I participated with guide Fujitani. I managed to catch the sunset, but unfortunately, the starry sky was disappointing. It couldn't be helped since it was up to the weather. However, I was able to see the stars from a spot a little lower down the mountain♪ I was glad I could take some photos.

What was a bit disappointing was when I looked at the blog. There were many photos uploaded by the members of guide Matsuzaki, but not many of Fujitani's members were featured. In fact, it was only the photos taken by Matsuzaki, so I thought I would like to request Matsuzaki as my guide next time.

The cold weather gear was perfectly prepared, and although we brought some from Japan, we didn't need it at all. The provided cold weather gear included:
- Ski wear (top and bottom)
- Gloves
- Wool hat
- Hot drinks
and it was prepared for the number of people. If you're worried, it might be good to bring a hot pack.

Overall, it was a fun tour.

フジタニさんのガイドで参加しました。
サンセットは何とか間に合い見ることが出来ましたが、
星空は残念でした。お天気が相手なので仕方なかったです。
でも、少し下山した所からは星空を見ることが出来ました♪
写真も撮れたので良かったです。
次回こそは良いお天気に恵まれたいです♪

少し残念だったのが、ブログを見たときです。
合流したマツザキさんガイドのメンバーさんはたくさんの写真がアップされていましたが、フジタニさんガイドのメンバーはあまり写っていませんでした。
そもそもマツザキさんが撮った写真だけでしたので、
次回参加する時はマツザキさん指名でお願いしたいと思いました。

防寒具もバッチリ準備されており、ある程度日本から準備して行った私達でしたが、
全くいりませんでした。
用意されている防寒具は、
・スキーウエア―程度の防寒具(上下)
・手袋
・毛糸の帽子
・温かい飲み物
など人数分準備されています。
もし、心配でしたらホカロンを持参すると良いかもしれません。

トータル楽しいツアーでした。

We visited with our family of three (10-year-old boy) on March 27, 2013. The water was very clear, and we were able to see many tropical fish. However, since the water temperature wasn't very high, it was too cold for long snorkeling sessions. But we had a great time with activities like the slide and jumping from the Fair Wind boat, which were fun for the kids. Additionally, since breakfast and lunch were included, we were able to make good use of our time before and after the tour, which was very nice.

2013/3/27に家族３人（10歳/男）で行ってきました。
水の透明度も高く、熱帯魚を沢山見ることができました。
ただし、水温があまり高くないため、寒くて長時間のシュノーケンリングは無理でしたが、滑り台や、フェアウィンド号からのジャンプなど、子供にとっては楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
また、朝食、昼食付きだったので、ツアー前後の時間を有効に使えて、とても良かったです。

I had heard from my parents about their trip to see the lava before I was born, and I was really looking forward to this helicopter tour. The weather in Waikoloa was great, but there were a lot of clouds in the direction of Mauna Kea, which made me a bit anxious. Unfortunately, my worries came true, and due to bad weather, the tour to see the lava in Hilo was canceled. I was extremely sad, but I felt relieved knowing that the staff prioritized safety. The Japanese pilot mentioned that Waipi'o Valley is also wonderful, and that it was okay to cancel. He even said that they would refund the entire tour fee, so I asked my parents if we could go on the tour just to Waipi'o Valley. I had been on a helicopter in Japan before, but when we took off and flew over the vast land of the Big Island, I was moved by its grandeur. There were a few clouds and it rained a bit along the way, but flying over Waipi'o Valley felt like entering a completely different world, almost like a dream. I saw many waterfalls flowing between the valleys, and I wanted to drink from them. It was a little scary flying through the valley, but even at 12 years old, I was able to experience a lot of emotions.

私は、私が生まれる前に、パパやママが溶岩を見に行ったことを聞かせれていて、この遊覧飛行をとても楽しみにしていました。ワイコロアはとても天気が良かったのですが、マウナケアの方角は雲が多っかたので、ちょっと不安でした。不安は当り、天候が悪いので、溶岩が見れるヒロ方面はツアーが中止になってくれました。ものすごく悲しかったけれど、安全を第一に考えてくれるスタッフの皆さんに、残念な気持ちと裏腹に安堵の感がありました。日本人のパイロットの人が、ワイピオ渓谷も素晴らしいですよ、でもキャンセルしても構いません。ツアー料金は全て返しますとまで言ってくれて、パパとママにお願いをしてワイピオ渓谷のみのツア－に行くことにしました。日本でヘリコプタ－には乗ったことがあったけど、離陸のとき、ハワイ島の大地を飛んでいくとき、その広大な迫力に感動しました。少し雲があったり、途中で雨が降ってきたけれど、ワイピオ渓谷、まるで違う世界にきたような、夢をみているような感じがしました。渓谷の合間から流れ出る、たくさんの滝、飲んでみたくなりました。渓谷の中を飛んでいるときちょっと怖かったけれど、１２歳の私でも多くの感動を味わうことができました。

We progressed from Kona to Waikoloa, and along the way, we were able to see a bird called Holo Holo, which is said to be rare. When we entered Parker Ranch, it started to get a bit cold, and it was really tough even in a T-shirt. When we arrived at the Onizuka Visitor Center, it was very cold, and I put on something like ski wear. The bento had tough chicken, but the air was very delicious. After finishing our meal, we headed to the summit by car. I had seen it on TV, but when we arrived at the summit, it felt like we had come to a star somewhere in the universe. I was also moved to be able to drive to a place higher than Mount Fuji. While getting out of the car and taking pictures, I felt a bit dizzy, and I thought about what Mr. Konno had said about the thin oxygen. There were many clouds, so we couldn't see the sunset. 前の日にハワイ島へ着き、翌日だったので、私は朝から元気一杯、パパは午前中寝ていたので、私はプールで遊び、午後から家族３人でこのツアーに参加しました。私は千葉県に住んでいるのですが、ガイドさんの今野さんは茨城県出身のお兄さんでした。コナからワイコロアへと進み、途中、珍しいと言われる、ホロホロという鳥を見させてもらいました。パーカー牧場に入ると、少し寒くなってきて、Ｔシャツでもとても無理でした。オニヅカ・ビジター・センターに着くととても寒くて、何かスキーウェアみたいのを着ました。お弁当、鶏肉は固かったけれど、空気はとても美味しかったです。食事が終わってから山頂へ車で向かいました。テレビでは見たことがあったけれど、山頂に着いたときは、宇宙のどこかの星へ来たような感じがしました。富士山より高いところに車で来ることも感動しました。車を降りて写真撮影をしていると、何かふらふらしてしまい、ガイドの今野さんが言っていた、酸素が薄くなっているんだなと思いました。雲が多くて、サンセットは見れませんでした。星も月の明かりや雲で、良く見えませんでした。がっかりしていると、スタッフの皆さんが星座の話をたくさんしてくれて、私たちを盛り上げてくれました。少しずつ星も見えてきて、楽しかったです。帰りのスーパーで今野さんが一生懸命、外人の人に英語で話していました。あまり上手ではなかったけれど、私も4月から中学生になるので、英語が話せるようなって、またマウナケアの山頂にサンセットと満点の星を見にきたいと思いました。今野お兄ちゃん、たくさんお話を聞かせてくれてありがとうございました。

At the star observation point, two other cars joined us, and we shared two telescopes to look at the stars. One of the other cars had a loud, boisterous guide from the Kansai region, who seemed to have an air of superiority over the other guides and guests, which was quite unpleasant. Climbing Mount Fuji is hard, but since you can drive to a mountain over 4,000 meters, my parents in their 70s who joined me were also moved, saying, "I can't believe we can climb such a high mountain at this age." The guide was kind and careful while driving to avoid altitude sickness.

On the way to the summit, encountering wildlife and stargazing was breathtaking; I don't think I've ever seen so many beautiful stars, and my heart was filled with the richness of nature. I was also impressed by the guide's knowledge as they explained the constellations clearly using a laser pointer. I believe this is a tour that can be enjoyed by both children and adults.

　富士山に登るのはハードだけど、4000メートル級の山に車で行けるので一緒に参加した70代の両親も「この歳でこんな高い山に登れるなんて」と、感動してました。高山病にならないよう、気を遣いながら運転してたガイドさんも親切で良かったです。
　山頂までの道中で、野生動物に遇ったり、星空観測は、こんなにたくさんの星を見たことないと思うくらい綺麗で、自然の豊かさに心が満たされました。
　レーザーポインターを使いながらわかりやすく星座の説明をしてくれたガイドさんの知識も感動。子供から大人まで楽しめるツアーだと思います。

I used this service for my honeymoon. We stayed at Hapuna Beach Prince and had a pick-up at 15:15, which was almost on time. On the way, we stopped to take pictures with horses and lava, and enjoyed explanations about the flowers.

When we arrived at the Onizuka Center, we were lent warm clothing and had our lunch. I was excited, thinking, "Now, we’re finally heading to the top of Mauna Kea..." but when I looked at the road, I saw the sign saying "ROAD CLOSED."

It was a major event of the trip, so I couldn't accept the reality. The tour guide tried hard, but the road never opened. We climbed a hill near the Onizuka Center to watch the sunset (which was beautiful in its own right) and saw some stars in the parking lot, but unfortunately, the clouds obscured much of the view.

On the way back to town, the clouds cleared a bit, so the guide stopped the car for us to see the stars, and we were able to enjoy a stunning starry sky. We also took pictures with the stars, which we can receive online later. On the way back, we stopped by a supermarket.

Although this time ended up being disappointing, the guide was pleasant and worked hard, and the weather is no one's fault, so I would like to try again next time.

さあ、これからいよいよ・・・
と思って、マウナケア頂上に向かう道を見ると、「ROAD　CLOSED」の文字。
旅の一大イベントだったので、現実を受け入れられませんでした。

ツアーガイドさんも粘ってくれましたが、道が開くことは無く。
オニズカセンター近くの丘に登ってサンセット見て（これはこれで綺麗でした）
駐車場で星を見せてもらいましたが、あいにくの雲であまり見れませんでした。
町への帰り道、途中で雲が切れたので星を見る為に車を停めてくれて、満点の星空が見れました。星空との写真も撮影してくれ、後日ネットから受け取れます。
帰りにはスーパーに寄ってもらいました。

今回は、残念な結果になってしまいましたが、ガイドさんは感じよく、一生懸命働いてくれましたし、天候ばっかりは誰のせいでもないので、また次回リベンジしたいと思います。

I was drawn to the phrases "rafting" and "lava cave," so I decided to participate. When I arrived at the meeting place, there were about 30 people, all foreigners. There wasn't much explanation, and we were quickly divided into two groups and taken to the nearby boat launch, where we set off immediately.

As we headed out, the captain provided some safety instructions, but for Japanese participants, they handed out a manual saying, "Please read this." Once we left the bay, we sped up significantly, and the waves were quite high, causing the boat to bounce a lot, which was quite thrilling.

On our way to Kealakekua Bay, we saw about four or five dolphins, but swimming with them was prohibited, which was a bit disappointing. We had about an hour and a half for snorkeling, but the water temperature was low, and I didn't swim for even an hour. It seemed like the foreigners had a different tolerance for the cold, as they went back in to swim again after eating sandwiches.

On the way back, we encountered quite a few dolphins, and seeing them swim alongside the boat was a highlight. The speed increased even more, making it quite a challenge to hold on, but it was also a fun experience.

We stopped the boat near the cliffs, and they explained various things about the rock formations, but we didn't go through any caves, which was very disappointing. Overall, I think it was an interesting activity, thanks to the staff's attentiveness.

湾を出たころから猛スピードで進み、波も結構高かったことからボートも大きくバウンドし、かなりの迫力でした。

ケアラケクア湾につく間に4，5頭のイルカがいましたが、一緒に泳ぐことは禁止され、やや残念な思いが。
シュノーケリングは、1時間半くらいの時間がありましたが、水温が低く、1時間も泳ぎませんでした。外国人は皮膚感覚が違うのか、サンドイッチなどを食べた後でもまた泳ぎに行っていました。
帰りにもかなりのイルカに遭遇し、ボートに並走する姿は中々見所がありました。スピードも更にアップし、踏ん張るのが大変でしたが、これも楽しい経験でした。

岸壁近くでボートを止め、岩の形がどうのとか色々と説明してくれましたが、洞窟をくぐるようなことはなく、これは非常に残念でした。
その他は、スタッフの気遣いもあり、面白いアクティビティだと思います。

There were 10 participants, and we were the only Japanese among them; the rest were from the mainland United States.

You need to go to the reception area by yourself, and they do not understand Japanese at all. All the explanations on the boat are in English. If you understand a little English, it shouldn't be a problem.

We traveled to Kealakekua Bay on a large rubber boat, which goes fast and tilts at an angle, so my arms got tired from supporting my body.

イルカには会えませんでしたが、クジラは遠くからですが見ることができました。

洞窟アドベンチャーとあったので、洞窟の中に入れるのかと思っていましたが
溶岩を遠目から眺め、何か説明をしていました。
英語のためわかりませんが、海とボートからのハワイ島が見れたので
シュノーケリングだけではなく楽しめると思います。

I participated alone at the end of February, and since there were only three of us that day, it felt almost like a private tour. With our instructor Daisuke and the skilled captain, we headed out on the boat, and when we dove in, there were over 200 dolphins! There were so many that day, and I was amazed to see large manta rays and whales swimming beneath the boat. I was told that such an experience is truly rare.

I'm not very good at snorkeling, but Daisuke helped me relax and pulled me along at the same speed and direction as the dolphins, so I could trust him completely. I could even hear the dolphins making sounds!

I highly recommend this tour. If I have the chance to visit the Big Island again, I would love to participate in the tour and express my gratitude to both of them.

インストラクターの大輔さん、そして敏腕のキャプテンと一緒にボートで
沖へでかけ、いざもぐってみたら
イルカは２００頭以上いました。
その日は実に沢山いまして、
その上、大きいマンタや、クジラがボートの下をくぐって行くのも見て、びっくりしました。
ほんとにめったにないことだそうです。

シュノーケルは私は得意ではなかったのですが
大輔さんが脱力した状態でひっぱってくれて、イルカと同じ速度で同じ方向につれていってくれるので
安心しておまかせできました。
イルカちゃんたちがないてる声も聞こえてきましたよ

このツアーは本当におすすめします。

I wasn't sure what Ocean Rafting would be like, so I thought we would be rowing with paddles ourselves, but it turned out to be a thrilling tour on an engine-powered rubber boat. Right from the start, we made sharp turns as we headed out to sea, and there were moments when it felt like we were about to hit the cliffs, which was quite exhilarating. The captain was very enthusiastic, chasing whales and weaving under skydivers. We went out to sea multiple times, using sonar to search for whales. Thanks to that, we were able to do whale watching several times, but by the end, my backside was quite sore, and I was feeling like, "Okay, that's enough!" After snorkeling, lunch included fruits and snacks, and the sandwiches were quite good, making it a fun experience. There were two of them, the captain and a female assistant, and they were very efficient in preparing the snorkeling gear and lunch, which made everything feel pleasant.

オーシャンラフティングってどういう風なのかわからなかったので、自分たちでオールでこいだりするのかと思ていたのですが、、、エンジン付きゴムボートでビュンビュん飛ばすツアーでした。最初から沖へ出るときに急旋回したり岸壁にあたりそうになって急停止したりとスリル満点。。。クジラを追いかけたりスカイダイバーの下をすり抜けたりとキャプテン（船頭さん）はサービス精神旺盛でした。クジラを追いかけ何回も沖に出て、ソナーを駆使し探しました。おかげで何回もホエールウぉッチングできましたが、、、最後はかなりお尻が痛くてもういいよぉ〜って感じもなきにしもあらず。。。。シュノーケリングの後の昼食はフルーツありスナック菓子あり、、、サンドイッチもなかなかで楽しかったです。キャプテンと助手の女性の二人でしたがシュノーケリングの際の用具の準備やお昼の準備など手際もよく気持ちよかったです。

This was my second trip out to see the whales with Captain Colin and crew. Went last year, could hardly wait to go again, got the opportunity and took it. The Captain is wonderful, he makes the trip both entertaining and informative, also exciting. We had the experience of a life time both trips, saw whales and dolphins. The zodiac ride is always wild and exciting. The Captain and his crew make sure the visitors are safe and as comfortable as possible under the circumstances and are given the opportunity to see and understand the animals in the ocean. Colin and his crew love their job and the ocean and convey that feeling to the visitors. I would and will go back.

In February 2012, I was deeply impressed, and on February 14, 2013, I came back again. It was me, my 89-year-old grandmother, my 67-year-old self, my 65-year-old wife, and my 60-year-old brother-in-law who is retiring this February. We had a wonderful time.

This year, just like last year, we stayed for two nights in Hilo, three nights in a condominium in Waikoloa, and three nights in Waikiki. Unusually, I fell ill this time and just recovered yesterday (February 13).

We were able to see whales again, and I was particularly moved by the dolphins' welcoming behavior. When the boat arrives near the snorkeling spot, a large number of dolphins come to greet us and support the boat until it stops. They even see us off partway on the way back (it’s unbelievable).

We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and lunches, saw beautiful corals and fish, and had a great time with friendly foreigners. This time, we were the only Japanese family, but the foreign tourists seemed to be having a great time, which made it very comfortable for us.

The water was cold, so my wife said, "Next time, I want to come in spring or summer." I promised to include some photos this time, but they are all taken from the video (Sony). Speaking of videos, the staff here have professional video skills. They used wonderful Sony equipment. They even film underwater, which makes for great memories.

Last time, I bought a video (DVD) and enjoyed it, so this time I had one sent for my brother-in-law. This tour is highly recommended as it can be enjoyed by everyone from babies to the elderly.

義弟60歳の4人ですが楽しい、楽しい。
今年も昨年と同じ日程で、ヒロに2泊、ワイコロアのコンドミニアムに3泊、ワイキキで3泊です。今回私が珍しく体調を崩してしまい、昨日(2月13日)やっと回復したばかり。
今回も【鯨】も見えたし、特に【イルカ】の歓迎振りには感動ずくめです。
シュノーケルスポット近くに船が来ると、大勢で出迎えに寄って来て舟が止まるまでサポートしてくれます。
帰りも途中まで、お見送りです。(信じられない程)
美味しい、朝食と昼食を食べ、綺麗なサンゴと魚を見てフレンドリーな外国人？と楽しんで最高！！
今回、日本人は我々ファミリーだけでしたが、外国人？観光客は皆、思い切り楽しみに来ている様子で一緒にいてとても気が楽です。
水は冷たかったので妻は『今度は、春か夏に来たい』と言っています。
前回お約束の、写真何枚か入れますが、全部ビデオ(ＳＯＮＹ)から写真にしたものです。
ビデオと言えばここのスタッフのビデオ技術はプロだ。
機材はＳＯＮＹの素晴らしいのを使っていた。
海中でも撮影してくれるので記念になります。
前回もビデオ(ＤＶＤ)を買って楽しんだので今回も、義弟のために1本送ってもらった。
このツアーは赤ちゃん～年配者まで充分に楽しめてお勧めです。

It was great. As soon as we got out to the ocean, we spotted a mother and a baby whale. We were there for a couple of hours, and we probably saw 5, 6 whales. The staff and the captain did a great job catering all the guests (maybe about 30 of them on board). The naturalist explained a lot about the humpback whales, and it was very educational.

I'd highly recommend this one. It's very family friendly also, and the little kids were very excited to see the real whales in the ocean.

I participated in this tour with a friend during my first trip to Hawaii Island. In the morning, we made our way to the meeting point at the port, and when I mentioned that I wasn't very good at English at the reception, they provided me with an explanation sheet in Japanese. The entire tour was conducted in English, but the guide was friendly and taught us while we referred to the sheet, so I enjoyed it.

All the other participants were foreigners, and since my English skills were limited, it was difficult for me to join in the conversation. However, everyone was very friendly and communicative, which made it fun. The tour itself was on a boat without facilities like restrooms, and it went quite fast, bouncing along the way. Therefore, those who are prone to motion sickness might feel unwell. It was physically demanding, but the sea air and wind were pleasant, and as someone who loves attractions, I felt great.

It was almost my first time snorkeling, but they provided floatation devices, so I was able to swim. The water was very clear, and I was moved to swim with colorful fish and coral. At one point, we got back on the boat and were able to enjoy light snacks like sandwiches, fruits, and juice. I was glad to have a bath towel at that time.

Since it was late February, it could be a bit chilly, so it might be good to have something to wrap around you depending on the season. During the tour, we encountered a pod of wild dolphins and saw whales, which was thrilling and very satisfying. This is an active tour where you can fully experience the nature of Hawaii Island!

なので乗り物にとても酔いやすい方は酔ってしまうかもしれません。体力もつかいました。しかし海の空気や風が心地よく、アトラクション好きの私にとってはとても気分がよかったです。シュノーケルはほぼ初めてでしたが浮き用具を貸してくれるので、泳ぐことが出来ました。
海の透明度は高く、サンゴや色とりどりの魚達と泳ぐことが出来、とても感動しました。
途中でボートに上がり、スナックやサンドウィッチ、フルーツ、ジュースなどの軽食をもらうことができます。その時にバスタオルがあって良かったです。
2月下旬だった為か少し寒い場合があるので、時期によってはおる物があっても良いかもしれません。ツアーの途中では野生のイルカの群れに遭遇したり、クジラを見たり、大興奮、大満足でした。ハワイ島の自然を体全体で感じることが出来るアクティブなツアーです！

In late February, I went on a trip with a friend, and we decided to join this tour to see the beautiful ocean of Hawaii Island up close. Since we were staying in Kona, we called a taxi to our hotel and headed to the designated meeting point, which was about a 10-minute drive away.

There were about 14 people in total on the tour, including us, and everyone except us was a foreigner. The guide spoke entirely in English, but at the beginning, they provided a Japanese guide, so we could follow along during the tour. The staff kindly explained what was happening, which helped us understand everything clearly, and we had a great time.

This tour involved ocean rafting on a rubber boat, which meant the boat rocked quite a bit. It was so intense that if you weren't holding on to something, you might feel like you could fall off. It might not be suitable for those who get seasick, but I found it very thrilling and was extremely satisfied. Along the way, we encountered schools of dolphins and even whales multiple times, which left us in awe of nature's grandeur.

At the first stop, we snorkeled for about an hour, and after a break, we enjoyed another hour of snorkeling at the second stop. The turkey sandwiches, snacks, and cut fruits served during the break were delicious, and we were very satisfied.

ツアー客は私たちを含め全部で14人ほどで、私たち以外は全員外国人でした。ガイドは全て英語でしたが、初めに日本語ガイドをくれたので、それを見ながらツアーに参加し、スタッフさんも今はここの説明をしているのよなどと親切に教えてくれたので、内容もしっかり理解することができ、とても楽しめました。
このツアーはゴムボートで激しく海を走り抜けるオーシャンラフティングなので船がとても揺れます。どこかにつかまっていないと船から落ちてしまいそうになるぐらい激しい揺れなので、船酔いなどされる方にはあまり向いていないかもしれませんが、とてもスリリングで私自身は大満足でした。途中でイルカの群れや、クジラに何度も遭遇することができ、自然の壮大さに圧倒されました。
1つ目のポイントでは1時間ほどシュノーケリングをし、休憩をはさんで2つ目のポイントで再び1時間ほどシュノーケリングを楽しみました。休憩中に出されたターキーのサンドイッチやスナック菓子、カットフルーツはとても美味しくて大満足でした。
言うまでもなく、海の透明度は抜群で、20種類以上の魚を見ることが出来ました。
全体的に移動時間が長く、船上ではゆっくり出来ないので少し疲れますが、ハワイ島の大自然を体験できる素晴らしいツアーだと思います。

This time, we participated for our 2nd honeymoon.

We came to Hawaii for our wedding six months ago and liked it so much that we came back.

The tour really became a wonderful memory.

It was my first experience, but thanks to the captain and Daisuke, it was the best time ever! Just thinking about it gets me excited again!

With the captain's wonderful sense, we were able to get ahead of a pod of dolphins and enter the water at the best points and timing, encountering a group of about 300 to 400 dolphins! Once we were in the water, Daisuke, our swim guide, took us towards the pod of dolphins and even took photos for us.

Seeing the dolphins that came to play with Daisuke was surprising; they were wild yet playful and gentle! They were truly adorable and healing. You could hear their calls clearly! The dolphins were also frolicking with each other, which was incredibly cute. While dolphins at aquariums are cute, we got to see a different side of them as they jumped and spun at amazing speeds.

Even underwater, Daisuke took us into the sparkling bubble rings created by the dolphins, pointing out things and really trying to entertain us, which made me so happy! I had some anxiety about being underwater, felt seasick, and shivered from the cold, but Daisuke was very attentive and took care of me, for which I am very grateful!

I was thrilled to occasionally see whales in the distance, but on our way back to the harbor, we encountered a whale!! Once again, thanks to the captain's quick judgment and presence of mind, we got ahead of it! We were all super excited to see the whale surface just about 5 meters away!

Since it depends on the conditions, I think how many dolphins you can actually see varies, but seeing the captain and Daisuke excited to go out to sea raised our spirits too, and they worked hard to ensure we had maximum fun. It was a wonderful tour!

It became the best memory of our honeymoon.

When I go to the Big Island again, I would love to have both of them take care of us!

水中でも、ダイスケさんがイルカの作ったキラキラしたバブルリングの中に連れていってくれたり、あっちを見てとか、何かと私たちを楽しませようとして下さるのが本当に嬉しかったです！
私は水中に不安もあったり、波酔いや、水中の寒さに震えてしまったりしましたが、ダイスケさんは本当にこまやかに気づいてケアして下さり、大感謝です！
運良く遠目に時々見えるクジラの様子に感激していましたが、なんと港に戻る途中、クジラに遭遇！！またしてもキャプテンの即座の判断と気転で先回り！5メートルくらいの距離でクジラが顔を出すのが見れて皆で大興奮でした！

自然相手なので実際にどれだけのイルカに会えるかはコンディションにもよるとは思いますが、キャプテンとダイスケさんが海に出るのをワクワクしている様子にこちらもテンションが上がるし、最大限の楽しさをと一生懸命やってくだる、素敵なツアーです！
ハネムーンの一番の思い出になりました。

またハワイ島に行くときはお二人にお世話になりたいです！

During the second dive, the dolphins swam alongside us for a little while. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

The swim guides, Daisuke and Leo, and the captain, Nawata, were all very nice people. The day before, I had gone snorkeling at the beach and struggled a bit since it was unfamiliar to me. I was anxious about swimming, but they treated us with great care, and I felt completely at ease during the tour.

I definitely want to join the tour again when I visit the Big Island. Thank you very much!

Hawaii time, Sunday, February 16.
We started with anxiety about whether we would safely set sail amidst the strong winds and if we would encounter dolphins...
However, our expectations rose with the nice guy demeanor of our guide, Daisuke, who is a bundle of dreams and hopes.

And off we went!
It just so happened that it was a private charter for just my husband and me! (I was personally grinning)
Within three minutes, dolphins appeared!
And within ten minutes heading south, we encountered another pod of dolphins!
Their slow swimming, seemingly in sync with our pace, gave us the illusion that they were inviting us to swim together!

We also got to meet a whale and witnessed dolphins spinning, allowing us to fully enjoy the best of Hawaii!

Thanks to the captain and Daisuke's personalities, it wasn't just a simple "we went dolphin snorkeling," but we were able to share feelings with the dolphins and those involved, leaving us with a sense of satisfaction.

Thinking back on this day, I am motivated to work hard and hope to participate again someday!

As a side note, thank you for kindly delivering my forgotten cell phone from the car!!!

まずはガイドの夢と希望の塊のDaisukeさんのナイスガイぶりに我々の期待感は高まりつつ。

いざ出航！
たまたま我々夫婦のみの貸切状態！（個人的にニンマリ）
と、３分もしないうちにイルカちゃん登場～。
そして南の海へ向かうこと１０分もしないうちに再度イルカちゃんの群れに遭遇！
我々の泳ぐスピードに合わせるかのようにゆっくりの遊泳していく様子はまるで一緒に泳ごう！と誘ってくれいるかのような錯覚に陥りました。

そしてクジラさんとご対面したり、イルカちゃんスピンを目撃できたり最高のハワイを満喫することができました！

キャプテンやDaisukeさんのお人柄により、ただ単に「イルカシュノケーリングに行った」というだけではなく、イルカちゃんやそれに携わっている方々と想いを共有できた、という満足感に浸ることができました。

この日のことを思い出しつつ、、、仕事に励んでいつの日か再度参加したいと思います！

On January 7th, I participated in a honeymoon tour.

The weather was great, and within about 30 minutes of departing from the harbor, we encountered many dolphins!

Additionally, we saw more whales than expected, and I was especially moved when I saw a whale dive up close. To keep the participants engaged, the driver occasionally drove a bit roughly for fun, which made for a satisfying experience. I think it's something you should definitely try at least once when you visit the Big Island.

I have participated in dolphin watching tours before, but this was my first time swimming with dolphins, and I definitely wanted to try it out.

My impression was that it was more wonderful than I had imagined. I could see the dolphins swimming up close, and their faces were clearly visible. I was surprised by how many there were! When I looked around, there were so many everywhere!

I had heard that swimming with dolphins is healing, and it truly was. I wanted to swim with them forever.

On top of that, we saw a lot of whales that day as well. It was my first experience seeing such large whales up close. The captain and Daisuke, who is from the same hometown, were very kind, and it was a fun tour.

Before participating, I thought the price was a bit high, but it was worth it, and I realized that such an experience is hard to come by.

If I have the opportunity to go to the Big Island again, I would definitely like to participate again. Thank you very much.

イルカと泳ぐと癒されるって聞きましたが、本当にそうでした。いつまでも、一緒に泳いでいたかったです。

おまけに、この日は、クジラもたくさん見えました。近くであんなに大きなクジラを見たのも、初めての体験でした。
キャプテンや同郷のダイスケさんも、とても親切で、楽しいツアーでした。

参加前、料金が少し高いなぁと思いましたが、それだけの価値はあるし、これだけの経験はなかなかできないと思いました。

またハワイ島に行く機会があれば、また是非参加したいです。有難うございました。

We participated as a couple in January. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but our guide worked hard to make up for it, and it was a very enjoyable tour. I think there's nothing we can do about the weather. Still, we were able to safely observe the starry sky.

I participated in this tour on my first visit to the Big Island! There were easy-to-understand explanations in English.

If you're Japanese and not very confident in English, it can feel a bit daunting, so I recommend actively trying to communicate even if you don't understand everything!

It was a luxury to see both dolphins and whales, and to swim with the sea turtles while snorkeling!

It was a wonderful day.
