I used the service for the first time. It was a free plan combined with work, and I communicated the places I wanted to go, and they took me there. Since I'm a bit shy, I didn't talk much with the driver, but they seemed to understand and didn't engage me too much, which made the journey comfortable. I was very grateful that they managed to take me to a shop where I could eat shaved ice and to a recommended restaurant, even though there wasn't much time. Thank you very much.

初めて利用しました。仕事も兼ねたフリープランで、行きたいところを伝えて連れて行っていただきました。
人見知りもあるのでドライバーさんとそんなにお話ししませんでしたが、察してか、すごく話しかけても来なかったので道中過ごしやすかったです。
途中にあるお店でかき氷食べたり、おすすめしてくださったお店へ連れて行ってもらえたりと時間があまりなかった中で工面していただけてとても有り難かったです。

Initially, I had requested to leave everything up to you except for Pineapple Park in my email.

On the day of the trip, when the driver arrived at the hotel and it was time to depart, he said, "It's quite far to Pineapple Park. Just the travel time will take a while. If you want to see a beautiful sea, usually people go south from here. What do you want to do? Very few go north."

I felt a bit disappointed because I had clearly communicated that I wanted to leave everything else up to you except for Pineapple Park.

During the car ride, perhaps due to the mask he was wearing, I couldn't understand what he was saying, and it was hard to hear. Additionally, the discussions about the U.S. military bases in Okinawa and the history of invasion were somewhat heavy and tiring. I understand that the people of Okinawa have gone through a lot in history, and I believe these are very important topics, but we came to enjoy sightseeing, not to study history. I wished for a bit more variety in the conversation.

Also, since it was my first time using a sightseeing taxi, I found the communication regarding the sightseeing spots unclear. Once we arrived at the attractions, I was confused about whether I could move freely, if we would be together, and when lunch would be. I wasn't given any information, which made me feel quite lost and concerned. It was a bit exhausting.

I would have appreciated more information about the schedule. I don't think I will use this service again.

最初にパイナップルパーク以外はお任せでお願いします。とメールしていました。

当日　運転手の方が　ホテルに来られ　さあ出発　という時に「パイナップルパークまで行くのは遠いですよ。移動だけでも時間はかかります。きれいな海を見たいと言われるなら　ここからだと　ふつうは南の方に行く方が多いですがどどうしますか？北側に行かれる方はほぼいません。」といわれ

最初の予約の時にパイナップルパーク以外はおまかせでと伝えているのにも関わらずその様な事を聞いてしまったので　少し残念な気分になりました。

車中の話も　マスクをされている影響かもしれませんが　何を言っているのわからず聞こえにくかった。　あと　沖縄の基地の話　アメリカ軍の話　侵略の歴史の話など　少し暗い話ばかりで　疲れました。　沖縄の方々は歴史のなかで色々ある事は理解しています　とても　大事なお話だとは思いますが　私たちは観光を楽しみにしてきました。歴史の勉強をしに来たわけではないので
もう少し　違うお話をしてほしかった。

あと　初めて観光タクシーを利用するので　観光地についてから対応がわかりにくかった　観光地についたら　こちらが自由に動いたらいいのか　ご一緒するのか　お昼ご飯のタイミングはいつなのか　何にも言っていただけなかったのでとても戸惑いましたし　気を使った。少し疲れました。

もう少し　タイムスケジュールなどを教えてほしかった　次は使わないと思う
　

I was glad that I could go up the Skytree right away since I had made a reservation. However, I had to go to the counter once, so I thought it would be nice if I could just go straight in with the QR code since I was able to get the tickets online.

予約していたので、スカイツリーすぐに登れて、よかったです。
しかし、一度カウンターに行かなければならないので、せっかくネットでチケットとれるなら、そのままQRコードで行けたらいいのになと思いました。

Since I had a reservation, I was able to get my ticket smoothly even close to departure, and I boarded with plenty of time to spare. I would like to use this service again next time.

予約していたので、出航間近でもすんなり発券してもらい、余裕で乗船することができました。また次回も利用したいと思います。

It was beautiful and amazing! The views from the cable car and the summit were truly great! I want to use it again next time.

The driver was truly great, and I was 120% satisfied. He was a calm young man who provided useful information about ticket purchases and took us to a supermarket where we could buy many Okinawan products at a good price. He explained everything like a tour guide at each destination, allowing us to fully enjoy the sightseeing experience. He also helped us capture memories at great photo spots at each tourist site. I was a bit anxious about who would be driving us, but he turned out to be a genuinely warm-hearted driver. I would definitely want to request him again next time. Of course, he drove safely, and his braking was good, which helped my friend, who is prone to motion sickness, feel comfortable. Thank you very much!

本当にいい運転手さんで120%の満足度です。
穏やかなお兄さんで、チケット購入のお得情報やお土産購入時にスーパーにも寄っていただきお得にたくさんの沖縄製品が手に入りました。
行き先ごとに添乗員さんのように説明してくださって、本当に観光満喫できました。写真も各観光地で良い撮影スポットにて思い出をおさめて下さいました。
どんな方がいらっしゃるかと不安だったのですが、本当に心の温かいドライバーさんでした。今度お願いするときも、是非今回のドライバーさんを指名したいと思ったくらいです。もちろん安全運転でブレーキングも良くて、車酔いしやすい知人が体調薬　よく過ごせました。本当にありがとうございました。

Each room had its own theme, and all of them were thoughtfully designed. There were plenty of rare fish, and it was adorable to see the turtles slowly wandering around the room. There was a lottery during the visit, and I actually won the grand prize! The 4th floor was an observation deck with a café. The prices were a bit on the higher side, but I bought a cookie that could be stuck onto a straw and a cute éclair. I took my time exploring, so I stayed for nearly three hours. It was a great day.

部屋ごとにテーマがあり、どの部屋も趣向が凝らされていました。
珍しい魚がいっぱい。亀がのそのそと部屋を散歩してる姿もかわいかったです。
途中、抽選があり、なんと・・・特賞を頂きましたｗ
４Ｆは展望階でカフェもありました。
少し値段は高めでしたがストローに刺せるクッキーとかわいいエクレアを購入しました。
ゆっくり見て回ったので3時間近く滞在しました。
いい一日でした。

It was exciting and very enjoyable! The boatman had fun talks and performances! I think this price for two hours is still quite reasonable.

It was a cloudy day, and it was still a bit early for the cherry blossoms, but listening to the guide's talk made the two hours fly by. It would be wonderful to be able to board again during the autumn foliage season.

曇り空で、桜にはまだ少し早い時期でしたが、先頭さんのお話を聞きながらあっという間の2時間でした。今度は紅葉の時期にまた、乗船できたら最高ですね。

The reservation process was smooth, the weather was great on the day, and the stories from the three boatmen were entertaining and fun! I would love to go again during the autumn foliage season.

The light and museum were truly impressive, as expected from teamLab. The water area is deep enough for adults to wade in up to their knees, and they offer free rentals of shorts. I recommend bringing a change of clothes if you're with children. The orchid room is a popular area with timed entry.

光りとミュージアムはさすがのチームラボでした^ - ^ 水のエリアは大人でも膝下まで浸かるくらいで、ハーフパンツの無料の貸し出しが有ります。子供さん連れは着替え持参をお薦めします。
蘭の部屋は人気のエリアで時間の入れ替えがありました。

I enjoyed a full day exploring Kamigoto, taking in the churches and the serene island scenery. I used this jet foil to move to Fukue Island where I plan to stay. I could see islands all around, and there was hardly any rocking. It was a great boat trip.

Our first private taxi ride during our sister trip in our 50s was very satisfying. Our request was simple: we wanted to go to Kouri Island and Futenma Shrine, and then to our hotel in American Village. During the ride, we were taken to roadside stations and beaches, and since we had some time, we even got to enjoy some recommended steak. The enjoyable conversation continued in the car, and we were able to hear stories about Okinawa that aren't in the guidebooks. I would like to use this service again for future trips.

　私達の要望は、シンプルなもので、古宇利島と普天間宮へ行った後にアメリカンビレッジのホテルまでのコースでした。
　その間　道の駅やビーチへ連れて行ってくれたり、時間があったので、お勧めのステーキまで食べる事ができました。
　車内でも、楽しい会話が続き、ガイドブックにはない沖縄の話なども聞けました。
　今後の旅行にも、時々はまた、お世話になりたいと思いました。

I used the ferry from Fukue Port to Aogata Port. There are free seating options, including sofa seats. Along the way, you can enjoy the scenery of the Goto Islands, and the interior of the ferry is spacious and comfortable. You can easily board by simply showing the app for smooth ticketing.

福江港から青方港まで利用。自由席で、ソファ席なども利用出来ます。
途中、五島の島々の景観も楽しめ、船内も広々しており快適に過ごせます。
アプリを見せるるだけでスムーズに発券してもらえて楽に乗船できます。

I went with a child in the lower grades of elementary school. Since each floor and area has a different theme, we spent 2-3 hours there without realizing it. While otters can be found in other aquariums, I believe this is the only place where you can get a plush of the polka dot stingray. Of course, the real fish were great, but the child seemed to really enjoy the fish on the monitor that talked back, and kept trying to engage with it.

小学生低学年の子どもと一緒に行きました。
各階やエリアでテーマが違うのでじっくり見ていたら2-3時間あっという間でした。
カワウソクジは他の水族館にもあるのですが、ポルカドットスティングレイのヌイグルミが貰えるのは唯一だと思います。
本物のお魚はもちろんですが、子どもはモニターに映っておしゃべりをしてくれる魚がとても気に入ったようで何回も話しかけていました。

On a Sunday when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, I was prepared to wait quite a while, but I was able to board the boat right away. The conversations with the boat crew were enjoyable, and I was very satisfied to be able to buy some dango during the trip before leaving the boat.

桜満開の日曜日かなり待たないと行けないかと覚悟してましたが直ぐに船に乗せてもらえ船上中船頭さんたちのトークも楽しく途中船上での買い物で団子を買って頂く事が出来大変満足し船を後にしました

It took about 40 minutes by bus from Naha City Hall and Okinawa Prefectural Office. Considering the location and travel time to the Churaumi Aquarium, it is convenient from the city center.

那覇市役所、沖縄県庁などからバスで約４０分程度でした。　美ら海水族館への立地、所要時間を考慮すると市街地からは便利です。

Since it was an early morning departure from the port that I was using for the first time, purchasing tickets in advance was convenient. The ticket exchange was quick, and I had extra time to take photos at a leisurely pace.

初めて利用する港の早朝発便なので、事前購入が便利でした。
チケット交換も早く、時間が余ってゆっくり写真が取れました。

I was able to purchase tickets at a discount with my card in advance, and the boarding process was smooth. It was a relief since I had a lot of luggage due to the rain. Although I had to cancel another trip due to a flight cancellation, I received an email right away confirming a full refund with no cancellation fee, which was reassuring.

事前にカードで安く購入できて、乗船前の手続きがスムーズでした。
雨天で荷物が多かったので、助かりました。
また別日の便は欠航でキャンセルしましたが、
キャンセル料0円で返金、のメールがすぐに来て安心しました。

I was initially worried about what kind of taxi driver would come, but the driver was very friendly, and I felt comfortable entrusting my journey to him. I would recommend this to others as well.

どんなタクシー運転手の方がくるのか、最初は不安でしたがとても気さくな方でこちらも安心して旅を任せられました。他の方にもおすすめします。

I was disappointed that I couldn't get on the bus I wanted because I didn't have much knowledge and made a reservation. I reserved a designated seat and went to the bus center to confirm, only to find out that this reservation was only for a bus with unreserved seats. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to board. As an elderly person, I thought I had secured a designated seat, so I was quite disheartened.

あまり知識がなく予約してしまって
乗りたいバスに乗れなくて残念でした。
バスの指定席を予約してバスセンターに行って確認したらこの予約は自由席のみのバスしか乗れなくて30分ならんで乗りました。高齢者なので指定席がとれていたと思っていたのでがっかりでした。

As someone who grew up in Kyoto and knows it well, I wanted to guide a friend visiting from Tokyo, so I climbed Kyoto Tower for the first time in about 15 years. The wonderful thing about Kyoto is the absence of tall buildings. The natural scenery and cityscape are easy to appreciate, and the sky appears vast. Kyoto Tower, which offers a panoramic view of the city rich in nature while being urban, is highly recommended as a tourist spot, comparable to temples and shrines. I hope visitors can enjoy both experiencing Kyoto on foot and viewing it from above.

京都で育ち京都をよく知ってる私ですが、東京から来た友人に案内したくて15年ぶりくらいに登りました。京都の素晴らしさは高い建物がないこと。自然と街並みがわかりやすく、空が広く見えること。都会でありながら自然豊かな京都が一望できる京都タワーは、寺院などに匹敵するくらい観光スポットとしてオススメです。自分の足で歩いて感じる京都と共に、上から眺める京都を楽しんでもらいたい場所です。

The naked mole rat is adorably creepy. I always feel disappointed that the otter is quietly tucked away in the corner. I wish it would move to a more prominent spot. The otter plush from the lottery is highly recommended!

ハダカデバネズミがきもかわいいですよカワウソ君がひっそりすみっこなのがいつも残念に思っています。もっと目立つところに移動してくれないかなぁ。くじ引きのカワウソぬいぐるみは超おすすめです。

I booked a private car from this tour for half a day in Okinawa. The driver was very nice and drove carefully while also providing guidance. The car was old, but other than that, it was a satisfying tour. I would like to use this service again.

沖縄初で、半日こちらのツアーから貸切の車を予約しました。運転手さんもとても良い方で丁寧に運転してガイドもしていただきました。車が古かったですが、それ以外は満足出来るツアーでした。また利用させて頂きたいです。

They took us on a course that matched our wishes, managed the time well, and took us to recommended places. We had a little extra time, but they made a detour to drop us off at the hotel, which we wouldn't normally do during sightseeing. We were able to enjoy our sightseeing with peace of mind.

希望通りのコースで回ってくれ時間配分を見ておすすめの所にも行ってくれました。少し時間が余りましたが普段観光では出来ない遠回りしてホテルへ送ってくれました。安心して観光が出来ました。

I visited while waiting at a restaurant in the station building. It was nice to see the streets and the view far away beautifully. It seems to be popular at night as well, but I thought it would be nice to relax and dine during the quieter daytime. It's good to stop by, but I don't think it's worth going out of your way for.

駅のビルで飲食店の待ち時間に行ってみた。街並みと、遠くの方まで奇麗に見れてよかったです。夜も人気みたいですが、空いている昼間にのんびり飲食したらいいと思いました。ついでに行くのはよいけど、わざわざは行かなくていいかなと思いました。

I was guided to Okinawa World, the Peace Memorial Park, and the Himeyuri Monument by a chartered sightseeing taxi. I enjoyed Okinawa World so much that I had to change my plans for the rest of the day, but the driver was very accommodating and shared many interesting stories, making for a fulfilling day. Thank you very much. The next time I come to Okinawa, I would like to use your service again and visit the spots I couldn't go to this time.

貸切観光タクシーでおきなわワールド、平和祈念公園、ひめゆりの塔ほかを案内して貰いました。
おきなわワールドを堪能しすぎて、その後の予定を変更せざるを得なかったですが、運転手さんには臨機応変にご対応頂き、またとても興味深いお話しでとても充実した1日でした。ありがとうございました。次回沖縄に来る際には、また利用させて頂いて今回行けなかったスポットに連れて行って頂きたいです。

I took the ferry from Nagasaki to Fukue and returned by jet foil. The jet foil is definitely fast! However, I felt that the ship lacked a sense of luxury for the price. It's close to the cost of a low-cost carrier flight from Tokyo to Nagasaki... I think they could differentiate it a bit more from the ferry. Compared to airplanes, it feels a bit overpriced.

長崎→福江で行きはフェリー、帰りはジェットフォイルで利用しました。
やっぱりジェットフォイルは速いですねー。
でも、料金の割には船には高級感がないなーと思いました。
東京ー長崎のLCCの飛行機と近い値段なのに・・・。
もうちょっとフェリーとの差別化を図ってもよいのではと思いました。
飛行機と比べると割高感を感じてしまいます。

The jetfoil has almost no swaying, and I even looked out the window to see if we were really going fast. The ride is very comfortable.
