It was great to be able to check in at the counter at the airport exit, receive assistance in Japanese, and have my luggage transported, allowing for a smooth arrival at the hotel.

空港出口のカウンターで受け付け後、日本語で対応してもらい、荷物も運んでいただきスムーズにホテルに到着できて良かった。

This trip was self-organized, and I was unsure about the transportation arrangements. Since it was in the Kahala area, I had trouble finding a service, but I was greatly helped by the smooth transportation while passing by the long lines for group tours.

今回の旅行は個人手配で、送迎をどうしようか。
またカハラ地区でしたので、お願いするところに困っていましたが、団体ツアーの大行列を横目に、スムーズに送迎いただき大変助かりました。

I think it's great that the hotel has limited pickup locations. The timing is also accurate, which gives me peace of mind. I plan to use it again next year.

ホテルのピックアップ先を限定しているのが良いと思います。
時間も正確で安心感があります。

A fun couple of hours snorkelling. Its expensive but enjoyable and memorable

The parasailing itself was great, but out of 10 participants (5 pairs), 3 people were throwing up on the boat after flying, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication before participating!

パラセイリング自体はとても良かったですが、参加者10人(5組)中、3人は飛んだ後に船で吐きまくりだったので、酔い止めを飲んで参加することをお勧めします！

The authentic hula is truly wonderful. The powerful fire dance, delicious food, and I really felt that I had come to Hawaii.
The couple sitting next to us, Mr. and Mrs. J from Montana, were very friendly. We chatted using a mobile translator, laughed, and had a really enjoyable luxurious time.

やっぱり本場のフラは素敵です。迫力のファイヤーダンス、美味しい食事、と、ああハワイに来たんだな、と実感しました。
お隣に座った、モンタナから来られたJさんご夫婦はとてもフレンドリーな方でした。携帯の翻訳でおしゃべりをして、笑って、本当に楽しい豪華な時間を過ごさせていただきました。

There were no Japanese people other than us, but the atmosphere was enjoyable with families, couples, and people from various countries. The price included two free drinks, but we were told that there was no charge for the third drink, making it all-you-can-drink. Just make sure not to forget to give a tip to the staff instead of paying the bill. The sunset was wonderful, and I thought the night view after sunset was worth a million dollars.

日本人は我々以外居なかったが、家族連れやカップル、いろんな国からの人達で楽しい雰囲気だった。
代金には2フリードリンクでしたが、3杯目からも代金は要らないと言われ、飲み放題でした。
ただ代金の支払いの代わりにスタッフにチイップを渡すのは忘れないように。
サンセットは素晴らしく、日没後の夜景も100万ドルの価値があると思いました。

Due to strong winds for two consecutive days, we had to turn back from the sea, but on the third try, we finally experienced parasailing in the best conditions. I brought my camera to take pictures while ascending, but I was so captivated by the scenery that I didn't take many photos. I'm glad I asked the staff to take pictures for me; they took about 200 photos for just $30.

2日連続の強風で海上で中止引き返しましたが、三度目の正直で最高のコンディションでパラセーリングを経験出来ました。
写真を撮ろうとカメラを持って上昇しましたが、景色に見とれてあんまり撮れず、スタッフにカメラ撮影を頼んで良かったです。30ドルで約200枚撮ってくれました。

I had a very good seat right in front of the show stage, which allowed me to enjoy the performance up close and fully experience the Hawaiian atmosphere. The performers also came down to the audience to shake hands and distribute gifts, showing great hospitality, which made it a lot of fun. The fire dance was intense enough to feel the heat of the flames, and it was impressive and entertaining! After the show, I was able to take photos with the performers as well. Thank you very much.

席がショーステージの目の前で、非常に良い席だったため、間近でパフォーマンスを見ることができ、ハワイ感を満喫することができました。
パフォーマーの方々も客席まで降りてきて握手をして下さったりプレゼントを配っていたりなど、サービス精神が高く、とても楽しかったです。
ファイヤーダンスは火の熱さを感じるほどで迫力もあり、面白かったです！
ショーの後はパフォーマーの方々と写真を撮ることもできました。ありがとうございました。

This was my second time using the service. The customer service is polite. If I had to say something, the reception counter is a bit hard to find. I will use it again next time.

I tried parasailing for the first time on my honeymoon. I have a fear of heights and don't handle thrills well, so I chose the 130m option. I was captivated by the beautiful scenery and the clear ocean, so I didn't feel scared and genuinely enjoyed it! However, I found it a bit scary to let go of the belt, so I think it's better to leave the photos during parasailing to someone who isn't afraid of heights.

We were the only Japanese people there, but thanks to the cheerful instructor, we didn't have any issues. We opted for the shuttle service, but if the hotel is within walking distance to the meeting point, it might have been nice to enjoy the beach on the way there and back without the shuttle.

It went by in a flash, but it became a wonderful memory! I want to do it again!

新婚旅行で初めてのパラセーリングに挑戦しました。高所恐怖症&絶叫苦手なので130m。
素敵な景色と綺麗な海に魅力されて、怖さは感じず素直に楽しめました♫
ただ、ベルトから手を離すのは少し怖かったのでパラセーリング中の写真は高所恐怖症じゃない方に任せた方がいいと思いました^ ^;
日本人は私達しかいませんでしたが、ノリの良いインストラクターさんのおかげで何も困ることはありませんでした。
送迎ありにしましたが、集合場所に歩いて行けるホテルであれば、行き帰りにビーチを楽しめるので送迎無しでも良かったかなと思いました。
あっという間でしたが、素敵な思い出になりました！またやりたい！

I found a tour where you can enjoy a meal while watching a hula dance show, which was my mother's wish. I was very satisfied with both the content of the show and the seats we were given. The meal was a buffet, and everything was delicious. There were many participants, so there was a line to get food, and we had to wait quite a bit, but while waiting, we were able to see the sunset, so it wasn't too tiring. The show was mostly in English. There were more Western guests than Asian ones, which was nice in a way that felt less typically Hawaiian.

母の希望でフラダンスショーを観ながら食事が出来るツアーを探していて見つけました。
ショーの内容も通された席も大満足。
食事はブュッフェでしたがどれも美味しかったです。参加者が多く食事を取りに行くのに行列が出来ていて結構待たなければなりませんでしたが、待っている間にちょうど夕焼けも見れて待ちくたびれると言う程ではなかったので良かったかと思います。
ショーは全般英語。お客さんもアジア人より欧米の方が多く、良い意味でハワイらしくなくて良かったです。

Since I had a golden seat, I was able to see well from the second or third row. Perhaps because it was outdoors in January, it was cold when the wind blew, and my body got chilly. Maybe it's better to wear warm clothes even in Hawaii when outdoors?!

Regarding the food, since I was cold, there were many cold dishes that didn't suit my taste. Personally, I found the outdoor show at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel to be more wonderful, and the food was better, so I rated the Hilton show three stars.

ゴールデンシートだったので前から２，３列目でよく見えました。1月の屋外だったせいか風が吹くと寒くて体が冷えてしまった。屋外の時はハワイでも暖かい恰好がいいのかも？！
お料理については 体が冷えてるから冷たい物が多くて口に合わなかった。
個人的にロイヤルハワイアンホテルの屋外のショーの方が素敵でお食事も良かったのでヒルトンのショーは星３つにしました。

It was an experience unlike any other we have done. The guides knew where the turtles were and were very happy to answer any questions! We saw so many turtles! I wish there had been a little intro to snorkeling for those who haven’t done this before. Good memories were made.

I had so much fun, and most importantly I saw so many beautiful sea turtles!!! The crew was really friendly. I would definitely recommend this tour!

On the day of the cruise, the wind was very strong, and it rained intermittently, but I had a great time cruising. As the captain said, "Today will be very bumpy" due to the wind and tide, it was indeed quite rocky, and I felt like I might be thrown off if I didn't hold onto the railing. (In such weather, it's not suitable for children.) The captain mentioned, "It's been windy all week; it's not usually like this."

However, I didn't get seasick, and I enjoyed the cruise while feeling good from the all-you-can-drink option. I was able to see a big rainbow stretching from Diamond Head to the city of Honolulu. The color of the ocean was beautiful. It was a shame that the sunset was quickly obscured by clouds and ended in the blink of an eye, but I accepted it since it's nature. If I have the chance, I would love to go again, but hopefully, next time there won't be any wind (so it won't be so bumpy).

当日は風がとても強く、また、雨が途中途中で降ったりもしましたが、楽しくクルージングできました。風と潮の関係で「今日はとても揺れる。」との船長さんの言葉通り、すごい揺れて、手摺につかまっていないとどこかに飛ばされそうでした。（こう言う天候の時は子供はNGですね）船長曰く「今週はずっと風が強い、いつもはこんなではない。」と言っていました。

しかし、船酔いもせずに、でも、飲み放題でいい気分に酔っ払ってのクルージングでした。ダイヤモンドヘッドからホノルルの街に掛けての大きな虹も見れました。また、海の色がきれいだった。サンセットは雲に邪魔をされて、アッと言う間に終わってしまったのは残念でしたが、まぁ、自然相手なので仕方なしと諦めました。機会があれば、また、乗りたいですが、今度は風がない（大揺れしない）といいなぁ。

On the day of my return, there was an incident where the pickup location changed due to a parade on Kalakaua Avenue, and I had to walk about five minutes from the hotel to the pickup spot. However, I received an email in advance about the location change, and the pickup arrived on time to get me.

帰国当日、カラカウア通りがパレードでピックアップ場所が変更になるアクシデントがあり、ホテルからピックアップ場所まで5分ほど歩かなければならなくなりましたが、事前に場所変更のメールを頂き、時間通りに迎えが来てピックアップしてもらいました。

Due to the wind, I couldn't fly for two consecutive days, but I was able to fly on the last day. Some of the staff spoke a little Japanese, but it was mostly in English. I couldn't speak at all, but I managed with gestures! They were really interesting people and it was fun!

After flying, I can only say it felt amazing. I have a fear of heights, but I was totally fine! The sensation of flying at a height of 120 meters is something you can't experience anywhere else, so it was truly the best time.

風の影響で2日連続で飛べず、最後の日に飛ぶことができました。スタッフさんは日本語が少し通じる方もいらっしゃいましたが、基本的にはずっと英語でした。全く喋れないですがジェスチャーでなんとかなります！すごく面白い方で楽しかったです！
飛んでからは本当に気持ちがいいの一言です。私は高所恐怖症ですが、全然大丈夫でした！120mの高さで飛んでる感覚は味わえないので本当に最高の時間でした。

It was both of our first time in Hawaii, and we went parasailing. I was a bit anxious because the guide only spoke English, but he was playful and spoke in broken sentences here and there, so we were able to enjoy it even without fully understanding each other! The view from the sky was just amazing!!!

2人とも初めてのハワイ、パラセイリングでしたし、ガイドも英語onlyで不安でしたが、所々片言でお茶目なガイドさんで、言葉が通じなくても楽しめました！空からの景色はもうサイコーーー！！！

I participated with seven family members and relatives. At first, I was worried because not all the staff were Japanese and they couldn't speak English, but once we set off, their kind service was excellent and I was very satisfied with the sailing experience. Thanks to them, it became a wonderful memory, and I am truly grateful. Thank you very much.

家族、親戚7名で参加。スタッフ全員が日本人ではなく、英語が話せないので最初は不安がありましたが、出発してからは親切な対応でサービスも最高で満足なセーリングでした。おかげで素晴らしい思い出となり、本当に感謝しています。有難う御座いました。

No matter how many times I ride, it's the best! Last year there were no snacks included, but this year I was able to enjoy some snacks. I recommend it because you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of Hawaii along with music, even more than on a dinner cruise.

I chose the plan to go up to the highest point! The tour guide was really fun, and it seems like if you say you don't want to get wet, you can go up and down without getting wet! Since we said we didn't mind getting wet, we soaked ourselves up to our waists in the sea! It was so much fun!

It was a tour where there were few Japanese tourists, allowing us to enjoy the overseas experience! The sunset was beautiful, and the tour guide had a great vibe. We had fun listening to music while enjoying drinks! The restroom was simple, but I felt safe even after drinking! It was a lot of fun!

There were many foreigners last time, but this time more than half were Japanese. The fireworks were beautiful, but everything else was pitch dark, so I thought maybe the sunset would have been better!

外人さんが多いとレビーがありましたが今回は半分以上日本人でした。花火は綺麗に見えましたがそれ以外は真っ暗なので、もしかしたらサンセットのほうがよかったかもーと思いました！

The pickup time was quite early at 9:50 for a 1:00 PM flight, but they arrived right on time. The driver was a foreigner and did not speak Japanese, but he handled everything without any issues. There were only two groups of Japanese and one group of foreigners, so it was a small number of passengers. For drop-off, they first took the foreign group to the terminal for Hawaiian Airport, and then after a short drive, they dropped us off at the terminal for the other airport, splitting it into two trips. They dropped us off near the ANA counter, so there was no confusion. I would like to request this service again next time when arranging individually rather than through a tour.

13:00フライトで9:50ピックアップと、時間はかなり早めでしたが、ピックアップ時間ピッタリに来てくれました。
外国人ドライバーで日本語は不可でしたが、問題なく対応してくださいました。
私達を含めて2組の日本人、外国人1組と少人数で対応して頂きました。
降車は、まず外国人グループをハワイアン空港用のターミナルに、その後少し走行してその他空港用のターミナルと2回に分けて行いましたが、ANAカウンターの近くで降車してくださったので、迷うことはありませんでした。
ツアーではなく個人手配の際は、次回もお願いしたいと思いました。

It took about two hours to arrive at the hotel after arriving at Honolulu Airport. After clearing customs and checking in at the counter, I was told that the car would arrive in about 10 to 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for about an hour. The person at the counter seemed to be Japanese, so they assisted me in Japanese, which was stress-free. They also apologized for the delays, which helped me feel more at ease. However, I noticed that the other tour guests who arrived on the same flight quickly disappeared, so I think I need to consider whether to use this service again in the future. The driver did not speak Japanese, but we had no issues getting to the hotel by just mentioning the hotel name, and since there were only four stops including ours, it was smooth once we got on the vehicle. If only the waiting time could be improved...

ホノルル空港到着から、2時間後にホテルに到着した形です。
関税等が終了して、カウンターで受付をしてから10~15分くらいで車が来ると言われて約1時間待ちぼうけでした。
カウンターの方は日本人？のようでしたので、日本語で対応して頂いたのでストレスはありませんでした。
また、随時、遅くなることを誤ってくれたりしていたので、心情的には落ち着くことができました。
ただ、同じ便できたツアー客がさ－っといなくなったので、今後使うかどうかは要検討かな、とは思いました。
ドライバーは日本語不可でしたが、ホテル名で問題なく行けましたし、私達を含めて4つしか回らない感じでしたので、乗り込んでからはスムーズでした。
待ち時間さえ何とかなれば……
