strong winds, but it was sunny in the morning. After finishing the climb and returning to the car, I was given a cold bottle of water. 登山を終えて車に戻ると、冷たいお水（ペットボトル）を渡してくださいました。そして、「私たちは帰りに近くのカフェに寄りたいので、ここで解散したほうがいいですか？」とドライバーさんに聞くと、すぐにそのカフェのことがわかったようでそのカフェの名前を言って聞いてくださり、「乗って行っていいよ」と言ってくださいました。ダイヤモンドヘッド近くのカフェなので、ホテルではなくカフェ近くで降ろしていただきました。とても親切で、安心して参加させていただけたことに感謝しております。ありがとうございました。（カフェの帰りはお散歩がてらワイキキのホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが気持ちよかったです。）

You will have ample opportunity to take your own pictures , so no need to waste those 49$ for poor quality images.

The morning was quite challenging. I didn't read the voucher carefully, and the meeting place was not at the hotel where I was staying, but about a 7-minute walk away.

Since I arrived 15 minutes early, I was able to make it to the correct meeting place on time. The driver didn't understand any Japanese, but he was a really nice person.

The activity was amazing. The explanations and registration before it started were a bit difficult, but the view afterward was fantastic. The explanations were in English, so I didn't understand most of it, but just watching the guide's way of speaking and expressions was enjoyable.

When it rains, the dust doesn't rise, but you get quite wet, so I think it's a good idea to buy a poncho on-site.

It was my first time at Diamond Head, and the guide explained the best way to get there using a Japanese pamphlet, which was very easy to understand. Although the explanation was in English, it was no problem since they explained it multiple times. They also give you mineral water on the way back (laughs).

I was nervous about the English tour, but our guide James was considerate and mixed in some Japanese. We were blessed with great weather and got to see the best sunset and starry sky! It was my first time seeing the Milky Way. I've participated in a Mauna Kea tour before, but this guide was great at taking creative photos. In the end, I wanted to give a tip, but I felt bad for not having any cash on me. I hope there will be a way to pay with a card in the future.
