毎回、お世話になってます。ラウンジへの立ち寄りはありませんが、ほぼ時間通りに来てくれます。
また、お願いすると思います。

I was glad to see a large giant trevally and colorful fish gathering around the artificial reef. I also got to see a honu (sea turtle) at the end!

大きなギンガメアジをはじめ、カラフルな魚が人工漁礁で群れている姿を見ることが出来て良かったです。最後にホヌも見れました！

It seems that the departure is after sunset to coincide with the fireworks, so the two hours in the dark are quite boring. It's impossible to swim, and I wonder where they expected us to swim?? There's no space to move since it's cramped, and we just have to endure sitting until the fireworks. It's cold, dark, and scary... and there's no restroom. I was looking forward to this since I had a great time on another company's catamaran last year, but it's disappointing.

花火に合わせなのか、サンセット後に出港なので
暗闇の中の2時間は退屈です。とても泳ぐなんて無理だし、どこで泳がせようとしたのか？？
狭いので動けるスペースもなく、座ったまま
ひたすら花火まで耐える感じです。
寒いし暗くて怖いし、、、トイレもないし。
昨年、他社のカタマランが楽しかったので期待してたのですが残念です。

At first, I couldn't find the meeting place and ended up wandering around Waikiki Beach several times, but since most people are participating for the first time, I wish there were some more noticeable features. The boat had quite a speed and sway, but there was unlimited Mai Tais and champagne. It was great to see the fireworks as well. The crew seemed experienced, which made me feel at ease.

最初集合場所が見つけられずワイキキビーチを何度も散策してしまいましたが、初めてこれに参加する人がほとんどなのでもうちょっと目立つような工夫が欲しいです。船は結構なスピードと揺れがありましたがマイタイとシャンパンが飲み放題でした。花火もしっかり見れて良かったです。クルーも手慣れた感じがあり安心できました。

Taking a taxi can be expensive and sometimes hard to catch, so this option is definitely more reliable. However, there are many customers and it visits a lot of hotels, so it does take time.

タクシーですと、高いしなかなか乗れないこともあるので、これでしたら確実です。ただお客さんは多いし、たくさんのホテルを回るので、時間はかかりますね。

Among the two female staff members at the reception, one spoke Japanese. The two male staff members who joined us on the boat only spoke English, but they were very energetic throughout the trip, using gestures to keep us entertained, so it was fine even if we didn't understand English.

On the day of the activity, there was a downpour in the morning, and the weather wasn't great. We went parasailing despite the boat rocking heavily. I regretted not taking motion sickness medication, thinking I would be fine since I had never felt seasick before...

While we were flying, it was okay, but when other groups were parasailing, the boat was rocking violently the whole time, which was the toughest part.

There were a total of five groups of customers, including us: three Japanese couples, one young foreign couple, and one elderly couple. One Japanese man was in a groggy state from start to finish, which was unfortunate...

The view of Hawaii's cityscape and Diamond Head from above while parasailing was amazing!!! This part was truly enjoyable!!

During the flight, the staff took photos for us. About 50 photos were saved to a memory card for $30. However, we were informed about this just before taking off, which felt a bit sudden.
"Photos for $30! What do you want to do?!"
"Y-yes!"
"YEAH! GO!"
...something like that. It would be better to decide in advance whether to say YES or NO. The purchased photos turned out very beautiful, and I was glad I bought them!

Parasailing was incredibly fun! However, I should not have overestimated my physical condition and should have taken motion sickness medication. Otherwise, like me, you might end up spending the afternoon sleeping in the hotel...

受付スタッフの女性2人のうち、1人は日本語の話せる方でした。
一緒に船に乗る男性スタッフ2人は英語オンリーでしたが、終始テンションが高くて（笑）身振り手振りで楽しませてくれたので、英語が分からなくても大丈夫でした。

当日は朝からスコールがあり、天気はイマイチ。沖に出て船が大きく揺れる中でパラセーリングを強行。
乗り物酔いをしたことなかったため、自分は大丈夫と思って酔い止めを飲んでいなかった事を後悔…

飛んでる最中は大丈夫でしたが、他のグループがパラセーリングをしている時はずーっと激しく揺れているのでそれが一番辛かったです。

お客さんは私たち含めて日本人カップル3組、外国人の若いカップル1組、老夫婦1組の計5組。
日本人の男性1人が最初から最後までグロッキー状態で可哀想でした…

パラセーリング中の、上から眺めるハワイの街並みやダイヤモンドヘッドは最高！！！この時間は本当に楽しかったです！！

飛んでる最中はスタッフさんが写真を撮ってくれます。
約50枚をメモリーカードに入れて$30。
ただ、飛ぶ直前にその案内をされるので、今それ聞くの？って感じでした（笑）
「写真$30で買えるよ！どうする？！」
「い、いえーす！」
「YEAH！GO！」
…みたいな（笑）
あらかじめYESかNOか決めておいた方が良さそう。購入した写真はとても綺麗で、買ってよかったです！

パラセーリング凄く楽しかったです！
でも自分の体調を過信せず、素直に酔い止めを飲むべき。
でないと、私のようにその日の午後はホテルで寝て過ごすことになってしまいます…（笑）

I used this service for a solo trip. I was a bit anxious because my arrival was delayed by 7 to 8 minutes, but I arrived at the airport safely, and the driver was cheerful and kind, which was great! I would like to use this service again next time.

今回一人旅で利用しました。到着が7～8分遅れ少し不安でしたが
無事空港まで到着し、運転手さんがにこやかで親切な方で良かったです！
次回も利用したいと思います。

We participated as a couple, and even without speaking any English, we had no problem enjoying ourselves! The staff, including the transportation team, were very friendly! For those who are a bit anxious, here are some recommendations:

1. If you're worried about the language barrier! The Google Translate app is very useful.

2. If you're concerned about getting seasick! I recommend BONINE (motion sickness medication), which is sold at ABC Store!

It was great to be dropped off at Ala Moana and make good use of the time until hotel check-in. However, I did think that taking a taxi might have been better when we had to wait quite a while at the airport for departure.

アラモアナで一旦降ろしてもらい、ホテルのチェックインまで時間を有効活用できたのはとても良かったです。
ただ空港で出発を結構待たされた時はやはりタクシーが良かったかなとも思いました。

Service was decent , drink options weren’t as listed

I traveled to participate in the Honolulu Marathon. Previously, I had to go to the hotel, where I might not be able to communicate in Japanese at the front desk, leave my suitcase, and then head to the convention center, which was quite a waste of time and stressful. This time, I decided to stop by the lounge at Ala Moana Center from the airport. At the lounge, I could communicate in Japanese while leaving my suitcase, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the Hawaii Convention Center to pick up my race number. It was very efficient and worked out great.

ホノルルマラソンに参加するための旅行でしたが
これまでは、１度ホテルまで行って、日本語が通じないかもしれないホテルのフロントで、
スーツケースを預かってもらって、コンベンションセンターへって結構、時間のムダだし、
ストレスがあったので、今回は、この空港から、アラモアナセンターのラウンジに立ち寄りにしてみました。
ラウンジでスーツケースを預かってもらうのも日本語が通じるし、
ゼッケンを受け取りにハワイコンベンションセンターへは徒歩で10分足らず。
時間が効率的に使えてとってもよかったです。

I was glad that they accommodated last-minute reservations. We went to the airport via two hotels. The driver was very efficient, so it was very smooth, but since it was almost full, it took about an hour from the hotel to the airport. They asked each of us about our flights and dropped us off nearby, which was great. It was very helpful for us, as we didn't have cash, that we could pay by credit card in advance, including the tip. Thank you!

直前の予約にも対応しており、よかったです。
2ヶ所ほどのホテルを経由して、空港に行きました。運転手さんがテキパキしてたので、とてもスムーズでしたが、ほぼ満員での利用でしたのでホテルから空港まで1時間ほどかかりました。各自、利用する航空機を聞いて下さり、近くで下ろして下さるのでよかったです。
チップ込みでクレジット払いを事前にできますので、手持ちがなかった私たちにはとても助かりました。ありがとうございました！

The day before, when I went for a preview, the catamaran returned from the afternoon sailing. To my surprise, two honu (sea turtles) chased right up to the shore. The passengers were thrilled!
The next day, we were blessed with perfect weather for the evening sailing. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the sea was amazing!! The Mai Tai was delicious, but the Don〇〇 was also fantastic!! Towards the golden sunset, we all cheered!!
During the magic hour, the music started. Guests from all over the world were having a blast!! Dancing, singing, cheers! Cheers!
We enjoyed the best sunset sailing!!

前日、下見に行ったら、昼便のセーリングから帰ってきたカタマラン号。なんとホヌ（ウミガメ）２頭が海岸近くまで追っかけてきました。乗客も大喜び！
翌日は最高のお天気に恵まれ、イブニングセーリングへ。海上からダイヤモンドヘッド、ワイキキビーチ全景も最高！！マイタイも美味しいけれど、ドン〇
〇も最高！！　黄金色の夕陽に向かって、みんなでcheers！！
マジックアワーは、ミュージックスタート。世界各地からのゲストが大フィーバー！！　踊って、歌って、乾杯！乾杯！
最高のサンセットセーリングを楽しみました！！

The scenery was absolutely beautiful and I had a great time!
You can take a lot of lovely photos.
All the guidance is in English, but I think even those who don't understand English can enjoy it.
It's a chance to make friends with foreign people you meet there. You can take photos together and bond.
If you're prone to seasickness or feel a bit uneasy, it's better to take some motion sickness medication. The boat can sway quite a bit, haha.
The first day I booked was canceled due to a thunderstorm, but I was able to reschedule for another day at the reception, and I successfully went on the trip two days later.
It might be a good idea to book early and have some buffer days in case of cancellations, rather than planning it for the last day of your trip.

とっても景色が良くて楽しかったです！
綺麗な写真がたくさん撮れます。
案内などは全て英語ですが、英語がわからない人でも楽しめると思います。
一緒になった外国の人達とも仲良くなれるチャンスです。一緒に写真など撮って仲良くなれます。
船酔いしやすい人や少しでも不安な方は酔い止め飲んでいったほうがいいです。結構激しく揺れます笑
わたしが最初に予約した日はサンダーストームで欠航になってしまったのですが、別日にそのまま振替できるとのことで、受付で2日後に変更して、無事2日後に乗ることができました。
旅行の最終日とかではなく、早めに予約して欠航になっても振替れる余裕日を設けておいた方が良いかもしれません。

I really appreciated that they offered early morning transportation since I had an early flight. Perhaps because it was so early, I was the only passenger. Despite the bad weather, they arrived on time, and the driver was friendly and engaged with me, making the journey enjoyable even though I don't speak English well! Thank you for the smooth ride to the airport!

朝早いフライトでしたので早朝の送迎に対応しているのは本当に助かりました。
早朝だったからか私1人での乗車でした。

The hula dance show right in front of us was very powerful and absolutely worth watching. My family was also very satisfied. I would love to see a hula dance show again when I visit Hawaii.

目の前でのフラダンスショーはとても迫力があり、見ごたえ満点でした。
家族も大満足でした。ハワイを訪れた際はまたフラダンスショーを観に行きたいです。

I had a bit of anxiety at first since I had never been on one, but in reality, there was no need to worry. It seems both of them really enjoyed it.
- They felt a sense of unity with the wind and the sunset.
- There was a chance to talk with other tourists in a small group.
- The all-you-can-drink cocktails were delicious.

My parents were very happy about it.

私も乗った事がないので当初は少し不安がありましたが、実際は心配無用でした。

Since dinner was light, I was able to focus on the sunset, which was quite nice! The tour guide was cheerful, and the service was excellent. It was a fulfilling two-hour tour! I would love to participate again next time!

On the first day in Hawaii, I participated in a VIP course dinner. The lobster was delicious, and overall, I think the portions were quite large. I went in hungry, but I ended up feeling too full to finish the dessert. During the meal, staff came around to offer extra bread, coffee, and tea, but since I was in the middle of my steak, I thought I would have coffee afterward and declined. After that, they never returned... The coffee and tea can get cold before dessert, so I think it's a good idea to request them when they come around if you want some.

The show was enjoyable, with music that I recognized. I was there mainly to see Michael, so I was happy to watch the dance. The hula dance was lovely, and although the fire dance was brief, it was impressive and fun. I wished it could have been longer. My companion, perhaps due to jet lag and being full, found the music to be like a lullaby and dozed off. (laughs)

I think anyone interested in Michael would find it enjoyable!

ハワイ初日にVIPコースディナーに参加しました。
食事はロブスターが美味しかったです。全体的に量が多めだと思います。空腹で行きましたが、苦しくてデザートを残してしまいました。食事中にパンの追加、コーヒー、紅茶を配るスタッフがきてくれましたが、ステーキの食事中だったので、食後にコーヒーをと思い、断ってしまったら、二度と現れませんでした・・。コーヒー、紅茶はデザート前に冷めてしまいますが、配りに来たタイミングでほしい方は頼むと良いと思います。
ショーは音楽も知っている曲ばかりで楽しかったです。マイケルさん目当ての参加だったのでダンスが見れて嬉しかったです。フラダンスも素敵で、ファイヤーダンスも最後に少しだけでしたが迫力があり楽しめました。時間が短いのでもっと長く見たかったです。連れは時差ぼけもあったせいか、お腹もいっぱいでショーの音楽が子守唄のようになり、うとうとしてました。(笑)
マイケルさんに興味のある方は楽しいと思います！

I used the service via the Ala Moana Lounge. I am satisfied with the service as it met my expectations. However, I would have liked to be informed in advance that once the departure time from Ala Moana is decided, it cannot be changed, such as through an announcement when making the reservation. I was surprised that it took almost an hour to get from Ala Moana to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. Since I believe it's possible to estimate the approximate travel time when making the bus reservation, it would have been better if they could have arranged for a more efficient transfer to ensure arrival within 30 minutes.

思っていた通りのサービスをしていただけて満足しています。ただ、
• アラモアナから出発の時間を一度決めたら変更できないことは、予約をするときにアナウンスがあるなど、予めお知らせが欲しかった。
• アラモアナからアロヒラ二リゾートまで1時間弱もかかってビックリしました。バスの予約を取っている時点で大凡の所要時間がよめると思うので、30分以内で到着出来るように分乗させて効率良く送迎してもらえたら、なお良かった。

I was anxious about my English and it was my first time going to Hawaii, so I was worried about whether I could get on the bus safely. However, the staff provided clear guidance, and I was able to move smoothly.

英語にも不安があり、またハワイに行くのも初めてだったので、無事にバスに乗れるか不安でしたが、スタッフの方がわかりやすく案内してくれて、スムーズに移動できました。

The driver didn't speak Japanese, but they were punctual for the pickup time, making it easy to get to the airport. I chose this transfer because the all-inclusive tipping, which is not a common practice in Japan, was appealing.☆

I used this service for my return from the Honolulu Marathon. The pickup time was a bit delayed, but the driver was quick and efficient in navigating to the subsequent pickup locations. The confirmation of the airline and the guidance at the airport were clear, and as always, Roberts was reliable.

ホノルルマラソンからの帰りの利用です。ピックアップ時間は少し遅れたけれど、ドライバはキビキビとした行動でその後のピックアップ場所を巡りました。搭乗航空会社の確認や空港での案内もわかりやすく、いつもながら頼りになるロバーツでした。

The hotel’s rotary was the pickup location, so I was waiting for the 8:35 pickup, but it arrived after 8:55. It seems that traffic can be heavy in the morning.

I informed the hotel staff that it was Roberts Hawaii, so there was guidance when the bus arrived, but without that, I wouldn’t have known. It seems that not all vehicles have Roberts Hawaii written on them.

I think it’s a good idea to allow extra time in the morning in Hawaii.

ホテルのロータリーがピックアップ場所だったので、8：35のピックアップを待っていましたが、8：55過ぎにきました。朝は交通が混むらしいです。
ホテルの方にロバーツハワイだよ！って言っておいたので、バスが来た時に誘導がありましたが、それがないと分からなかったです。全種類の車にロバーツハワイと書いてあるわけじゃないようです。
ハワイの朝は時間に余裕を持っていくといいと思います。

When I was picked up from the airport, I was taken to the bus waiting area after confirming my name, but then I was left there! The bus took a long time to arrive, and there was no explanation, which left me feeling bewildered.
This was part of a plan through the Ala Moana Lounge, but I wasn't sure which bus was the right one.
The Ala Moana Lounge doesn't have enough space for families to sit together, but it seems good for couples or individuals, and there is a space for children. It was nice that I could choose the bus time from Ala Moana to the hotel, and they took care of my suitcase during that time.

空港からピックアップしてもらうとき、名前確認をしてからバスの待機所まで連れて行かれてから放置！バスはなかなかこず、説明もなく、ボー然としてました。
アラモアナラウンジによるプランだったのですが、どのバスがそうなのか、よくわからなかったです。
アラモアナラウンジは家族で座るにはスペースはなく2名や個人、こども連れ(こどもスペースあり)にはいいと思います。アラモアナからホテルまでのバスの時間を選べて、その間スーツケースを預かってくれるのはよかったです。

I was planning to use this service after moving from the Big Island of Hawaii, but I missed my scheduled flight due to being caught up in a large triathlon event. When I went to the meeting point as a last resort, they kindly allowed me to take the next shuttle bus. Thank you very much.

ハワイ島から移動してこちらを利用予定でしたが、
大規模なトライアスロン大会に巻き込まれて利用予定だった便に乗り遅れ…
ダメ元で集合場所に行くと、次のシャトルバスに乗せて下さいました。

I experienced a Lomi Lomi massage, but I didn't feel like it relieved my fatigue. There wasn't any strong pressure; it was a gentle massage, so it didn't help with the tiredness from the flight.

Since it was an oil massage, it might be recommended for those who find comfort in soothing scents!

ロミロミを体験しましたが、疲れが取れるという感じではありませんでした。
強い指圧等はなく、優しく優しくマッサージしてくれたので、飛行機での疲れがとれるとかはないです。

オイルを使用したマッサージだったので、香りで癒さる方はオススメかも！

This jet coaster truly cuts through the vast ocean waves! It was an unprecedentedly fun experience. The interactions with the surfer friends of the captain we met out at sea, along with the beauty of the sun and ocean, are sights unique to Hawaii. In a sense, it's a hard marine sport and, in another sense, an adventure, but there's no doubt you'll enjoy it. There were no Japanese participants, and everything was in English, but it's perfect for enjoying Hawaii. I definitely want to participate again. The champagne on the ocean was also the best! (Make sure to wear clothes that can get wet!)

まさに大海原を波をかき分け進んで行くジェットコースター！未だかつてない楽しい経験でした。沖で出会う船長さんの知り合いのサーファーとの掛け合いや、太陽と海の美しさはハワイならではの光景でしょう。ある意味、マリンスポーツ、ある意味冒険のハードなものですが、楽しめること間違いなしです。日本人の参加はありませんでしたし、全て英語ですが、ハワイを楽しむにはもってこいです。是非また参加したいです。海の上でのシャンパンも最高でした！(参加時には濡れても大丈夫な服装で！)
