The perfect way to take in the sunset! Made some new friends!!

We had such a GREAT time! The captain and Mason were a lot of fun, very nice, and helped us all have a blast. My husband and I didn’t have a cooler bc we’re on vacation, but they had coolers iced down for anyone who needed it.
The views you see of the sunset and city are unreal. You won’t see anything like it from the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves and are thinking of doing this one more time before we head home. Worth it!

The captain and his mate kept 2 seniors entertained and helpful in calming our fears about the safety of parasailing. We got to see Hawaii from the air. Well worth the money.

The guys were very chill and gave us a great trip over to diamond head and around turtle canyon. It really made our morning! If we had more time here we would have done another trip with them! It was especially nice being able to board from the beach instead of driving down to a marina.

We sail on this boat each trip to Oahu. The staff is great and you never know what you’ll see while out sailing.

Sunset in Hawaii is the best, and this is one of the best way for you to enjoy the sunset. We were so lucky on that day, we saw a lot of whale. The music was good, the crew was super nice and friendly. They even offered to take the pictures for us. We loved the experience so much, and definitely we will do it again when we come back to Waikiki next time

We had a great time on the sunset cruise. I liked how we could bring our own drinks. The crew offered to take photos of us which was awesome. AND we saw a whale! One of the highlights to my whole trip. I would definitely recommend booking this cruise. It’s totally worth it.

On our first day in Waikiki we started off with a thrill at Outrigger Canoe Surfing! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Russell was the captain and he and his crew were phenomenal and with their encouragement we powered through the surf and set up for three exhilarating rides over the breaking waves. It felt as though we were surfing. I would recommend this again in a heartbeat.

Wow! Everyone in Hawaii needs to go parasailing! My boyfriend and I did the 1000ft parasail and it was amazing. Our guides who were loads of fun really made it a cool experience. They take pictures for you that you can purchase for $35 that come on an SD card. The process of parasailing was quite simple. You step into some straps, sit down on the end of the boat and they clip two clips on and then BOOM YOU ARE OFF into the sky! You gradually get higher and it is so serene up in the sky. Literally breathtaking. After 6-7 minutes of flying, they lower you down and dip you into the water (for fun lol). So be careful if you are wearing glasses/sunglasses. You’ll get a nice cup of salt water tea!

The crew of the Mana Kai is so welcoming. It’s a fun experience and a really great deal. Our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as fantastic if not for this experience. And I’m not just saying that because we got to see whales! Highly recommend.

The description of the meeting place for the voucher was different from reality, and I spent over 30 minutes looking for it! In the end, I figured it out by calling, but I think first-time users would get lost! The airport information staff was also cold and it was the worst.

An American was talking loudly on the train, which was annoying, and I wish they would take COVID-19 prevention measures! They arrived earlier than the meeting time and got to the airport ahead of schedule!

Our family of 4 had a blast the whole experience was great the boat ride, good music, fun captains and beautiful scenery!

It was a first for me and just spectacular! The view amazing from above and I loved the few ocean dunks :) Great customer service from start to finish. When my daughter and I checked in we were greeted with Aloha and a smile and the rest of the experience was all about the Aloha! Big Mahalo to Captain & Russell!

I participated with a friend. In the group lesson, there were four students per teacher, but they helped us catch a lot of waves. I was very satisfied. The teaching style was interesting, and since there were people who could speak Japanese, I was able to relax and enjoy the experience.

友達と2人で参加しました。グループレッスンで1人の先生につき4人でしたが、たくさん波に乗せてくれます。大満足でした。教え方も面白くて、日本語を話せる方もいらっしゃったのでリラックスして参加できました。

Although it was supposed to be a shuttle service in the photos, a Charlie Taxi actually arrived. I had seen other reviews mentioning that a taxi came, and the driver clearly said my name, which was reassuring. However, if someone didn't know this, they might think a bus would come, which could be a bit scary. I was a little anxious about the meter running and whether a tip was expected since it was a taxi, but there was no payment required upon getting off.

Since I used it alone, it was cheaper than taking a taxi directly to the airport, which was great. The driver was friendly, which made me feel at ease.

When you enter your flight details at the time of booking the transfer, it determines the pickup time, so you don't have to worry about when to leave for the airport. It departs about an hour earlier than if you were to go on your own, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to stay until the last minute. For two or more people, a flat-rate taxi is cheaper.

I definitely recommend this service for anyone traveling to the airport alone!

写真では送迎シャトルですが、実際にはチャーリータクシーが来ました。他の方のクチコミでタクシーが来たと言うのを見ていたのと、運転手が私の名前をしっかりと言ってくださったので良かったですが、何も知らなければバスが来ると思っているので、少し怖いかなと思いました。メーターが動いていたり、タクシーなのでチップいるかな？と少し不安でしたが、降車時の支払いはありませんでした。
1人で利用しましたので、実際にタクシーを利用するよりも安く空港まで行けたので良かったです。運転手の方も気さくで安心しました。
飛行機の予約を送迎の予約時に入れると、迎えの時間が決まるので、空港に行く時間を考えなくて良いです。1時間ほど、自分で行くよりも早めに出発することになるので、ギリギリまで滞在したい人にはオススメしません。2人以上の利用は定額のタクシーの方が安いです。
1人で空港まで行く方には、是非利用して欲しいです！

Great crew and fantastic experience! We arrived early and were able to catch the next boat ahead of schedule. Our captain flew us over a humpback whale and her baby and we were able to see them breach from above! Can't wait to come back : ) Thanks guys!

This is my second time doing this sunset cruise, and it was just as great as the first! Mana Kai was getting worked on, so they put us on a different, more luxurious catamaran and we had zero complaints. Would do it all over again, once again!

Great experience viewing aquatic life from submarine. Totally worth to visit once in a lifetime. On downside, finding the checking point was too cumbersome. Do plan to reach well advance in time. Did see lots of fishes, turtles. A bit on the expensive side, but again where else you would see marine life so closely without getting wet.

Loved their afternoon sail that we came back another time for the sunset sail! This boat is a beach catamaran in between the Sheraton Waikiki and Halekulani hotel. The crew was really friendly and we all had so much fun! Would recommend!

Love, love, LOVE this boat! It's a beach catamaran so no transportation is needed. Plus, they provide you with FINS that are super comfy and adjustable. After snorkeling, you get some snacks and can purchase drinks on board. We got the souvenir Holokai shaker to keep. We did the 9am cruise which was perfect for visibility and to catch a little bit of sun before it got too hot in the afternoon. Would recommend!

This catamaran is super nice! Since it was an early snorkel cruise, we opted to add-on a light breakfast so we could sleep in a bit more in the AM. Visibility was amazing. On the boat ride to the snorkel spot, we were so lucky and saw dolphins. This is incredibly rare in Waikiki so we were so excited to have gotten the chance to see them! There were tons of fish at Turtle Canyon. This boat provided us with floatation belts AND fins. The fins helped us out so much and we were able to cover so much more area than if we didn't use them. Loved this cruise & would recommend!

Hands down one of the best happy hours in Waikiki!! Their main drink is the mai tai but they also have wine, beer, seltzers, and non-alcoholic drinks. The 3pm cruise was perfect for us! We went on the 3-4:30pm cruise then headed over to Duke's Waikiki for an early dinner. I'd recommend the afternoon option if you're looking for a nice short activity in the sun. The crew was great and we had a blast!

To be fair, the weather played a part in my review but even if it had been perfect, I wouldn't have been impressed. It was raining prior to our departure and when I asked the people operating the boat if they were still going to sail, they said yes as long as it didn't rain harder. I asked if we'd even see a sunset since it was cloudy and they weren't sure. We boarded the boat which was wet from the rain and dirty from people tracking sand into it. The boat was pretty small and very crowded, they indicated they had a full cruise that night and that was an understatement. We could barely find a place to sit, and again, everything was wet so that wasn't great. It started raining again before we departed so our family made the decision to get off the boat and not go on the sail. The people operating the boat simply said "hopefully you come back again" when we informed them we were leaving. I called to inquire about a refund and left a VM but never received a call back. I sent an email and inquired but was told that the cruise did go out that night so a refund was not possible even though it was cloudy and there was no sunset. I understand the refund policy and agreed to it when I booked so they certainly had the right to keep our money but all in all, I just think it was pretty poor customer service and as stated above, even if the weather had been perfect, the cruise itself left a lot to be desired.

There was nothing particularly unusual, and they handled the luggage smoothly, allowing us to get to the airport without any issues. I would like to use their service again.

This is a family run business. They are experienced and care for your safety, rebooking if the wind picks up without any extra fees. They make it fun for everyone with music and photos. Definitely recommending the 1000ft experience for families. Even the kids had a blast!
