Finale for our Hawaii Trip

After spending a week in the sun I decided my husband and I needed a to revive our suntanned skin before we flew back to Michigan. We both picked the Tropical Hawaiian Body Scrub and then they let you choose what kind you want when you get to the spa (I picked the coconut and my husband got the Kona Coffee). Such a nice way to end out vacation. We felt fresh and clean and oh so tropical. Thanks for a grand finale!

if you love chocolate...

If you love chocolate then you have to do this! We did the chocolate exploration yesterday and it was incredible. Side by side massage was relaxing and romantic, then the therapists show you how to use the chocolate body scrub...which is edible by the way, then they leave you alone to hang out and enjoy the couples suite. All I can say is that was a SWEET time!

you have to get the Frangipani

The girls from work and I decided to have a "spa day" and we choose Mandara. It was the first time any of us had been to this spa before although we get massages on a regular basis. Number one the massage therapists are amazing and we will be going back to request a number of them for our next massages. Second you get to use the outdoor pool and jacuzzi and the indoor whirlpool at the Spa for free when you get a massage so that was an unexpected treat. Finally you have to upgrade to the Frangipani Hair and Scalp Conditioning with your massage. You won't regret it, that stuff smells so good and its amazing to have them massage your head, plus its a great conditioning treatment for you hair!

Heavenly Mandara Four Hand Massage

I took my wife to Mandara Spa for our anniversary but I wanted to do something really special. We had a couples massage in the suite like usual but I decided to try the Four Hands Massage which is apparently one of Mandara's specialties. I have had plenty of massages before but never with two massage therapist at once - what an incredible feeling. My wife was equally impressed and we will be sure to add this to our list as our new favorite massage.

unexpected

I was on a business trip to Hawaii and didn't expect to find time for any relaxing but when I found myself with an evening free I headed to Mandara Spa. First rate facial....at least now I looked stress free even though I still had work to do later in the week. Plus when you recieve a treatment at the spa you get to use their gym and sauna/steamroom facilities, what a superb bonus!

I had the pleasure of recieving a facial from Nena last week at Mandara Spa. What a caring and informative woman, she really put me at ease and made this facial one of the best I have ever had.

Wild Wetsuit Experience

My Mom and I went on the Sea Trek Adventure in April. We didn't know we would have to put on a wetsuit but it was totally worth it!!! It feels like you are scuba diving with so many sea creatures surrounding you. It was peaceful and exciting at the same time with the gentle manta rays gliding over your head and sea turtles swimming up to peer into your helmet! We even got to pet the silky belly of a GIANT Manta Ray - what an unforgettable experience!!!

Unique and Amazing

I have no idea sea lions were soooo amazing. You really get up close and personal, petting and playing with them. My Mom and I hung out with the sea lions and we had so much fun....we bought every picture they took of us because you can tell how from the photos that we were having the time of our lives!

the best of the best!

The perfect location, within walking distance to my hotel and you get to enjoy the sunset on waikiki! Amazing food, the best I have ever had at a Luau and absolutely incredible entertainers.
