Crew was great and entertaining. Weather was perfect for the sunset. My wife and I had a great time.

We went to Hawaii for my son's autumn break in his first year of middle school. It was his first time parasailing, but our reservation was canceled due to strong winds. However, we were able to reschedule for the last day in Hawaii, and he was able to participate without any issues. It became a wonderful memory for our family of three to fly together. They offer a photo service for $30, and when we requested it, they handed us an SD card with over 100 photos, so we were glad we did it.

However, the meeting time was supposed to be 10:25 AM at Duke Kahanamoku, according to the printed voucher with the flashy company logo, but the vehicle was just a regular van and arrived at 10:55 AM. I called to confirm, but since it was a reschedule, I was really anxious about whether they would actually come. It seems there was a discrepancy with the meeting time, so it might be a good idea to double-check. The parasailing experience was fantastic.

　中学1年の息子の秋休みでハワイへ…息子は初めてのパラセイリングでしたが、予約の日が風が強いということでキャンセルに…しかし次の日のハワイ最終日に振り替えていただけて、無事参加できました。家族3人で飛ぶ事もできとても良い思い出になりました。30ドルで撮影をしてくれるのでお願いしたら、100枚以上撮影したＳＤを渡されたので撮ってもらって良かったです。
ただ…集合時間がデュークカハナモクに10時25分、派手な会社のロゴの入ったトロリーとバウチャー印刷時に書いてありましたが、車はただのバンだし時間は10時55分…電話もしましたが…振替という事もあり、本当に来るのかと不安な思いをしました。集合時間が違ったようなので、確認された方がいいかもしれません。パラセイリングは最高でした。

Before leaving Japan, my daughter and I went parasailing, while my wife opted to stay on the boat. Despite having completed the payment for all three of us through VELTRA with a card, we were told on-site that my wife's payment had not been made. Even after showing the confirmation that we had already paid for three people, we were stuck in a back-and-forth argument about the unpaid amount. As the boat's departure time approached, and not wanting to inconvenience other guests, we ended up paying again. Regardless of the amount, being forced to pay twice left me feeling very upset and diminished the enjoyment of the parasailing experience, which was disappointing. As a travel agency, how can you not communicate properly with the local operators? Situations like this ruin the travel experience and affect the credibility of the travel agency. I believe it would be wise to implement improvements to prevent similar issues from happening to others.

日本を発つ前に私と娘がパラセイルをして、妻はパラセイルをやらずにボートに乗船することでVELTRAさんにカードで支払いをすませたにもかかわらず、現地では妻の分は支払われていないとクレームされ、すでに3人分VELTRAさんに払っていると確認書を見せたにもかかわらず未払いとだ押し問答をしているうちに、ボートの出発時間になり、他のお客さんに迷惑をかけるわけにもいかず結局追加払いしました。金額の多寡にかかわらず二重に払わされ気分を非常に害し不愉快になりながらパラセイルをしたので、楽しさも半減以下となりがっかりでした。旅行会社として現地とちゃんとコミュニケーションがとれないというのはプロとしてどうなのでしょうか。こういうことをされると、せっかくの旅行気分が台無しにされるだけでなく、旅行会社としての信用にかかわりますので、他の方に同様なことが起こらないよう改善対策を取られた方がよいと思います。

Last year, I took this lesson for my first surfing experience. It was easy to understand even for beginners, and I was able to ride the waves. It was so much fun that I signed up again this year. Once again, I had an incredibly enjoyable time.

去年、初めてサーフィンをしたのが、このレッスンでした。初めてでも分かりやすくて波に乗れました。とっても楽しかったので、今年も申し込んじゃいました。やっぱり最高に楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

On Friday, fireworks will be launched from the Hilton, and you can watch them from the sea. It was a very special experience. Additionally, there was an all-you-can-drink option for Mai Tai, making it a cost-effective tour. It might get chilly at night, so I think it's a good idea to bring something to wear over.

金曜日にヒルトンから花火が上がるので、それを海の上から見ることができます。とても特別な体験でした。
さらに、マイタイというお酒が飲み放題でしたので、価格的にもお得なツアーでした。
夜は冷えるかもしれませんので、一枚羽織れるものを持ってくといいかと思います。

My first catamaran experience. I was a bit nervous because I didn't understand all the instructions in English, but the staff were all lively and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

We encountered a pod of dolphins right after setting sail! Everyone was super excited! After a while, we went snorkeling offshore. With the current, I panicked a bit since I can't swim, but the staff came right away and helped me back to the boat. She was a woman, but very reliable!

After that, we spotted 2 or 3 sea turtles lingering nearby, and everyone was excited again! The rest of the voyage was stable, and we enjoyed the views of Diamond Head and Waikiki from the sea. It was a really fun time.

初めてのカタマラン。
注意事項などすべて英語でよくわからず、ちょっとドキドキでしたが、スタッフはみな元気で雰囲気はとても良かったです。
出航してすぐイルカの群れに遭遇！全員大興奮！
しばらく走ったあと、沖でシュノーケリング。
潮の流れもあり、泳げない私はプチパニックでしたが、スタッフがすぐに来てくれ、船まで連れて行ってくれました。女性ですが、とても頼もしかった！
その後、ウミガメも2～3匹すぐそばにしばらくとどまっていて、みんなまたまた大興奮！
その後の航海も安定していて、ダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキの景色を沖から眺め、とても楽しい時間でした。

They arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. It was a different large van than the one we took to the hotel, and there were two other guests already on board as we headed to the airport. They dropped us off according to our respective airlines, which made for a pleasant experience. Since it was prepaid, it was hassle-free, which is great.

時間通りにホテルに迎えに来ていただけました。行きとは違う大型バンで、先客が2人おられ、私達のホテルから空港に向かいました。航空会社ごとに降ろして下さり、気持ちよく利用できました。先払いなので、手間がかからずいいですね。

My sister and I booked this excursion with the hopes of seeing turtles. Not only did we see them we swam with them. There were at least 6 of them in the area. The crew, Kevin, Ryan and Felipe were awesome. This was the best adventure with a great price. I would highly recommendations this.

Parasailing was my first experience, and it was amazing. My wife was scared at first, but surprisingly, she said it was totally fine, and we made great memories.

After exiting through the group exit and showing my voucher at the reception, I was given a shell lei. I was directed to a bench in the airport's rotary and was told to wait a moment. While I was realizing that I had arrived in Hawaii, the bus arrived. It was just the two of us going to Kahala, with no other hotel guests around, making for a luxurious transfer in a splendid bus. Since I had a golf bag, I have no complaints about the price, including the tip. I would like to use this service again.

団体用出口から出て、受付でバウチャーを見せると貝殻のレイをかけてもらいました。空港のロータリーのベンチに案内され、少しお待ち下さいと。ハワイに来たんだなーと実感してる間にバスが到着。カハラ行きは私達だけで、他のホテルの方もいなく、立派なバスに2人だけと言う贅沢な送迎でした。ゴルフバッグがあったので、チップ込みでこのお値段なら文句なしです。また利用したいです。

I applied for the opportunity to participate in a resort wedding. I was amazed to see people from the same boat flying so high! However, when I actually tried it, since I was surrounded by the sea, it wasn't scary at all, and I was able to enjoy my journey in the sky with peace of mind. In the end, they confirmed if it was okay to land with a hand signal, and after I gave the okay, I landed beautifully about twice, up to my neck, while laughing a lot, and then they lifted me back up to the boat. They also took photos, and I thought $33 was a bit pricey, but when I got home, I was surprised to find they had taken nearly 100 pictures!

リゾートウェディングへの参加の機会に申し込みました。
同じ船の方が飛んで行く姿を見てあんなに高くまで！と思っていましたが、実際に飛んでみると周りは海なので、高くて怖いということもなく、安心して空の旅？を楽しめました。
最後は着水okか手振りで確認され、okしたら見事に首のあたりまで2回ほど着水で、大笑いしながらまた上げてもらって船に戻りました。
写真も撮ってくださって、33ドルとやや高いかな？と思ったのですが、帰ってみたら100枚近く撮ってくれていたのでびっくりしました。

The structure of the show and the performers are slightly different each time, so I participate every time I go to Hawaii. Influenced by the lively spirit of the American people, I can't help but cheer in a way I never do in Japan, and that has become a fun memory as well. This time, I wonder if Michael's singing was a bit hard to hear?

The Mai Tai Catamaran Cruise was my second experience. The departure location is on the beach between the Sheraton Waikiki and Halekulani, so it was convenient for me since I was staying at the Sheraton. The staff is cheerful, and it's a fun cruise!

マイタイ カタマランクルーズは2回目の体験でした。
出航場所がシェラトンワイキキとハレクラニの間のビーチなので、シェラトンに宿泊している私には便利です。
スタッフも明るく楽しいクルーズですよ。

I used it because it was cheaper than a taxi for transportation from the airport to the hotel after arrival. I was a bit confused that we couldn't depart until everyone was gathered since I had plans right after arriving, but it was nice that there were guides to the sightseeing spots visible from the car window (it was in English, though).

It was my first time parasailing, and it was fun. Once we were 120 meters away from the boat, it was really quiet, and my companion and I enjoyed chatting while floating in the air. We went quite far offshore, so we had a great view of Waikiki. At the end, we also did a rapid ascent from just above the water's surface, and I was very satisfied (especially since I booked at a discount). There were about 65 to 80 photos taken, and when we returned to land, they were available for purchase on an SD card. It's $30 for cash and $35 for credit cards.

初のパラセーリングでしたが、楽しかったです。
120メートル船から離れると、本当に静かで、ツレと2人で楽しく話しながらの空中遊泳でした。
結構沖合いまで出ますので、ワイキキを一望できる感じです。
最後、水面スレスレorジャボンからの急上昇もやって頂き、(割引で申し込んだこともあり)大満足でした。
65〜80枚ぐらいの写真撮影があり、陸に戻ったらSDカードで売ってます。現金なら30ドル、クレジットカードなら35ドルです。

We participated as three generations of our family. The sunset was very beautiful, and the Mai Tai was delicious! My clothes got a little wet from the splashes, but that's also a nice memory.

親子三世代で参加しました。夕日がとても綺麗で、マイタイも美味しかった〜。水しぶきで服も少し濡れたけど、それもいい思い出。

I chose the 120m option. They provided transportation to the hotel, and the staff were friendly, making it a very enjoyable experience!

I think it might be difficult for those with acrophobia, but for those who are okay with heights, I absolutely recommend the 150m experience! The view is amazing, and it feels like the time spent is a bit longer! The local staff are also very friendly and fun. It's definitely going to be a memorable experience for a lifetime!!! You can ask them to take photos for you, so it would be a good idea to buy an SD card at the end. ★

高所恐怖症の方は難しいと思いますが、大丈夫な方は絶対150mがオススメです！！景色も最高だし、時間も少し長めに感じます！！現地のスタッフの方もノリが良くて楽しいです。一生の思い出になること間違いなしですよ！！！写真は頼んだらとってもらえるので、最後SDカードを購入した方が良いでしょう★

I was initially anxious about canoeing for the first time, including with my older relatives, but once I got on, it was so much fun! I want to do it again! (o^^o)

年配の親戚を含め、初めてのカヌーで最初は不安でしたが、乗ってみるととても楽しかったです！もう一度したいです(o^^o)

I had the most moving moments during this trip. It's not often in life that you experience something that makes you want to cry just from seeing the scenery. I would definitely recommend it to others, and if I have the chance to come back to Waikiki, I will make sure to include it in my schedule.

今回の旅行の中で、最も感動する時間を得る事が出来ました。景色を見て泣きそうになることなど、人生の内でそうそう体験出来るものではありません。他の人にも進めると同時にまたワイキキに来ることがあれば、必ずスケジュールに入れたいと思います。

The hospitality from everyone at the luau was outstanding! I was surprised by the bright and cheerful service. It was an incredibly fun time. Also, it was my first experience with a whole roasted pig. And once I tried it, it was exquisite; I've never had such delicious pork before. The show exceeded all my expectations and was incredibly lively. It's also convenient to be able to see it in Waikiki.

フラの皆さん、ホスピタリティ高過ぎ！　明るく楽しいおもてなしでビックリです。最高に楽しい時間でした。それから、ブタの丸焼きも初めての経験。しかも食べてみれば絶品で、こんなに美味しいブタを食べたのは初めてです。ショーも期待をはるかに上回る盛り上がりでした。ワイキキ内で見られるのも便利ですね。

It was my first time parasailing, and it was so much fun! I felt that 90 meters was a bit lacking, so I recommend going for 120 meters or 180 meters!

I had to wait at the front entrance, but I ended up waiting at the back entrance and caused trouble for the driver. I will be more careful next time.

There was no fear, just the beautiful view. I was very satisfied with the beauty of the ocean in Hawaii. The guide was friendly and made it enjoyable.
