When the bus arrived, the staff did not call out our names. I thought it might have been an oversight, but I wondered if we would have been left behind if we hadn't noticed. The driver seemed kind, so I didn't feel too bad about it.

バスが到着した際、係員の方が私達の名前だけ呼んでくれませんでした。呼び忘れかと思いますが…気付かなかったら置いていかれていたのではと思いました。

I was able to travel comfortably in the pickup van. I hadn't decided on a service for the return trip, but the driver was friendly and made a good impression, so I asked for them again for the return.

ピックアップバンで快適に移動出来ました。
帰りの業者を決めていなかったのですが、運転手さんもフレンドリーで印象が良かったので、帰りもお願いしました。

I made a request through the web the day before departure. The confirmation for the pickup was communicated without any stress. The driver also casually asked where I was from, which made for a nice final memory on the way to the airport.

ピックアップの確認も、ストレスなく連絡いただきました。運転手さんも、どこから来たの？と気軽に話しかけてくれて、空港までの最後の思い出が出来ました。

I had a reservation for transportation between the hotel and the airport when returning from my trip to Hawaii. However, on the morning of my departure, I received notice that my flight from Honolulu to Japan would be delayed by 8 hours due to an approaching typhoon. I hurriedly tried to contact them, but due to the time difference, I couldn't get through. However, when I directly contacted Roberts and requested a change in the pickup time, they readily agreed, which was a great help! I felt anxious about the irregular situation in a foreign country, but I was relieved to know that I could get to the airport without any issues. Our conversation was a bit awkward, but their response was very trustworthy. I definitely plan to use their services again next time!

ハワイ旅行の帰国の際にホテル〜空港間で予約してましたが、当日の朝に日本が台風接近のためホノルル発が8時間遅れるとの連絡があり、慌ててこちらの問い合わせに連絡しましたが時差のため当然連絡付かず。しかしロバーツに直接問い合わせ、送迎の時刻の変更を申し出たところ、快諾して頂きとても助かりました‼️異国でのイレギュラーな状況で不安でしたが、とりあえず空港へ問題なく行けるという安心感が得られました。お互いにたどたどしい会話でしたが(笑)とても信頼のある対応でした。次回からも是非利用させて頂こうと思います‼️

The pickup was handled by a local woman. She was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. While there are fixed-rate taxis available, considering tips, I think the included shuttle bus is more convenient and enjoyable.

ピックアップは現地の女性の方でした。すごく感じが良く、笑顔で対応して頂きました。定額タクシー等ありますが、チップなどを考えると含まれているシャトルバスは気楽で良いと思います。

I had to wait quite a bit at the airport. The car to pick me up didn't arrive for a long time, and even when it did, it seemed like they were waiting for other people until the car was full.
If you're traveling with two or more people, maybe a taxi would be a better option?

空港で結構待たされました。なかなか迎えの車も来ないし、来ても車が満席になるまで他の人を待っていたようです。
2人以上の利用ならタクシーかな？

It may not be as fast as a taxi, but if you have a lot of luggage or want a smooth journey, I recommend it. Since the bus is small, it shouldn't circle around the hotel too much.

タクシー程早くは行けませんが、荷物が多い方やスムーズな旅がしたければ、お勧めです。バスが小型なので、ホテルをぐるぐる回ることはなそうです。

If you are staying at Hilton Village, please note that there is a considerable distance from the Grand Waikikian to the bus departure point.

Since we were on a long-term stay with a baby, we had quite a lot of luggage, but they kindly helped carry it, which was a great relief. It was reassuring even with a baby.

赤ちゃん連れの長期滞在だったのでかなり荷物が多くなってしったのですが、快く運んでくれて助かりました。赤ちゃん連れでも安心でした。

Since it was a shared ride, it couldn't be helped, but the number of seats was tight and there was no extra space. It would be better if there were a bit more room.

乗り合いなので仕方ありませんが席数がギリギリで余裕無しでした。
もう少し余裕があると良いのですが。

As soon as I exited the gate, I was guided to the car, and I arrived at the hotel in no time. The staff were very friendly, and I was able to use the service with peace of mind without feeling any inconvenience.

ゲートを出てすぐに車に案内され、あっという間にホテルに到着しました。
スタッフの方もとても親切で不便を感じることなく安心して利用できました。

We arrived at the hotel almost on time. The driver was cheerful and happily shared information about the islands with other guests. There were no issues at all.

ホテルにはほぼ定刻に着きました。ドライバーの方も明るく他のお客様に離島の情報を楽しく話されてました。何の問題も無かったです、

When I arrived at the group exit, it was closed that day, so I had to exit through the individual exit and went to the counter, but there was no one there. I was told that someone from another company might be over there, so I went to look for Hawaiian Airlines and checked the exit again, but I couldn't find anyone. I asked the person at the neighboring counter to borrow a phone to make contact.

I called, and they came, but even though it was supposed to be for the arriving flight, there was absolutely no response, which was really frustrating. Everyone from other companies was waiting at the exit, and I thought the prices were similar, but their service was really poor.

到着した団体用出口出るとあったが、その日は団体出口はしまっていて個人用出口から出てカウンターまで行ったがそこには誰もいなくて、他の会社の人があっちにいるかもしれないから見てこいと言われハワイアン航空のところに探しに行ったり、出口にまた行ったりしたが見つからなくて、隣のカウンターの人に頼んで電話を借りて連絡しました。
電話したので来てくれたけど、到着便に対応となっていたのに全く対応されていなくて本当に困りました。他の会社は皆んな出口で待っているのに、金額も同じようなものだと思うのに全く対応が悪いと思いました。

They picked me up on time. The return trip was smooth, and perhaps because the roads were clear, we arrived at the airport in about 20 minutes. Upon arriving at the airport, they were aware of each airline by group and checked for us, which was helpful. They drop you off close to the check-in area of the airline, so it's reassuring. And to think that the tip is included! It's a wonderful service. I'm glad I used it.

時間通りにピックアップしてくれました。
帰り道もスムーズで道路が空いていたためか、20分くらいで空港に到着。空港に着くとグループごとに各航空会社を把握してくれていて、確認してくれたので助かりました。航空会社のチェックインの場所に近い場所に降ろしてくれるので安心です。
それでチップも含まれているなんて!!

I always use this service when traveling from Honolulu Airport to Waikiki with a small group. By chance, I ran into a friend who arrived on a different flight at the spot with the staff member wearing a yellow aloha shirt. My friend was using the same service, and we ended up in the same vehicle, allowing us to meet up before reaching our destination (laughs).

ホノルル空港からワイキキへの移動に、少人数の際には必ず利用しています。偶然にも、別の飛行機で到着した現地集合の友人と、黄色いアロハを着た係員さんのところで遭遇。友人も同じく利用していて、乗車する車も同じで、目的地に着く前に合流出来ました（笑）

I used it for a round trip, but it took over an hour to arrive. I used it when transferring from the Big Island to Honolulu on a domestic flight. After boarding at the domestic arrival gate, we went around to the international arrival gate to pick up more passengers, which took quite a bit of time before heading to the hotel.

往復で利用しましたが、到着まで1時間以上かかりました。ハワイ島から国内線でホノルルへ移動時に利用、国内線到着口で乗ってから国際線到着口にまわり、さらに乗客を乗せてからホテルに向かうのでかなりの時間がかかります。

This was my first time using this service. The check-in counter was easy to find, right next to the group exit at Honolulu Airport, and the check-in process was simple. Additionally, the escort to the parking lot was smooth and friendly, and we boarded the bus quickly with almost no waiting time. I was very satisfied with the service.

今回初めてこちらのサービスを利用しました。チェックインカウンターもホノルル空港の団体出口のすぐ隣でわかりやすく、簡単にチェックインできました。また、その後の駐車場へのエスコートもスムーズで親切、バスへの乗車もすぐで待ち時間はほとんどありませんでした。とても満足できるサービスでした。

The bus transfer within the airport and customs inspection took a lot of time. It took about two hours from the scheduled arrival time of the flight, but I was kindly guided to the bus parking area. The driver was also friendly and helpful.

Additionally, the fact that this plan included a tip was very appealing as it saved me the hassle of preparing one.

空港内のバス移動と税関検査にとても時間がかかってしまいました。飛行機の到着予定時刻から2時間ほどかかってしまったのにも関わらず、丁寧かつ親切にバスの駐車場まで誘導して頂きました。
ドライバーも親切で良かったです。

あとこのプランにはチップが含まれていることも、用意する手間が省けて大変魅力的でした。

The waiting time at the airport was short, and I was taken right to the front of my accommodation, so it was very convenient. I think I will use this service again next time.

I was told by the driver on the way there that they would come to pick me up here, so I waited, but it seemed to be a misunderstanding. The driver for the return trip said, "That's not right!!!" After explaining the situation, they understood, but I felt sorry for the Western passengers who had to wait.

行きのドライバーさんから、ここに迎えに来るから、と言われたところで待っていたら、違ったようで、帰りのドライバーさんから、違うよっ！！！と言われました。事情を説明したら分かってもらえましたが、同乗の欧米人？をお待たせしたようで申し訳なかったです。

The hotel's location was right in the middle of Waikiki, so our arrival time was a bit delayed. The bus is easy to understand, making it easy to find.

ホテルのロケーションがワイキキの真ん中だったこともあり、到着時間が少し遅れました。バスはわかりやすいため、見つけやすいです。

I was taken from Honolulu Airport to Outrigger Beach, and although it was a shared ride, it was comfortable and great. The wait time was short, and I definitely want to use it again next time.

ﾎﾉﾙﾙ空港からアウトリガービーチまで乗せてもらいましたが乗り合いでしたが快適でよかったです。待ち時間も少なく次回もぜひ利用したいと思いました。

The scheduled pick-up time had passed, and I was quite anxious when a car from another tour company, Roberts, arrived. When I explained the situation to the driver, he called the assigned driver and informed me that they were delayed due to traffic but that everything was fine. Thanks to that, I was able to wait with a bit more peace of mind, but in the end, I waited for nearly 30 minutes. It was quite nerve-wracking, but for some reason, the driver was very cheerful, and the atmosphere in the car was very pleasant; everyone seemed to be having a good time (we were the only two Japanese people).

迎えの予定時間を過ぎても車が来ず、かなり不安になった時に別ツアーのロバーツの車が。
ドライバーの方に事情を話すと担当のドライバーに電話をしてくれて「渋滞で遅れているけど大丈夫」とのことでした。
おかげでやや安心して待つことが出来ましたが結局30分近く待ちました(^^;
かなりドキドキさせられましたがなぜかとても陽気なドライバーさんで車内はとても和やかで皆さん楽しそうでした（日本人は私たち二人だけでした）

The pickup time was perfect. Since I registered my flight number, they stopped and dropped me off at each airline without me having to say anything. The shuttle was spacious and comfortable.

I requested a transfer from Honolulu Airport to the hotel. I thought it would be smoother and more efficient with a small group rather than going through a travel agency, but the pickup car didn't arrive for 40 minutes. When it finally did arrive, it still didn't leave and waited for other passengers from different flights before departing. There was way too much waiting time! Time is money.

旅行会社にお願いするよりも、きっと、少人数でスムーズ、無駄な時間がないかと思いましたが、到着40分も迎えの車は来ない、ようやく来たかと思ったら、まだ出発せず、他の便⁉︎のお客さんをまってから出発。待ちぼうけの時間がありすぎ‼︎時は金なり。

The morning departure had an early meeting time, but it was on schedule. Since we arrived at the airport a bit early, I think it's fine to be about 30 minutes late.

午前便で朝早い集合でしたが、時間通りでした。

Every time I travel to Hawaii, I either use a round trip or go from Waikiki to Honolulu Airport. This time, I used a rental car from Honolulu Airport to Waikiki, so I used it for my return. If you enter your departure time from the airport, the confirmation email will include the pickup time, which is convenient because you don't have to calculate when to head to the airport yourself. They always arrive on time, so it's reassuring!

毎回、ハワイの旅行の時は往復かワイキキからホノルル空港のどちらかを利用します。今回はホノルル空港からワイキキはレンタカーを利用したので、帰りに利用しました。帰りの空港からの出発時間を入力しておけば、予約確定のメールにピックアップの時間が記載して有るので、自分で空港に向かう時間などを計算しなくて済むので便利です。毎回時間通りに迎えが来てくれるので安心ですよー。
