I signed up for a submarine tour since my friend couldn't go diving! It was really fun to see sea turtles and rays. Also, since the commentary was in Japanese during the time I booked, there were many Japanese people, and we didn't have any issues with manners. The person giving the commentary was also entertaining!
If I had to mention one thing, I chose the bus transfer from the hotel, but I noticed that one of the staff members, who I think was probably a part-timer, was chatting a lot with another staff member, which caught my attention. I thought, "Well, this is a foreign country, so maybe it's normal," but it was a little concerning. Other than that, I was very satisfied!

ただ一つ言うならばホテルからバスの送迎付きにしたのですが、スタッフの方が多分バイトの子だと思うのですが違うスタッフとお喋りばかりしていたのが気になりました。外国だしこんなもんかなーとは思いましたが、少し気になりました。それ以外はとても満足しました！

My first experience with parasailing was amazing. Captain Dan and his first mate were professional, efficient and gracious. My 3 kids (17,15,12) and I had a great parasail experience with X-treme. We got every bit of airtime we paid for, and then some. I was thoroughly impressed with the Captain's dexterous maneuvering as he dipped us in and out of the ocean. The first mate got everyone clipped in and clipped out so smoothly that there was almost zero down time in between us parasailers.
The 3 guys did an excellent job going over safety an simple instructions in the classroom, on the beach the were patient and helpful. I was satisfied with the results!

The experience was great. The only negative I have is I was suppose to get my military discount refunded after I showed my ID at the time of check in. I still haven't received anything. I definitely would like my refund. Also the parking where Veltra suggested I parked at Ilikai hotel don't validate for free parking. That was $7.00 an hour for two hours. When I could have parked right next to the event and paid for the tickets at the counter I think next time I'll just get my tickets through the counter.
