I think overall I had great time with parasailing, the view from top was awesome. We had two issues, first issue, we were the last family to do parasailing and they cut short our time in the air <6 minutes, (yes I timed ours, compared to first family) so they did not manage time well even though they advertised 8 mins from start to finish. second issue, photos we bought from them did not open on my computer and when I tried on another computer there were no photos at all, just wasted my money :-(. Next time, I would choose different parasailing vendor for sure.

There are a lot of similar experiences down here, but this crew is tried and true. They have been doing this longer and better than the competition out there, and the experience is truly for those who want a no nonsense visit to turtle canyon. Captain Mina and Jeff truly know their stuff. Good times and good vibes!

This trip was a great activity to get the opportunity to snorkel, see turtles, fish, and coral without taking up your whole day.
The location is a short ride back to the popular beaches and they provide options of food and drinks.
The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful while on the tour.

Took my wife and 6 year old son on the morning snorkel cruise. It was conveniently located and easy to navigate finding. Mina and the team were very helpful, accommodating and ensured that we had an awesome time . We spotted about 5 turtles and tons of schools of fish.

We will do this trip everytime we’re on the island

My family and I had a good time. The two guys were attentive, and knowledgeable. The only thing is the pictures- we were a part of 6 and the pictures that I got were the same over and over again. The pictures are not worth it. Also I would advise to give dramamine to anyone in your party with the most minimal motion sickness.

It seems that I almost missed the pickup due to the hotel checkout being right on time, but when I hurriedly called, the receptionist arranged for the driver to come back. The bus was mostly filled with Western travelers, and it was at full capacity. I imagine it was challenging for them to handle the sudden situation and explain things to other guests, but the driver was very kind and made various considerations while saying, "I'm sorry." I truly felt relieved and am very grateful. While American service can often feel quite dry, this company has a long history of dealing with Japanese travelers, so I felt a very Japanese spirit of hospitality.

ホテルのチェックアウトが時間ギリギリでピックアップとすれ違ってしまったようですが、焦って電話したところ再度戻ってきてくれるように受付の方が手配してくれました。バスは欧米の方がほとんどでしたが満席状態、順番にホテルを回っていたとのことで急な対応や他のお客さんへの説明も大変だったと思いますが、運転手さんも優しい方で、ごめんねーと言いながら色々気遣ってくださいました。本当にホッとしましたし、ありがたい限りです。アメリカのサービスは往々にしてドライと感じることも多いですが、日本旅行者との付き合いも長いので、すごく日本的なサービス精神を感じさせる会社さんです。

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was a really fun experience. We got to see turtles and spinner dolphins! It was a great way for us to end our trip in Hawaii. It is recommended though to know swimming well if you want to snorkel as the life jackets are not buoyant enough to keep you afloat.

I get this on every tour, but newbies need instructions on how not to be rude. Don’t flip in my face. Stop swarming at me, and please… there is no reason to flail your appendages rampantly for no reason when there are 50 swimmer right next to you. Please explain this to swimmers before hand. In fact, in a small area, there is no reason for flippers. This would have been much more enjoyable if no one had them.

Turtles were neat. I would not tell anyone else if you see one because everyone swarms and hits you in the face/gut/you name it, as they flail to see it.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 9yr old and 6yr old). Instructor was very patient enough to guide us how to snorkel. He provided us some tricks to make snorkeling easier for beginners. He was always there to help us out and made us feel comfortable. Except for my spouse everyone else in the group are non-swimmers, the instructor helped us navigate through the water, and to top it he took amazing videos of us while snorkeling :)

The was the BEST parasailing we’ve ever done - and we’ve done several on both coasts of the mainland and different islands. Although the seas were a bit rough, the parasailing was outstanding. The captain and crew of Freedom were gems. My son said he would give them a 6 out of 5 stars - lol.
Definitely go for the 1000 feet! The windy day really had us flying well above any of the competition.
Will do this one again on our next visit.

There are Red, Green, Pink, Blue, and Purple options, but due to the year-end or perhaps the impact of COVID-19, currently only Red, Pink, and Blue are available. It's a strange conversion method where instead of being valid for four consecutive days from ticket exchange, you can use four days within a one-week period. The three lines mentioned above can take you to classic tourist spots and shopping centers, so I think it's great for first-time visitors to Hawaii. The vehicle is always ventilated with the windows open, and both the driver and ticket staff were friendly and nice.

レッド・グリーン・ピンク・ブルー・パープルとありますが、年末のせいかコロナの影響か、現在使えるのはレッドとピンクとブルーのみです。不思議な換算方法で、チケット引き換えから連続4日間ではなく、1週間の期限の中で4日分使えるというシステムとのこと。上記3ラインはオーソドックスな観光地やショッピングセンターは回れるので、初ハワイの方には良いかと思います。車内は常に窓を開けて換気対策をしていますし、運転手の方やチケット担当の方はみなフレンドリーで良かったです。

There was an instructor who spoke Japanese, and although there was only one Japanese person, I was able to have a great time. However, there are blocks in the water near the beach that are hard to see from above, so while I could stand, I bumped my legs on the way back and scraped both knees, which was painful. The shop lends long-sleeved rash guards, so my upper body was fine, but those participating in shorts need to be careful about sunburn as well.

日本語の話せるインストラクターもいらっしゃり、日本人ひとりでしたが楽しく過ごすことができました。ただ浜辺近くは上からは見えにくいブロックが海中にあるため、足は着くものの戻る際に足をぶつけて両膝とも擦りむいて痛い思いをしました。お店が長袖のラッシュガードを貸してくれるので上半身は大丈夫ですが、短パンで参加される方は日焼け対策含めて注意が必要です。

I took my daughters and one of their friends out for diving experience. Even though the instructors tried and tried to help them they couldn’t seal their mask and became sea sick. This was no fault of the dive instructors or dive company. My daughters still had a good time snorkeling.
My daughter’s friend and I dived and enjoyed the experience. Make sure you tip the instructors and captain well, it is a lot of work to make this adventure happen and they deserve it.!

Overall a great experience worth the money to go 10000ft above Waikiki. The crew were professional, but really friendly and help to boost the mood. They are hilarious and really try to get to know you better. Do note that photos by the crew cost an additional 30 dollars.

The crew made it so fun. We had kids and adults and it was appropriate for everyone!

The crew from Moana Catamaran were awesome, laid back, and super helpful the entire experience! The classic island music, the weather, the catamaran.. all the vibes were perfect!

We saw a couple schools of Dolphins on the surface (which I believe is NOT common, so keep that in mind if you book!) and saw about 8-9 sea turtles during our time in the water. A few of them hung around the whole time and swam towards us so close we had to swim away to give them the distance they need.

The crew gave us everything we needed- snorkels, fins, and a floaty to make things super easy for our time in the water. I really enjoyed that it was a waist floaty and not a neck inflatable one like some of the other boats out there. Made it much more enjoyable.

Overall, we were mesmerized by the turtles and the fish / sea life that surrounded us, and had an amazing crew to take us to it. 10/10, 5/5, whatever you want to take from this. My wife said this was "the most amazing experience of her life", and I might even agree. :)

Great excursion; it fit perfectly into our last day on the Hawaiian Islands. The crew was great. Matt, Jeff and Jay were very accommodating helping celebrate our mom's 80th birthday!

If you are looking for a sunset cruise, choose this one. My family (all adults) had a blast! We loved that this was a smaller catamaran. Crew is fabulous & the music was great. Definitely would go again.

Horrible service! She was rude and very disrecpectful. Service Dec.12/2021 6pm. She changed the times of my pick up three times and got mad at me for it and called me a lair. I ended up calling a TAXI. I will be making a dispute with my credit card provider

From the moment you step on the pier the staff of Spirit of Aloha was upbeat and fun! We felt welcome and safe but new we were in for a good time. The drinks were simple but tasty and they didn't skimp. The food that was included could have been a little better, simple chicken breast sandwiches on rolls but you're there for a boat ride and booze! Checking in could have also been a little more organized. Overall I definitely recommend this outing on anyone's visit to the island!
A few of the families had a hard time managing their kids so one suggestion I might give to Spirit of Aloha Waikiki Sunset Cruise is hosting at least one adults only, 21+ cruise.

Everyone involved in the parasailing was super personable and engaging! Noemi and Rachel at the shack were super nice and relatable during check in and for the pictures! Diego and the captain made sure we were all good before and after the excursion! We were normally supposed to go up to 1000’ but because a few customers did not show up the captain let us go to the max height of 1200’!! Super cool! Would definitely go again!

This is our first time parasailing and I admit, we were all nervous, but the captain and her crew made us feel safe by telling us all the pre-cautions we need to do. The ride to the take-off site was fun. The actual take off was smooth and the view from the top was awing. This is once in a lifetime experience and I am glad we did this. My 8 year-old son had a great time as well and want to do it again. Highly recommending this activity. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and not to forget the staffs who checked us in that were very accommodating and patient in answering all our questions.

We totally enjoyed having Lauren as our diving instructor who was very encouraging and knowledgeable throughout the entire time. The entire crew was very professional and the captain of the boat Winter was amazing also. We definitely recommend this place if you are interesting in scuba diving.

Due to being fully booked at the time of application, I had to make a change. I felt a bit anxious at the start, but participating was fantastic. Although we were a pair who couldn't speak English, the staff at the reception were very accommodating. Parasailing was amazing! If there's anything else, I would definitely like to participate again. Also, since I am a member of HGVCULB, I am considering staying at HGVC and using VELTRA for tours and activities.

英語が話せない二人連れでしたが、受付の方が良く対応して頂けました。パラセイリング最高！また何かあれば是非参画したいです。また、HGVCULBのメンバーですので、宿泊はHGVC、ツアーやアクティビティはVELTRAさんにお願いしようかと思っております。
