I stayed at a condominium this time, and I was very grateful for the shuttle service right to the front door. Other companies often only go to nearby hotels.

I had some concerns because I had read reviews mentioning that they didn't arrive on time, but they were only about 5 minutes late, and I was able to arrive at the airport early, which made me very satisfied!

They mentioned that I should definitely print out the reservation screen, but I never had to show the paper once. (laughs)

The captain was very fun and made us feel relaxed. I had asked him not to drop me in the water (the sea), but it felt like he expertly adjusted it so that only my lower body, or rather my butt, would touch the water—probably on purpose. It was a laughing and enjoyable time.

キャプテンがとても楽しい方で和みました。水(海)に落とさないでとお願いしてたのに絶妙にお尻というか下半身だけ水につくよう調整された気がします、たぶんわざとかと。笑って楽しい時間でした。

My husband wanted to try parasailing last time, but I really couldn't do it, so he held back. This time, I prepared myself for tears and took on the challenge. I decided to go for 150 meters based on reviews. Until the moment I took off, I was really scared and trembling, but once I was in the air, it felt so light and the view was incredibly beautiful, so I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it! I didn't add on photo shooting, but I thought it might have been nice to have a keepsake! I interacted with the others on the boat and we took pictures of each other during the flight, so I recommend that too. It's definitely an activity I want to do again! I think motion sickness medication is a must.

主人が前回したいと言っていましたが私が本当にダメで我慢してもらったパラセーリング。今回は泣くの覚悟で挑みました。口コミを参考にどうせならと150メートル。自分が飛ぶ瞬間までは本当に恐怖で震えていましたが飛んでみるとふわっとして景色がすごく綺麗なので自分でも驚く程楽しむ事が出来ました！写真撮影の追加はしなかったのですが記念にしても良かったかなと思いました！乗り合わせた方々とやりとりして飛ぶ瞬間を撮りあったりしたのでそんなのもオススメです(^^)是非またやりたいアクティビティです♪酔い止めは必須かと思います(^^)

If you come to Honolulu, this is the number one thing you should do! The view is amazing, and the staff are very friendly, so I was able to enjoy it with my friends without any worries! I want to do it again!

Although there was a delay from the meeting point to departure, I really enjoyed the time spent on the boat thanks to the thoughtful arrangements. The Mai Tai was truly delicious.

待ち合わせから出発までが遅れましたが、船上でゆっくりと過ごせるよう配慮くださりとても楽しめました。マイタイ本当に美味しかったです。

There were few fish, and the only things to see were artificial structures and a sunken ship. I started to feel sleepy. The only time I got excited was when I was on the boat heading to the submarine, feeling the wind... I think it would have been more enjoyable if there had been more marine life. This isn't really the tour company's fault, though...

魚も少ないし見るものと言えば人工的に沈めた枠とか沈没船かな。眠くなってしまいました。テンションが上がったところと言えば潜水艦に向かう船で風に吹かれてるときかな・・・。もう少し生き物がいてくれたら楽しかったと思う。こればっかりはツアー会社のせいじゃないけど・・・。

The content of the show was diverse and very enjoyable without being boring.

When you arrive at the reception, you need to obtain a printed paper with a barcode. Just to be safe, I arrived around 16:40, and there were only about two groups ahead of me in the general line. Since you sit in a vertical line, if you arrive late, you might end up behind tall people, making it hard to see, so I recommend arriving early. Those with priority definitely get in before the general admission, so there is quite a wait between entry and the commemorative photo session. Even after being seated, you have to wait for those who arrived later, so it can feel long while holding a drink. With the buffet-style food, you can only go around once, and because there are many people, you will have to wait. I recommend taking a larger portion of food. If you don’t mind waiting, it’s not a problem, but since it’s in a foreign country with English all around, it can feel like you're waiting longer than the time spent watching the show. However, surprisingly, there were no children throwing tantrums, perhaps because they understood it was a special place.

ショーの内容はバラエティ豊かで飽きずにとても良かったです。

受付に到着したら、バーコードが印字された紙の発行が必要です。念のため16：40ごろに到着したら、一般では前には2組ほどしかいなかったです。縦並びに座るので遅くくると背の高い人の後ろになって見にくくなるので、早めがオススメです。一般より上の方が断然優先なので、入場から記念撮影の間がとにかく待ちます。着席しても、今度は後ろに並んでる人から遅めにきた人まで待つのでドリンク片手に長い。1周しか取れないブュッフェスタイルのフードを取るにも、人数が多いだけあって待ちます。フードは多めに取ることをお勧めします。並ぶのは苦じゃない方ですが、異国で英語が飛び交う中なので、ショー見てる時間より長いんじゃないかって感じてしまいます。でも、子供は意外にも特別な場所ということが分かるせいかぐずってる子はいませんでした。

Once the submarine dives, it stabilizes, so I didn't feel nauseous or experience any pressure changes. I joined a tour without a Japanese guide, but if you're just looking to enjoy the ocean, it's not a problem.

The handsome guide, Jordan, was hard to understand at all. I found the earphone guide a bit bothersome and took it off halfway through. I was satisfied to see turtles and sharks.

受付時間前に行かなくても他の方がルーズなので大丈夫です。早い者勝ちとかではないので・・・
潜水艦は潜ると安定してるので気持ち悪くなったり気圧が変になることはなかったです。
日本語ガイドがいないツアーに参加しましたが、純粋に海を楽しむなら問題ないです。
イケメンガイドさんのジョーダンが全く分からないくらいです。イヤホンガイドは途中面倒くさくて外してしまいました。亀やサメも見れて満足です。

You can enjoy parasailing, and since you go out into the bay by boat, you can view Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea. Although Japanese is not spoken, the staff is accustomed to Japanese guests, so I think you don't need to worry.

パラセイリングはもちろん、ボートで湾内に出るので、海側からワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドを眺めることができます。日本語は通じませんが、スタッフの方が日本人に慣れているので心配ないと思います。

We participated as a family of five on the 90m ride. Our children are 8 and 6 years old, and the 8-year-old brother, who isn't a fan of roller coasters, ended up crying on the boat and couldn't go on. Instead, I went twice. The younger child said it was fun and wants to do it again. If you are prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take something beforehand!

90ｍに家族5人で参加しました。
子供は8歳と6歳で8歳のお兄ちゃんは元々ｼﾞｪｯﾄｺｰｽﾀｰなど好きではないので案の定船の上で大泣きで出来ませんでした。
その代わりに私が2回飛びました。
下の子は楽しいと言ってもう一回やりたいと言っています。
船酔いする方はあらかじめ飲んでいった方が良いかも！！

The weather was clear, and I enjoyed the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from above, experiencing sights that can't be seen from the ground. It felt like I was a bird.

We paired up and had about a 10-minute aerial walk. There wasn't unnecessary conversation, but if you wanted, they offered to take photos and provided a chapon service, which was efficient and nice.

We boarded the boat with six pairs and took turns parasailing, but since there was some waiting time on the boat, I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take anti-nausea medication about 30 minutes before boarding.

Since the location was in the developing Ward area, we declined the return shuttle and enjoyed lunch at the newly opened Merriman's in Waikiki before heading back.

It was a memorable day in Hawaii. Thank you, Veltra!

天気は快晴、空からワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドを見渡せ、地上からは見られない景色を堪能しました。
まるで鳥になった気分です。
2人一組、だいたい10分程度の空中散歩です。
必要以上な会話はないけれど、希望すれば写真やチャポンサービスしてくれたりと、サービスに無駄がなくよかったです。
わたしたちは、6組が一緒に船に乗り込み、順番にパラセーリングしましたが、船上での待ち時間があるので、酔いやすい方は乗船30分前くらいに酔い止めをのまれることをお勧めします。
場所は、開発の進むワード地区であった為、帰りの送迎は遠慮し、ワイキキに新しくオープンしたメリマンズで昼食を満喫し帰りました。
ハワイでの思い出に残る一日になりました。

I'm a repeat customer. As always, the pickup arrived on time. They don't speak Japanese, but my broken English was fine. The driver was very pleasant, and I definitely want to use this service again.

Every time I travel to Hawaii, I use Roberts Hawaii for airport transfers. I tried the new "Ala Moana Lounge Stop" plan for the first time. Since the last shuttle bus to the lounge departs from Honolulu Airport at 12:00 PM, you need to arrive by a flight that lands by 11:00 AM to use it. After arriving at Honolulu Airport, I checked in at the Roberts counter around 11:40 AM. I boarded with passengers heading to various hotels in Waikiki at 12:00 PM, and we made the first stop at the Ala Moana Lounge. I dropped off my luggage and then boarded again in the afternoon to head to the hotel. I felt that this was a good way to utilize my time before checking into the hotel, given the price. I will use it again.

ハワイ旅行の際は毎回ロバーツハワイの空港送迎を利用。
新しく登場した「アラモアナラウンジ立ち寄り」プランを初めて利用。
このラウンジ行きのシャトルバスのホノルル空港発が最終午後12時の為、
午前11時着迄の飛行機利用でないと使えません。
ホノルル空港到着後、11:40頃ロバーツカウンターにチェックイン。
午後12時ワイキキ各ホテル行きの乗客と同乗し、一番最初にアラモアナラウンジ停車。荷物を預け午後再び乗車しホテルへ。
ホテルチェックイン前の時間の使い方として、この料金なら「有りだな」と感じました。また利用します。

I was unsure at first, but choosing the VIP course was definitely the right decision. You can get excited right away at the VIP entrance with the red carpet. The dinner was delicious and the portion size was just right; I was almost completely satisfied except for the drinks being a bit weak. In the VIP seats, the cast comes down to the floor, creating a great sense of connection with the stage. You can take photos as long as you don’t use a flash! I thought it was a show that truly represents Hawaii.

迷いましたがVIPコースで大正解でした。レッドカーペットのVIP入場口でまず盛り上がれます。ディナーもおいしく量もちょうどよく、ドリンクが薄いこと以外はほぼ満足でした。ＶＩＰ席はキャストがフロアまで下りてきてくれるので、舞台と一体感がありますよ。フラッシュ無しであれば撮影もＯＫ！ハワイならではのショーだと思いました。

I was looking forward to this for the first time.
The following are my shortcomings.

I usually don't get seasick, so I didn't bring any motion sickness medication, but
the waves were strong, and we took a small boat to the parasailing location, so

I felt really nauseous...

Even during parasailing, the wind made it shaky, so
I felt terrible.

Finally, when returning from parasailing to the boat, I was dropped into the sea,
and I wish that hadn't happened. (laughs)

初で楽しみにしていました。

We participated as a family. My daughter, who is 21 and has a baby face, was checked for ID, but after that, we had a great time with the captain and crew. They were very accommodating with photos, and their service spirit was wonderful. It seems that the number of Japanese participants has been increasing year by year.

家族での参加でした。娘が21歳で（童顔）IDチェックされましたが、その後、キャプテンやクルーと楽しく過ごしました。写真撮影も気軽に応じてくれてサービス精神も素晴らしいです。日本人の参加者も年々増えてきたように思います。

I was considering a show at the Polynesian Cultural Center located in the northeast of Oahu, but I made a reservation for this dinner show at the Royal Hawaiian Center, which is very conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki. The female singer's vocal ability, the impersonator of Michael Elvis, and the dancers' sharp performances provided an emotional entertainment experience from start to finish. The show also featured hula and fire dancing, allowing us to fully enjoy the Hawaiian atmosphere. The meal included a lobster appetizer and a double main of salmon steak, which was quite substantial. The service staff were also very pleasant.

オアフ島北東にあるポリネシアカルチャーセンターのショーを検討していましたが、こちらのディナーショーはワイキキの真ん中にあるロイヤルハワイアンセンターというアクセスがとても便利なロケーションなので予約しました。女性シンガーの歌唱力やマイケル・エルビスのそっくりさん、ダンサーたちのキレキレのパフォーマンスで最初から最後まで感動のエンターテイメントでした。フラダンスやファイヤーダンスも散りばめられて、ハワイの雰囲気もしっかり味わえました。食事はロブスターの前菜とサーモン・ステーキのダブルメインでボリュームたっぷり。サービススタッフも感じがよかったです。

It was a bit unclear where to go after passing through the arrival gate, but it's fine if you head to the area with plenty of tour desks.

After that, I ended up waiting outside in a far-off place for no particular reason, and we went to a completely different location than where we were waiting. I don't understand why we were taken there just to wait.

I couldn't communicate in Japanese at all, and it took some time to confirm the destination, but the driver made a great effort to communicate, so it's just my lack of language skills that was the issue. However, it would ease anxiety if they announced a few times that we would be stopping at Ala Moana Center.

The lounge at Ala Moana Center had staff who spoke Japanese, and they also stored our luggage, which was very convenient.

The bus from Ala Moana Center to the hotel cannot be scheduled freely due to it being a shared service, but I think it was about a 30-minute wait? Since buses depart at regular intervals, I didn't feel inconvenienced.

If you're arriving from Japan, there will be some time before check-in due to scheduling, but you can immediately go shopping at Ala Moana, so I highly recommend it for those who don't have sightseeing plans, as it makes good use of your time.

　到着ゲートを抜けてどこに行ったらいいのかいまいちでしたが、ツアーデスクがたくさんあるところに行けばOK
　その後、あまり意味なく遠い場所の外で待ちぼうけにあい、待っていたところとは全然違う場所に行きました。待つためだけにあそこに連れて行った理由はわかりません。
　日本語は全く通じず、送り先の確認に時間を要しましたが、担当の運転手さんは一生懸命コミュニケーションを取ってくれようとしたので、これはこちらの語学力のなさが悪いだけですね。ただ、アラモアナセンターで途中下車
することは何度かアナウンスしてくれると不安が解消されます。
　アラモアナセンターのラウンジは日本語が通じて、荷物も預かってくれますし、とっても便利でした。
　アラモアナセンターから滞在先のホテルまで送ってくれるバスの時間は乗合のため自由には決められませんが、３０分程度だったかな？ある程度の間隔で発車しているため、不便は感じません。
　日本から到着する場合、時間の関係でチェックインまで時間が空きますが、すぐにアラモアナでお買い物ができるので、観光予定がない方には時間の有効活用ができるためとってもお勧めです。

When I mentioned that I had a reservation, I was guided smoothly without any issues. I think it depends on the timing, but if there are people without reservations, I had to wait until their procedures were completed. However, even with that, the movement was smooth. During the time when the shuttle service for flights departing from Japan is unavailable, this was the smoothest experience I've had so far. I look forward to next time.

予約なしの人が立て込むと　その人達の手続きが終わるまで待ちますが　まぁそれを含めてもスムーズに移動できました。
日本出発便の送迎会社が使えない時間帯では

The pickup at the hotel was about five minutes late, but this was completely expected and not a problem. Since it's a shared ride, we stopped at each hotel on the way to the airport, but they ask for your airline when you board, so they will take you right to the gate. Although they don't speak Japanese, basic communication is sufficient. The bus is a large tour bus, and the driver helps with loading the suitcases. I would like to use this service again.

滞在先ホテル前ピックアップ予定時刻より５分くらい遅れましたが、これは全く想定のうちで、問題なし。
乗り合いなので、各ホテルに立ち寄りながら空港に向かいますが、乗り込む際に搭乗航空会社を聞かれるので、ゲート前まで送ってもらえます。
日本語は通じませんが、片言で十分コミュニケーションは取れます。
バスは大型観光バスで、スーツケースも運転手さんが載せてくれます。
また利用したいと思います。

After passing through immigration and entering the arrival lobby, a gentleman was waiting for me with a sign. I waited a little for the car to arrive, but after that, we smoothly arrived at the hotel. It's cheaper than taking a taxi for one or two people.

入国審査を通過して到着ロビーに出ると、お兄さんがプレート持って待っていてくれました。
車の到着を少し待ちましたが、その後は順調にホテルに到着。
１～２人ならタクシーより安いですね。

I ordered show tickets only (with a photo option on a backing card) for my 0-year-old child. We entered as soon as the doors opened and first took some photos. After that, we sat in the free seating area, but it's better to arrive early to get a good spot. Since I had a child with me, I planned to change the diaper in the venue's restroom, but there was no changing table, so be careful. I had to go outside to find a restroom on the same floor. This was my second time at the show, and it was fun because the cast seemed to change frequently. This time, there was Presley, Michael, and a female singer from Hawaii?

0歳の子連れでショーチケットのみ（台紙付き写真オプション）を頼みました。開場と同時に中に入り、まずは写真を撮影します。
そのあと自由席で着席するのですが、早めに行く方が良い場所を取れます。
子連れだったのでおむつ替えを会場トイレでしようと思ったのですがおむつ替えの台がないので要注意、一旦外に出て同じフロアのトイレに行きました。
ショーは2回目ですが、キャストが色々変わるみたいで楽しかったです。
今回はプレスリー、マイケル、ハワイ出身の女性歌手？でした。

Elvis Presley is from a different generation, but Michael Jackson really got the crowd going. It was fun with a mix of hula dancing and fire dancing. I chose to attend the show only without the buffet, and that was enough. Although we were told to gather at 7:30, we had to wait a bit until the show started at 8. I think it would have been nice to enter the venue a little earlier than 8.

エルビスプレスリーは世代が違うのですが、マイケルジャクソンは盛り上がりました。フラダンスやファイヤーダンスも入り混ざってて楽しかったです。
ビュッフェなしショーのみの観覧を選択しましたが、十分でした。7時半集合との事でしたが、8時のショー開始まで少し待たされました。8時まえに会場入りしてもよかったかなと思います。

On the last day, I joined this tour to find a place to play in Honolulu in the morning. We took a boat from downtown Honolulu to a spot that wasn't too far away. Honestly, I thought it was a bit too close, but I was able to see at least three sea turtles! The water was a bit deep, so it wasn't incredibly clear, but the sea turtles were golden and divine! Moreover, I was able to see them come up to the surface for air, and at that moment, I was truly moved to be swimming so close to the sea turtles!

The cruising after snorkeling was just a slow ride around near Honolulu, so it wasn't particularly exciting, but I was very satisfied because I got to see the sea turtles!

最終日、午前中にホノルルで遊べるところを探してこのツアーに参加しました。ホノルルの中心部から船に乗って、それほど離れていないところまで移動、正直近すぎるポイントだなと思いましたが、ウミガメが少なくとも3頭見れました！少し水深は深いところなので海がめちゃめちゃキレイというわけではないのですが、ウミガメは金色で神々しい！しかも息継ぎに海面に顔を出すところまで見れて、その時にはほんとに間近でウミガメと泳ぐことが出来て感動です！
シュノーケリングした後のクルージングは、ホノルル近くをゆっくり走行しただけなので、それほど楽しいこともなかったのですが、ウミガメを見れたので大満足です！

I went to see it with my mother 25 years ago, and it became a wonderful memory. This time, we decided to go again after a long while. The food was very delicious. The stage performances, with live bands, featured amazing singing and dancing. I was happy to feel like I met the late Michael, and IZ's singing voice was also remarkably similar. Both Elvis and Michael had powerful voices even with their intense dancing, and I thought they were true professionals. There were also hula and Polynesian dances, allowing for a variety of enjoyable elements. This time also became a great memory. The people at the table next to us mentioned it was their second time during this trip. I highly recommend it!

25年前に母と二人で見に行き楽しい思い出になっています。
今回久しぶりに行ってみようと言うことになりました。
お食事はとても美味しかったです。
ステージも生バンドに合わせて歌やダンスが素晴らしかったです。
亡くなったマイケルに会えたようで嬉しかったし、IZの歌声もそっくりでした。
エルビスもマイケルも激しい踊りでもとても声量がありプロだなぁと思いました。フラやポリネシアンダンスもあり色々な要素で楽しめます。
今回もいい思い出になりました。
お隣のテーブルの方はこの旅行中に2回目だと話していました。

Unfortunately, the day of the event was marked by on-and-off rain, but once the cruise started, we could see a rainbow over Diamond Head the entire time, and it was truly beautiful!

I participated alone, and since the guide spoke English, I was initially anxious. However, both the guide and the captain of the cruise ship were friendly and charming women who really lifted the atmosphere, making it enjoyable.

Additionally, most of the other participants were older couples from Western countries, and it seemed rare to see a Japanese woman participating alone, so everyone came over to talk to me, which kept me from getting bored, haha.

Next time, I want to invite my mother and join again!

残念ながら参加日は雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、クルーズが始まると終始虹がダイアモンドヘッドに掛かっているのが見えて本当にキレイでした！
1人で参加し、ガイドも英語だったので最初は不安でしたが、ガイドとクルーズ船の船長さんが2人とも気作な可愛らしい女性で場を盛り上げてくれて楽しかったです。
また、ほかの参加者はだいたい欧米人の老夫婦が多かったのですが、日本人女性が1人で参加しているのが珍しかったのかみんな話し掛けてきてくれて退屈しませんでしたw
次は母を誘ってまた参加したいです。

I think the boat operators are great at entertaining. Parasailing was a bit thrilling, but up in the sky, it felt like a silent other world. The view was amazing! Even when coming down, the operator kept us entertained. I think it's fine to bring your own phone, but they also take a lot of photos for an additional fee. Since they capture angles you can't get yourself, I think it's a great keepsake if you ask them.

ボートの操縦士さん達は、楽しませるのが上手だと思います。
パラセイリングは、ちょっとドキドキでしたが、上空は音のない別世界でした。景色は最高！
降りてくる時も操縦士のお兄さんが楽しませてくれます。
自分の携帯を持って行ってもいいと思いますが、別料金で写真を沢山撮ってくれます。自分たちでは撮れないアングルなので、頼むととてもいい記念になると思います。

I used to go to the Royal Shopping Center every time, but I didn't realize there was a hall. The show combined Hawaii's history and music with performances including impersonations, hula dancing, and fire dancing. The way it was structured, rather than just presenting in order, provided a great understanding of the historical context, and it was very good.

ロイヤルショッピングセンターには毎回行ってましたがホールがある事に気付きませんでしした、ショーの内容はハワイの歴史と音楽を融合された演出でものまねとフラダンス、ファイヤーダンスとただ順番で出てくるのではない組み立ては時代背景もわかりとても良かったです

When you provide your flight information at the time of booking, the pickup time will be specified by the service provider. It was about 4 hours before the flight. Since it was the first pickup, the car arrived earlier than the specified time. After that, we stopped at three hotels, and at the airport, they made stops for each airline. The fare from Honolulu to the airport was $17 (including tip), which is less than half the cost of using a taxi, making it convenient and economical for solo travelers.

予約時にフライト情報を連絡すると、ピックアップ時刻が先方から指定されます。フライトの約4時間前でした。
一番最初のピックアップだったため、指定時刻より早めに車が来ました。そのあと3つのホテルに立ち寄り、空港ではエアライン毎に停車してくれました。
ホノルル→空港は$17(チップ込み)と、TAXI利用の半額以下なので、一人の時は、便利でお得です。
