It was great! Pick up and drop off near hotel area, perfect. Sunrise hike to Diamond Head is a great way to start the day. You can go at your own pace. Views of sunrise and surrounding areas were beautiful! After the hike, driver dropped us off to Eggs N Things. Delicious!! After breakfast, driver picked us up and dropped us off near hotel.

A sunrise hike up diamond head is a must do. The Acai bowl at Bogarts was a perfect refresher after the hike. I would do this again

I participated in the 4-day unlimited ride on the all-line trolley. I used the Pink Line every day, and I rode each of the other lines for one day, using the Blue Line twice. It had been six years since my last ride, but the Blue Line, which runs east, is my absolute favorite! ✨ Although it's the longest route, there was a restroom break at Sea Life Park. Riding the trolley while feeling the Hawaiian breeze is the best‼️ The views from the trolley, the upbeat music playing inside, and the humorous guidance from the driver were all so enjoyable! ❤️ The price has gone up, but since it takes you around all the tourist spots, I highly recommend it for those visiting Oahu for the first time.

ピンクラインは毎日利用しましたし他の路線は1日ずつそれぞれに乗車してブルーラインは2回利用しました。
6年ぶりの利用でしたが東を走るブルーラインは1番のお気に入りの路線です✨時間的には1番長い路線ですがシーライフパークでトイレ休憩もありました。
ハワイの風を受けながらのトロリーは最高です‼️
トロリーから眺める景色、トロリー内で流れる軽快なリズムの音楽、運転手さんのユーモア溢れるガイド全てにおいて楽しかったです❤️
お値段は高くなりましたが観光名所を隈なくまわってくれるのでオアフ島を初めて訪れる方には

During our visit to Hawaii, we decided to book a tour to Diamond Head for Sunrise Hiking. It was the best decision we made. Blue Lei Hawaii Tours provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The driver arrived early and was very kind and helpful. We also received a delicious donut at the end of the hike! I'm glad we chose Blue Lei Hawaii Tours, and I would highly recommend using them for any of your tour needs.

It was lots of fun… the company we chose was great… easy pickup and return to your hotel area… people were super friendly and the breakfast part of it was a great option to choose… all good… the hike was awesome… be prepared though … water and light clothing… we went in August and it was very warm out even before sunrise. Excellent views… I would totally recommend this company for this event…!!!!! The views are amazing…!!!

It was good to go early as by the end we were sweating, couldn't imagine it being any later!

There were some places in the suburbs where it was hard to figure out where to catch the trolley, so it would be great if there were signs at the trolley stops or if I could check via an app.

On the first day of arrival, since I couldn't predict my time and physical condition, I decided to take the Waikiki Trolley. Although I could purchase tickets on-site, I opted to make a reservation in advance. After making the reservation, I showed my voucher at the local counter and exchanged it for a paper ticket (it seems that if you book through the official website, you can receive an electronic ticket).

This time, I purchased a one-day pass, but unlike other companies, the Waikiki Trolley's one-day pass is valid for two consecutive days, so I used it over two days to ride three routes (Blue, Green, and Red). From my experience, the recommendations for sightseeing points and how to spend time varied depending on the driver, but I appreciated that it took us to various tourist spots around Waikiki.

Additionally, in terms of differences from other trolley buses, aside from the fare and destinations, I got the impression that the clientele was different. While the Waikiki Trolley carries tourists from America, the High Bus and LeaLea Trolley seemed to mainly cater to Japanese tourists. However, in any case, it was rarely fully booked, and unlike The Bus, the interior was open, allowing us to enjoy the pleasant Hawaiian breeze while sightseeing.

到着初日は時間と体調が読めないために、ワイキキトロリーに乗ろうと思っており、事前に手配できることはしておこうと、当日現地で購入することもできますけど、事前申し込みをしました。申し込み後、現地のカウンターで、バウチャーを見せ、紙のチケットに交換してもらうという形です（公式サイトから予約すると電子チケットが受け取れるようです）。
今回、一日券を購入しましたが、ワイキキトロリーは他社と違って、今のところ一日券は連続する2日間有効なので、２日間かけて3路線（ブルー・グリーン・レッド）乗車しました。乗った感想では、運転手さんによって、この観光ポイントを見てもらいたい、というおすすめの場所と時間の使い方が違いますが、ワイキキ周辺の観光地を訪問してくれるのがありがたかったです。
また、他社のトロリーバスとの違いですが、料金や訪問先以外には、見たところ客層が異なるという印象を受けました。ワイキキトロリーはアメリカ人などの観光客も乗車しますが、ハイバスやLeaLeaトロリーは日本人観光客が中心という印象を受けました。ただ、いずれにしてもあまり満席になることは少なかったですし、ザ・バスと違って車内はオープンなので、ハワイの心地よい風を受けながら、観光ができてよかったです。

We enjoyed our hike at Diamond Head. Gorgeous views! Go early. It gets hot. Driver was nice and provided us water. Would definitely recommend this excursion.

My daughter and I had a great time climbing Diamond Head. We could go at our own pace which was awesome.
My daughter also left her hat on the van and they got back to me super quick when I emailed them and we just picked it up from their office. Fantastic customer service.

My husband and I recently booked the tickets and shuttle to hike Diamond Head as I was reading how you had to have reservations to hike unless you are local. This is a change since the first time I hiked it when you didn’t have to make reservations. We also didn’t rent a car this visit, so the shuttle was perfect as it dropped us off and picked us up at a designated time. We were given tips on the way there as well as instructions how to make the hike more enjoyable. I highly recommend going with this company as you have three times to choose from to be picked up without the dynamics of reserving tickets or driving there or finding parking which is limited. The shuttle takes you as close to the trailhead as possible

booked this last minute when I learned you needed a ticket to enter diamond head and those offered by the national park system were sold out. I was very pleased with the ease of booking they were on time provided excellent direction on where to meet events if the morning. Highly recommend!

What views, the crater and then the whole shoreline of Waikiki from above, its unreal! Cant wait to go back.

The tour driver was great! He got us there and through the gate in a timely manner. However, if you are looking for serenity or a peaceful hike, you have come to the wrong place. It was so crowded it was hard to enjoy. Had some younger individuals that thought we might all enjoy their music blaring.

This site would benefit from a timed entry system.

A beautiful view from above overlooking the Waikiki city while on a volcano crater!! with a fun delicious ending!! Take this tour you wont regret it.

I took the Red Line and got off at the Honolulu Museum of Art, then rode from the museum to the Waikiki Shopping Plaza. It took some time, but I was able to stop at several places to take photos, and although the explanations were in English, it was nice to enjoy a leisurely sightseeing experience.

レッドラインに乗ってワイキキ美術館で降りてまたワイキキ美術館からワイキキショッピングプラザまで乗りました。時間はかかってしまいますが、
途中何ヶ所か止まって写真撮れたり、英語ですが説明をしてくれたり、のんびり観光できて良かったです。

Oahu is so beautiful- Diamondhead is a must see but to add the Makapuu Lighthouse was an easy transfer for my day

Our driver was amazing. So kind and friendly. The hike was beautiful. Definitely worth doing if you are in the area. I would do it again.

The cheerful driver provides sightseeing explanations in English at key points. If you want to see the city, take the Red Line. For local dining, use the Green Line, and for views of Diamond Head's crater and the East Coast, take the Blue Line. It's a bit pricey, but it's an efficient way to tour, and it's safe, so I'm glad I took it every day. I definitely got my money's worth! By the way, during the first week of my stay, I used the trolley, and in the second week, I used the local bus. The trolley is a relaxed way to travel and is definitely fun!

陽気なドライバーさんが要所要所で英語で観光説明してくれます。街を見るならレッドライン。ローカルダイニングに行くならグリーンライン、ダイアモンドヘッドのクレーターや東海岸の景色
ならブルーライン。少しお値段は高いけど、効率良く観光できて、治安も安全なので、毎日これに乗って良かった。しっかりと元を取れましたよ！
ちなみに、滞在1週間目はトローリー、2週間目は地元のthe busを利用しました。トローリーは、気楽に旅できて、断然、楽しいです♪

I took the full course for four days. The driver was kind and cheerful, making for a very enjoyable sightseeing experience in Hawaii.

We were picked up promptly and driver very informative. Dropped off on time to do our event. Upon completion driver there with our fresh malasadas. Then took us and got us seated for our açaí bowls. Came back, on schedule, an hour later and then dropped us back off at our hotel. All so perfectly done and what a pleasant driver.

Excellent hotel to crater service. Adam was courteous and knowledgeable.

The coupon pickup location is at the ticket booth for the trolley station on the north side of T Galleria Hawaii by DFS, but in reality, there was a cart on the sidewalk on the Royal Hawaiian Avenue side of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

Last time (December 2019), there were 10 routes, making it difficult to choose, but due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, there were only 4 routes available this time. However, it was exactly the route I wanted to see, so it was very helpful. I think the driver did a great job providing a lot of information in English. (I didn't understand the meaning very well, though...)

前回（2019年12月）は10路線もあり選ぶのが大変でしたが、まだコロナの影響で4路線しか有りませんでした。ですが、丁度見に行きたい所の路線でしたのでとっても助かりました。運転手さんが英語で沢山案内してくれてとても良かったと思っています。（英語の意味は良く分からなかったですが・・・）
